Both elevators were down. Felt like they were doing a full remodel. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Staff was using luggage carts to work instead of letting guests use them. Wouldn't offer a late checkout because "I'm stressed out" said front desk

I was staying there because my nephew was in critical condition at the ICU in the hospital down the street. I left after one night for another hotel. However, I had paid for several nights at this hotel. Orbitz personnel tried to contact the hotel to get the other nights refunded because I had checked out. Hotel management refused to answer their calls. They kept my money.

Tv didn’t work and the beds weren’t made properly and the bathroom sink was stopped up. It just was full of water and I couldn’t get it to drain down so the room was terrible and I had to pay almost $200 a night to stay in a room that the TV won’t even work

This was the only hotel I have stayed at that had gluten free bread available for breakfast. Kudos to you!

Main down fall was the elevators were both out of service. Shower was small but liked that it had a detachable shower head. Pool was okay for a quick swim for the littles with us.

Nice rooms, very clean. The breakfast was above average! The coffee machine is a little slow, but worth it! The coffee beans are ground and brewed for each cup. Takes a little over one minute, and there are two machines so there can be a line. Very fresh and delicious!

I reserved a king-size suite on booking.com. However, the hotel said they didn't have such a room; instead, they offered a king-bed standard room. The hotel staff believed that booking.com showed incorrect information. I had no clue which party was saying correct things, but I already paid for the king-size suite on booking.com.

The breakfast was delicious but wish it started earlier than 7:00AM as we were there for a volleyball tournament and had to be at the facility at 7:15 which allowed very little time to eat.

There was no hot water when I took a (very cool) shower at 8 pm after a long day of driving. Checkout clerk shrugged this off as 'due to the water save system. TV was not hooked up to the Internet (and clerk could not fix it). Light bulbs we're out. Just a shoddy experience.

I stayed there because it's close to my work and I stayed in town because of the big snow storm over the weekend. It was quiet, comfortable and clean! I love the breakfast provided, great variety to choose from. I will most definitely stay again!!!!!

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fine. The room was nice, but the sink faucet leaked and the washcloths had a sweaty odor. The bed was way too hard for me. I know that some people love that, but might be good for someone to know if they need a softer mattress.

Checked in, and the lady at the front desk wasn't even there and there were at least 5 people in line. Those people stated that they had been waiting for about 15 minutes. Grabbed a cart, loaded my things, and eventually walked back into hotel where there was a lady finally helping the people in line. Once I got checked in, lady gave me keys for a 1st floor room, and the only room remaining according to her. The shade wouldn't go down, and I had to go back to the front desk to ask the lady for another room in which she just came into the room and forcefully pulled it down after reminding me that there were no other rooms available, although everyone outside could see inside in this ground level room. Room was right next to the lobby. It was loud out in the lobby on a Friday night, but we dealt with the noise. Ironically, someone knocked on our door to complain about noise during one occasion when my son started to cry. So it's okay for others in the lobby to be loud, but in our room with a child it's just not okay. :/ We luckily only had to stay one night and couldn't wait to return home the next day.

The staff was great, friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Was impressed there was a Smart TV, microwave, and working mini fridge! The pool water looked a little murky, so I did a quick workout instead. The gym was great. Perfect for a quick pump! Best of all, the free breakfast! There were sooo many choices, including some healthier options like fruits, egg white omelletes, and protein shakes. The eating is area is also super cute. Highly recommen anyone to stay here.

The faucet in the bathroom was leaking (on the sink), is the reason, that i gv a 4-star for property conditions..the brkfst selection was Good! Plus, Austin, the nicest guy ever (at the check-in counter), was undoubtedly THEE BESTEST! I laughed with him everyday, coming & going. He gv me a great suggestion for a restaurant nearby.. "Green something", where i rcvd great service from Siyad!! When in town, I'm definitely staying here again, especially if Austin is there! "Austin! How was Nascar!?"

Overall our stay was good. They had gluten free bread which was a nice option. Otherwise breakfast was a typical breakfast served at a holiday inn express. The pool needs some maintenance. The tile is very dirty, paint is chipping, and found lots of stuff floating in the water. The USB charging ports did not work but everything else in the room worked and was in good condition.

Two of the staff were great, but upon checkout on Sunday the staff member at the desk was abrupt and lacked general customer service. We had requested a late checkout, which was emphatically denied. In addition they closed the public area in the lobby, so we could not sit and work quietly and had to spend time just sitting in the car waiting for our game on a very hot day. We would do anything in the future to not stay at an IHG property if other options are available, as that was very unhelpful. The property runs on the tournament schedule of adjacent fields, yet had no tolerance for the needs of that consumer.

I was convenient for us on our way home

Toilet in the room did not work. Told staff in the morning they said it was fix but later that day I tried again it was not. Called around 6pm and they didn’t come till 8:40pm. Gentleman was nice tried to fix it he couldn’t and gave me another room to stay in.

The first night was noisy but the following two were quiet. The hotel was clean, the night desk staff were very friendly and went out of their way to get me some ketchup for my so s dinner that we forgot. I am disappointed that the pool was down because that was why we chose that location. Otherwise it was a great value for our stay.
