Paper thin walls, dirty smelly and very sketchy hotel.

Helpful and kind staff, there wasnt towels in the room and they made sure to bring us some after we checked in.

Booked my room through Hotels.com. Made a change to my reservation and got written okay via a text message exchange with Hotels.com. The coordination between the hotel’s reservation system and Hotels.com was very poor. It took 25 minutes at check-in to sort it out and I am still not certain I am going to be charged the correct rate for my stay. The property was fine otherwise. Room was clean and property was well maintained.

Nice and clean. Slots were fun and exciting. Staff was very accommodating. There was no dislikes.

Very convenient to the Rockford-Love's Park Sports Complex. Pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. Standard economy hotel breakfast and all-day coffee: much appreciated. Odd bathroom fixture configuration: sink located in room entry; toilet/tub in bathroom.

No where does it say that when you go to check into hotel that they ask you for a deposit for the room. On the website it gives you a choice to accept or deny buying the room protection for smoking and cleaned status when leave. The blankets and sheets were stained and the breakfast was confusing and not a good selection of foods to eat like other hotels. Also the vending machine with snacks in it was not working with cash or card. We enjoyed the pool but the overall stay was very very disappointing. I have never given a place a bad review before cuz me as a parent I am not very picky but there was just to much this time

This is not a hotel for family or relax, lots of noise at night time, we have music and a lot of different noises too like 3 AM,, we call from decks and didn't do absolutely nothing, I won't recommend this hotel

Microwave was there but it was unplugged with a short cord.

The towels where all with yellow stains, there was no shampoo or conditioner. My son got a bit from an insect or something at the room on the last night. It was not a great experience for the price

The staff know me there kind and friendly they give me the service I ask for have stayed there many times I like the comfort of knowing I’m safe and I’m treated with respect

My daughter found a couple very small bugs and Googled their description. They were possibly baby bed bugs. She was too scared to look under the sheets. My daughter ate the pre-made egg patty and sausage patty, but then started to vomit 10 minutes later. I’m not one to complain to staff, so I just won’t stay here ever again.

There is one front desk employee overnight that is extremely lazy and a poor communicator. He does the bare minimum to keep his job. When there was another guest being very loud in the middle of the night. He did nothing to try and solve the issues. I’ve never had to go to the front desk in any hotel about such disruptive behavior. He could have moved me to a different room, but refused to do so.

Just an overnite stay while traveling. Beds were comfortable, clean bedding. Hotel showed it’s not being very well maintained- bathtub fixtures not sealed to surround, obvious damage to hallway walls (possibly from luggage carts). We stayed in much nicer hotels on our trip- for a much lower price!

Staff was awesome, bed was comfortable thats about where positives end. Room had mold on all the water fixtures. Tub had greasy black handprints on it as well as the built in soap dispensers looked like automotive grease. Sheets were clean but comforter was not it had food on it. Its a cheap hotel that lives up to its 2star reviews.

I had a good experience. The staff, so nice! They made sure you were taken care of or needed anything, to let them know. No complaints there. Breakfast was not bad at all. Everything was fresh and staff made sure there was enough to accommodate everyone. 😊 The pool area was nice, I wish it was just a little warmer in there but I'm anemic, so I'm always cold. Lolbvs Room was nice, clean and comfortable! I really have no complaints. I would stay there again.💯

There was some kind of dressing spilled on one end table, sheets had some kind of chunky dried up food, other end table was smeared with some sort of sticky food, bathroom was dingy, old tub, no caulking at floor to tub, carpet stained need I say more???

Very strange guy staying there that made my daughter and I uncomfortable in the lobby so we decided not to stay. I was told I would get a refund and talked to 3 different people and still have not gotten my refund a month later.

Missing shower bar. Broken towel rack by the sink. Shower curtain covered in mold. Bathroom door falling apart and covered with some unknown substance. My allergies told me the A/C unit is full of mold and mildew. My eyes watered and nose was runny all the while in the room. Once we checked out my nose and eyes returned to normal. Water tasted like chlorine. Room smelled as if it was a former smoking room.

Hairdryer smoked when turned on. Staff did not offer to replace it. Wash cloth stuffed in ceiling light in bathroom.

It was a nice place to stay.

Finger prints on mirrors and headboards. Mold above shower. Key card wouldn’t work so had to stand in hallway with luggage for 10+ minutes until he decided to give us a different room. I believe the person working was there alone and he did his best, was friendly and likely had poor management. They ran out of towels, all towels, so didn’t have any for pool. I won’t stay here again.

The condition of our room was unacceptable. We found mold, a dangling heat lamp, non-functional outlets, and a broken TV. The linens were stained, one mattress had a strong, unpleasant odor, the A/C unit was excessively loud, and the entire floor smelled of must. However, the most upsetting part of our stay occurred at checkout. A staff member accused us of smoking marijuana and threatened a deep cleaning fee, citing dirt on the windowsill as "ash." We explained that the faint, temporary odor was from my handicapped son's sealed bag accidentally tearing. I asked the manager to inspect the room with me, and by the time we walked back up, the smell had completely dissipated. It was clear there had been no smoking. What makes this entire situation so absurd is that the hotel is located down the street from a marijuana dispensary, yet the staff chose to harass a guest over a minor, accidental odor that was gone in minutes. The lack of common sense and the hostile, accusatory treatment was beyond unprofessional. She did decide not to charge us for the fee. Since I wasn't going to back down.

I was woke up by a group of people / family looks like who knocked my door around 9:00pm while I was sleeping , they were given the same room key as mine , unfortunately … so they open the door but I locked inside they couldn’t get in and they tried to knock/ push hard etc … not their fault but the hotel’s … very bad experience and very concerns their professionalism

I believe this hotel is new. It was out from town somewhat with a corn field next door on one side. The breakfast was continental. The rooms were spacious and the sink was outside of the bathroom. I like that so i can comb my hair etc while someone else is in the bathroom

Not much to walk around and do, would be nice if there was a trail nearby.

Main issues was the whole time we stayed there maids never came to clean the room or even check to see if we needed new bath towels , an it looked like the bathroom has Black Mold .

Next I walked into the lobby and to my right I see this old couch with one dirty pillow sitting at a 60 degree angle and unzipped. Next I check in and they don’t have the ability to tap debit/credit cards or use Apple Pay, so the guy slides my card four times and asks if I have another form of payment. He finally types the numbers in. I then get off the elevator to the second floor and get hit by terrible smells, go into my room and I’m greeted by a ton of nats and another Oder. I showered left slept on a friend’s couch, came back the next morning, did the same and left. I didn’t sleep there. For 150.00 you would think it would be better!

Everything was fine about the hotel. A great value. The only problem was that the person next door was a loud snorer and the sound passed easily between the double door that separated the two rooms

The room was musty. Turned the AC on high, bathroom fan and opened the window to get the smell out to no avail. Every time we walked in the room the odor just smacked you in the face. Mold all around the shower. Everything felt damp.

The hotel ran out of towels and still demanded the normal 11am checkout.

Bathrooms need some fix up but otherwise good for a night.

The entire place shuts down at 8 pm no front desk help pool and laundry close at 10

Great stay!

Was some mold on the ceiling and wall above the bathtub. The breakfast was fine on the first day, on the last day the sausage and egg was barely warm. The juice machine needed to be refilled.

Trash cans in the room was way to small, we filled both trash cans and had over flow. The vending machines didn't work most the time. The pool had an oily slim, no one at the front counter. Only one elevator for as big as the hotel is. The TV was very hard to operate, and small than shuts off on its own. A plus was the amout of electric outlets. No trash cans in the hallway, great having an ice machine on each floor.

The electrical outlets barely worked, the bathroom door kept slamming in my face and the bed wasn’t really comfortable at all. Will be staying someone else next time I visit.

It was TERRIBLE !! My room was dirty and had Stains on my bedding. It was so bad I didn't stay the 2nd night of my planned stay there. A Dump !!!

Clean and quiet with basic room amenities. Hairdryer didn’t work. I wish the pool was available at 6am or 7am, like most places, rather than 10am. Wanted to swim before work but couldn’t.

We will never stay at that hotel again. It's run down, outdated, not very clean. Our key cards malfunctioned, our room(317) had huge gouging in the bathroom door, there was some sort of foreign substance smeared on the ceiling that was never cleaned. The 3rd floor smelled like Marijuana and the other guests on the floor allowed their kids to run wild up and down the hallway until 1am. I highly recommend spending a few more dollars and staying at one of the other hotels in the same area.

The elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana. The breakfast was ok. It’s very close to Rock Cut State Park, which is why I stayed there. It’s a decent hotel and not super expensive.

This looks like a fairly new hotel.

Very nice and quiet. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Swimming pool iis a plus for families with children.

Easy access and clean

The convenient location to the interstate highway was a plus for us. The pancake maker was unimpressive. We stayed at a quality inn with a waffle maker - much preferred.

Had a first floor room that was next to a maintenance room. Early in the morning sounds of a door opening and closing frequently when we were trying to sleep. Sad face.

Room was not very clean. We got to breakfast 1/2 hr before it ended but there was nothing left to eat. Fitness room had 3 pieces of equipment and the treadmill did not work.

Linen service is only provided every 3rd day of the stay. On 2nd day I requested clean bath towels from floor services, was advised that none were readily available, but would be delivered before the end of the day. None were delivered.

It was clean and close to lacrosse tournament.

We were given a room that smelled like a musty bathroom. They changed rooms for us , but the next room has dirty carpet, the grout in the bathroom floor was almost all crumbled away and there were some spots on the bedding. They need to invest in some upkeep and better cleaning services.

Good stay until I got locked in bathroom this morning , had to have my son go to front desk to get some guy who slid a screw driver under the door so i could remove the handle to escape , maybe do maintenance on hardware to prevent these kinds of things , its a funny story but delayed me being on time today for an event .

Quiet neighborhood The area was very clean

Well begining we called 3x about reservations and was constantly told we never booked and never had a reservation there and that are acceptance code wasnt even real and that aparently we were lying so that was awesome. Only to go there and show proof and be told ok heres your key. Then to go into a room with blood stain under the mirror next to tv. Ofcourse no one wanted to be there.

We stayed at this Quality Inn a week ago and found it clean, quiet and comfortable. Service was friendly and welcoming. We stayed again on our way back after a long day of driving. We had a great night of sleep. We will stay here again.

unfortunately, one of the towels was not changed when I came in and was still stained by the previous customers in this room. Fortunately, they recleaned my room on my request.

I actually booked through Expedia. At the front desk the Apple didn’t work so it caused a lot of inconvenience. The staff was nice and cooperative though however when I asked to extend my stay the manager was charging me more than usual and at the second time none of my payment methods was going through. The manager was charging more than usual. Also the hotel key stopped working every time so i had to move out to correct it every now and then. None of the payment methods work and they also didn’t accept online booking.

Clean pool (I did not use.) Reasonable breakfast included. My one bedside lamp wasn't working was the only downside worth mentioning.

The young man at checkin hurriedly left before I could ask what time breakfast was served. It wasn’t posted anywhere and I was looking for dinner suggestions. He forgot to turn the heat connection on for the room, so I had to call for that. The room has dim lighting. The bathroom lighting and venting are on timers. While I was in the shower at 5:30 am with the door closed the lights went out. There was no grab bar in the shower. I’m a senior. It was totally unsafe. Fortunately I wear a Fitbit and it lit the room enough for me to find my bearings. Also the table between the beds had a sticky substance on it that hadn’t been cleaned. Normally I like Quality Inn for reasonable prices, comfortable beds and free breakfasts.

It was so insanitary I couldn't eat around the flys in the "hot breakfast" area all on the food no hamdle to flush my toilet ripped blinds and stains had to transfer tooms only to not have the stains everything else was horrible fridge wasn't working

The refrigerator made a noise all night long. It was not the hum of the motor, it was a crinkling sound. It kept me awake a good part of the night. I tried jiggling it and moving it a little, but nothing helped.

I did not like the 100 dollar deposit and checking of the room. It felt belittling. Also every light and even the TV were on timers. My husband and I have CPAP machines. They can not go off every hour.

My room stunk with stale smoke. I requested a different room, none available. I asked for a reduction in my room charge to accommodate this unhealthy and stinky room smell, but none was given. I am reluctant to stay in a quality Inn again.

Everything was fine. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Towels were of questionable quality. I would stay here in the future.

Room had stains and tears on the curtains. Cracks on walls and chipped paint throughout. Not well maintained. Very noisy with door slamming late into the night, past 11 pm.

We all thought the beds were comfortable, they had great pillows and nice sheets. Higher quality than expected for a Quality Inn. We left before breakfast was available so I don't know much about that but I assume its the same as most.

Very quiet and affordable..

The motel needs some updating. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. AC/Heating unit made some noise but not obtrusive. the chair for the desk was adjustable but didn't really work, after being raised it would slowly slip back to the lowest level. The light switches i the room were on timers and would shut off after about 15-20 minutes which at one point meant that I finished my shower in the dark, and the exhaust fan shut off. Old style dial on the microwave. The freezer in the refrigerator did not work. Overall, it served for my function but I will look for another place to stay on my next visit.
