It was easy to book, it was close to everything, staff, especially Keith were so welcoming! There was confusion about what days our rooms should be cleaned. I guess we had that do not disturb on at 8 AM in the morning took it off by 10:30 AM and left for the day.. Came back at 9 PM and it hadn’t been cleaned because they said we had they do not disturb sign on our room earlier. I guess it would be good to know what are the cleaning hours? Because when we left the building around 10:30 AM, they were still on the floor cleaning rooms. We assume they would come to ours. We got it all fixed though after that.

We really like the spacious rooms and kitchenettes for our family, this is one of few hotels that can fit us all comfortably in 1 room! Everything is well kept and clean, the pool was chilly to me but my kids still jumped in and had a good time. Breakfast is adequate, maybe not as many options as some others but everyone in my family found something to fill up on!

The amenities here are wonderful. Lots of snack and breakfast items. Big rooms, kitchen with all the things. The floor and walls seemed thin. But noise wasn’t an issue. Again, the breakfast was a hit with our family. Lots of options and a hand washing station

Yes, everything was absolutely gorgeous and the pillows feel like marshmallows and you could just fall into them and fall asleep as soon as possible

Location, full kitchen if I needed it with dishwasher and laundry services, heated pool don’t use it but looked good and the fitness center small but glad they offer it. The beds uncomfortable the pillows were too soft, the room was cold despite the thermostat change.

Room dirty- furniture old and dirty- balcony chairs old 1990 plastics with metal dirty balcony and dirty towels toilet and door to close bathroom no space cheaper than cheap toilet paper- not Paul Mitchel products as listed on website some off brand and coffee machine very old and not good not expected of a Marriott property thought it would be better- home2 suites has class plates and glass mugs your lucky if you can get a coffee cup here terrible don’t recommend

Nice place, lots of drinks available throughout the day, clean place. Breakfast eggs were dry, sausage was alright. Not a lot of choice compared to other Home2 Suite properties. Beds were comfortable and clean, pillow choice wasn’t good, woke up with sore neck.

The room had a full size refrigerator with freezer (along with mini kitchenette). This was perfect to refreeze the ice packs for our cooler. We definitely will consider Home2Suites in future.

Loved the room decor, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Our room was right by an exit door and we were woke up every time someone went outside as it slammed shut hard. First floor and people above us were noisy. Usually I’ve found this hotel chain to be above my budget but somehow through Expedia we found this hotel at an affordable rate. We’ll be back if the rate is affordable again. We travel this direction a couple times a year.

Made a last-minute reservation here on our way north out of Chicago. A fair-priced hotel with great amenities and easy access to the interstate. We slept very comfortably and were ready for our 8-hr trip back home.

The shower dripped all night, had to put a towel under it so I did not hear it.

This was our third stay here. It feels like a home away from home. We like the sofa, full size frig, and bathroom night light. The desk chair is also comfortable. Breakfast has enough choices. Staff is friendly. Location is ideal for us as we spend time with people both in SE Rockford and Rockton. We like being near restaurant options like Subway, Panera, Culver’s, and Sam’s Pizza - all along Riverside Ave.

Check in at front desk was a bit rude. Made it clear they did not like that I booked the reservation on hotels.com as a Hilton honors member I did not feel well treated. Breakfast needs a lot of work. Compared to other hotel breakfast this is not great.

The location was super. Close to the highway and centrally located to our events in Rockford and Beloit. The room was huge and well maintained. The front desk staff were super friendly and efficient. Our room was close to the elevator and ice machine: no problems from either one. It is definite our “keep” list. Nothing.

I was surprised by the quality of this hotel. My room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I super appreciated the lock reinforcer inside the hotel room door that helped me feel more secure as a solo traveler. I had brought my own but didn't need it. The carpets in the hallway of the 4th floor were stained, but the floors in my room weren't, so I was fine with that. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I never tried the breakfast as it wasn't ready when I left at 6:40 each morning. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel and I'm glad I chose to stay here for my work trip.

The oatmeal was not very warm and the buffet was self serve- which I am just not a huge fan of- but this was self serve meaning items were cold and you had to reheat them. The property itself was fine and comfortable and clean They didn’t have my booking. The front desk staff was very unhelpful. She was impatient and rude to me.

My feet stuck to the floor. The front staff questioned my reservation and re-typed in all the information which was a complete waste of time and almost gave the impression that she was changing my reservation. The staff members were folding bathroom towels while sitting at the front desk which was odd and very unprofessional. And finally when I inquired about late check out it was just an immediate no. At least pretend to look at your bookings and be accommodating. We won’t be back and I’m thinking we are done with Hilton in general.

Being next to the dispensary it smelled like weed literally everywhere you went. That was a huge downside for me as I hate the smell. Walking out there was 2 guys smoking weed next to the front door. I wish they would look out for that stuff more. The connecting doors made it extremely loud when your neighbor was watching tv or talking. I heard them more than I would like to. Other than that a great place to stay and having all the kitchen comforts of home made it perfect.

For 300 for one night, the water pressure in the shower was low, the swimming pool is not heated and was freezing cold.

The hotel power went out briefly in iur room. No water pressure.

Didnt like the $50 charge for incidentals/damages that was put on my credit card as a “just in case”. It will be returned in a couple of days. The guy and woman that was in charge were very helpful w helping us find a good place to eat.

Super clean hotel with comfy beds. My boys had a great time in the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The hotel needs better soundproofing. We could hear everyone walking in the hall, each and every door closing on our floor and even when people in the rooms nearby were in the shower.

Very nice, newer property with many amenities. Sheets were so soft and the room was quiet and spacious with practically a full kitchen. Everything was very nice. Only minor things - TV was not working well due to what I assume were satellite issues? Very hard to find local channels that worked. Also, the exercise room is very crowded and has full length windows open to the front of the hotel. I would NOT want to work out in there with everyone watching me. The treadmills were so close together they were literally touching. Ew. Breakfast was so-so. Other than that everything was great. Very friendly staff.

Great first night in handicap accessible room. Second night room above was out of control. Front desk warned them twice but ultimately would not force them to move even though they said 2 adults and actually had 5 children in the room. Was told no rooms to move them to but when I said we were not going to stay was given 3 non accessible rooms to choose from to relocate ourselves and 82 year old wheelchair bound mother following our fathers funeral. Was told it was a business decision to achieve sold out status for the property. Stayed there a number of times in the past but unlikely to do so in the future

Everything thing was fine for a newer facility it just seemed a little worn. The only issue I really had was with the breakfast it was just frozen foods microwaved, not my idea of food.I switched to making waffles and that was better.

On the Hotels App it gave me the option to select a smoking room and when I checked in I was informed that none of the hotels in Illinois allow smoking inside.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The Hotel had many lounge areas and the breakfast was really good.

The room was amazing. Everything was perfect! The front desk staff went out of their way to make me feel at home.

It was clean but very simple. The pool was tiny with towels that were not much bigger than hand towels. I paid $250 for a 'suite' which included a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa and a refrigerator/freezer with a curtain to separate the beds and sofa. The decor was very modern and simple which reminded me of my previous dorm room. It was a disappointing room for a Hilton hotel.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. They have excellent customer service and the rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds and sheets.

The rooms were clean & spacious! Breakfast was good. The only critiques were; the pool was very cold and the air conditioner in the room wasn't working right. We couldnt get comfortable, it was either super warm or super cold. Other than that it was a great stay!

Check in was easy very friendly manager, Rose. She sent me a text that evening to follow up on my stay. The property itself was nice. The room was spacious. My only dislike was the morning staff greeted everyone but myself who came down for breakfast. Breakfast options were okay. Overall good. I would stay again.

Home2Suites have a nice fresh update on traditional hotels. People really seem to enjoy the common areas more than I’ve ever seen at other hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was both traditional and unique. I loved the offering of hot breakfast sandwiches or bowls and the yogurt machine with a little toppings bar.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good options for breakfast. The room has a nice size kitchen with dishes, almost full size fridge, and a dishwasher. Room was extremely clean. Beds are cozy. Family loved it!
