Room was mostly clean and staff were great. There’s no breakfast and no free coffee except for the brew your own in the room. Just want a cup of coffee without having to buy it from Starbucks.

Beautiful and contemporary place with really great staff and a Starbuck's. Surprisingly cool outdoor space in the back, big, comfy room with micro and fridge. Couldn't have asked for more. The prices on their menu are aggregiously insane. 13 bucks for an egg sandwich, for example. Next time, I definitely dine out for all meals.

This property was clean and quiet. The hotel staff was nice. This hotel is surrounded by many restaurants as well as shopping area. I chose to stay in Rogers instead of Fayetteville and I don’t regret it. Is only about 15-20 minutes outside of Fayetteville.

ranked staff low due to them seeing someone with our same last name came in after us and put them in a room by us. it was family but that was weird to me since we didn't come in at the same time. that was a risky assumption and honestly didn't need to be in a room right next to them

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, Staff was friendly, French toast and blueberry pancakes were amazing and there is a Starbucks on site. So many shopping options and restaurants to choose from in thi area. Wonderful stay, would stay there again and highly recommend.

Room was clean and big. Loved the layout with the couch and the tv mount so you could turn it. The shower head didn’t work right and didn’t like that the shower door remained open to the bathroom.

Nice and relatively new hotel. The area has several plazas within walking distance, and a mall nearby. Parking was easy, the area is convenient about 15 mins from the airport and near downtown Rogers.

The lady who checked me in was v helpful, courteous and professional. I think her name is Brianna.

We always stay here for the large double queen room. Very convenient to shopping, medical and food.

Hotel and staff were amazing, the bed wasn’t not overly comfortable. Seemed like the mattress was in need of replacement.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Marriott hotel. The view was great. The room was lovely and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great and efficient. A great stay. (The water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed.)

Check in went smoothly and was quick. We went to a concert at the AMP and got back real late. The place was quiet and we were able to go right to sleep. The room we got had an adjoining door. Through the night the neighbors were very loud and you could hear them through it. All in all, the beds were pretty comfy and the room was spacious

It was close to Walmart amp.

Great location and staff, but everything was so loud and bangy: the doors, cupboards, switches, etc. Also not a fan of the European-style half shower wall that lets the floor get all wet. The coffee machine spurted water everywhere and the cups, sleeves and lids were mismatched. The WiFi also only worked sporadically.

Hotel was clean. Pool area loud especially after hours when pool was suppose to be closed and we stayed on the 5th floor. Ac only worked if on 65 degrees. Wish they had a restaurant or served a free breakfast.

Beautiful hotel! Walking distance to The Amp (concert venue). Very close to the Promenade for shopping.

Beautiful property, and friendly staff. My husband and I were shocked to have found BED BUG BITES all over our legs the next morning after checkout! If you stay here, please check for signs of bed bugs better than we did. And keep your belongings on an unupolsteded surface away from the bed. I am terrified and hoping we didn’t bring any of these bugs home with us. Again, there are BED BUGS at this property. We stayed in room 408.

Great place to stay in bentonville

This was my second time to stay at this property. It’s very quiet and clean! It’s also close to a lot of shopping, Top Golf and the Walmart AMP if you are attending a concert.

What I didn't like was the water pressure which was low, the hot water never truly got hot, and the walls between rooms was thin. Otherwise a great, clean property.

On a more frustrating point, my room pipes loudly clanked all night (every 1.5-2 minutes!!!). After several hours of not being able to get any sleep, I called the front desk to be told there was “nothing they could do, and the noise was due to the building settling” in which she stated she “had no control over that”. The following morning, at check out, I mentioned my exhaustion from lack of sleep throughout the night and having a long drive ahead of me. The check out clerk aimlessly rambled about how it “must be those water pipes (they) didn’t fix the last time acting up again”. (Basically just mumbling to himself about how they had to call those guys again and probably open up the walls, etc etc..). From the office behind him, I noticed the manager must have been curious about our conversation, as he wheeled his chair out from his desk… just long enough to peek out and look at me up and down and wheel back to his desk. Had the unfriendliness been the only issue, I would have thought what a bummer for people to be so unhappy and not thought much of it. But after seeing how they handled the repeated noise issue, I decided my negative review was necessary.

There seemed to be water damage in our room despite being a new hotel. It seemed that the rain water seeped through the window, causing our carpet in our room to be wet. The staff was nice and friendly but we were disappointed with the property.

No free Breakfast bar. Food was way too high. Cleaning staff shortage. Did not have room clean one time during stay. Had to go to desk to get extra towels.
