The rooms were large and spacious. Beds were comfortable. There was only 1 elevator, it was very hot inside it. There were not any ice machines on the each individual floor that we could find to fill up water jugs.

Extremely clean and large suite. Breakfast employee was super friendly and helpful. The living room ac was very cold but the bedroom ac wasn’t as cold. Bed was a little firm for me but not bad.

The room is nice and breakfast was great. The staff was nice however our TV in the bedroom didn’t work. We asked 3 times about fixing it. It never happened. Otherwise this hotel is nice we would stay there again.

The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, with minimal noise from other guests. We went to see a concert and wanted to be able to stay overnight. So glad we booked here! The whole place was clean and fresh and our suite was wonderful! We didn't want to leave. Carrie/Kari (I didn't ask the spelling, unfortunately) was so amazing and helpful! Will definitely plan to stay here again for when we come in for concerts! Thank you for a quick and peaceful getaway!

Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. I would 10/10 stay here again. Also walking distance to the Walmart amp (if you don’t mind a decent walk but it’s honestly not bad!)

The check-in process took 30 minutes because the front desk clerk did not know which rooms were clean or the number system for the hotel. I was given two rooms - one on the wrong side of the hotel facing the interstate and the other wasn't cleaned. Third room was the charm. Overall the positioning of the TV is poorly designed nor can you adjust it. The curtains do not properly block the light. The breakfast was below average at best. Overall I will not stay at another Staybride property in the future.

I have to say that this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in in a very long time I've stayed at the embassy I have stayed at Hyatt but as far as a one bedroom king suite for the three of us that had everything we needed for our business trip and I appreciate that it was American owned

Excellent, clean place but the highway noise was annoying. I recommend getting a room on the west side to counter that. The room itself was great.and check-in/out was a breeze.

Tried to check in at 2:30 pm. Had a wedding to be at at 5:00. I was told there were no rooms available... yet. I was told they would call when something became available. Set in the parking lot until 4:00 pm. Never received a phone call. Day shift front desk staff performed poorly. The night shift front desk staff was excellant.

Loved the two-bedroom condo suite with 2 separate restrooms. One of the restrooms had a toilet that was very wobbly. The breakfast bar was empty when we went and the kitchen staff was talking and playing around in the kitchen. We never got anything fresh brough out, so we ate oatmeal. It was still 1.5 hours from time to close the breakfast bar, so it wasn't last minute on our part.

We have always stayed at the Candlewood/Staybridge Suites family of hotels in the Fayetteville area and LOVE them. This was hands down the most run down and worst one. The staff was not horrible, but the service was not up to par. The lady serving breakfast was unprofessional and ran out of food quickly. She blamed it on broken appliances in the kitchen. Either the washers or dryers were also out of sevice. And this was the first time at this hotel chain that we have been denied a late check out. All these issues wouldnt have been a huge deal, except that it was my wife's birthday trip. VERY disappointed!

Room was massive with separate bedroom from living room and kitchen. Two tvs. Huge bathroom. Bed was super comfy. The only two drawbacks. Shower needs a little more hot water. Breakfast could have been better. Very little bacon and eggs were burnt. Other that worth it and solid option.

Management need to replace the "raggedy" bath towels. I was most disappointed to see that the bath towels were torn at the edges and simply worn. I complained to the front desk person and we received better looking towels....but this should never have happened. Please fix this, Staybridge Suites! This is not becoming of a $140/night hotel!

The room and hotel itself was fine. The staff was ok, but aside from my charge through hotel.com I was charged 4 more times from the hotel. I know 1 of the charges were for incidentals, but the other 3 were for 2 nights stay. I only stayed 1 night. The guy at the front desk refunded the one he messed up. Then I got up the next morning to another charge. The girl at the desk said she couldn’t fix it. I’m extremely aggravated that almost $400 of my travel money is tied up because if their mess up and no one was willing to fix it.

Safe and easy access to the interstate. On the other hand, however, my room faced the interstate and i heard the road noise well into the night. But this place was impeccably clean and had a great staff.

For the price I expected a bit more.Reserved online for a handicap assessable room but told at check in not available. They did however provide a shower stool for my Mother. As far as the room goes there are numerous negatives. The kitchenette and sitting area were spacious enough but the bedroom with two double beds was cramped. There is only a foot between the end of one bed to access the bathroom. Other negatives are very little vanity space, no drawers in the bedroom to store clothing, no luggage rack to even put a suitcase on but a small dresser in the kitchen! There is no vent in bathroom for exhaust. Concerning cleanliness there was a dirty washcloth in the shower so that couldn't have been cleaned well and there was dust on surfaces in the bedroom. One of the bedroom door handles was missing. The beds were comfortable but too high. I am 5'5" and I had to climb up into the bed. The pillows however were wonderful and included firm and soft choices. Other notables are there was no ice machine anywhere that I could find and no one was ever at the front desk to even ask. There is a nice patio at the back of the hotel but it is next to the interstate and makes it difficult to even have a conversation due to the noise, which I would add I could hear from my room also. One final note, the sprinklers in the front are not positioned correctly as they spray the sidewalk and the cars parked in the handicap section. Far too many negatives to consider staying here again.

On this occasion the juice machines were not working , no milk for the cereal , no oats which are my favourite . Poor show all round and to top it off there were workmen drilling some of the worktops . I would have thought they would have waited until guests had finished . A nice touch is when a lot of the staff congregate at the front door smoking So disappointing that standards have slipped

While they are still in the middle of renovations and things like cabinet doors for the kitchenette are missing, everything is new and is lovely already. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable.

This hotel was re-modeling while we were there! Dust, no/little desk service. Breakfast was next door, not at the hotel. The second night, there was a fake fire alarm. We expect more of the Staybridge, and more of this app. Really upset, this was a trip with my friends and it wasn’t anywhere near ‘standard,’ let alone real nice.

I didn't like the fact that the door lock had to be fixed twice and I had to get it rekeyed. I didn't like the fact they charged me $25.00 ahead for items that I didn't use and they were supposed to reimburse me two days after my stay and I have not gotten credited for it yet. Construction workers set the fire alarm off numerous times and it was extremely loud and no one bothered to tell us what was going on until you called the front desk.

Beware - booked a reservation here many months ago and on my way driving to check in - received a phone call that they were overbooked and moved me to another hotel. I had a 2 bedroom suite and they booked me in a queen studio at the other hotel so had to get 2 non-connecting rooms for my families trip. No consideration, no assistance , no nothing from Staybridge. And the hotel they sent me to was not that nice. . I have left a voicemail with the manager and have not received a call back yet. This is unacceptable!

Spacious room and good breakfast. The hotel is under a remodel with lots of construction (at all hours of the night). The room we stayed in had plumbing that was leaking and black mold.

Front desk wouldn’t help. Just said sorry. There were plenty of rooms available but they wouldn’t switch me. Staff member wasn’t around both times I came to the front desk. Saw him playing on his phone most of the time. Horrible part of my Christmas weekend.

My only complaint was -- The lady running the breakfast was walking around with her cell phone playing very loud music.

This is a great hotel. The suites are nicely laid out and comfortable, and the price is very affordable. It's so nice to have a full kitchen to be able to prepare meals, although breakfast is included. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When I discovered that an area of the carpet in the bedroom was wet and moldy, they immediately moved me to another room, no questions asked. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom in our room was disgusting. We took pictures of mold on all of the walls. The hotel’s response was that they were sorry and they knew, and they were beginning renovations next month.

We have stayed here before in a standard room and thought it was great. Close to the Amp and clean. However, this time we were given an accessible room (not sure why) and it was filthy. The couch was gross, carpet had stains and was sticky, the caulking around the shower was black. Terrible that an accessible room was held to such a low standard of cleanliness. Probably won’t stay here again.

Once I got to my corrected room, there was a bed bug crawling on the pillow. I took a video of it and went back to the front desk. I asked for a refund and left. Had to drive two hours away to sleep for the night.

It’s was a nice suite with some kitchen amenities including a sink, frig and microwave. Coffee was supplied and towels and soap for any clean up. Bed was very comfortable. The desk chair was a bit worn. A light is needed above the bathroom sink. Appears there was one at one point.

The trash outside was overflowing. I had dogs with me and the dog walk was right by the trash. It was windy during my stay so of course trash littered the dog walk area. The side door was constantly propped open. We checked in about an hour early. One room of two was ready. No big deal because we were early. We were able to unload everything into the one room. I had requested multiple times that the other room be close but didn't have to be next door. So 30 minutes later the front desk called to tell us the 2nd room was ready...on a different floor. I reminded them we needed the rooms to be close together. She told us she would call us when one was ready. About 5:30 (an hour and a half after scheduled check-in) we got a call that a room two doors down was ready. Rooms are awkwardly laid out. Doors hit the shower curtain rod. You can't change the TV channel because the bed is too high. No smoking in the hotel but the smokers congregate right by the entrance because that's where they put a bench and outdoor ashtray. So at times the lobby has a smoke smell.
