Excellent service from the front desk personnel. And the chef at this sometime-open restaurant for dinner should advertise more. His sandwiches and cakes are excellent. The room and bathrooms were clean. Only one suggestion: Install a cellphone power unit in the room. (I forgot my power cord.)

Room was large. Separate bedroom with a door. The hot tub was not operational. There were racist guests present who refused to get in the pool with my black grandchildren.

Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are dated and could use a refresh.

They didn’t keep it ful and the people that likes to sleep late and went down later probably didn’t have anything to eat. Advertising a full breakfast is what guest expect!

My father had just passed and the gentleman said we could not sit in the kitchen area that we would have to move to the lobby to discuss personal matters & get his services set up. Lobby was full of family of a baseball team staying there for a tourney.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time! The room was amazing and so spacious with an attached living area. We only had one issue and it was minor. The carpet in the hallway to the room was coming up so much it made the wheel on one of our luggages break off so that’s something to be careful of. We just took it slow down the carpet the next time. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay

Arrived for breakfast and there was literally hardly any food and no staff in sight. People were looking for staff with no luck. Overall, took a great trip down to just ok

No Hot Tub only disappointment

Breakfast was ok but not at level expected after staying at Hyatt Place. It seems as this property was something else and trys to be hyatt. No dining options yet promoted like existed with banners etc.

The hotel was lovely and the rooms were very nice. However… We were very disappointed with the pool. When I checked in, I specifically asked if the pool was heated… Was told yes, and it was not. My son and his family were coming to visit us there and swim and have pizza on our first night in town. We ended up just having to sit in our room and visit.

I stayed just one night, ordered a pizza to go from the restaurant downstairs. The male bartender/server was really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and roomy. The Bed was very comfortable. When I came downstairs about 8amto check out, there were a handful of people waiting around for a the caffeinated coffee to be refilled in both the lobby and the dining area so I was disappointed not to have a quick cup to go but otherwise the stay was wonderful.

Also someone was smoking in their room,which was overwhelming! We had was fish and chips at the bar, it was horrible. Uneatable!!

Clean room, staff in front lobby was great, location was real good. The only issue was the breakfast. A lot of little things (no bowls, old brown sugar, having to ask/wait for condiments) made a big difference on the breakfast experience. This is what kept it from a 5 star review.

Restaurant/Bar was pretty much nonexistant. It did not open saturday night and sunday morning opened late. The young man that was doing breakfast did his best, but was called in last minute and was by himself trying to do it all.

staff was great. corporate sucks. booked there because it had a pool, hot tub and restaurant. pool was cold. hot tub was empty with no plans to reopen, and i was told the restaurant wouldn’t reopen until the hotel was more than 25% booked like it was the 25% s fault. it’s false advertising at the least. don’t be fooled. i won’t ever again. they don’t provide what they say. your paying a lot more for a lot less than advertised while some executive that runs the program is at a place with everything they claimed to have. don’t pay for it

House keeping never came to clean our room. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The room was great loved the setup.

My only real complaint would be a lack of a vent fan in the bathroom... We were disappointed there no breakfast available on our 1st morning. The morning desk attendant apologetically explained that the kitch person had called out, which is understandable but still disappointing. Breakfast was tasty the 2nd morning though. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the Hyatt House 😁

Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is very nice, has a bar and restaurant too. The location is fantastic, easy in and out. It is close to all the good restaurants and fun things to do there. Very nice for the price.

The staff was really friendly and helpful in all areas. This hotel is not in a walkable area, you have to drive everywhere. Restaurant and bar options limited but definitely good enough. Not really a restaurant more a bar with snacks menu. My only complaint was the hot tub was broken

I only stayed here for the hot tub that wasn’t working

no pancakes, no waffles, and the only fruit offered was an orange. The sausage was overcooked and the toaster so small the bread could not be toasted. They had english muffins but no bagels. This a horrible hotel with unfriendly staff. Please consider removing them from your list of options. I filed a complaint with Hyatt. I feel like they owe me some money back.

Will go back and stay again. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well kept.

A motorcycle convention was in town.The management didn't prepare for a large group of people. The food was sparse to non-existent. There was not even coffee. The kitchen help was doing what they could, but, were completely overwhelmed.

Suggestion: night light for the bathroom

Everything was great - the phones in rooms don’t work!

We had 3 nights booked and they locked us out of our room twice in error. They said sometimes this happens after check out time. Very frustrating. 😡 I spoke with the mgr and because I booked with Expedia, there was nothing they could do other than send someone to fix the issues. No refunds given. Issues were not fixed during our visit. Cannot give a recommendation to this hotel. Find another in the area. There are many.

The person who checked me in was fantastic. Super friendly and efficient.

The whole place was clean. There is a lack of help there. Good luck getting breakfast. Dinner took a while to get. Water jug ran out, no one to fill it back up. Employees are nice, but not enough of them to keep things moving.

Front desk personal are great .Breakfast was normal motel food but the people serving are really nice to be around.We enjoyed the lounge and had supper there one night was nice not having to go far.Room far exceeded our expectations. Definitely will be back next year.

My biggest complaint was that their restaurant was out of alot of foods to order that were on the menu

We had tickets for a football game, had a family tragedy and was not able to attend and refused to refund my money. Not to mention they double or triple the rates. As far as I’m concerned they can go out of business

Good hotel, but - right next to highway and the room i was assigned initially had a lot of road noise. The staff was very kind to shift me to a room that was not facing the highway, though, even that room had some road noise. It seems to me that if you build next to a highway that you should put more effort into exterior noise mitigation.

My overall stay was great, the only problem that I had was the breakfast. When it says that it’s open until 10am, then have plenty of food available until 10. We were at breakfast at 9:30, and there was nothing left, the cook made a couple of items but that’s it not enough for everyone that kept showing up.

I've staayed at this location many times because it's pet friendly. On this particular trip I got into town amd was hoping to check in 90 minutes early. They wanted $50 for the early checkin, $100 for the dog all on top of a $105 nightly rate.

Have stayed here several times now, easily accessible and close to everything you want to do

Repeat guest because I enjoyed my stay last time. Will visit again the next time I'm in the area - a very pleasant experience. Would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room/with housekeeping though.

Every thing was amazing

To access indoor pool had to go outside because indoor lock was broken. The outside gate latch was missing, Ice machine on 5th floor was not working, jaccuzi tub out of order, the handicap lift at poolside was broken. A family had to physically lift their approx 200 lb boy out of the pool. Outside of property condition, staff was excellent and spacious room.

Excellent location for the venue that i was attending. Its in a great proximity to other businesses.

staff, amenities, the room itself were all fine. My room was 5th floor and it took a very very long time to get hot water, and we're not talking January or February, my stay was 7/31, and 8/1. Also the bed was too soft for my taste and I slept horribly, and thirdly there was only one ice machine working in the building out of a 6 floor hotel, so when we needed ice we had to go out to the elevators ride down, and then ride back up. otherwise it was a very nice place.

Living room area had love seat and chair, coffee table and tv cabinet. The door from it to bedroom area was definitely an obstacle which should be removed in ADA room. The door to bathroom is awkwardly located, too, and sticks out into walkway by kitchette. Bed height is higher than wheelchairs. Bed skirts should be removed or shortened in ADA room.

This was far below expectations for what I paid for the room, the sheets on the bed had holes in them, there was a stain running down the wall that I can only imagine what it likely was, and the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling/rolling back. Very disappointed and when I mentioned those things to the front desk at checkout we were offered a few bottles of water. Definitely would never stay here again!

We were in from Florida for a funeral. We found the room to be spacious and very clean. Traveling as often as I do, I seldom seen housekeeping on a daily basis anymore. It was very nice to come into a clean room after a long day at the funeral, cemetery, and dinner. The bar/restaurant has a limited menu, but the variety is just enough to satisfy what one wants.

I booked a king with a pull out sofa. Our room had a regular sofa and the property could not locate any king rooms with a pull out sofa nor did they have any roll away beds available. We were not accommodated with what we purchased many months ahead of check in date.

Friendly Staff. Great location. A few minor areas of the hotel need a cosmetic makeover/upgrade, but nothing major.

Parking was convenient, check-in was quick despite it being a busy time of day. Staff were exceptional and welcoming. The room was clean and even smelled fresh. The air conditioning was heavenly on a warm humid day. My husband said the water pressure was the best part of the whole trip! The beds were clean and comfortable, we all got a good nights sleep. Nice vending/concession options and breakfast was worth getting up for after a late night. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Rogers!

The breakfast was bad. Really bad. Also, there was a woman employee watching us eat, like hovering. I think the omlet guy quit in the middle of our breakfast. It was a really weird atmosphere. Too many eyes on on us.

The property is a little older and shows signs of wear. We really liked the set up of the room. We enjoyed the breakfast. The omlete was the way to go, the other part of the breakfast was just fine. Employees were very kind and helpful.

Ask for a room that doesn't face the highway. And note, the room's heavy curtains don't close so there is ambient light. Room is spacious for a hotel room.

Facility and room were excellent - BUT the HVAC system in the room was poor - it worked, but would not set and keep a comfortable temperature. AND the road noise from I-49 was way too loud. The people were also excellent.

Good place for a night or two. Breakfast was okay, nothing that stood out. Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub still out of order and the 'restaurant and bar' isn't really a restaurant and bar. Just someone behind a counter pouring some liquor and a very limited dining option in the breakfast room. But as long as you didn't book based on those things and just want a fairly quiet room in a good location, it is a good option.
