We had a late flight and were given an extra hour before we had to check out which was great. Having a washing basket was a great and well thought out extra. Having a washing machine and dryer was one of the deciding factors in choosing the hotel. Close to bus stop for access to train station very helpful

We had a great overnight stay as we were in Chicago to see a concert. Very comfortable room. Within walking distance to AllState Arena. Hotel restaurant Land and Lake was good. Decent portion size of food and friendly staff. Free breakfast in the morning was really good. Bonus--- the bed was super comfortable! It makes or breaks a stay for me. Overall good place.

We have stayed here a few times now since they’re just down the road from Ohare airport with shuttle service. The rooms are always clean with breakfast included with your stay which is very good. The staff a very polite and helpful. Our room had a full kitchen with a dishwasher so you could prepare your own meal then sit down to dinner while watching the flights come and go. There is a very nice restaurant on the premises as well plus a pool and gym so we always enjoy our stay while waiting for the time to go to the airport.

We got a free shuttle to pick us up from O'Hare and then got a return trip on Monday to fly home. On time. Great drivers. Very helpful. We enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. Clean and spacious room. Lots of amenities. We could live there.

Allstate is NOT a 4 min walk. More like 8-10. Mo one cleaned our room, we were there 3 days. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special.

We had a larger suite than normal. It was great to spread out and hubby was happy watching the planes from the lounge whilst I could relax in the bedroom. Had a great sleep on our stopover between flights. I try and use the pool each stopover which is great but and as I have to watch the time a clock down there would be really helpful, as would a spinner for my costume so I don’t have to pack a soaking wet costume in my luggage. The hotels free airport transfers are a huge bonus and so welcome after a long flight. They are regular, reliable and driven by nice guys. Always struggle to make a decent cup of tea in the room. Have to resort to using a pan of water and using fresh milk we have saved from breakfast. I know this is a US thing but we Brits need our tea ! The clock on the bedside was 1 hour out and I couldn’t work out how to adjust it, just glad I wasn’t relying on it. The shower dripped loudly on the metal plate after taking a shower. We had to place a flannel over it in order to sleep. Also does anyone know how you can get food from the drive through Portillos next door (obviously when the hotel food is closed for the night ) As we fly in from the UK we have no car and my credit card won’t process a pick up order as the postcode attached to my credit card is my home address ? No major problems just niggles after continued visits to the hotel.

We have stayed many times on our visits to see our daughter. We spend a much needed night either side of the visit to break up the plane journeys. We like the reliable airport transfer and the pleasant drivers. The distance to O’hare is 12 mins I think, big bonus. The hotel has a nice vibe, breakfast is included & other food is generally available to buy during the rest of the day. Rooms are usually really clean and comfortable. I like being a repeat customer knowing roughly what to expect. The swimming pool is a treat prior to flights knowing you are going to be all squashed up for a period of time. Always look forward to our next visit. This last visit wasn’t as good as our previous visits. I booked a Queen Suite with airport view but we received probably a larger room but on the Interstate side, which can be quite noisy. We decided not to say anything to reception as it was late, we were hungry, needed to go to the dining room before it closed, and were tired after a long flight. My husbands hobby is aircraft photography so when airport view was available I thought it would be a nice change. We have usually stayed on the Interstate side and find the noise from traffic does reduce slightly overnight and you sort of get used to the hum of it all. However this visit it didn’t abate for long and the person in the room next door decided to put the tv on loud at 4am. The breakfast room was also very busy on our two recent visits. We observed quite a few elderly people there, obviously not on vacation and wondered why they were misplaced as some looked rather frail.

Really nice place to stay, very convenient and close to airport, easy shuttle pickup, loved having the mini kitchen in the room, weekday social was nice to have, clean and comfy. However, with no safe in the room, for the first time ever, I had a pair of silver earrings go “missing”. I hate to think poorly of staff, but literally had them by the bed before we left for the day, came back and they weren’t there. Checked everything and everywhere before we notified the front desk, but nothing.

The pull.put bed jad a sheet on it tbat was dirty and the air conditioner was filthy and didn't initially work. My husbsnd cleaned the filter. The staff was helpful though and found sonething we left behind that we picked up when we returned to Chicago.

We missed our flight connection due to an airline delay and the staff allowed us to check in early and provided a couple toothbrushes and toothpaste because our luggage was not available. Very friendly staff and the room was clean.

Not a single issue with my two night stay will would definitely recommend and come back.

Room was better than expected, love fog free light up mirror in the bathroom (loved it so much I purchased one when I arrived home!!). Bathroom still needs a vent fan especially with a sliding door. I appreciated all dishes, utensils, pots, towels ect. were provided in the kitchen. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Check in & out was super easy & quick. My only complaint is its $20 to park. I had an event at the Allstate arena within a few hours of arrival between both I spent $45 on parking in a matter of a couple hours. A shuttle would be nice to events at Allstate Arena and would help make up for the $20 I was charged at check in. Both Hotels.com and Expedia mentioned paid parking and a lot on the side (made it sound like this is free). This is the 1st time I’ve ever paid to park at a hotel I was staying at. Even with the parking fee I would definitely stay again when in town. Ohhh and the tv remote is really weird & a pain!!

Front lounge was clean, room was extremely clean, and the staff that took care of us when we checked in at 12am was super accommodating and nice. I haven’t received service that excellent in a long time! Thank you, and will be staying here again!!

Proximity to the airport was great. The room was nice and the staff was courteous. The highway was closer than I realized to the hotel. It was very loud and disturbed my sleep.

Big and spacious room with big tv and plenty of space for suitcases. Room equipped with a fridge, sink, stovetop and microwave. A lot of varieties of the dinner menu. Very nice breakfast The door was falling from the frame, there was pee on my toilet and tv remote was missing. It was obvious that the hotel needs some renovations through the rooms. The dinner was more expensive for the quality of the meal.

Room smelled distinctly like pizza, but was overall clean and very comfortable! Bed was great! Perfect after a very long flight. Free breakfast was well done as well.

The lobby is very nice, the attached restaurant was very good. They had single alcoholic beverages you could buy in the lobby which was very convenient. Unfortunately we had a dog staying in the room next to us and kept us up at night barking.

It did not meet my expectations, based on reviews and price. Traffic kept me awake and it was not as close to the airport as expected. Otherwise, an okay stay; clean and comfortable and the convenient restaurant and breakfast were appreciated.

The room was as expected. Decently clean though I’d say the shower could be updated and it would have been nice to have a tub since we had two small kids with us who are afraid of the shower head. Breakfast was good, lobby is nice, and we didn’t try the pool but good to know the option was there and it looked nice.

The studio suite was awesome! It had a small kitchen with an electric stovetop and a full set of dishes. The bed was also super comfortable!

This is an older hotel… tired but still very comfy. Good value. Received a discount card to the attached restaurant /bar “Land and Lake” service and the food was very good. Small menu but something for everyone. Drink menu fun. The updated vibe was industrial chic . It is so quiet here even though it is near the airport. The king bed/pillows were super comfy. The only thing is there are two hotels here at the same desk Holiday Inn and Staybridge. It’s a little confusing, but you have a room type for every traveler. My room was complete with the refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and stove top and a nice couch and small basic cable, but I was so tired from traveling. I didn’t care so much about it. Woke up this morning refreshed albeit a bit jet laggish! 😊

We love staying here but we do wish they would heat the pool to a more acceptable temperature. The hot tub also hasn’t been repaired yet.

There are so many positives about this hotel, but the housekeeping staff and housekeeping managers need to be fired! When we got there, the pillows and sheets smelled like BO, and we couldn’t get housekeeping to replace linens with the right sized ones because they couldn’t understand English. Housekeeping only provided service every other day, and knocked on the door to clean the room when the do not disturb sign was on. They didn’t have any hair conditioner in the bathroom and didn’t restock with enough soap or toilet paper. Also, housekeepers didn’t know how to make the bed. The sheets were obnoxiously wrinkled and falling off,. I had to make the bed myself every night, but the wrinkles in the sheets were soooo uncomfortable! Also, if we hadn’t had to constantly call the front desk with housekeeping complaints, this would have been a perfect stay. Just too bad

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. I had been traveling for two weeks and needed to do laundry. One of the front desk people walked me to the laundry room to make sure that I would find it. Use of the washers and dryers was complimentary; my only expense for laundry was buying detergent for the washing machines. Also, the rooms had a very useful amenity: a laundry basket. Rather than stuffing my dirty clothes in a suitcase for the trip to the laundry room and back, I could use the laundry basket. How handy! I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay, including breakfast and the airport shuttle provided by the hotel.

There were a couple of downsides, though. Our bathroom door ended up breaking during our stay. The engineers did come quickly to fix it, but unfortunately it still didn’t slide closed all the way afterward. The WiFi was also a bit choppy at times, which was a little frustrating. Housekeeping also did not come until our last night at the hotel and we were there for 6 days/5 nights. Even with those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Chicago.

It’s been mostly fine. However the tv in our room doesn’t work. I turned it on and there are channels, it says that I need an internet connection. For local channels? Never seen that before at any hotel I’ve stayed at. So then I thought, screen mirroring from my phone, but I had to be on the same WiFi as the tv, the WiFi code that they gave me in key envelope won’t connect, says invalid code. Guess I’m not watching tv.

I cannot give an experience of check in as my husband checked in prior to my arrival. The room could have been cleaner. There were crumbs of food in the refrigerator and Chipotle napkins on the floor under the curtains. We did not eat at Chipotle. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff working during the breakfast was very friendly.

My room was impeccably clean. One of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail by the cleaning staff was excellent. All around I had an enjoyable stay.

The room was gorgeous and modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating our 18 monthbold with a crib. We ate at the restaurant and had an excellent dinner. A wonderful start to our vacation with the easiest access to o'hare.

I knew exactly where I was booking, so it’s not a big deal to me. But, if you’re looking for quiet, do not stay here. It’s on a very very busy road right next to O’Hare. I don’t particularly like that they put me at the end of the hallway next to a busy stairwell.

It looks like it’s being upgraded so the hallways could use a carpet change, especially if it was flat carpet since the current is hard to roll luggage. Great hotel for an overnight layover from an international flight. Comfy bed and pillows, quiet, had nearly everything I needed for this purpose plus was very clean.

There wasn't housekeeping

I love this property! It's close to the highway so very convenient for travel throughout the city. The hotel is always beautifully kept, clean and comfortable! The rooms are will maintained with no issues. There were even several events happening at this facility during our stay and or didn't disrupt my family's vacation (besides an extended elevator wait, but that's to be expected). We have stayed here many times will continue to stay here everytime we come visit Chicago. The staff is always friendly and handles any questions or concerns we have.

The hotel offered complimentary airport shuttle and the driver was very nice. The hotel clerk was very helpful and check-in was good. I was able to schedule my airport shuttle pickup time and a late check-out with no problem. I went to the on-site restaurant that stayed open until 10:00pm. The bartender made a great Paloma. My room was spacious and very clean. I had a view of the interstate. My only complaint was there was only one channel showing on the television. I was able to mirror my phone and stream movies. I was only staying one night so it wasn't so bad. My stay overall was great.

The hotel is fine. It was just minor things found trash under our sofa bed the hamper basket that was given to us all the handles were broken, and the elevators didn’t work properly for majority of our elevator.

The next afternoon, we returned to our room only to hear the dog next door barking and crying. We're not sure how long the dog had been left alone, but it was still crying when we left for dinner, and upon our return from the airport at 8:30--in the middle of a fire alarm that had each room's alarm blaring at well above 100 decibels. At that point, we asked the front desk to do something, because it seemed that the dog had had now been left alone to suffer under the noise. Again, I was asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation. Another half hour, I called the desk to do something about the poor dog, and then I called animal control. They were closed; so I spoke to Rosemont Police. They arrived, but basically told me that they couldn't do anything, but that they were told by the front desk I could switch rooms--a lie. When confronted about this, they claimed that they could move me to another room on the same floor--within earshot of the dog, or in the room below the dog. Not a solution. Long story short: they comped our room for the second night, but just wow--hope you don't have similar problems.

It was a very nice place. I don’t agree with the parking fees and then the added on three dollar Eco fee when nursing to be parking right beside it that was the cities and didn’t seem like very of secure parking. It wasn’t fenced in or anything just I don’t understand the fee for the parking Other night. It was a stay

Excellent place to stay

Good setup and facilities. Unfortunately very noisy - doors do not seal, adjoinjng rooms can hear each other clearly. Traffic, aircraft noise can be heard, and aircon is very loud.

I absolutely loved everything about the property. I loved that they had the restaurant in the lobby. Great food. Also the gift shop that thought of all the things you forgot to pack. Gym was decent. My only negative was the sheets and pillow smell. Figure out a way to keep fresh scent locked it. Also the mattress on the pull out sofa was tragic.

Very nice stay. Great coffee/breakfast/ lounge area. Design is very cozy and thoughtfully designed. Comfortable bed and pillows. The only next time I would upgrade for an airport view as other side facing highway and you can hear it at night.

It was so nice to stay!

Late night last minute reservation due to cancelled flight. Big room, good breakfast, helpful staff. The blinds in my room were broken so I could not open or close them - a bit inconvenient. Given my late arrival there was no maintenance staff until the next day.

Breakfast was good

The front desk staff was rude at times when asking about dry cleaning (as listed on the website - which they do not offer), and other minor questions. Daily housekeeping was nonexistent, I was gone most of the day and I had to call when needed fresh towels or toilet paper. The parking gate consistently had issues. I was at the location for a week - the breakfast buffet was average, the restaurant/bar on site was good.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The pool area was nice for the kids and a great variety of breakfast. Everyone was very friendly!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay

It was exactly what I needed. The room was clean and the front desk attendants were very professional and nice. The only issue was that my room was hot. The are conditioner wasn’t working. They had to replace the unit. They did it very quickly After that it worked fine. All in all I recommend this hotel!

Wonderful place to stay. Suites are large, classy, and quiet. Thought I was staying in a much pricier hotel. Worth every penny, especially with the included full breakfast. Now my go to place while in Chicago area.

What I didn't like was getting our shuttle bus to the hotel. Being a 1st time visitor to O'Hare, trying to locate the pickup point and then the shuttle at 11:00 at night after traveling all day was quite a challenge.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Hotel room was a good size, king size bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the toilet didn't flush and there was black mold on the shower ceiling. Front desk and staff who came to fix the toilet was helpful. I won't be staying here ever again though.

Air conditioner was loud other then that wasn’t bad

Convenient to O’Hare, but the free shuttle did not answer our phone call when we were at the airport needing a ride. From the hotel it was very easy to book it via the front desk.

Gorgeous property. Excellent breakfast and good M-W evening social hour. Beautiful room. Excellent staff and service. Booked because had a kitchen. Worked well for us and grocery stores nearby. Loved watching planes. Fast elevator. Used grill and patio. Did not use pool or laundry. Had parking upgrade and also room upgrade. Made me feel special. Easy to get out when leaving which is nice and also rare in Chicago. Loved that they have earlier checkin and later checkout than most hotels though we didn’t use either.

Wonderful stay! Easy check in and check out! Front desk staff were super kind and informative when they checked us in late at night. The rest of the hotel staff were also great as well; they brought more towels and utensils quickly after we requested them. Amenities were also a great plus and the breakfast buffet had really good food. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in Chicago.

Fat Hispanic lady with glasses already looked annoyed as we started walking up to the desk for check in (if you don’t like your job, quit). She was even more annoyed when we requested a higher floor (gave us a room with bugs & ripped wall paper). Did not explain where the pool was or what the hours of the pool were. We had to find out ourselves. Told us that she wouldn’t recommend us parking in the “city” parking lot because they don’t own it and we should park in their “secured” parking for 8 teen a night (won’t let me mention any prices, have to rewrite it like this). So we did, we accepted the “secured” parking however the last 2 nights that we were there, that “secured” parking lot was packed so we had to park in the “city” parking lot. When we checked out I told the 2nd Hispanic lady about the parking situation and she still charged us any way!!! & get this, when I asked her if the “city” parking lot was theirs and she said, “only on the weekends” so we will still charged!!! Get your facts straight!!!

The room was a decent size, and the breakfast was pretty good. Hot and cold breakfast options were available.

Great hotel nice n clean

This place was a jewel. Very convenient, decently priced, and excellent service. Everyone was great, and I want to hightlight Freddy, Khan, and another driver that I cannot remember the name (I believe Kahil?). They were very friendly, helpful and professional.

I booked this for my daughter for an iber nught stay in between flights. We had a slight issue that was entirley our fault however jose on reception was extremely helpful and polite crisis averted. My daughter found the room perfect witha comfy bed and amazing breakfast!! A fantastic start to her adventures!!!

Staff was very kind and helpful but room smelled like dog urine. Rooms are bit older and musty. Bathroom had vinyl floor instead of tiles, so water from previous guest (or cleaner?) must have seeped through into the floor and when you stand on the floor the water comes through the cracks--kind of disgusting to be honest. Weird design flaw. Need to fire the designer.

Hotel clean, breakfast great, managed to attend the social hour one night with complimentary appetizers and drinks which was lovely. Pool and gym good, shuttle bus a great asset to and from the airport to catch CTA train, driver Freddy was especially helpful and nice. Problem with the A/C in our room 210 where a few maintenance guys tried to fix it with no success, we kept it off and when my husband mentioned the inconvenience to the manager he comped us a bottle of wine. The only thing I'm not happy about is when the receptionist at check-in couldn't swipe my credit card for a deposit I used my debit card which she said nothing would be taken off it only a hold put on it, but on my bank statement some money has been taken off, I don't understand this as i was told no money would be taken. Karen.

Stayed because Allstate arena was walkable from hotel, and we were sure thankful for that after the concert ended. Rooms were nice (we ended up in an ADA accessible room which was neither asked for nor needed), staff was nice, restaurant was nice (enjoyed a dinner there), free breakfast was great and different each morning. Only real “complaint” is that only 2 of the 3 elevators ever seemed to be operating so it felt like we usually waited a bit and always had a full elevator. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I needed access to O’hare or Allstate.

Place was very clean, cozy, and quiet! It was nice to have a full kitchen and dishware available to use. I traveled for a concert at Allstate Arena and the arena was only about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. The free airport shuttle was easy to catch and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage and do a little more exploring after I'd checked out too. Barring traffic, it's only about a 25-30 minute drive to downtown Chicago. I'd definitely stay here again!

Quiet, airport shuttle, breakfast included and newer, clean hotel.

Staybridge was very clean and sophisticated, had great amenities, and had very friendly, helpful and attentive staff that made check-in and check-out a breeze. It was also situated close to everything we needed to go to for our stay. Staying at this hotel felt like a steal for the price that we paid. 10/10 would recommend and will be staying here again if we return to Chicago

asked for late check out and was rudely woken up by the maid banging on my door repeatedly stating check out check out you cehck out??? asked for receipt for parking while leaving and was met with arguing associate telling me that hotels.com is where i made the reservation and she cant give me a receipt for parking even though i was charged for that by the hotel and not the website i made a reservation at

Front desk was not helpful with the restaurants that was in the hotel,they were insufficient.

The only negative was that the sliding entrance doors were out of service so we had to pry them open so that we can get our luggage cart out and in to the hotel.

Excellent facility and location but with one DEAL BREAKER: My room had a door to an adjacent room. After I retired for the night at about 10pm a gentleman occupied that room. I could hear his random coughing or sneezing, his toilet flush, his tv, his phone call. He did nothing-nothing wrong. I could not go back to sleep - I called the front desk and they said that they would call him and ask him to be quiet. Be quiet? A kind, respectful gentleman. This adjacent door has space underneath it and we could see each other’s room lights. Like I said - deal breaker. Never experienced anything like this before. Not sure if all rooms are set up like this but it should be the first question you ask before your stay here.

I really like this property. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was really good. The bed was a little low, but overall our stay was excellent.

Enjoyed my one night here. Highly recommend if staying for more than 2 days. If getting 2 floor suite ensure you get the updated, I didn’t notice until I had arrived. Staff was friendly and approachable. I had no issues or questions. Witnessed a patron asking for assistance though menacing, staff showed their frustration while assisting me! Not acceptable. Social time was nice and enjoyable, breakfast wasn’t vast but lovely. Staff in that area was very nice! Would stay again to host a girls night or solo stay for 2+ nights.
