Comfortable, clean, super friendly/helpful staff, convenient location. Face the front of hotel for quieter nights. Walls are thin so unfortunately you hear your neighbors every word.

There was no free breakfast or coffee. When we arrived the one elevator was broken and then the other one broke. There was no pool, there was a fireplace outside and it wasn’t working. The lights in the parking lot barely worked. The refrigerator froze everything inside it. The positive thing was the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.

Easy check in and out. Parking was hard one night. Otherwise a lovely place.

We stayed one night for 375.00. The walls are very thin and we could hear every little sound. The mattress felt like it should have been replaced years ago. Took a shower before I got into bed and there wasn’t any conditioner. The outside trash at the front entrance was spilling over when we arrived and was the same as hen we left. I’ve stayed at other properties within this chain of hotels in the past. They are typically well maintained. This particular hotel left a lot to be desired

The cost of the rooms were quite expensive so I would have been happier not paying a parking fee. But overall, the hotel, staff and checkin process was great.

Location. For the cost, I wish breakfast was included. There was an electrical wire coming out of the wall just below the ceiling, to the door and Into the bathroom that was concerning. We assumed (hoped)it was for the emergency light in the bathroom and not some kind of camera somewhere.

The only technical issue was the wifi access.

Checked in at 10pm with two tired kids and was given a dirty room. I went back downstairs and was given a different room. Absolutely no offer of compensation, not even a bottle of water. For $200 a night in this part of town, the stay and experience was very underwhelming.

Everything was very nice…the courtyard was great for my dog. Lots of room to exercise her.

The room was spotless, i didn’t get the name of the person that checked us in. She was very professional and kind. The person that checked us out was also professional and kind. I asked him if they had a Starbucks close by because my daughter wanted a refresher. He gave me exact location. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming! However, the rooms were outdated and the shower was disgusting, no one showered the 2 days we were there. The room also gave us horrible allergies, maybe mold? The hotel was updated in the lobby, but the rooms needs help.

Staff were pleasant. Lobby is nice. Mattress and pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Small refrigerator motor loudly continuously cycled on & off. Dark toilet room, loud fan runs whenever light is on. Unnecessary additional charge to park in unsecured parking lot.

The hotel is outdated, and the service failed to meet basic expectations. I booked a prepaid reservation through Expedia that clearly included breakfast, yet the morning front desk staff refused to honor it, claiming it didn’t apply because the booking was made through Expedia. That explanation is unacceptable. The only positive was the night front desk associate who checked me in—she was professional and courteous. Until this property corrects its policies and staff training, I will avoid this Courtyard Marriott and do not recommend it. I will also be reporting this issue to Expedia.

Excellent all around. From check-in being greeted with a cheery hello, to the clean room and breakfast the next day, I enjoyed my 17 hour stay at the Courtyard.

Was the noisiest hotel I've been to in a long time. Kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors at all hours. There was a cheer leaders competition in town and I guess this is where they all stayed. With the high price they charge for a room you would think the lobby would give us free coffee. The coffee in the room was not worth drinking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean

But the room was less than desired. Old furniture in disrepair. Broken top drawer in the dresser , fan in bathroom sounded like a diesel semi truck and was not separate from the light switch. Bed was terrible with sink holes on both sides. I won’t be back.

Facilities were great. However, there is no free breakfast and the “bistro” was just a glorified heat and eat establishment. We were expected to pay a rather high price for food that is normally free at other hotels. Otherwise everything was fantastic and the staff was very friendly.

Location is is the most convenient thing about this place but the place is taking too much for what it gives you. Paid parking, paid breakfast, very loud at night.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Bathroom looked remodeled and updated. Bed was comfy. Carpet had some fraying. Air conditioning was not that cold and fans were not that strong. Temperature outside was 102.

Well, the hotel was decent enough and overall clean, but there is no accounting for the disgusting air conditioner unit. When we first arrived to our room, it really reeked like a damp dirty rag. We were going out for the night, so just left the window cracked to air it out. Unfortunately we didn’t get back until after midnight and once we we tried running it again, it smelled horrible. I ended up looking at the actual air conditioning unit and it was overrun with mold. I wish we had realized that before so we could’ve switched rooms. Thankfully, it wasn’t super hot so we just didn’t run the AC and left the window open. I informed staff when we were checking out and they apologize, but there is no way to undo that at that point. The clerk told me that they would definitely mention it to staff because that’s something that supposed to be on the checklist for them to make sure it’s clean. That wasn’t just a quote. I forgot to check it today. “issue… That’s more like something that’s been going on for a few months. Hopefully they fixed it since then. We were in room 202 so if you get that room, make sure you check it out.

Everything is comfortable and love to stay there

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had one little water issue and they were there in minutes to fix it, with big smiles.

The bath tub had a blue stain and the tub was yellow from not being cleaned properly. The bed sheets had a red stain on it and the couch that opened up into a sofa bed was extremely dirty.

The front desk secure was excellent. Vanessa was the best. We had an issue with the shower and she provided attentive resolution.

Close to Galleria, just wish included breakfast in price. Staff was super helpful to get Sufi setup for my podcast!

Parking was overwhelmed on Saturday night, we had to park in the lot of an adjacent property.

The room I was in was not the best. Carpets had multiple stains, but the floor has been vacuumed. The stains were just gross to look at, not really the fault of the staff as the carpet clearly needs to be replaced. The bathroom ceiling appeared to have mold all over - pink along the edges and a large water stained spot with black spots everywhere (looked exactly like black mold which is very common where I’m from, Seattle). No hand soap provided either, just face soap.

We loved our stay! We came from Oregon for a volleyball tournament and were so pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the variety of nearby shopping and dining options—everything we needed was close by.

Excellent stay other than don’t think there should be a $12 parking charge. Parking is a problem when returning later in the evening. This is my second stay here and same issue both times-had to park at adjacent hotel once and in a handicap space per direction of hotel staff second time. Otherwise all is wonderful!

Otherwise, the property was exactly what you would expect for a hotel in this price range, clean and comfortable, no frills. My room was not huge, but the space was organized nicely to make it feel spacious. There were a lot of kids at the hotel and I was immediately next to the elevators, and I couldn't hear either from my room, it was quiet and well soundproofed. Major pro, this might have been the best hotel shower water pressure I have seen in years. Overall, I would probably stay again if I did not have my pet with me, but there are so many truly pet friendly hotel options that I would not choose to stay here again if traveling with him.

It's nice to have a restaurant and bar in house. All the dining options in the area. Only one complaint: the sink in the bathroom was plugged up. It was taken care of right away. Great place. Thank you.

The place is average in my opinion. Relatively clean, conveniently located. The beds are not very comfortable at all. And there are zero including amenities, such as coffee, or included breakfast. The Starbucks inside is terrible.

The property was very clean, safe and quite and there was plenty of parking. The room could have been improved by adding some extra table or vanity since there is a very small sink space to get ready for a family of 4 people. Also, the minifridge needs a table since it was place on the floor, but everything was clean.

The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel itself (lobby, etc) is clean and open and lovely. The room was very nice and spacious, but the best part were the 2 women at the front desk, both at check in and check out. Both were friendly, acted like they wanted to be there and were very helpful for a specific need I had. We will definitely stay there again! Oh and the price was very reasonable for the area!

The staff at the front desk were amazing and so professional. The only downside was the beds were not comfortable. Another guest at the bistro noted he was not sleeping well due to the beds. Walls/floors allow for a lot of noise. I'm not sure why some hotels don't understand we are there to sleep so comfort is important. Great location and gym.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and air freshener - it was not usable and there were no other rooms available. Very disappointing after a long drive.

There is plenty of parking but I was dismayed to have to pay for parking. Seems like a way to gouge your customers. Front desk workers were friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the shower tub, after turning the water on the water comes up, the drainage is terrible. But overall the stay was great. Will definitely stay there again.

I wish I didn’t have to write this but my recent stay at this hotel was not what the website described it to be. For one I was not given the room that I made a reservation for 3 plus months prior and when I talked to the front office they made it seem like they did me a favor giving me a room at all even though I made my reservation way in advance. 2nd, the room had spider webs everywhere, in the window and on the ceiling. Hair was on the bathroom floor by the toilet and by the shower. The plugin in the bathroom did not work the towel rack in the bathroom had rust on it. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty and the body wash was watered down so much it wouldn’t even make suds (and the brand of bathroom products was not Paul Mitchell, even though the pictures on the site say that’s the brand they carry) The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The whole stay was extremely disappointing and I feel taken advantage of.

I specifically reserved this room for two nights. However, you did not make sure this hotel reserved 2 nights. I arrived to find it had only been one night reserved. Now I have to re-register tomorrow morning for my second night. I most likely will not use Expedia to reserve my hotels in the future.

We were given room 225, handicapped room. Glasses in the room were caked with dirt. The front desk gave us new glasse when we asked. Coffee maker was filled with dirt and unusable. The shower only had a hand shower which could not be hung up. Kept bouncing around and made a huge mess of puddles in the bathroom

Large suite and very clean

I just stayed for one night but the room was absolutely beautiful. I got the king suite and it was more than enough space for two people. The true standout was the staff. I immediately walked into the beautiful lobby to check in, and I was immediately welcomed by there friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic staff. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel every time I visit!
