Room was unavavilble so paid for another room on another card and atill got charged through here for a room I never got

However my family had a blast in the pool and the breakfast was delicious. We had the best lobby coffee there.
- 5/5
Clean room very spacious even had utilities to use for cooking and everything definitely would recommend this place

Housekeeping staff was great. Parking fee was not my favorite.

I chose this place because it was cooler weather and they had an indoor pool. It was okay, but the hot tub was gross and nobody would go in. That part did not match pictures at all. Again, the staff was wonderful!

Clean room , just smells like food 🙂

Nothing about this hotel was good. Indoor pool had a bunch of mosquitoes, staff wasn't really friendly or approachable. It was not worth the money. Oh the pull out bed was paper thin.

Great staff. Everything clean and well maintained. Good reference to nice nature walking trail nearby.

This location is great. Love the indoor pool and spa. Our room was very spacious with a full kitchen! The only negative thing I could think of was just the noise from the elevator traffic. Our room was close in proximity to the elevator. People and children would be noisy and rambunctious waiting. (10pm+)

Excellent location. I would stay again

There was practically no hot water..it was luke warm, at best. Neighbors upstairs could be heard all night long walking around. Breakfast left much to be desired.

The staff are amazing and very accommodating to not just my needs but everyone. I know ill be visiting them again, safe feeling with my child.

The sofa pull out bed was the worst I’ve ever seen. It was bent completely on the middle and it was barely even a mattress. You can feel every spring and the metal bar in your back. When we spoke to the front desk and let them know and if you could receive some sort of topper or cushion to help. We had spent all day at the hospital which we mentioned to them and they didn’t seem to care. They sent us a tiny twin size 1/2inch cushion which was pointless. When we showed her the mattress she just shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry” and walked away. Also the tv didn’t work but we didn’t even care at that point. We were meant to stay 4 nights, but cancelled our reservation (which was not easily offered to us) and went across the street to the Hilton which has been MUCH more comfortable.

Good stay nice rooms
- 5/5
Room could have bee a little cleaner. Dust n some wrappers behind the headboard
- 3/5
Overall, the stay was acceptable. However, the breakfast quality was below average. There were no bacon or sausage options; instead, they served reheated frozen beef patties and another type of sausage that did not taste good at all. During check-in, the front desk staff member had a poor attitude. I only asked two general questions, but she seemed impatient and unhappy. The room itself was average, but the pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the metal frame while sleeping, which made it difficult to rest and caused back discomfort.

Check in was a bit of a hassle. New key system and first two sets of cards wouldn’t open door. Typical loud upstairs guests. Pleasantly surprised at the amenities in the room. Would stay again but would request to be on the top floor.
- 3/5
Clean room smelled a little musty
- 1.5/5
Breakfast included. The hot tub was not working, the water was turned off during our stay and we weren’t notified about it until we checked in, our room was entered for a TV/cable issue and no one informed us of this (there was a typed note sitting in our room when we arrived), the room was dirty (disgusting stains in the bathroom around the toilet), there was a constant drip from the shower/tub that created a puddle outside the bathtub on the floor, the pull out bed was paper thin and uncomfortable, there was no water to drink on the property (they said there was an ordering issue and they had no water bottles for sale), the gym was not even on the property (you had to leave and go to the courtyard Marriott to use the gym) and the coffee ran out during the breakfast hours.

NOTHING! I reserved a room but when we arrived, apparently there was no reservation. We waited for more than 30 minutes for the front desk clerk to look into it. She finally said that the only thing she could do was give us the last room they had available for a higher price. We ended up leaving. Two days later, my card was charged the complete reservation amount. It’s been over a week and it still hasn’t been resolved. So if you need to stay here, make sure that their system is working and your room is reserved or you’ll be left looking for alternate accommodations at 10 o’clock at night

It was so convenient staying at the Residence Inn. We had a very late check in and we were greeted by someone with a big smile and welcoming attitude. We appreciated the "welcome bags" with water and a snacks! The room was ample, comfortable, clean, and comfortable - I could have stayed there for a week if I needed to! I would definitely stay there again and I recommend it.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and quiet and in a convenient location. My only quibble is that the TV was a little small and dark. Those could use an update.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Quiet environment.
- 2/5
The staff is nice but the fire alarm keeps going off. They said they cannot fix it until tomorrow and that it will likely go off all night.

p when I got there, they insisted on a $250 deposit for incidentals what incidentals there wasn’t anything to buy in the room. I did not see anywhere when I booked my room where they need to do that I was on a budget and not prepared for that amount of money. I felt like I had been catfish. The bait and switch was not appreciated.
- 5/5
Súper clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Satisfied very clean good breakfast food for free nice pool area & outdoor fire pit nice & friendly staff
- 4/5
Great location, easy parking, great room for myself, husband & baby. However we did notice that after our daughter had been crawling on the carpet, her feet were FILTHY. We had to wash her hands & feet repeatedly because there’s no keeping her confined now that she’s mobile. The carpet could definitely use a thorough shampooing, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

- 3.5/5
Was clean and quiet It was confusing to locate the area as to where to check in… ALL doors from the outside were locked and no signage indicating where the front desk was. Also the toilet in our room was BELOW standard height. Rather difficult to get up and down …we are both in our 70’s. Toilets should be standard height NOT set for easy access for children or someone under 4ft in height!
- 5/5
The room was nice and up-to-date. AC was incredibly loud! But the building was quiet. A nice breakfast area. Hidden charge for parking.
- 5/5
Me and my husband estay one night at this hotel and we never smoke, and they charge 265 because they said we smoked, and they said they have evidence and I told send me the evidence they never send me the evidence, I don’t know what can I do ,because I sure we didn’t smoke
- 1/5
Cars are always broken in to in the parking lot. They would not allow me to change my booking date minutes after booking, which wasted my money. I will never stay with Marriott Bonvoy affiliated hotels again. IHG Rewards will be used now.
- 5/5
Indoor swimming pool & spa outdoor fire pit kitchen in the rooms very clean & big rooms w/ lots of space…lovely
- 5/5
Amenities and clean and basketball court
- 4/5
We liked this location due to its proximity to the water park and Galleria Mall. It is a little used but clean. Our biggest frustration was the lock on our door. They have a manuel deadbolt lock setting and if it’s on, the door will not shut or open correctly.
- 5/5
It was wonderful. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
We had a very nice stay and were welcomed at check in! We enjoyed the pool with our grandchildren and will stay here again.
- 3/5
I stayed here in February and loved it. This visit was a little disappointing. The room smelled like burned food. The people upstairs were banging stuff around for hours. But location and staff are great.
- 3/5
Room Cleanliness: ***** Pull-out couch: * Breakfast: ** Indoor Pool: * Weekend Rate: ** All-in-all Have always love the Marriott Residence Inn. Clean and equipped for home like stay. I would avoid the indoor pool area as the chlorine levels were so high, it burnt my eyes going to the inside as there isn't much ventilation. The pull-out couch is a no go as the mattress is very worn and you can fill the springs :) . The food is just okay; lots of sausages and biscuits cereal, packaged muffins. OJ very watery. Location is good and we had an ant issue in our kitchen which kept us from using it.
- 5/5
Everything was great. So comfy & clean.
- 5/5
Very adequate breakfast but it was not hot. Fortunately microwaves were available.
- 4/5
Friendly staff and a clean room is always a good thing
- 5/5
Very good and comfortable to stay we love it here
- 5/5
Front desk excellent. Breakfast excellent. Loved our room, big spacious and so comfortable
- 5/5
Always recieved the best service from the front desk to house keeping
- 5/5
We stayed for a week while my son was in treatment at near by clinic. It was a great spot, close to so much! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Rooms are dated and could use a good clean. The shower cut was smelly and the carpet was dirty.
- 5/5
My son was taking a big exam for two days. I was relieved that we could choose Roseville over staying in San Francisco. The hotel is near gas stations, food, shopping and the test site. It was quiet and I loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- 5/5
Kitchen. Dishwasher. Amazing set up Will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Marriot hotels at this corner never disappoint. It is always my go to for business in Roseville. Staff is excellent here every time.
- 5/5
excellent check in friendly staff
- 4/5
Please note it is important to have the TV working in the room especially if we wanted to rest and relax. Thank you.
- 5/5
Staff waa great and the rooms were clean!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I stay here frequently for a week at a time when working in the area. The room setup is great, bigger and better then your typical hotel room. The breakfast is decent and price is reasonable.
- 3/5
Property was fine. However, we booked a king room and when we arrived they put us in a queen. When we let the staff know the mistake they said booking through Expedia does not guarantee you get what you paid for. They said we should only book through the hotel to guarantee our room.
- 5/5
Great property, will stay there again
- 5/5
Was a very nice and clean hotel. Parking was a little tuff but it was so to construction.
- 1/5
Extremely rude staff. We will not be back!
- 5/5
Great place to visit
- 1/5
Moved rooms three times the first time the heater cooler broke and flooded the room. The second time the lock on the front door wouldn’t latch and the technicians couldn’t fix it so they moved me to my third room and it smelled like cigarette smokes. It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend that place.
- 5/5
comfortable
- 4/5
I liked that the property is close to the mall and other shopping centers
- 5/5
At check-in, I was greeted and helped by Rebecca. She gave me the keycard to my room. When we got to the room, the keycard didn't work. I went back up to the front desk and spoke with Rebecca. She gave me another keycard. As I walked away, she volunteered to come with me to make sure the key worked properly. Again, the keycard failed. Rather than us having a problem later on, she gave us another room and made certain the keycard worked properly. Although we were happy with the cleanliness and the condition of the room and the property, we were impressed with Rebecca. She was professional, patient, courteous and friendly. That alone made our stay pleasant. Kudos to Rebecca
- 4/5
Everything was great except the plumbing - but they were willing to fix it and make it right
- 4/5
Everything was great except sauna off curse was not working I was really looking forward to in joy the hot tub very disappointed
- 5/5
Dope
- 3/5
The room was very roomy and clean. Nice fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Very disappointed in the jacuzzi. It was only 80 degrees. We asked if it could be turned up and they said it was being fixed that day. We only stayed there because they said they had a working jacuzzi. Should have double checked it before we checked in I guess.
- 4/5
My family and I stayed at this hotel twice and we love it. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Staff were nice. Hotel was clean and breakfast was standard with a good variety. It was great for a 2 nights trip. One star off for pool towels not being consistent in sizes. When the towels ran out, we made a call for more towels and they brought in towels slightly bigger than hand towels.
- 5/5
Good price for my money
- 4/5
Great for a pet stay.
- 5/5
Customer service was great
- 5/5
Very quiet and in a nice location with easy access to 80 and 65.
- 5/5
Great food, excellent service. Everyone was nice and the room was very clean.
- 4/5
Very nice rooms and maids kept it clean
- 5/5
The place is central to all the shopping malls, grocery stores, and family water parks/ golfland. The facility is also clean and has a great indoor pool to escape the heat. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip out to Sacramento
- 2/5
My husband and I were enjoying some alone time out away from the kids, checked in, went to our room and realized the HDMI cable was broken on the TV. Went to the front desk only to be told that the normal staff were gone for the day (10:30pm) and that she was just a fill in. She ultimately could not assist nor was any maintenance staff on duty. We went the entire night with no TV, thank goodness for our phones and streaming apps. The only compensation was points back to my Marriott account and our parking fee $12 was waived along with 2 drinks and ibuprofen. The bed was very low to the ground and not comfortable. My husband and I woke up with tension headaches. The room itself was nice, I just don’t think we will be staying there again. Our go to next door Courtyard Marriott was sold out, so this was our only option.
- 5/5
Perfect size and amenities for families, convenient location. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Our room was spacious, TVs worked well, water pressure in the shower was good and appliances worked well! The room could use a couple more pillows when using the pull out. Breakfast was really good. Always stayed stocked and good choices. Hot and continental breakfast served. The pool is on the smaller side, but was good. Jacuzzi was nice and warm Parking gets a little tough at night due to limited spots. Warning: additional cost when parking in the Marriott parking lot. Lots of food options in the surrounding area. Target is also open 10 min away. Water park is less than 2 min away. Super convenient location and right by the freeway. Would 100% stay here again. Family friendly for sure. Thank you to the staff (especially Derek, he’s a wonderful asset to the Marriott team! )
- 2/5
While booking I was looking for a pool with a lift for handicap. This was my main reason I booked with this property. When I checked in and asked about it they said it worked. As we came down to the pool they let me know that the batteries were dead and they were not working. After some research I found out that hotels are required to be compliant with the ADA and California building code. The pool is indoor and has tile like floor surrounding the pool and is very slippery when wet. I almost fell multiple time let alone trying to get my disabled elderly mother in the pool since the lift was dead. The only other complaint was i had to pay for parking. Per day. That was not in the booking description, only on a posted piece of paper at the front desk.
- 5/5
I love staying at Residence Inn. Id love a complimentary weekend stay for me and my family in a 2 bedroom suite.
- 3/5
The bed was stiff and uncomfortable
- 5/5
Nice hotel and room. Navigating the parking lot to exit onto a main road is a little tricky as the hotel is located in an odd spot, but the hotel and room was very nice with friendly staff.
- 3/5
They charge for parking...
- 1/5
Breakfast lady was so so rude. My daughter has a peanut allergy and she said she didn’t care.
- 4/5
Near great restaurants, the staff was friendly and the rooms are cozy and clean.
- 1/5
Rooms smells like old cigarettes and the room was dirty had food left under one of the night stands will never stay here again! Plus they changed you for parking witch I don’t care but they never told me about it just got a bill and on top of everything I booked a 1bed room paid the extra money for it and they down grade me to a Studio and we had 4 of us in one bedroom and they keep my money!
- 2/5
Sheets smelled sour and gross. Beds & sofa beds were old and hard. Bathroom was small. Pool area floor was outdated and very slippery that it was a hazard to simply walk on it. For the price we pay, should be better.
- 4/5
Enjoyed the room and staff
- 1/5
We requested to staff and at the lobby to have the room cleaned and make beds, we were there for 8 nights and paid $1,500, they NEVER cleaned the room, not even took the trash out. TERRIBLE. We told them DAILY, and nothing.
- 4/5
Old furniture. sofa bed is not connected at all.
- 4/5
We needed the additional room in the suite. two rooms, two bathrooms, living room space and kitchen to add. It was perfect for a family of five two girls (13 and 9) and a little boy (22months) They did charge for parking which I didn’t expect and for it to by not located in the downtown of a city. There wasn’t any house keeping on the Saturday or Sunday to clean/vacuum the room.
- 4/5
The only negative was the mattress for pull-out in the suite. It was terrible. The mattress for the primary bed was fine.
- 5/5
Nice, clean, and quiet.
- 5/5
The property was clean on the out side . My room was very nice and clean as well however we walked around trying to fine somewhere to eat .
- 5/5
Our 2 room suite was amazing! Lots of room, a full kitchen and everything we needed! The pool and spa were a great addition to the evening and breakfast on the morning was very tasty with tons of options! We will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
no parking
- 3/5
Stayed here one night while moving. The check in clerk at 10pm was exceptional. I explained to him we had 8 people that would be staying in our suite, a 16 month old baby, 3, 6, 8, and 10 year old and 3 adults. He told me that was no problem whatsoever and he knew the app wouldn't allow us to input it but said it's no worry at all. The next morning, my son in law and I went with one of my grand children to get breakfast for everyone else to take back to the room. While leaving the breakfast room, the general manager - a middle aged woman with black hair and the front desk clerk both stood staring at us as we walked past with several plates of food, glaring daggers at us. We continued to our room got the children situated with their breakfast, and I returned to the desk to inquire as to why we were being glared at and to let them know we are feeding 8 people. We were told "oh we were probably just spacing out staring" and I told her, no, we were definitely being glared at. At that point it seemed it was being brushed off as nothing. When we checked out, I spoke to the general manger who again was glaring at us and I told her it's very rude to stand and glare at customers for no reason especially when we paid as much as we did for the room. Instead of apologizing she fabricated excuses for herself. If you like RUDE treatment at top dollar, stay here.
- 5/5
All good!
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and nice pool/hot tub.
- 5/5
Overall very nice, except the sofa was not in a great condition.
- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 5/5
Feels more updated than other hotels in area
- 4/5
So loud from within the room. Could hear everyone walking, every car starting or being locked, etc. Kind of hard to sleep through the noise sometimes.
- 1/5
We never stayed here, I had a reservation that I canceled, so I don’t know why I’m receiving this review.
- 4/5

- 3/5
Pathetic breakfast options
- 5/5
The room was very clean

Good for kids. Nice room.
- 5/5
Everything was great except for being charged twice. I was charged when I booked & was charged again when I checked in.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was amazing. Asked about early check-in as my husband had early morning surgery. More than accommodating. Always enjoy stays at Residence Inns and this time was no different. Clean, comfortable, great customer service.
- 5/5
Everything was as described and excellent. Breakfast was a good spread. Definitely will stay here again
- 5/5
Friendly staff and good location
- 5/5
Hotel is super nice, really clean and staff was amazing when I checked in. Today is the first day of our month stay here and I am so excited already for our stay here
- 5/5
Everything was better than expected. We were comfortable in our room, which was clean and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and readily available when we needed them
- 5/5
Parking was a little wonky but otherwise a great stay!
- 5/5
Great staff, a two bedroom two bath is amazing and was able to cook a pizza in the oven. Comfortable and quiet. Amazing breakfast
- 4/5
Several things in the room don’t work: lamps, coffee pot, and the fold out bed is completely worn out.
- 5/5
Staff are very nice and accommodating
- 5/5
We stayed for 5+ weeks while waiting to close on a home. Residence Inn staff were helpful, pleasant, and professional. We interacted positively with Emri, Nina, Shannon, Derek, Zak, Ram, and Shafiqa.
- 5/5
This is a wonderful hotel. Very comfortable room, everything you need and extremely quiet. Hotel is tucked away in a quiet area. Everything was clean and inviting. From the parking lot to the room, NO COMPLAINTS! Love the layout of the room, very comfortable bed and lots of pillows. We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Such an enjoyable stay, we plan to return someday!
- 5/5
A very comfortable home away from home.
- 4/5
A/C very loud Sink area lighting poor. Lots of easy to reach electrical outlets
- 5/5
Everything was great as usual. We love staying here!
- 1/5
Nice hotel. But hotel staff is terrible. I was charged for parking which I wasn’t informed of. when I asked they told me to look on the website and hung up. I called back asked for a manager because that was inappropriate they hung up again. The charge wasn't a big deal. But I asked about charges on cc they said incidentals not parking. I would of paid cash. The staff was the most disrespectful i have ever dealt with. I expected better from the Mariott.
