Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

Pool was filthy. I would not think about taking a dip in that disgusting pool..

Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. Room was very spacious & clean complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc. AC unit was a bit loud, but I usually pack ear plugs to muffle out such noise. Could hear nearby interstate traffic too, which was a bit annoying but I had ear plugs. This property along with others in North Natomas will be considered again when I visit family in the area. Thanks management team for making graduation weekend just a little easier with a comfy room, bed and great staff.

The place was very nice and the bed comfortable. But, the air conditioner had a loud squeeling sound so to prevent the noise we had to set the temperature high and we roasted all night

The free airport shuttle availability which was the main reason I booked here. I was worried I might miss it since my late night flight was slightly delayed, but they operate until 12 am. You just have to call for pickup upon arrival. The driver was great and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Location is close to several shopping areas with multiple restaurant options that I could walk to. Shower curtain needed replacing as it was a little gross. Noises in the hallway or other rooms woke me up a few times.

nothing at all i booked the room via booking .com then called the hotel and they had no record of my name nor the confirmation number. in other words no reservation and yet i am charged full price for nothing from your company and could not take the service. the entire experience was a 100% rip off. I could not use the "reservation" as there was NO RESERVATION on record with the hotel. NO CONFIRMATION number and NO RECORD OF MY NAME. So noplace to Check in AT. After calling 2x on this I CANCELLED AND NOW I AM SUPPOSE TO EAT THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD?

It was clean small cute bar was great. You have to pay for breakfast. :( they did have free coffee and tea. That was nice bartender is very nice attentive. You had to pay for parking when there was open parking everywhere. didn’t appreciate that. It was just too far from everything that we needed to get. In our opinion. They wanted you to pay for breakfast when it was a very simple breakfast. Not worth how much it was.

This Four Points is a bit "plain Jane". To my surprise, it was perfect for being close to the Sacramento airport, with a good bar and simple restaurant; quiet and comfortable accommodations; friendly staff; and it worked out as a practical choice to spend the night before flying out the next day. Being able to leave my car there and having easy transport to the terminals was just what I needed.

All in all, this was a great place to stay for a little trip. The staff is amazing and I love the bar in the lobby. TV and internet were a bit slow that weekend, but I still enjoyed everything!

The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The beds were comfortable. However the room was dirty. There was wall paper pealing in multiple spots of the bathroom. The base along the outside of the shower and around the bathroom was filthy with dirt dust and brown stains . Stains on the ceiling in the room the carpet had hair like it hadn't been vaccumed, hair all around. Black mold in the windows tread. Overall dirty and gross. Lucky for us we were out of the room for most of our trip. The hotel staff was the best part of the stay. Polite and helpful. For 400 for two nights the rooms were low quality it was a disappointment for sure especially for a Marriott property. Wouldn't go again.

Great hotel and option near the Sacramento hotel. However, unlike other Four Points, breakfast is NOT included although it has the appearance of being an open buffet.

The room was very clean, the staff were excellent at check in, and still very hospitable at 4 am, when I caught the free shuttle to the airport. I will definitely be going back to sample the free breakfast!

The lobby was nice and check-in was efficient and friendly. The room was very large and spacious. It was so big that it seems to be missing a small sofa or lounge chair. I was disappointed with the tattered duvet & window blind. Also the windows were dirty and the door frame and the door itself seemed to have had a patch work paint job in an off color paint. The bed was comfortable and my room was quiet, but lacked TLC.

There's a hidden fee, self-parking is US 15, the breakfast is US 17 per person. The first floor room's ceiling is 15 ft. Looks remodeling from a conference room.

Staff was amazing, the room was clean but there were a few towels with marks on them as if they had been used. It wasn’t very noisy on my floor and also we had mentioned that we didn’t need any housekeeping services until we had left to ensure our privacy. The staff honored that request and we weren’t bothered at all. Thank you so much

Negatives: no bedside charging stations. Bed frame went to the floor. Continually bumped toes on hard frame. Bathroom has a VERY loud fan. So loud, it disrupted sleep to roomies during the night.

The room wasn't spotless however, it was acceptable. The refrigerator freezer was extremely frozen. No one took the time to defrost before the next guest. The front desk was extremely courteous and the shuttle driver was very nice.

#1I booked this hotel specifically and paid more because of the hot tub. I was told it was closed for maintenance after I checked in. You could see steam coming off the water, so it was hot. I’m not sure what type of maintenance was going on but it was very disappointing after a long drive. #2 They charge for parking overnight. This is not in a high density area. Ridiculous money grab. #3 Panhandler in the parking area. I did not feel safe. #4 Dirty, stained carpets in the hallway. Not at all clean.

Not the most cleanest hotel. During my stay I had found someone’s underwear left in my room which was gross. I would recommend to increase cleanliness on a frequent manner so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The waiter at the restaurant was excellent and the hotel was overall nice & clean. However there was consistent load noise and banger through the night and one of the most disappointing things was the pool. You advertise a heated pool which was one of the main reasons we booked your hotel and the water was freezing cold and dirty.

Had reserved two rooms with a king bed but only one of the rooms had a king bed. Room was comfortable but wasn’t the most clean. Was fine for one night but could have used some improvements.

The room was comfortable and clean. However the carpet looks like it hasn't been shampooed in a long time!!! The breakfast buffet (and service), was outstanding! Bar visit was great as well. One issue was the night before we left, there was a large group in the hotel for a dance competition and they literally stayed up all night! We didn't get any sleep. They were loud, up and down the hallways talking and laughing and even in the rooms next door to us. We should've called the front desk, but were thinking they would end their celebrating soon. It never happened....

We just had a short overnight stay for a early morning flight. Drive to the airport was only 6 minutes which was exactly what we were looking for. Hotel was clean and quiet.

I was misinformed about parking fees, even after calling multiple times to be clear. I felt lied to so they could make more money off of me and my family. Everything else was great. The bartender was very kind, the pool was fun, & the shuttle driver was great.

Great location for getting to and from downtown Sacramento. Last minute reservation land front desk upgraded room to a two room suite. Perfectg

Day 1: asked housekeeper for extra towels and she made a face. Day 2: called if they could switch my sheets (son threw up). They said they couldn’t since they had already passed our area and the housekeepers that were going at 4:00 pm couldn’t. They said they could just provide me with additional towels. I was understanding and said that just the towels were okay. I get a call later saying that housekeeping went and we didn’t answer the door. I informed them I wasn’t in the room but they were welcomed to drop them off. They said I could pick them up in the front desk when I was back. At this point I was frustrated. Why couldn’t the 4:00 pm housekeeper clean our room? Why couldn’t the housekeeper leave me towels although I wasn’t there? Do housekeepers not have keys? Day 3: called for 5 towels and they questioned the amount of towels. I didn’t explain that I had toddlers and wanted another for my hair, nor did I feel the need to explain that. No one showed. Heard the housekeeper outside of the room and asked her for 5 towels and she again made a face and only provided 4. Felt like a bother so I wouldn’t be back.

We always come back to this property when flying out of SMF due to proximity, parking, in house dining and transportation.

When we arrived the TV was not operating. We called the front desk and they sent someone up but couldn’t fix it. We had to move rooms twice. The hallway carpet was very stained. Our original reservation was for a king bed which we got upon arrival but the third room had two queen beds which we dealt with.

The service was great! The team at the bar were courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. I was greeted immediately before even sitting down at the bar by both Bryce and Noah, the manager. They advised me on their wine and food menu. They also answered my questions I had about the local area. Also, the chicken wings were great!

The insulation was lacking - you can hear lots of talking in the hall and walls seem thin. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

A worn hotel with the only virtue being proximity to the airport, They charged for parking in an open lot and the “for fee” breakfast buffet looked worse than the cheapest buffet at cheap motels.

A bit irritating to have to pay $10 a night for parking. In my experience hotels in somewhat suburban areas like this generally include free parking because there is plenty of space. I was also disappointed that the pool was not open until nine or 10 AM making it impossible to swim on the day of checkout.

Shuttle to airport great - scheduled according to one's personal needs and driver knew back way to airport to make the trip short and expedient. About 10 minutes. Walkable to venues for sandwiches and pizza. Bar open until 11 - with very nice staff.

My stay was very nice, pretty quiet at night comfortable bed. The remote didn’t work. The food looked good but I got a bad stomach ache right away. I would stay again but never eat their food again.

They tried to charge me again for a room I already paid for. I had a handicap person with me. I requested a 1st floor room over a month ago and they gave me the 4th floor. I asked about the 1st floor and they finally did. They asked me if I wanted the room serviced since I would be staying more than one day. I said yes. They did not clean the room. I went to the front desk and told them the room was not clean and that I requested it not be. I was mad because they asked me and I told them yes. I would not stay there. They can follow through with anything.

Left car while we took kids to Hawaii. Nice place for three rooms right by each other for all the family.

Hotel was kind of run down. Found several long thick dark hairs in bathtub, on faucet handle and on bathroom floor and sink. Tub was clogged so by the time you were done with a shower you were ankle deep in dirty water.

Another huge plus was the airport shuttle. It was prompt, clean, and the driver was courteous and efficient. Having reliable transportation to and from the airport made my trip so much less stressful, and I really appreciated how seamless the whole process was. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet — everything I needed for a restful night. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I fly through Sacramento. Highly recommend!

I was on 1st floor and could here carts from workers late night moving about. For the price I felt it lacked amenities available to guest.

It was a good stay for just one night. Check in and morning breakfast service was great with friendly staff. The pillows are very lumpy which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
