When we arrived we were told in an unfriendly way that because I was using Expedia to book the room, the hotel was oversold and they would not make a room available to me. They sent us to a different hotel located 20 minutes away, in the opposite direction from where we were headed the next day. I pointed this out, and the hotel did nothing to take our travel plans into consideration-- "take it or leave it."

Room was very clean. The bed was very stiff and had the cheapest sleep I’ve had in a very long time. The pillows did not help out the case of the bad bed since they too were extremely loose and almost useless. I did not like that their parking situation was very limited and a vehicle had its window smashed overnight which did not make me feel safe with leaving anything in my vehicle. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast for 17.99. Parking was reasonable at $10/night. I logged into the free WiFi for Hilton members and was still charged $4.95 for “premium” WiFi. I tried using my device without WiFi and it simply would not work inside room unless I used the hotel WiFi. Feels like a gimmick to me. Will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our stay, offering a choice of buffet or cooked-to-order options. It featured coffee, tea, juices, toast, muffins, and small pastries. I like that the parking was free, and there was an airport shuttle. We enjoyed our stay.

Our breakfast was included for one day of our stay, and it was enjoyable. You could choose between a buffet breakfast or made-to-order options. There were sweet rolls, Toast, Muffins, a variety of juices, coffee, and tea. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed that the room was not refreshed daily as advertised.

Pro: - very good location, felt safe, near other properties - restaurants nearby (short driving distance, open late nights) - community and rooms are decent, definitely acceptable Con: - parking lot is under construction, lot can be full, if you get back late, no parking (happened to me) - room cleaning is every other day (Note: we called in for each day for room cleaning and the hotel performed without fail) - Consistently, counter staff can be a little more customer oriented. Note: they are “okay” as in acceptable. But twice, i am there and the morning front counter person was too busy/“engaged” with his colleague conversation, making me wait unnecessarily, and he did not acknowledge me.

for the most part its was a great stay only issues I had were the mini fridge didn't work. they room was clean but they forgot to put the filters on the ac back and the shower drain cover not a big deal its a simple mistake. Other thing was the parking when booked wasn't told I would need to pay for parking to stay there that should be on there before I book a stay not a surprise email or told when I arrive and also if Im going to be charged to stay there should be enough parking the lot was full on my second night lucky security let me park my car by the main entrance. other than that its was a good its would be great if breakfast was included but there are many places near by to get food.

I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. My room was spotless, had a nice little sofa, long desk/work area, comfy bed, microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge. I had very pleasant interactions with all of the staff, and I would stay here again in a minute if I come to Sacramento for work again. Great location too- 12 minutes to the capitol building in downtown, and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores.

After 10 hours of traveling I get to the hotel at midnight only for the front desk to tell me they do not have a room for us. I had a reservation obviously but that didn’t matter because they decided to give our room away and not notify us. The girl at the desk said her shift started at 11 and she called Expedia at 11:50 to tell them there was no room. HOW JUST HOW do you take reservations in the modern age and not know you don’t have a room for a customer. In addition they use the excuse that I booked through a third party. If you are going to treat people with respect why even take reservations from a third party. To make it worse there was no offer to find us a room at a sister location just sorry. At Midnight! We sat in the lobby trying to gather ourselves and find new accommodations at that hour which is very difficult. 40 minutes after we arrived another guest checked in but he magically had a room. This is beyond unacceptable. The Expedia customer service rep did an amazing job finding us another room at a Marriott branded hotel and their overnight staff we amazing in helping us get into a room at 1 am after being unassisted by Hilton. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had and we travel often through Expedia and book Hilton branded hotels.

Check in and check out were painless. More than ample 110 volt outlets as well as USB A outlets. There are no USB C outlets Lots of desktop space for backpacks, phones, paraphernalia. Overall very spacious, clean room Refrig, ironing board, closet with drawers, very large dresser sofa sleeper, king size bed. A/c works. Access door wasn't taking our room card key. They fixed the door lock in less than 5 minutes. Wifi Download/upload in room 10 mbps sometimes better at 80 mbps, but for most part was a meager 10 MBPS We were initially given incorrect/non functioning card keys. Parking is not free but initial Expedia website said that it was free. I did bring it to their attention and they said they would waive my parking fee. We usually did'nt have a problem finding parking. They have a free airport shuttle. We did not use it because we had a car. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from the airport. When we were there the Business Center (computer and printer) was not functioning. As a result I want able to print my boarding pass. A minor inconvenience. Maids, for some reason did not ever clean our room. We stayed 4 nights. I emptied my trash in the trash cans by the elevator: you remove the metal top to allow a small bag of trash to be dumped into it. Otherwise the small round opening in the top of the trash can is too small. We were charge for water we didn't consume. I challeged this charge and it was eventually retracted. Front desk staff not very friendly, but are civil.

The hotel was pleasant to stay at in Sacramento. The continental breakfast was included in our stay, but $17.99 per person if not included. It was options of dry eggs, dry potatoes, dry sausage and extra crispy bacon. There was also cereal, fresh berries and decadent pastries that were good. It was quite and we had no issues with noise when sleeping. Overall a good experience.

I feel it is very disappointing that all Hilton Gardens are Not the same. I’ve stayed at 3 different locations and this one was my least favorite. I feel every hotel’s goal is to reach the, “Home away Home,” feeling and this hotel did not accomplish this goal.

Room was great but there was no parking available, as the lot was full two of the nights we stayed. We had to park in the emergency vehicle zone two of the three nights we stayed.

The room was very spacious and clean. The parking is absolutely unacceptable. We had to go to the front desk twice to try to ask them where we should park even though we paid a parking fee. There was limited spots available and they had an event going on at the hotel and people parked all along the fire lane blocking one of the entrances. Also, our room was never cleaned once in the four days we were there. we didn’t have a sign on the door, but no one came by to even tidy up or ask if we needed new towels. This is the third time we have to get this hotel and will probably be our last. We were really disappointed. I would love to give five stars to the lady who checked us, Vanessa was wonderful and so patient.

The pillows deflated so often i woke up multiple times with a sore neck. The first night a sewage smell kept seeping out of the toilet. There was an constant hum/ringing sound comming from somewhere that kept me up. The thermostate kept reseting to other temperatures.

Our room was very clean. However, we had to ask for the shampoo and shower gel bottles to be filled. Lightbulb burned out next to the bed. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. For the amount they charged you could do better elsewhere.

Clean property with friendly staff and a quiet stay. Nice gym, plenty of parking, and a solid bar setup. Located in a community with lots of new developments, plus easy access to food and shops. Convenient freeway access and just over 10 minutes from downtown.

Refrigerator wasn’t working for a whole week. It took multiples stops a the front desk before the same lady who does stocking of snacks finally came through with my request. I wasn’t able to have drinks in my room without constantly getting ice.

We checked in on 12/23 and checked out 12/27. During this time, we never received any housekeeping at all. There was a sign in the room that said they would replace our towels, refill the amenities, and empty the trash every other day. None of those things happened during our stay. That and the fact that the continental breakfast was not included without an additional fee were annoyances but other than that the room was clean when we arrived.

We loved the staff; everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is amazingly quiet considering how close it is to the highway. Breakfast was delicious, and our dinner exceeded expectations. My only disappointment was our bathroom. The shower floor is very slippery when wet, obviously dangerous. And there were some long hairs (not ours) on the shower floor and in the one of the bath towels.

The refrigerator in the room was not functioning properly. I communicated my concerns; however, the staff was unwilling to provide an alternative unit. This situation created difficulties for me, as I am required to store my medication at a cold temperature.

I checked in at 10:45pm. The person at the front lobby was courteous and very helpful. Ice water, one plain and one with lemon were readily visible and free. I was able to help myself to a wine glass. I was able to purchase a salad and there were a variety of choices to grab something to eat so I would not have to leave out to one of the nearby eating establishments. The rooms was spacious. The buffet breakfast was great. The person serving in the dining room was incredibly kind and profesional. I will definitly return.

So close to everything, whether it’s food, the airport or anything else we may have needed! A wonderful breakfast and overall great accommodation.

It was a nice clean hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was the common areas were very warm. I would have appreciated the air conditioning running a little cooler.

From start to finish it was awesome. This was my first time staying here but not my last. I called before I arrived to ask questions and they were so helpful over the phone. The shuttle picks you up from rental car lot (thatya first for me and very convenient). Corey picked me up and was such a great driver. His customer service was outstanding. Ms. Tammy shuttled to the airport when it was time to leave. She also provided outstanding service. The drivers of the shuttle also work the front desk and they are awesome. Misty in the restaurant held down the service and you would have never known she was by herself because every customer was taken care of with a smile. My room was outstanding. It was quiet and very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. I will return again.

Beds were firm, firmer than what we are used to. We are also used to free breakfast, so we were a little surprised that it wasn't free. We liked that there was a bar and food available, and the dinner foods were quite good. The staff was very friendly.

We’ve parked our car at this hotel, when we were flying out of the Sacramento. This time we decided to spend the night, Check-in was super easy and fast. We were a little early. They still checked us in. Yhe room was ready it was clean. I highly recommend it . Parking was great. Parking was easy even for the long-term.

This is a nice place to stay if you are trying to get to the airport. We have used this as a place to leave your car, enjoy a hot meal and get some rest if you have a late night or early morning flight.

The room was very clean and the staff friendly. However, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and the window shade couldn’t be reopened. A continental breakfast would have been nice to have but they didn’t offer that. Overall, it was a good place to stay overnight.

My head it the pillow at 1:15 am. Slept well. Had breakfast the next morning and the server was fabulous. Left feeling refreshed as I headed towards Portland for my second leg of travel.
