Great, nice hotel

OK
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, clean facilities, very accommodating breakfast hours.
- 5/5
The staff are very professional and I always enjoy my stay when I visit Sacramento
- 5/5
The location is great and offers easy access to the highway and a few stores in case you need something. Overall, the hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the room was comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and cordial.
- 5/5
Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is pretty good size. Breakfast was really good. With hot and cold options. For the price and location, I’d say it’s a great deal.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, I only wish that the building smelled nicer.
- 4/5
Breakfast was mediocre and dark roast coffee ran out every day. Facility does not have a spa - pool only. The outdoor pool was heated and warm enough for my young grandchildren to enjoy. A lobby bar would be a really nice addition.
- 2/5
Hotel charged parking daily. The property is not accessible to public transportation. Plenty of parking spaces and they are doing the Vegas parking charges. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Extremely friendly and helpful employees here. Amazing room!
- 4/5
Clean room. We were on the 3 rd floor and it was fairly quiet. The bed was a little hard sagged a little in the middle. The breakfast was decent for the type of quick breakfast. The breakfast area was very nice and comfortable. The coffee wasn’t great.
- 4/5
Could use better pillows.
- 4/5
The room was very spacious and clean. Our bed was very comfortable as well. Didn’t have any issues with parking.
- 5/5
clean rooms, excellent breakfast with plenty of options to suit all diets
- 5/5
Front desk did great checking us in as she was in training. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast had many good choices.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and the breakfast was delicious .
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean.
- 0.5/5
Very disappointed with the service. We originally booked a room at Hampton Inn & Suites, but when we arrived they told us they were fully booked and sent us to Home2 Suites. When we got there, the staff said they were also fully booked and told us to go back to Hampton Inn because they had our room. Meanwhile, our booking had been canceled. We were sent back and forth between both hotels multiple times. Only after showing proof of our booking did they finally give us a room at Home2 Suites. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused to us. One of the receptionists even said, “If you want, you can complain.” This experience was extremely stressful and frustrating after a long day of travel. Very poor customer service and communication between the hotels.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
The location worked for our needs. The hotel room was decent. The Wi-Fi was awful. Bedside outlets and chargers didn't work. Why pay for parking if there is no security?
- 5/5
Location felt safe cause you can only get in with your key card from the hotel. Beds were comfortable, my family love the breakfast, lot of options. The pool was so nice! No microwave in the rooms or Jacuzzi but still I’d stay here again!
- 4/5
It’s close to the university. The place is clean. Breakfast was OK. You need to know they charge extra for parking. Not in the best neighborhood, but they made me feel very safe and protected.
- 5/5
Well set up in every way. Nice sized rooms. Breakfast was goid
- 5/5
Staff are really nice The pillows are very uncomfortable
- 5/5
Soccer family that appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the coin operated washer & dryer, and the quiet room.
- 3/5
Because of Expedia our HH rights and rate were not recognised.
- 3.5/5
The difficulty of using the card key to leave premises.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Found this hotel very convenient to CSUS as we were there for a college visit. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I do like that the property required a key to access for safety. Not very many good options but having a Target less than 5 min away was perfect! Overall a very good and convenient location if visiting CSUS.
- 5/5
Friendly staff Na
- 5/5
Love the place and staff are kind and friendly. The area is a little sketchy but there is security at night. The parking lot is free and safe to walk around at night. Happy with my weekend stay
- 4.5/5
Location, convenience, size of room. The lighting in the room was terrible. We have stayed in another Hampton Inn where the lighting was also very bad. The shower was slippery, but at least there were grab bars. The body lotion container was placed too high for me to reach comfortably. The breakfast food was cold
- 5/5
I have absolutely no complaints! Everything was great. Food choices and quality were the best I’ve seen at any hotel offering free breakfast. I highly recommend this Hampton location.
- 5/5
Free breakfast, nice rooms, quiet. My son enjoyed watching freight and passenger trains from our room.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great as well as staff.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and spacious. Amenities were nice.. cookies at front desk after 3 pm. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection
- 5/5
Great place. Good pool. Spacious common areas. Good color design
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The location is not the best. Lots of homeless people. But this is hard to control. No homeless were on the property.
- 5/5
Great hotel, one of the cleanest we had in a while. Great breakfast too!
- 5/5
Could have more herbal tea selections bit otherwise everything was great.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
great hotel
- 5/5
Excellent business hotel, very clean , rooms well maintained and super breakfast. Nice work and keep it up
- 4/5
everything clean and noce staff
- 1/5
The location is also sketchy with homeless characters wandering around and difficult in and out access to the property due to the traffic pattern.
- 5/5
Clean with plenty of parking. Well landscaped. Beautiful inside. Area was a little sketchy
- 5/5
Everything was clean, the staff was pleasant, we had a good night sleep, and the breakfast was great. Couldn’t ask for more.
- 5/5
Great staff and clean rooms
- 3/5
Hot beverages not always hot. Stair flooring not that clean. Breakfast good but no way to tip.
- 4/5
Price, convenience Lacking in charm but that’s not there motto
- 4/5
Our room was not cleaned in 4 days. We were not told at check in that you need to request a room to be cleaned !??! The sign on the bathroom mirror said the room would be cleaned other day. We stayed at this hotel only 3 months before and they cleaned the room regularly
- 4/5
I was surprised no housekeeping. Doesn’t matter BUT I wasn’t told. Would’ve been nice to know
- 5/5
Everything was great! Room and staff perfectly refreshing after a long day!
- 5/5
Room was lovely. Staff helpful
- 5/5
Nothing, friendly staff and personal. ?
- 2/5
Staff was mean at my arrival. It felt like I distracted her from her phone by arriving a bit late (around I think 9:30pm). She was not helpful at all as I wanted to know my options for food. Also when I ordered my dinner through uber-eat and the food arrived, the delivery drier was not allowed to come to my room - which I understand policy but they way that was communicated to me was rude.
- 5/5
Great time and experience at this hotel
- 3/5
No
- 5/5
Really nice and clean. We’ve stayed at the other property in the same lot and actually preferred the hospitality of the Hampton. Staff was extremely welcoming and the room personnel were friendly as we passed through the hallways. Breakfast was a great touch. 24/7 coffee and tea were great! We will beating here again. Everything clean and tidy
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The room was very clean, and had all the amenities that I needed. I love that the lobby has tea and coffee with snacks to buy.
- 5/5
Very clean, very good staff. And kind house keeping
- 5/5
Hospitality was great.
- 5/5
Would prefer a soft pillow vs all firm pillows
- 1/5
tried via expedia AND the hotel to cancel this reservation within the period allowed. the property said YOU would cancel. I was billed today and unless you reverse that charge I wont ever be back with expedia!!!
- 5/5
Good location. Clean room. Quiet.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel
- 5/5
Great facility. Breakfast was great.
- 4/5
the room had trash. then they cleaned it and were nice and courteous.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean place !
- 5/5
Very clean
- 1/5
yes the room felt neglected. No one came to clean needed more towels had to go aske very disappointed for the price I paid.
- 1/5
No comment very poor service
- 3/5
Overall this was definitely worth the price! There was a great breakfast selection which was even convenient on-the-go. Hotel staff was very pleasant and the amenities were up to par. Easy, accessible location, I was glad to see a security guard walking the premises. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds weren't very comfortable, but everyone has a different preference. My real only issue was that with the handicap shower. Nearly the entire floor flooded from the shower, to under and around the sink area all the way to behind the toilet! Not only was it dangerous to walk on, but it made for a very uncomfortably, wet, squishy place to get ready in. I had to use every last towel to try to soak up the water just to access the sink. I would recommend something that would direct the water better to the bathroom drain and potentially a squeegee that is accessible for guests to use when this happens.
- 4/5
The room where we stayed appears to be an ADA accessible one and the bathroom got flooded every time we take shower. With the exception of the bathroom, the room is comfy.
- 5/5
Very nice property and large, clean, well equipped room. Staff members were excellent and definitely customer service oriented. Because of our schedule, we didn’t try to breakfast, but there was a choice of waffles, oatmeal, pastries, and cold cereal, along with a good selection of drinks. Very close and convenient to Mercy General Hospital. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean, good breakfast
- 2/5
Too many ants inside I request a credit and deny ants eat all my snack
- 4/5
The room and site was very clean. The the hotel was clearly marked at the main street but there is a 1-2 block road to a poorly marked gate. There was no indicate that the gate was for the hotel and the building another block away was not marked. We had to make a decision to go up to the gate (no way to turn around) and finally saw a small sign saying it was for the Hampton Inns. Aslo, the hotel is placed between a very busy highway and the light rail. The light rail is silent but there are "toots" every few minutes until after 10- 11 PM. On Saturday night, there was a very loud rumbling in the building that sounds like something being dragged. It kept recurring until 11 PM but then we did not hear again by the time we checked out on Monday. Can't beat the location and cleanliness but if you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best site for you.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast, the hotel is clean and rooms are nice. This was my second time staying here and anytime I am in Sac, I will book a room here. I traveled with my dogs, so it is important to feel safe and I did.
- 5/5
everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay! Quiet, comfortable, clean!
- 5/5
Quick overnight before hitting the airport. This hotel is very nice.
- 4/5
Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Premises were neat and clean
- 5/5
Just an overnight. Boy the place was nice.
- 4.5/5
Always friendly service.
- 5/5
Great all around.
- 5/5
Staff very nice good costumer service all the team were super helpful and friendly
- 5/5
Rooms were big and clean. Staff at the reception could be more welcoming and helpful.
- 4/5
thought parking was way overpriced
- 5/5
Everything. We find Hamptons consistently clean, updated, good breakfasts with variety and quality, pleasant staff, good beds, and good locations. We know we can trust the brand for a good overall stay.
- 4/5
Room was good
- 4/5
Staff was ok. When checking in, there was one person ahead who was checking in multiple rooms. There was no one else there. I stood to the side. The check-in person pretty rudely told me I had to stand "in line behind him" I didn't appreciate the tone especially since there was no one else there. It took her over 20 minutes to get the guy who was with his band, all checked in. I could have been sitting relaxing instead of having to stand in line since it would be clear that I was next after him.
- 3/5
Room was clean.
- 5/5
Amazing people at the front desk. So helpful and nice. The rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. You could eat off the floor clean. Excellent experience.
- 3/5
Room was clean, however one wash cloth was dirty it had makeup on it. Also when we pulled back the top cover of the blanket it had stains. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility, Clean Room. Comfortable Beds. Located close to SAC State University, perfect stay for those parents visiting their young adults at school.
- 5/5
Enjoyed stay and staff were very friendly
- 5/5
The room and entire hotel was spotlessly clean; staff courteous and helpful. I especially love the little bags of lavender given away gratis for a sweet slumber
- 4/5
Perfect location for soccer tournament
- 4/5
The check in was easy. The parking lot is interesting. Coffee was hot. Food was just ok. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a bright light though from the thermometer.
- 5/5
Room in good shape. Checked in easily. Host very friendly!
- 4.5/5
No free parking
- 4/5
Clean room , quiet stay, good free breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room, kind staff, and great breakfast.
- 5/5
Sausage patties not good quality. The link sausage were better. My husband loved the waffle bar!
- 5/5
Room was super clean and no mustiness no perfumy carpet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. I would stay there again for my business travel. There is not much to see in the surrounding area but great for a short day with lots of local food options.
- 5/5
Clean property and friendly staff. Walking distance to the rail line and Sac State's football field.
- 4/5
I liked the breakfast area. The pool was cold and there was no jacuzzi.
- 4/5
Room was spotless. Room was small. The bed was not very comfortable.
- 4/5
Everything was very nice and clean
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and professional and the room was very clean and extremely well put together. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Room is very clean and I especially liked the bathroom amenities and under sink slide out towels, the wall ledges to place our toiletries and night light. Very thoughtful. The bedding was comfortable. Our only negative was the brightly lit thermostat. I don’t know if there is a way to make that go out when not being used, but it kept me awake.
- 5/5
Location seemed a bit sketchy but we felt completely comfortable and safe. The staff was so nice, welcoming and informative. Hotel was clean all around from parking, lobby and room. Would definitely stay there again. Its only a 7 minute drive to UC Davis hospital.
- 2/5
The hotel lobby was clean and appeared recently remodeled, which made a good first impression. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and our room also seemed clean. However, the air conditioner was extremely loud — turning it off made the room too humid, but leaving it on gave me a headache since the unit was positioned directly across from the bed. Because of that, I didn’t sleep well. The pillows were very flat, and the mattress had lost its shape. Breakfast was fairly standard with eggs, cereal, and toast, but the kids really enjoyed making fresh waffles at the waffle station.
- 5/5
Staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful!
- 5/5
It was all perfect. Amazingly spacious, quiet, comfortable, convenient, safe, courteous staff, lovely décor, and a standard-setter for business hotels. Decent breakfast buffet (adequate but nothing to shout about). Close to good restaurants and right next to 65th Street light rail station (and its freak show of homeless grifters, omg...but that is true for all of Sacramento! Lol.) and the on and offramps from Highway 50 east and west, giving you fast access to Lake Tahoe or UC Davis Health Campus, downtown Sacramento, Davis, and Bay Area. The hotel grounds and parking lot are safe enough, but I strongly recommend always being acutely aware of your surroundings and the people around you.... The hotel's high rates keep out the riff-raff all too common in Sacramento.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Very spacious rooms.
- 3/5
The room was fine, but the breakfast was a disaster. They were understaffed for a full hotel. Ran out of forks, creamer, rubbery eggs, and out of coffee for a full half hour, which is never acceptable.
- 5/5
Clean , friendly
- 5/5
Clean room!
- 1/5
There is a gate to enter the property. I called guest services and used the call button on the gate terminal over 10 times before I got an answer and was let in. I had 6 cars behind me waiting to get in.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean and the temperature was set at 70° when we got there the staff was excellent nice breakfast swimming pool was nice. I stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location to Hornet stadium for a college football game. Very clean and friendly staff.
- 4/5
The only complaint would be that there wasn’t much hot water for shower water was just warm
- 5/5
Very convenient. Friendly Staff.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 2/5
Never again! Front door is locked 24 hrs a day due to homeless. Parking requires room key to go in and out. Have to be buzzed in if you haven't checked in yet. Had to double pay for a pre-paid room since they couldn't find it and will have to straighten it out when I get home. Highway next to hotel is loud.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, most of the staff were nice except for one lady in the evening she seemed bothered by guest needing anything. Other than that I would stay here again, was solo and felt safe here.
- 3/5
This was a typical Hampton Inn, and nothing is wrong with that. I like Hampton's, and I've stayed in three others in the last few months. What I don't understand is why this one was SO much more expensive than the rest. The price was insane. I won't be back.
- 5/5
Clean quiet room. Convenient to East Sacramento. Breakfast bar had a lot of variety, and the attendant was efficient and cordial.
- 5/5
Great front desk, very helpful,
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Staff was not so nice when checking in, when i asked for a statement when i left they said they don’t give statements
- 5/5
Room and facility was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Laundry facility was convenient and clean. Breakfast was good and was kept full and area kept clean. Good selection of items for purchase like snacks and drinks, toiletries, basic amenities. I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
The employee that checked me & my husband in was rude. But other than that our stay was wonderful.
- 5/5
Our room was well equipped and personnel were all impeccably hospitable. Great breakfast service - the seating is pragmatic and food variety is strong.
- 5/5
Great. Very clean and everyone is friendly.
- 3/5
Clean and comfortable room but lacking in amenities. No microwave in the room. The refrigerator did not work properly. The front desk clerk did not tell me about the parking fee when I checked in.
- 5/5
Father and son weekend trip to watch 2 A’s baseball games. Everything was great. Breakfast was good! Enjoyed pool and exercise room! Only about 15 minutes to game! Very convenient! Would definitely use hotel again for future trips!
- 5/5
The breakfast was amazing and the staff was constantly making the breakfast area clean and always stocked up.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great easy to checkin/ out. Overall very good
- 5/5
Nice, comfortable, clean hotel. It's fairly new. I stayed for just one night. I needed someplace close to Mercy hospital.
- 5/5
Great friendly employees.
- 5/5
Welcoming staff and nice clean lobby and rooms.
- 5/5
Shops nearby
- 5/5
convenient
- 5/5
I highly recommend this place. Very clean, quiet, nice staff. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, there is always coffee available. The premises are new, organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We plan to stay again when we return to the area.
- 3/5
It is so important to remember how make someone’s experience unforgettable, caring, interesting or all the above. This was a sad place we’re none was found
- 5/5
Always a nice experience at Hampton Inn
- 5/5
The rooms were nice, although a microwave in the room would be a plus! There was plenty of parking, and the air conditioning worked great!!!
- 5/5
Good place to stay.
- 5/5
I love it
- 5/5
The continental breakfast has to be one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel like this—so clean, flavorful, and with plenty of options. The rooms were spotless, and the bathrooms were modern and well-kept. The shower was perfect with great water pressure, making the stay even more comfortable.
- 3/5
Bad location.
- 5/5
Thanks 👌😊
- 5/5
convenient location near CSU Sac. Close to near by eateries and grocery store.
- 4/5
bad coffee
- 5/5
It was fast checking in. It was very clean. It was very quiet. Breakfast was great!
- 5/5
The location is convenient and room is clean and comfortable
- 4/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
The service and the customer service skill
- 3/5
Nothing
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Needs a lounge with food and beverage for evenings
- 5/5
Nice and clean.
- 5/5
Property was clean and close to school. Good dining options.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly when we showed up. Room was very clean and loved the fact that rooms were inside the building not outside and made it safe and quiet.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here for my next trip so nice and clean
- 5/5
I love this place
- 5/5
Very clean, good breakfast and friendly staff
- 2/5
The room was large and clean. It seems to me personnel have a hard time there, not sure why, but this hotel is not situated in a handsome landscape, it's rather a post-industrial hellscape - homeless, trains, abandoned buildings, and rotting roof were my views from the room. The room was nice, so I adjusted to the industrial view...
- 5/5
Good breakfast, pet friendly
- 5/5
It was great. Clean, comfortable and soft bed.
- 3/5
Hotel did not have 2 roroms availble for myself and my wrok collegue and wanted to place both of us in a single room, claiming they did not have record of 2 room reservation from hotels.com. In the end we were given 2 seperate rooms but charged more for each than what had been reserved on hotels.com. Tried connecting with hotels.com but could not reach anyone.
- 4/5
Everything was good. I would give a 8.3 out of 10. I appreciated the cleanliness, updated room, quiet, felt nice. The a/c could have been colder and the breakfast made my stomach hurt after eating. I would pass on the bland country potatoes, powdered gravy mix, and the egg/cheese which all tasted processed.
- 5/5
This hotel is convenient and staff was very helpful. Parking was easy.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay. Only thing that needs to be done was clean the carpet. Looked like something was spilled on it.
- 5/5
Great stay, highly recommended!
- 5/5
Very clean!
- 5/5
Great overall property
- 5/5
Great property!
- 5/5
So nice and clean
- 5/5
Great stay. Very clean and staff was nice
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Overall, adequate but 5 night stay, zero housekeeping. Ran out of towels and trash needed emptying. Different people each trip to desk, no follow through.
- 5/5
Stayed here for 5 days to attend a program at Sac State. Entire property was always clean and tidy, we were very comfortable in our room and interactions with staff were consistently positive. It felt safe even tho the immediate neighborhood surrounds are less than pristine (freeway, bus stop, back/service area of shopping center, etc.) Pool area is pretty spartan but we appreciated having the option for a cool dip and some relaxing tan time. Standard Hampton Inn on all fronts, which was a good thing in my opinion. Key amenities available and all well presented!!
- 5/5
Loved the friendly staff, clean room and quiet location. Was positively surprised by the welcoming note on TV.
- 5/5
Very clean and has all you would need for a good nights rest. My only complaint was that we used the room coffee maker. It wasnt plugged in abd we had a difficult time finding an active plug. Finally found it on the desk rather than in the area it was stored in. Coffee is available downstairs 24 hrs but wanted a cup of coffee after changing to night clothea.
- 5/5
Overall great stay.
- 3/5
It was by the train tracks and in the hood. Absolutely horrible area never again.
- 5/5
Very nice property. Room is comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Hotel was new, very clean, had excellent breakfast but the bed was horrible. I could feel every spring g and felt like I had lumps in my side. If I had been staying more than one night I would have had to switch rooms or hotels if all the beds are like that.
- 5/5
Close to Hwy 50. Secure parking. Comfortable beds and clean property. Breakfast was stocked and plentiful.
- 1/5
My microwave didnt work.... had to go down stair in the middle of the night. Wifi wouldn't allow my medical equipment access.
- 4/5
great place to stay
- 5/5
Everything was nice, bed, pillows, room. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean and tidy.
- 5/5
ONCE WE LEARNED THE TRICKS OF DRIVING AROUND, WE GOT BACK AND FORTH QUITE EASILY.
- 5/5
Check-in went smoothly. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Secure parking and conveniently located. Room was big! Some stains on carpet. Comfortable beds, good breakfast.
- 5/5
It was great
- 4/5
Excellent staff members
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. They were so good with our dog bear, and our whole family had such a good stay. The breakfast was so delicious. I would definitely stay there again when I go back out that way.
- 5/5
Great staff, huge room, delicious breakfast. Close to CSUS- practically in the backyard.
- 5/5
Great location and staff went above and beyond
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 4/5
Have never stayed at a Hampton with an uncomfortable bed, but this one not their usual and the pillows were also not typical. TV on the right side of bed, also just odd. $12 charge for parking.
- 5/5
This is our go to location when we need a local stay. Always clean, comfortable and convenient!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean facility, friendly staff
- 5/5
Such an amazing stay! Very clean, friendly, and secure accommodations. The breakfast was great and everyone was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be back when traveling this way again. Nothing negative to say.
- 4/5
Hotel was great. Unfortunately located near some homeless camps. Did not have any theft issues but not recommended for women traveling alone…. If you go for an evening walk.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was awesome.
- 5/5
Nice place, great for work!
- 5/5
Always like Hilton. Very clean and perfect for out of town work. Gym has everything and breakfast is good ton of selection!
- 4/5
Great property, but next to commuter Rail and another railway. Sketchy people wandering streets and dumpster diving nearby.
- 5/5
Comfortable hotel in convenient location in central Sacramento. Has a good breakfast and helpful customer service.
- 5/5
Front Desk are nice, understanding and accommodating. Over all Great service
- 3/5
They changed for parking without informing me they would do that. They would not waive the charge. They also changed a $50 deposit. I will NEVER stay there again.
- 1/5
Our identity was stolen. My journal was in one of my suitcases. Not something anyone should have to go through. Our mistake was not taking our luggage in with us. We were weary from traveling. It was a costly stay.
- 4/5
comfortable for a night, loud ac turn on and off throughout the night but was cold and room was very clean
