It was a very clean room and the breakfast was great.

Geri at the front desk was wonderful, as were all the staff. We stay at Hampton Inn often and will continue to do so.

We had a great trip. I took my daughter away for the weekend. The property felt safe, secure and offered everything we needed in a hotel stay. Great staff too. Pleasant experience.

Location The people occupying above us were making noises and my husband have to call the desk as we couldn’t sleep

We had a late arrival because of flight issues and they were expecting us late and had everything ready for us when we checked in! The staff was super courteous and the breakfast buffet was as good as you’ll get! I highly recommend them!

Very noisy room above us especially at 1AM and 5AM...storage closet?. No info in room. No posting about policies, i.e., quiet hours/consideration of other guests. We stayed for 9 nights and didn't get much sleep.

Very attentive staff. We had trouble with neighbors loud at 3:30 am & that got handled quickly by security once we called, then the next morning they gave us a new room. Good location. Comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Salem!

The room and staff were good but the reviews said comfortable bed which was my main readon to book this hotel but it was anything but. Hard bed and woke up very sore

i asked for a room near the lobby during my booking but the clerk didn't notice it and gave me a room on the 2nd floor and when I asked about it she apologized right away and upgraded the room and gave me a room on the ground floor at no extra charge, no questions asked. Very pleasant.

The staff was very courteous, and overall the whole hotel was clean and welcoming.

Really appreciate the staff, always accommodating and friendly. Also, very helpful. I choose to stay at this location mostly because of these things.

The room was spotless when we checked in but the housekeeping was terrible, The breakfast was awesome and the service at the dining area was also great. So the one thing that really needs improvement is the housekeeping during stay!!

Room very nice especially for a wheelchair user. Had a roll in shower which was nice a large however I think as much water filled out as in. The additional floor drain out side the shower didn’t have enough slope to keep a small lake from forming. Very clean and nice carpet a furnishings. They could have used a couple more garbage cons for the size of the room. Overall we were happy enough. Breakfast looked good unfortunately we had little time to enjoy. Great coffee!

I had to then find a place in an unknown city to spend the night on my way home from a 15 day trip. I will be calling you tomorrow to complain and hopefully you will be more helpful than your app! You can check my past trips to see they are all dog friendly hotels.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The morning breakfast available is very good and stays open until 10 am. The downside, the rooms are very noisy. You can hear every movement in the room above along with the road traffic outside. The surrounding area is not the best, a lot of homeless, but they do have a private patrol service that keeps an eye on the parking lot and the grounds. Just as a note, the state penitentiary is only two blocks away. Downtown Salem? Well, you will have to judge for yourself.

Everything was nice but the bed was very hard. Did not get a good nights sleep. I woke up stiff and I don’t even have a back issue. Otherwise, everything was decent.

The front desk staff was very nice, and friendly. We had a nice room except the ac was consistent too warm then to cold. Breakfast on the last day the employee cleaning tables sprayed in my direction and the over spray from the adjacent table hit me and my food. Not good.

The room was beautiful. It was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very courteous. The only complaint I had was the toilet was to low to the ground. We are an older couple so was very difficult for us to us it. Other then that the stay was excellent

This hotel was a great location for our excursion to the Willamette Valley and coast of Oregon. It was quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was perfect and it had wonderful amenities. The only negative was that the mattress was somewhat lumpy and probably due for replacement. The room; however, more than made up for it given its size and layout. I would stay here again if I returned.

We paid more hoping for a nicer place and was disappointed in the comfort of the bed, the bed felt sloped, quality of the linen/comforter, and size of the room. It had a higher rating as well.

This is my favorite hotel that I stay in often. Great facility, location, and staff.

Husband and I stayed overnight while attending a local event. On the plus side, the front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful and check-in was super fast and easy. Our room was on the third floor and everything was clean and comfortable. The only downside was a loud hammering noise that startled us several times, fortunately not when we were trying to sleep! It sounding like there was someone banging on the walls inside our closet, near the bathroom with a large hammer! The walls were also thin. We could hear our neighbors talking in the room next door; and we were awakened at around 5:00am the next morning by heavy footsteps and a metal water bottle(?) being dropped on the floor in the room above us. IF we stay here again, it will only be if we can have a 4th floor room at the END of a hallway.

We were in for one night. The room was a good size and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. They take seriously their quote from the main entrance “If you are happy, we are happy”. They provide you with everything you might need. The room was very spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff was very kind and welcoming. It’s got a warm indoor pool and jacuzzi and a gym. Great for the price!

Room was great and exactly what we needed. Only downside was there was spit made of mucus floating in the pool. Likely was from the most recent guest using the pool being disgusting. Not blaming the hotel since everything else was great but that was unfortunate and very gross to find while swimming. Breakfast was great as well.

Outstanding example of a Hampton Inn. Everytime I try to save at a lower price point property, I realize when I come back to Hampton Inn why it is I love their properties so much. This hotel is a Class A example. Everything was perfect or better than perfect

We stayed here for 1 night after a long day of hiking and car ride. Check in was smooth and fast. Staff was friendly, room was clean and bed was really comfortable. The large smart tv was great and the free breakfast the next day was a huge plus to send us on our way. We’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms are not clean! I checked in and my first room had wrappers on the floor and dog hair through out. They clearly have not vacuumed in awhile. After talking to staff, I was moved to another room and it is even worse! There are toe nail clippings on the carpet and hair on the pillows. We will never stay here again.
