We arrived at one to 2 o’clock in the morning there were feral cats on the property. There was a room with the window open, where a guy was sitting, and we believe he was selling drugs. There were homeless people in the breakfast area. The reason I know that is because they had their sign. I believe they were selling drugs from there and renting prostitutes. I would close this place down. I was told it has been busted many times for drugs and prostitution I can’t believe that budget would have this on their website. The place is selling drugs or letting people stay there that sell drugs and rent prostitutes, feral cats in the front. The rooms were just ghetto. I can’t believe that it’s even on a website to rent for any amount of time. The only reason we even checked in because it was 2 o’clock in the morning I would never go back there and I think it should be closed down.

Nothing special. Room are decent Breakfast is very simple, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage, nascafe coffee is terrible. Dogs are allowed so expect some smell depending on the room you are. My room was smelling dog.

Room was clean, breakfast was a late starter for my purposes. Poor rating due to dogs barking on and off all night. Why can’t hotels put customers with dogs on a separate wing from non-pet customers and people were going in and out most of night slamming doors, not a restful night at all.

This is a handy location near the airport. The facility is aging well. The breakfast and coffee hit the spot.

It was fine. It's a basic motel. It could use a deep cleaning. But the bed was big and nice and comfortable. It wasn't a fancy hotel by any means but if you're looking to save a couple bucks I would stay here again.

The air-conditioning woked great! The breakfast options were bagles, bread, English muffin. Make yourself a waffle and 2 options for cereal. Coffe and milk and bananas and apples.

The buildings access doors need a mayor upgrade. They have cameras but I don’t thinks it’s enough. The landscape out side needs attention. No elevators.

Not much to choose from ,like hot breakfast

The room was good sized, but one of the lights had a foot pedal that was broken - could get it to turn on, but not turn off. The walls were thin, and being by an entrance meant we heard every time someone came in. *Not the hotels fault, but this was especially evident at around midnight when a group of teens came yelling out of their room just a few doors down and congregated in front of our room crying and carrying on about having a ghost in their room. The beds were very hard. When I called to request 4 additional pillows (I personally like at least 2, sometime 3, and there were 4 of us and only 6 pillows in the room), the (very nice) front desk attendant said she didn't know if they had that many, but would bring us what she could. She brought us 2. No extra blankets in the room either. Breakfast was lack-luster at best. Minimal options and the waffle maker was so poorly maintained that every waffle stuck terribly, making them impossible to remove. Some finally went and asked the front desk about spray, which was locked in a cabinet, but they just sprayed it once, locked it back up, and left again. It did not fix the problem. Bottom line - this is a budget, barebones hotel, and you really get what you pay for with this one.

Exterior is dated and smells of cat urine. Room was clean, floor and bathroom also clean. Appreciated the disinfectant wipes for the remote. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal and bagels. For the cost, Would stay there again if passing through.

Only seen the one staff at the front desk when first checking in. After all paperwork signed, payed online for reservation to get online pricing prior to check-in. The staff sitting behind the desk, stood up, held out his hand and told me now he needed my credit card. WTH! They required one for the $150.00 deposit! Never once did I read on their site about needing to have a credit card submitted and left on file until check-out then you should be fully refunded in approximately 24-48 business hours. They didn't have an ice machine around. Cold drinks machine, even had an out of order sign across the front of it, both days I stayed. Website shows that they have a pool. SMH they failed to mention it doesn't even open til June 1st.. wow

The hotel is what one expects for the price, very clean, good bed, friendly staff. Not a problem for me, but the toiletries are good, not special, the towels utilitarian, and the floor is linoleum, not carpet. It is also within easy walk of a number of places to eat. I would come back.

Old hotel, worn out carpeting, broken items in room, rusty shower doors, cracked counters, luke warm water for showering, broken vending machines, etc. While less expensive than nearby hotels, felt like I spent too much money to stay in a hotel that felt “icky” and a little unsafe.

It was clean, but the breakfast it's a joke, some bagels and cereal. They claim it's Continental breakfast, but they have no eggs/omelet or sausage or something else. Pool was closed since it's outside and was March. Heater / AC makes so much noise at night, that we turned OFF. Not recommended this one.

This little hotel is super clean and the parking is ideal for those too tired to lift their suitcases! Multiple access points once you register and get your pass key. The check in was quick and the staff was genuinely friendly. The only problem was that the tv remote was not allowing you to search available programming. As exhausted as I was I chose to turn it off and get dinner delivered through grub hub and go to sleep on the most comfortable bed I’ve had the pleasure of sleeping on since I started this trip 4 days ago. I highly recommend staying at this Howard Johnson hotel.

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Simple easy breakfast & coffee to get you going in the morning.

The tv in the room would make weird sounds about 20 minutes after turned off, has to unplug it each time we were not using it. The bathroom was a little dirty.. toilet paper roll on the floor.

it's definitely out of date and rundown but it was clean enough and I slept great. For the low price I paid, it was excellent! If they ever raised the prices, it wouldn't be worth it, because the breakfast isn't really anything and it's not all that nice. But it doesn't stink, it was tidy and seemed to have been cleaned, and the beds are comfortable. And the price was amazing through Expedia.

The staff was so bizarre and I do believe that motel is haunted.

it says very clearly when booking that cats and dogs are allowed, but when I arrived with my cat I was told they weren't allowed and the owner might kick me out for it if he found out as he's done so to others before. I showed the lady that it says "dogs and cats" and she just said she'd "let it slide" like I had done something wrong. do not recommend whatsoever. could barely sleep the whole night waiting for some man to come banging on the door telling us to leave when we'd done nothing wrong

The noise level was not a problem even though it is located to a busy street. The breakfast was fine with cold cereal, a waffle maker and some fruits.

The room itself was spotlessly clean—easily one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in, and I genuinely appreciated that during an already stressful time. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The showers were not hot at all—they were only comfortably warm. Any cooler and they would have been straight-up lukewarm. After what I’d been through, a truly hot shower would have made a huge difference, but it just wasn’t there. The Wi-Fi—advertised as a key amenity and a requirement for me to work remotely—was completely unusable. The provided password kept failing. I notified the desk, and they said they’d reset the router. Still nothing. Later, I could see networks for other rooms (like room 113 and room 320) and even a hallway Roku TV, so I sent screenshots proving the issue. I never heard back. The next morning, when I raised the Wi-Fi problem again, the staff member on duty became argumentative, essentially accused me of lying, and insisted their internet was “excellent throughout the property.” I pointed out that other guests in the continental breakfast area were having the same issue—they couldn’t connect either and had to move around the motel trying to get signal. I had originally planned to extend my stay for several more nights, but his dismissi

It was clear there were residents with "extended stays" that created quite a bit of noise, day and night. The guests had large dogs off leash and made me feel slightly uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to not put normal guests near the ones who reside there.

This hotel does NOT look like it does in the pictures on the app or their website. It is run down, no elevator, stained and disgusting carpets, cigarette burns on furniture, sticky surfaces, blood stained sheets (changed twice).

The property isn’t the easiest to see as you drive down the busy street. Looks can be deceiving - the room was huge maybe a bit dated but the bed was so comfy and the staff was delightful. The breakfast was pretty light but it had the basics.

The room I stayed in was not well-maintained. The floor of the shower was deteriorated and that was not inviting. The staff were fine but I just came from a hotel where the staff were actually friendly so comparatively it wasn’t as welcoming.

Everything was good, hotel was definitely a bit confusing.

This was a quick overnight trip for back to back soccer games. The service was great, the hotel description is a little misleading. Technically it has a gym, and but one out of four machines work, and no weights. The breakfast is a little lacking, basically all of your standard carb items, and juice. The area has everything you could need, shopping, food, etc and I felt safe on my 4am run.

Pool was closed. Staff when check in was video others on her phone and not even paying attention as we tried to check in. The room was in very poor condition. Had to have them bring clean blankets. Breakfast had to ask to refill the machines and the staff did not deal with the fighting that was happening in the tiny breakfast area. The furniture was tore up and the shower was dirty. The floors where not vacummed. Would have switched and went to a different hotel but it was late at night when we arrived and had two very tired little ones so we just made due. Will not stay there again very disappointed

Bathroom drain was stuck closed. I was told by the front desk that it opened vertically, different from other drains and they gave me a pen to push on it to make it work. It never worked. I had to wedge two pen caps under the drain to drain.

Location was great. Just a few people walking along the street shouting. Not the properties fault, just saw families with kids staying there kept looking out their room window. But other than that it was a great stay with ac. The internet could be better. But the bed was comfortable and I had my dog with me. The pet fees were more than reasonable.

My room was next to the access door to the parking lot and every time someone used it, it slammed shut making a lot of noise. It was annoying.

This property took me back to my high school days. I’m 57! Same carpet, drapes, fixtures, analog TV, etc… needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

We booked a room with two king beds. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, it had a very unpleasant odor. When we first entered, it smelled as if someone had been smoking inside. After returning from dinner, the smell had gotten even worse, and we had to open the windows to make it bearable. The contrast between the rest of the hotel—which was fresh and clean—and our room made the issue even more noticeable. I reported this to the front desk the next morning. The staff member was polite and offered to let us change rooms, but we would have to wait until other guests checked out. Unfortunately we had a hike planned the morning. While we were out on a long hike (Silver Falls, 7.5 miles), later, my family became too tired to pack and move, and since we were leaving the next morning, we decided to stay put (our choice). Unfortunately, the odor lingered throughout our stay. It smelled as though something had soaked into the carpet—almost like urine.

The breakfast options are limited. Nothing with protein. My only other complaint is that when I arrived the temperature in the room was 87 degrees. It took several hours for the air conditioner to cool the room to a reasonable temperature.

Great spot for the price. Bed was very comfortable and continental was fantastic. Constant hum of traffic - but I found that helped me sleep. Nothing fancy for sure, but has everything I could want when travelling as cheap as possible.

Honest review....... I'm not too happy with this hotel. It's very outdated for what you spend. The continental breakfast..... it was far from one. It was only waffles, cold cereal, or bagels. That's about it. No eggs or meat. You hear every door open and close all through the day and night. Room was very mediocre. The shower, unless your 5 foot nothing it's very uncomfortable. Bed was dirty when I got there. My key card had issues. The ac wasn't working when I got there. And the best part was when I finally got all checked in i came thru the back door closest to my room and there was a homeless guy passed out in the hallway of the hotel, not outside but in the actual hallway by one of the vending machines. Just wasn't a overall decent experience.

Had good options for the continental breakfast, including waffle bar. Property was okay, tad sketchy but decent security in terms of needing room key to access certain entries during specific times. Office is hard to find from outside. Room was okay.

At check in the staff was friendly and welcoming, but the room was a big disappointment. The overhead light didn’t work, the bathroom had a damaged mirror and was dirty, the floor was dirty and the room smelled like smoke. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise overall.

The rooms were great, but housekeeping did not do a very good job. There was yeah in the room upon entry. Several lamps and the clock were unplugged and we couldn't move the furniture to plug them back in.

Kind of rowdy

Breakfast items all looked stale. We weren’t expecting much for the price but I definitely won’t refer or return.

The bed was springy but not plush with medium firmness. All of the furniture was old, dinged/scratched, and mismatched. The bathroom is where I have major concerns. Instead of a standard shower/tub combo they had a corner shower, it was not tiny but not comfortable either. The pipe cover for the shower was disconnected, the pipe has tape sticking out and was all marked up. The work done was functional yes, but professional certainly not. Worst of all the bottom of the shower was patched. As soon as I opened the shower door I could see sealant applied to the shower basin. About 2/3rds of the shower floor had a white coating and it was obviously not just a temporary fix. It had been there long enough that the edges were pulling up, trapping water under the edges leaving a space for mold and mildew. If you are on a budget and need a quick sleep this place was clean but in my opinion that shower basin handyman special is not acceptable. Since this was a work trip I had to shower anyways and I learned the water temperature was set so low I put it to full hot and even after running for a while it never got more than warm.

The check in process took some time...not an easy one, lots of paperwork...The floors were dusty and the extra pet charge was a surprise...The breakfast is very poor. No free drinking water for the customers anywhere to find...I wouldn't stay here again.

This Motel was in good condition it looks like it was recently remodeled. They allow dogs which is nice and the price is fair and the staff was friendly. Nice small buffet breakfast including hot waffles. I would have given it a five-star but their Wi-Fi wasn't working right and I need Wi-Fi when I'm on the road
