The pictures of this property are misleading. They do not show that this is a motel with no indoor hallways. As a solo traveler I do not stay at motels. Had I known this I would not have booked here. The evening staff was pleasant but the morning person did not acknowledge my presence and was in the phone the entire time I was eating breakfast. The selection for breakfast was very minimal and there were no forks. I tried to ask for them but as stated before the staff would not make eye contact with me. The room was quiet, and the furnishings are new but the facility is old. The shower was disappointing as the water pressure was low and couldn’t get very hot water.

The room had a musty smell to it, the sheets and pillows had stains all over. The shower had old stains on the curtain and floor as well. It was bad enough that I left and got another hotel in the area within 15 minutes of being there

The bed was comfortable. It was clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. Our stay was quiet. The air conditioner needed to be cleaned. Dirt blew out of it. The vents in the bathroom were dirty. So were the ones in the lobby. We had to go get nasal spray because our sinuses got stopped up. If they cleaned that up it would be great.

This hotel is only ok for a quick stay. Needs an overhaul. Floors were sticky and room was not very clean. Would not stay there again.

I have been requesting a refund for WEEKS! The room was dirty when I arrived, beds were not made, the linens had cigarette holes in them and pee stains and trash was in the room. A group of men were outside the room smoking and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving to switch rooms so I tried calling the lobby but the phones did not work at all. Packed my stuff and went to front desk and they put me and my mom in a room upstairs. The beds were at least made but it still was not clean. At this point, it’s after midnight and we’re exhausted and scared to leave the room again (and the phone was disconnected upstairs too). After the stay, I tried calling for a refund and if I called before 1pm, they would tell me to call after 1pm to talk to the manager. When I called after 1pm, they said the manager leaves at 1pm. Finally, I got someone after 1pm to tell me that the manager was in before 1pm and was lying to me on the phone and just didn’t want to refund my stay. Tried calling Booking.com instead but they said they would credit me with points when I wanted a refund and directed me to call back the hotel. Literally do not know who else to call this expirence has been so horrible that it’s almost funny.

The shower was bad took forever for it to get warm. The shower head needs to be replaced the water went everywhere but on you. we took a pic of the wall where someone had hit it showed it to the front desk they didn't know about it

The room was ghastly. Hair everywhere, even in towels! Blood stains on sheets. Slow drains. Outlet was detached from wall. Staff was friendly but kept me talking too long (15 min!!) when I just wanted to get to my room! So much loud talking and door slamming ALL night! It’s an old dilapidated motel with a “lipstick” update.

Would not recommend staying at his hotel at all. Lobby is dirty. Room was bad. Smoke Detector not even hooked up. It was in a plastic bag. Clearly a previous guest had removed it to smoke (probably weed) and it was never put back up. Toilet ran all night. If we weren't so tired and hadn't prepaid I would have left. Do not recommend staying at this location to anyone.

Room 227 needs a new blow dryer, current one sparks when your turn it on. It will light someone’s hair on fire. The floor lamp in the room flickered on and off while on. The alarm clock did not work. It is a simple place, no frills.

Staff was very pleasant, although, our door had to be slammed to actually latch. Rooms inside were updated nicely, but the outside looks nothing like the photo. I had a non smoking room but all i could smell was cigarette smoke.

Tubwasht clean nwouldnt use it. No laundry facility .Parking was fine.

The “workout room” was on the far back corner which didn't feel safe. No indoor pool or hot tub. It was just average.

I had the worst experience in my life. As a woman traveling alone I saw this place as somewhere safe. I was walked in on before checkout exposed by the maid and her minor child. I was completely embarrassed and when I went to tell management the front desk person just laughed. That broke my heart. I asked for the manager who was suppose to arrive at 11am did not come and it’s now 4:11pm no call no follow up or nothing. I requested a full refund and I hope they comply. I intend on reporting their business to the authorities if I do not get a response. This is completely unacceptable!

Room did not look like pictures. Had to enter the room from the outside like a motel. No front desk staff at night. Front doors locked from dusk until dawn. Not in a great area. Security latch on door was barely hanging on. Took a cold shower because water barely got warm.

2. there was old red stain in the bed (possibly menstruation cycle), they just covered it with white blanket. i was about to get in to the bed when i noticed the stain. I will not visit again. I fell for the pictures posted in expedia.

This is a the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. There is hair in the bed, in the tub, on the walls, embedded in the towels. There are dead bugs and dirt/dust along every wall and corner. I would have never stayed here had it not been rated so highly on Expedia which I booked through. I can deal with outdated, but this is just unsanitary. I’d upload the pictures with this review but there is not an option to. I am pregnant and traveling on a 12 hour trip to care for family and all I wanted was a shower and clean bed to sleep in before hitting the road again in the morning. I paid for a hotel room at a lesser rate on the way here which was amazing. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Management was very nice and accommodating; however the room was lacking. First thing, a huge puddle of water leaked from refrigerator taking 3 bath towels to sop up; refrigerator did not work. The heater in our room did not work. We were given 2 electric heaters which kept us warm but not a safe thing to use. Also our water would not get hot; all reported to management. room was clean & bed comfortable.

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The vanity for the sink and mirror was about the only nice part to the room. The walls, the floors, the ironing board, the curtains all had major, very visible large stains. Our door also didn't shut fully, and we had to prop a chair against it to feel safe. The only thing holding the door closed was a deadbolt. The door itself had such a major gap and when closed it wouldn't actually be sealed shut. The latch on the inside wouldn't stay latched, it was bent and couldn't be fastened closed. You can see bugs all over the trim on the inside, dead, as they likely, easily can fly into the room via this gap in the door. Not to mention the huge draft coming in, We had to have the heat on blast all night.

Nothing special here. An OK room with limited amenities at a relatively fair price. Being on a major thoroughfare, it can be extremely noisy all night long.

I was was treated poorly by the front desk around 8pm. I was very polite upon arrival. I walked in and there were two men having an issue and talking with receptionist and i was in line behind them with my service dog. The men said, “it’s okay she can go ahead of us because they might be awhile”. First he took my debit card for deposit and I politely asked how much it was. He never answered me, just badgered at me that he doesn’t stop to help one for another. The guests even stood up for the fact the let me go ahead. The receptionist was very rude to me because that. His behavior was unwarranted. He then gave me my card back and said rudely, “take your business elsewhere”. I was so quiet and calm and couldn't believe how poorly i was treated. I said, “ sir I don't know why you're being rude to me and you can go help them, they let me go ahead.” He then said “get out or I’ll call the cops.” At no point did i refuse to leave or anything. I kept calm. I left soon as he said go. I actually felt somewhat in danger/shook up. This all happened within 5 minutes. The unlookers looked stunned. I did absolutely nothing wrong to warrant him kicking me out. I was polite even when he was rude to me. If the cops came I would’ve had witnesses and shown he had no reason to be that way to me whatsoever. I never stayed there. And requested refund.

The door to our room would not close all the way (though we could lock the turning device) and we had a cool breeze and a neighbor's smoke sneaking in during the night. When the trash can was full at breakfast the surly desk person just rolled an uncovered trash can out into the dining area. YUCK!

This hotel is a dump. There are no elevators, front desk staff was unprofessional and in jeans. There was someone asleep on the only piece of furniture in their tiny lobby. A small child was left alone running around in pajamas and watching tv at 12:30 in the morning. The part of the office I could see was dirty and a mess. The ceiling tiles behind the desk and in the office were gross. I left and found another hotel.

The light on the door lock wasn't working, so we couldn't tell when it was unlocked. The floor of the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet bowl looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. It was covered with pink and black mold. The sink smelled like sewage. We checked out early and told the desk clerk. He said the GM would contact us about our issues, but it's been 4 days and we haven't heard back.

I stayed here for a few days. It is conveniently opposite a Kroger store and a few fast food restaurants are nearby too. The floor of the room was very dusty. Please mop up your floors. Advice to other travelers- you’ll need slippers to walk around the room because the floor -are not mopped.

Overall, room was fine except for: peeling ceiling over toilet (leak), sinker stopper loose, dirt build-up on legs of ironing board. Sidewalk and parking lot had trash and debris left from previous day. Did not use any amenities (gym, breakfast , etc.). Front desk staff was pleasant if a bit slow/inefficient during check-in. We simply needed a place to crash over-night, so none of this was a dealbreaker. Still, there was a sense that staff was not entirely on top of things, at least during the 16-hours we were on site.

I had to extend my stay and I paid more for a weekday rate than I did for a weekend rate.

The room was nothing like what the picture online suggested. The bathroom was dirty & smelled musty. The a/c unit was very loud making it hard to sleep. The TV quality was poor & the hotel wouldn't allow an adjustment from analog to HDMI. My keys also stopped working half way through my stay. I will never book at this property again.

The Inn was obviously an older one that has been updated. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to put in higher or handicapped toilets. Price was great and we would stay there again.

Liked the updated interior, although in still needs minor attention to detail. Dirty shower curtains, shower faucet and valve need major updating. Exterior definitely needs some major improvements. Included breakfast with the stay was extremely poor. Honestly better to add additional few dollars and get what you expect from another rental place.

It was very nice, completely different from 6 years ago when staff was rude and refused to honor our 2 beds NON smoking reservation to accommodate a church group. The rooms are now well cleaned, nasty carpet gone and when we needed help figuring out why the ac wasn’t working we got immediate assistance and the problem was fixed. Only issue was the tub, it badly needs a reglazing and the safety mad needs to be replaced as it was torn badly. Otherwise, GREAT turnaround

I really thought I had thoroughly checked to see if this had interior doors, and it did not. However, it was very clean. Breakfast lacked a LOT to be desired but for the price it was perfect for 1 quick overnight.

We were in town for a concert. Check-in took forever, almost made us late. When we got in the room, the floors in the bathroom had poop/diarrhea stains on them as well as the side of the toliet. We called front desk and asked to come have the bathroom clean and were advised there was no housekeeping they couldn't clean it. We had to leave for the concert, couldn't get another room. Very difficult to make the front desk guy understand, we did take pictures. He offered $20 off. We shouldn't have had to pay at all.

The front staff were so friendly, and the room was very clean. It could get a little loud, especially at night, but that is most likely the area and I don’t think that is anything the hotel can control. It’s also pretty close off the highway, so walking anywhere isn’t an option. But most things are close while driving.

Our room wasn’t cleaned at all and when we finally got new bedding they left the rest of the room dirty then only refunded us $20.

Upon arriving, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. The air conditioner and refrigerator did not work. The bathroom had not been cleaned well.

Used this property to crash for a night during a road trip. Didn’t expect anything much just clean bed and linen. I mean it should be better than sleeping in a car right…. This property takes the cake for poorly maintained and dirty. Ac never got cold, hair all over the place from the bed to the shower. Not just a strand or two either like full on DNA over kill. Anyway toilets were filthy with brown marks, bathtub same thing. Towels looked like they’re at the 10 year mark and are only 1% cotton left. Disgusting! Hopefully I can save someone the experience. Drive a bit further for one of the top brands we only did this cause it was super close to the highway (81).

I STAY HERE TWICE A YEAR ITS DECENTLY CLEAN. ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WAS THE DOOR DIDNT SHUT WELL. IT LOOKED AS IF SOME ONE HAD BROKEN THE FRAMING AND ONLY SORTA OF FIXED IT. TO ME IT WAS A SAFETY CONCERN. Breakfast was poor, with limited variety, and the gym was unacceptable—just there for appearance, with no real conditions for exercise, as it was a tiny, unventilated space. Overall, I did not enjoy or approve of my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it.

The staff is very friendly. We notes grass and what looked like foot prints on the comforter. Missing remote and iron in room. Table stand with lamps wouldn’t work. Beds were comfortable and air works greats Overall clean room. Didn’t see any bugs and trust I looked!! Shower doesn’t get very hot. First night no issues. Second night heard people arguing and someone knocked on our door at 0530. This is why I generally never stay at hotels with exposed doors. Not that the same things can’t happen at inside rooms. Just don’t feel as exposed. However wasn’t staying long and figured it would do. That is how I would recommend it. It will do for a single night or two.

Someone switched out my brand new power cord for my phone with one that was damaged. Didn't notice until I got home. Had to spend $20 to buy a new cord. Not pleased.

The hotel inside was nice and clean. The person behind the desk was friendly and went above and beyond to help when the washing machine broke. Rooms were dine.

Just a great place to stay

Room was clean, bathroom dated, sheet had stain and room smelled like weed notified the manager no assistance or action taken, lobby and facade are dated and unkept. Breakfast was decent (milk cold, coffee hot, had functioning toaster/waffle maker) Fine for a last minute trip would most likely not book again.

Lobby was packed with kids. Place is cheap and dirty. Went somewhere else
