    Didn't eat breakfast When requested by customer not only online but in person that they want a smoking room don't put em in non-smoking. The staff didn't speak very well English couldn't understand what the man was saying. What I thought I heard on price one night was 48 and tax. It was 58 and tax.

    When I received the room key I drove to the room and the door was wide open there where clothes in there and fresh poop in the toilet the room was filthy. So when I I went to the front desk the lady took me to the room to check what I had said was true and after saying it was unacceptable she finally gave me a different room which the toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor. Would not recommend staying here.

    Called 4 times to make SURE there was a pool. There was. It was CLOSED!! Free continental breakfast is a LIE! They will make you a cup of coffee, because you don't get a coffee pot in your room. No breakfast at all. No weight/work-out room. Hosts do not speak english at all. Getting towels, trash bags or toilet paper during a 7 day stay with 5 people was practically impossible. For 5 days the kids had an outdoor basketball hoop and then it was stolen in the middle of the night. Used syringes from drug use on property as well. Bedding wasn't very clean either. Very disappointed!!!

    It was\n Not too bad, just very dirty. The tall hut stains on them, there was hair all over the shower. The roof was caving in there were scenes on the couch, but for the price it was actually nice. It could have been cheaper though, and there is no Complimentary breakfast.

    This place is terrible! On their website they claim their amenities include an indoor pool, free wifi and free Continental breakfast all of which are untrue! That was disappointing enough but then we get to the room only to find it was disgusting! Their was baby cockroachs crawling everywhere & the bathroom floor was covered in long black hairs, body glitter and urine. When this was brought to the managers attention she was very rude & actually acted like I was insulting her! Save your money DoNotStay there!

    We stayed here a little over a year ago and it was great I’m assuming they changed ownership because it is run down now. The shower doesn’t work in the room or the outlets. Only one light worked and it was flickering. The front desk is not helpful at all and rude just acted like he couldn’t understand anything we said. Would not recommend stayin here.

    The smoke in rooms. Bugs on walls. Just very run down and I had a room there for 3 nights booked thru Expedia and after 3 rooms my family and I just left. I drive truck for a living and seen out houses cleaner then this dump. I can’t even get ahold of Expedia to get my money back so I’m done with you guys 2 after years of using Expedia. Very disappointed all the way around

    I have stayes there several times, the owner ask me to fix his pool, recieved quotes of 12k for fixing it. I went to pay the desk he said no we will take care of it. Well few days later after it was fixed i was asked to pay or leave. Including all the labor and parts i bougbt myself it was about 4,553. He then said he didnt hire me. The owner is a liar, a crook, and fured someone for calling an ambulance for someone in need. The staff up front cannot speak english and the lady slapped a child in the face. The only good rhing is the manager Christina and cleaning staff. Dont give this crook you money im the 3rd perso. He has not paid i found out.

    I had stayed there with my grandkids once before, but only for the indoor pool which was in good shape. The rooms & overall hotel condition are poor, but the indoor pool was nice. I did not know until check-in this time their permit had expired, so the pool was unavailable. I would not have booked this place again if I had known that. The rooms themselves are not very clean & well kept. There was no stopper for the bathtub & not enough water pressure to take a shower. It took about an hour after I shoved a washrag into the drain before we had enough bathwater to use. I liked the fact there was coffee & a coffee maker in the room but was upset when I saw the coffee maker was broke. This pattern also applies to the rest of the hotel. There was about a 20 foot section of guttering hanging down not far from our room, as well as a car parked not far from mine that had evidently been there for quite some time with chocks behind the wheels, front end damage, windows rolled own, etc. Basically, the only reason I wanted to stay there with the grandkids again was for the indoor pool. The pool itself is (or at least was) in good shape, but I wouldn't have stayed there if I had known the pool wasn't available. Now I won't ever stay there again.

    The front desk was great giving me a different room and i looked it over but when being in the room that night i didn't notice until pulling the covers the pillows, carpet and sink counters had stains. Bed was just springs. I won't be staying there again unfortunately.

    Second room the mini fridge didn’t work and they had to bring another one in. Felt unsafe and cops showed up in force to a room two doors down. Killed several roaches and found bedbugs the last morning I was there.

    Was not clean. Cockroaches. Hair on toilet and bathtub. Bad smell. Stained linen and dirty linen. Trash in the drawers. No trash can. Lots of tweaker traffic at all hours of the day and night. Price point was good. Owners cant communicate very well in english. The lady that was their main lady that helped us get settled in was very helpful and nice. Oh there was no shower curtain so that was fun to.

    I changed to another room and that one someone had obviously just been in. The light was on. The TV was on and the bedspread was barely thrown over the pillows in a messy way. And right inside the door was a puddle on the carpet that looked like pet urine. The third room I tried smelled really bad and the refrigerator was wide open. I could barely breathe in the room. After an hour I decided we couldnt stay there even though I knew I couldnt get a refund. . There also appeared to be prostitution going on. Girls going to rooms of people they didn't arrive with. One even came to our door and claimed they had the wrong room. Then they went in someome elses room on the other side of hotel that I know they didnt arrive with. This place is a dung heap that needs to be investigated by the health inspector and the police. We ended up staying at the Sallisaw Inn on the other end of town for 4 nights and it was so much better.

    The room I had, the TV didn't work AND there was no remote. I went downstairs and they gave me a remote and told me to set it up myself. I tried for an hour and still couldn't do it, I called the front desk and he said, "I'm not sure. It's the HDMI" and I told him it said no signal but he kept repeating himself. So I stayed without a television. Staff was unhelpful.

    Room is dirty tub has oily coating (Vaseline?) Q-tips placed in shower head like 10-15 of them and the whole shower head coated also in oil substance! Mirrors haven’t been cleaned since Christ was a child …. Kept the room as we had prepaid

    I rented 2 rooms. Both were in poor condition with dirty carpets. Our grandson was bitten in his bed 3 times overnight. Bed bugs????? Also the Expedia website indicated breakfast would be available, but were were informed that only coffee was served these days. The coffee was supposed to be available at 7 AM, but still have not been made by 7:15 AM when we had to hit the road. I do not recommend this property at all.

    While this might be your best option in sallisaw i strongly advise you to teavel a little farther down before getting a place to stay. We only stayed about 20 minutes and then had to leave because my husband's skin was crawling.

    The room was supposed to be smoke free but it had a strong odor of cigarettes. It had burn marks on the tub and the sheets had cigarette burn holes in it. The room was dirty and infested with cockroaches.

    The room need to be clean better. Find a big dog tick in the bed full of blood. Don’t know if it came from a dog or person, room had roaches the place need to be fumigated, need more light in the room. The place is in a good location just need to be updated. I will not be returning.

    It advertised that they had an indoor pool but it was broken, the internet didn’t work and the pillows were very flat… and there was no breakfast like they advertised. I would have settled for coffee in my room but though there was a coffee pot, there was no coffee or cups… the room was clean so I guess that was good. You should note when the pool is broken so you know before you book the room.

    HAD to spend 4 nights here for a family wedding.Checked in at the counter and she seemed put out that we were even there.We had requested a room with a refrigerator and a microwave. The first room was a "No Smoking" room. Smelled of heavy smoke, carpet was stained, towels were old,worn and torn,food particles all over the place and the toilet would not flush.They did leave a plunger to use.So, we asked for another room.They moved us to another room.Same issues, but the toilet worked, lights were missing lightbulbs and the bed was a rock,the bedspread had cigarette burns on it. So,we requested another room in the other wing.They said that they would move us tomorrow when maintenance gets in, as the other wing is for 1-2 night stays only and they do not have microwaves and refrigerators.We were staying in the wing for "live in" guests. Most the people that were staying in our wing were construction workers or families renting by the week.The sign on the front desk states that it is a $250.00 cleaning charge of you smoke in non- smoking rooms.We transferred to another room the next day in the same wing as they would not move the appliances, that was supposed to a "better" room. Still smelled like smoke, the bed was better, the carpet less stained and the toilet worked.I had to use a whole bottle of Febreze just to moderate the smell in the room to tolerate staying there.I have stayed in much better motels/hotels for less of a price. Complete FAIL!!

    When booking, you have to remember this is a small area and this is probably the best place to stay. The rooms are modest but clean. The pools were closed which was disappointing being in July. This is a family run small business so it's better to book by calling the motel direct.

    Carpet was disgusting. Bathroom not cleaned, still had used bars of soap in tub. It was ok. Stated they had 'deluxe continental breakfast,' and coffee & jelly was all i saw. Swimming pools were closed. Definately wouldn't stay here again!

    The carpeting in the room was filthy - spots all over. Bedspreads were dirty and stained. If it wouldn't have been so late in the night when we checked in, I would not have stayed there. They also tried to double-charge me for my room. Hotel clerk was not friendly at all. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even for one night.
