We booked the room for 2 nights. We left after the first night. Carpet was ripped and torn. Lamp shades had mold on them. The room was in terrible condition.

The rooms could’ve been a lot more cleaner. Also it had a bad smell. I had some dryer sheets and we just put in the air conditioner vent to make the room smell better but all around everything else was good.

Did not go y'all where suppose to cancel and refund my pymt but no hasn't happened the booking was wrong from get go

This is an older building but it's clean and easy to get to. Staff were excellent. We got in late and left early so we didn't have breakfast but it smelled really good when we left. It's not fancy but worth the stay.

Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere.

Get to the hotel was easy to find. The room was clean and quite. I would stay there again if I stay in Sallisaw OK.

The room was terrible heat didn’t work and shower was as dirty as the parking lot. We slept in our clothes too scared of bed linen to undress. I don’t believe they changed it in over two weeks and no one at desk to let know at checkout

The desk attendant was the only thing nice about this place. She was very friendly and accommodating. The outside of the building was very dirty and needed a good power washing if nothing else. My room was what I call "a pig with lipstick." The carpet was filthy, and was probably the orginal from when the place was first built. The decor items was that of the hotel chain requirements, but the new paint was just covering bad repair nobs from holes put in the walls at some point in time. The mattress was old and lumpy and I was really concerned about the possibility of bedbugs, but fortunately I did not have any bites or see blood anywhere the next morning. The room I had was an accessabily room which included a disability shower, but I opted to not use it due to not being in the best shape. I stopped at the "breakfast bar" on the way out, but walked back out without eating due to not having options with proteins. I will not stay there again.

The room was clean and fresh. Air wasn’t on, but it didn’t take long to cool down. Comfortable bed and squishy pillows (which I like). It was quiet too. Easy to get to & plenary of restaurants and Walmart near by. Great pricing!

There was wear and tear in the room but nothing that Affected our stay, Though I felt like they did not clean the room properly Or someone was using it without permission. When we arrived to our room there was food in the dresser drawer Like taco ingredients, shell, onion, seasoning, also FedEx mail. Breakfast was okay at best, Orange Juice was nasty and only really had option for corn flakes, oat meal, waffles, or snacks. Outdoor pool was closed for the season, staff was polite to us during our stay and this hotel has the option to go across street to Casino if that is what you like. Overall the hotel was what we needed for the night beds was comfortable, hot water worked, mini fridge kept my drinks cold, was located closer to the family we came to see so the stay was worth the money.

Conveniently located with close up parking. The inside facility needed carpet replaced on the stairs, very worn. My rooms comforter needed replaced due to several cigarette burns. All in all I've certainly stayed in worse hotels.

The front desk lady was incredibly nosey and completely in our business, very unlike literally any and every other hotel. Call We literally left, dispite not bein able to get any kind of refund and went down the road to another hotel.

Needs a few repairs that are neglected, knobs to tub have no sealant, certain areas like windows and front of refrigerator door are in need of cleaning, etc... The breakfast isn't great, very basic.

On Fridays night we didn't get much sleep there was 2 guys fighting in the room above us.

The pictures and amenities listed on here are inaccurate for this hotel. The room was half the size of what was pictured. There is NOT a stove/oven and the room was up a flight of stairs with no elevator. We also saw a few cockroaches in our room.

Hotel was pretty run down and one of our rooms smelled pretty bad. The bed wasn't very comfortable either.

The hotel is pet friendly. We didn’t have a dog. I asked for ground floor. One left. It smelled like dogs, which I was debating on changing rooms, then we found bedbugs. We were transferred to an upstairs room which smelled much better and no bugs. But no elevator and they wouldn’t accommodate for 3 guests, which is what I had originally asked for. They offered a rollaway bed for $15 per night and I had to haul up the stairs. No thanks! We had already prepaid for 2 nights, it was late and I was tired. There was no effort to provide hospitality or make good on customer service. The breakfasts were good, room temp was comfortable. Parking was good. I just wish we had received what we asked for. 1 king room accommodating 3 guests instead of the 1queen for 2 guests. We had to put together a makeshift pallet on the table for my son. We did get an extra pillow and blankets. I’m not a Karen, I just believe that customer service is a dying trait. I’m not one to complain bc I can roll with the punches, when you’ve worked in public service, you know that hospitality and good customer service is a must. Make them happy!

Did not have the advertised RV truck parking we were looking for but they were not full so we could double park ok. Also charged extra for pet that was not advertised when we were booking.

It is in a good location. Restuarants very close. Check in was very easy. Lady was really nice. The only problem was doing it on line it didn't tell me the room I reserved was upstairs. I am on oxygen and there is no elevator only stairs. The pet fee was only $15.00. But the minute you walked into building all you could smell was cigarette smoke. We got non- smoking room and could smell it in our room. The room was ok. Old carpet hadn't been shampooed in no telling when. Bedspread had cigarette burns in it. Carpet has cigarette burns. Supposed to be non smoking room. Price through Expedia was great. Sorry to say if we can't get downstairs we want stay again. I really don't think it was a nonsmokers room.

This hotel did not live up to its advertising. The hotel is very outdated and did not look like the photos online. It’s not the cleanest, rooms were hot and humid, and the pool that was advertised is not opened and won’t be this year.

The staff was great and the bed was comfortable. The outside looked fine and I felt safe. The room could have been cleaner. The furniture was worn and there were holes in the comforter. The bathroom was badly in need of repairs.

The pool is broken with no plans to fix this summer.

Great location in the middle of Sallisaw, but the hotel is run down and smelled of mildew. Would not stay again and that’s all I really have to say.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The lady named Shelly is amazing. She makes sure she makes you feel welcomed and is very friendly. I will be staying here again when I return to Oklahoma again .

Not the nicest place we’ve ever stayed but it wasn’t bad, and it was close to where we needed to be. “Breakfast” was extremely minimal, but there were plenty of fast food places around. The lady at the front desk was great. We’d stay again if ever in the area.

Room seemed better than the hall but found myself so grossed out I'm inspecting for bed bugs. Didn't see anything but layed awake in bed for hours unable to sleep, grossed out. Covers are thin & 1980's in both style and wear and tear. Outer coverlet didn't seem very clean although sheets and pillow cases were clean. When I arrived to check in, the lady working the front desk was very rude. Made me wait on her to finish doing what she was doing in the office which was making coffee. Then told me she needs to me stand behind some glass or she can’t help me. Questioned me about my car and my husband. Treated me like I was a drug dealer with all her questions. I may not have been from sallisaw but I was there for the rodeo and seeing my grand kids. She will be the reason I never go back to that hotel. Also the next morning there was no breakfast and by the time my husband went down there at 9 am she was already putting everything Away. Then the morning lady proceeded to come watch us put our stuff in our car until we left. I have never been treated like this and I wish I never stayed there. No one should ever be treated like that or have to feel unsafe.

The Super 8 in Sallisaw is in a great location with easy access. While an older property, the room was clean and comfortable although some of the furniture was a little worn. Unfortunately, the common areas are showing significant wear and are in need of maintenance. The keypad for access at the rear of the building was not functioning correctly, requiring multiple card swipes before it would engage. This location has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. The hallway on the second floor had a strong odor from tobacco and marijuana. Hotels.com showed this location having amenities including a pool, however the pool was covered and the sign had the reference to the pool blacked out. The free breakfast consisted of a waffle machine and some dry cereal. When I arrived for check-in, there was no attendant in the office, nor an attendant available for check out.

It sucked the room smelled like old cigarettes and mold.

I had requested downstairs and was pleased they gave us what we asked! Comfortable and quiet! Slept well!

Nice clean place to stay and friendly people. We originally booked for 2 nights then had truck trouble and on the spur of the momenrt at midnight night three had to book again. The ladies did great and were still smileing and friendly. Last time we stayed somewhere very disappointing. Next time we will come back for sure.

According to your site it had a pool their pool was not open and hadn’t been open since Covid . The fridge in our room didn’t work though we travel with coolers. Went to check out didn’t get service after 5 minutes or so and they have a desk phone to call the desk help just had busy time . Room sleeps 4 not 5 so you can rent a roll away bed for 15$ but the lady that checked us in was nice enough to only rent it for 5$ .

We enjoyed our stay. We were tired from driving all day and needed a place to get some rest.

Fair place to stay. It is a little run down. But doesnt stink, seems like they try their best to clean the rooms to the best of their abilities. Overall would stay here again.

The stay was ok and convenience of restaurants around was good. At breakfast there was no milk for dry cereal and no coffee. Parking for truck with trailer was great.

Arrived at 2:15am, took 20min before someone arrived to check us in, annoying…. You could see daylight between door and seal, room conditions just ok-subpar, needs updates and repairs, did the job for a few hours of sleep.. continental breakfast with hostess products but it’s free I suppose

I had made reservations for 2nights, but could only stay 1night. Clerk at hotel could not cancel the reservation, so I tried the website. But it would not let me cancel either. I feel I am due a refund, or a credit for one night. I will be back in Sallisaw next week and would like to stay at that Super 8 so would like a credit. Can you fix this ?

Lots of bugs in room.

Missing some energy teas from my room. When complained was told no one touched them. But yet they were missing. Won't reimburse me. Practically are saying that I'm lying. Not happy one bit

The room served it’s purpose and we got an ok nights sleep. The room we were in seemed very dated and smelled like bug spray in my opinion. The room was visually clean on the surface but you could tell needed a deep clean. There was a crack that went all the way around the door letting light in from outside. I thought I had reserved a room with a separate sitting area but did not receive that type of room. That could 100% be on me though. Ultimate we only reserved a room to sleep in. We arrived by 9pm and we were gone by 8:30 am. We did not try the breakfast or use the WiFi. The shower had decent water pressure but the shower head was pretty short. I’m 5’3” and had to adjust the head up, my 6’4” husband had a more difficult time. All in all it was an ok place to rest but we would not stay again.

Hotel is very rundown and dirty.

This stay was so back I booked a different hotel for our second night. The walls are paper thin. The entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke. It is designed to be a stop, go to bed, and get up and go the next days for people on a long trip.

Good for one night stay. No frills
