    I have stayed at this particular Quality Inn a couple of times, and I think next time I am Sallisaw, I will stay elsewhere. Overall, the place was just okay. The room needed a deeper cleaning. The bed in our room was sloped back toward the head - not sure if it was the bed or the floor, but it was not comfortable. The faucet on the shower/tub could not be completely shut off so it ran the entire time. The grout in the shower needed replaced with a lighter color grout as the black looked like it was moldy. Plus there were several places where the grout was broken and needed repaired. It seems like the owners are not interested in spending money to maintain the property and making it more attractive. Also, they need to implement a no smoking policy in all their rooms or separate smoking from non-smoking because the pot smoke was too much when we checked in on Friday night. The young lady at the desk when we checked in and the one when we checked out were very nice. Every time I have stayed there, the services was very good. It was quiet and the price is good. If the price was higher, I would rate it lower; so I give it 3 stars for being okay. It would be very easy for this to slip down to 2. But it would also be very easy to rise to a 4 - the owners need to make this decision quickly!

    Not really anything concerning this property - not that there was any other choices The room was not very clean - there was a glass ring on top of the microwave - there was dust on the window seat - i dropped my phone and it went under the counter in the bathroom there was a lot of dust there - overall cleanliness was severely lacking

    The desk clerk at checkout was wonderful. The desk clerk at checkin was totally incompetent. She had a bad attitude,was very hard to understand, and she charged our credit card twice. The shower curtain had a lot of mildew on it and the TV would not work but there was no way, we would have said anything to this young lady about it.

    This place is fine for a weekend stay and is close to amenities. Out of the choices in a small town that aren't Airbnbs this is the best you are going to get. The staff is friendly and kind. Just don't come into it expecting glitz and glamour.

    Bed was comfortable No stopper for tub. Room was not very clean. Booked on your sight but price went up when we arrived. Outside side door did not close or lock,so u didn't need a key. Breakfast eggs weren't warm at 6 a.m. Rating said 8.6 which was laughable. Girl at the desk said I would have to contact u for putting up a different price than what I paid. At least it was not loud. Water pressure was poor as well. Would never stay again or recommend whatsoever!

    Not much Well when I first checked in the lady at the desk had an attitude. She was unnecessarily rude when I was asking which direction I needed to go to find my room. Upon getting to my room it was apparent that they just rushed through the cleaning process because there was still bits of toilet paper. Any urine on the floor by the toilet and stray hairs from the previous guest in the sink bed and shower area. Definitely not worth the $96 they're charging on the website... You'd be better off sleeping in your car honestly

Check above as the only thing that was good about the hotel was that the bed was comfortable.

    Staff was very nice and helpful!!! Being able to check in early was great! And for a smoking room was a nice room. Usually, they give you the c*** for smoking room.! We didn't get app in time to enjoy the breakfast but was appreciated to have that option. Thank you for this great stay.We will definitely keep you in mind next time.We visit!¡!!

    No hot dishes available when I went down @8am. Eggs were empty and the waffle maker ingredients were inadequately prepared. When I approached the desk to inform the staff, neither of the two attendants were very friendly. I’ve stayed here many times over the years a this is the first time I’ve encountered poor customer service. Very disappointing, considering the cost of this room.

    Immediately walking in, it had a bad odor. Front desk was unemotional. We were given keys in a clearly USED card envelope. Went to our FIRST room, dirty with past guests hair, stains on the desk, mirrors had splatters on it, stains on lamp shades, bed dipped in the middle and clearly a full size bed and not a queen. SECOND room same. THIRD room hair in the bed sheets and all over the bathroom, holes in sheets and dirty TV, along with mirrors. Front desk wouldnt give a refund, said i had to go thru you. I handed her all the keys back along with the sign from 1 of the 3 rooms stating the quality of cleanliness. Quality Inn should revolve their franchise name from them. Worst experience EVER!

    We got there several hours earlier than we expected but Christina was so very gracious. She personally cleaned a room so we could check in early. The hotel itself is clean and quiet and all the staff we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. We will be staying there again in the future.

    If you're looking for a low budget stay, this is it. The room was not real clean and there was a trash bag covering the plunger in the bathroom (just tacky). The door knob to the bathroom was about to fall off, the bed sunk in the middle, there was evidence of the last occupant. The room had not been given a lot of attention before next guest

    The beds were comfortable enough but my daughter and I got bit by what I’m assuming was bed bugs. The color, shape and pattern of the bites are consistent with that of a bed bug bite. The breakfast was stale even at 6:30 am and the juice was watered down. The staff was ok but could have been friendlier. There was always someone lingering in the lobby which was off putting.

    We booked this room for a week stay while in town for a job, got to site to check in and they said we did not have a reservation and they were full, unable to stay as they could not find our reservation. Called later and they found the reservation right away, they marked us down as a "no show"

    Idk where to even begin. You are better off jumping in one of the lakes nearby. Tried to give the kiddo a bath, sprayed it out, filled it up, and there was like flakes from the pipes coming out. Need to shower? No water pressure. Cold room? Heater doesn’t work. Beard trimmings on the sink. If I didn’t have my kid, I would’ve slept in the parking lot.

    The hotel itself was fine. However, this was our first time using the “one-key”cash credit. After explaining to the front desk that we had already paid for the room, the person at the desk didn’t know how to deal with our situation. I showed the receipt I had from Expedia but that didn’t change her mind. She tried calling her manager but he was “out of town”. I tried sloving the problem through the website and the “virtual assistant” couldn’t help. In conclusion my complaint is not with the hotel, but the problem is the new way Hotels.com deals with “rewards”. Rewards are not rewards when they cause so many problems. We were billed and we paid twice for one room/one night. We paid Expedia when we reserved the room (using the credit) and we had to pay again (without the credit) when we checked out.

    The bathroom was disgusting. Had to go get cleaning products to even use it. And only used what we had to. So very gross. The bed comforters were stained. The whole floor smelt like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Would never stay there again.

    We stayed at many Quality Inn's and it was ok, the price was right for a no frills hotel. Some Quality on our road trip served a full breakfast, bacon, and real eggs. Because the Choice Hotels...Quality Inn, Comfort Inn, and Sleep Inn are Franchise, as long as they follow the guidelines the owners are not required to serve breakfast. The Sleep Inn in Gallup served a cook to order breakfast, and had many options to add to the omlette. Because we saved $$ on breakfast they will get an excellent rating .

    This hotel was literally horrible. Not so much the inside of the hotel which was decent if you consider a 10 x 10 hotel room as amenable. The real issue was how sketchy the surrounding area was. This hotel is directly across the street from the casino. Had I known that in advance I would have never booked this hotel. But from the second I pulled in I knew something was really wrong. There were tweakers, shirtless and toothless people walking around the building all day and evening. They were all these people loitering in the lobby and outside, making me incredibly uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. I was doing long-distance traveling and had a considerable amount of stuff in my car. When I walked across the street to grab something for dinner, I asked the girl who work there if she felt that this is a relatively safe area. She took a long deep breath before telling me that the area was weird AF and that when she lived in the building right next-door to the hotel, her car was broken into one night and everything had been stolen. When I got back to the hotel room, I packed up all my stuff, loaded up my car, and checked out. I’m not really sure what the woman at the front desk was thinking but when I told her that I couldn’t stay here any longer because I didn’t feel safe, she literally didn’t have anything to say to me. She just did whatever she needed to do in the computer and handed me a receipt. I got back in the car and drove 80 miles to Arkansas.

    I was very disappointed with this hotel. There was noone at the front desk to check me in. I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. It took another 5 min to get me checked in. I had booked my stay online. The first room we were put in had no toiletries in it and the air conditioner did not work properly and had mold all in it. We were moved to another room that was not very clean. There was something splattered on the headboard and I washed it with a white washrag and it was filthy when I finished. There was something disgusting all over the bathroom wall. We went out on the second night and when we returned our keys wouldn't work. I went downstairs and there had been some kind of confusion bc we had changed rooms. The lady was laying on the couch in the lobby and I had to ask her if she worked there before she got up to help me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Arrived to check in and front desk wasn’t particularly friendly or accommodating; our non-smoking room was the size of a closet and had cigarette burns, holes and stains on the duvet; no hairdryer in the room, they had to go grab one from another room; breakfast was a joke and poorly run—they were out of everything including plates! Oh, and the local police were in the lobby that morning investigating an apparent crime that took place that previous night. :(

    It’s definitely not a new hotel. But it’s been renovated fairly recently. And it was the first place I stayed in two weeks that didn’t have sticky tile floors. If I had to be in the area I’d stay here again.

    The bed had 2 large divots in the bed that made the bed unsleepable on. The bathroom sink was falling off the wall and had black stuff growing behind it. For being non smoking the smoking smell when we walked in the room was very strong.

    I’ll get one nice thing out of the way the girl at the front desk was polite. With that said this is one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. I have stayed in hotels in Cambodia, Vietnam, Egypt and many other third world countries better than this. Arrived to the hotel extremely sketchy area, checked into the room, walked in went to cut the AC down and it was covered in black mold which I have photos of, toilet seat had yellow Piss all over it, bed sheets had black smears all over the white sheets, and the pillows on the bed were not even set up neatly just kind of thrown by the headboard. Sat there for 25 minutes looking for a better hotel in the area. There was a new holiday inn express 29 miles up the road into Arkansas so I literally grabbed my bags got in my truck and left 30 minutes was all I could handle. Good luck if you stay here.

    10X10 room: (a micro refridg, a computer desk (2X3) took wall at end of bed). This left less than 2 foot clearance on any side of bed, and could not pull the chair away from computer desk!

    I liked that the room was clean upon check-in. However, there was very limited parking for the guests. It took us a long time to try and find a place to park and still be on the hotel's property. It's almost like there are more rooms than parking spots. Also, I would have to rate the free breakfast as "better than nothing" but hope that you would want to raise your standards to be higher than that.

    Dirty stained bedding. Ancient pillows. A non-smoking room that smelled like smoke perhaps decades ago. A faulty shower diverter valve resulting in a trickle of water from the shower head. Personnel that need to be trained to provide any semblance of customer service at check-in. Expedia needs to review the properties they represent and take responsibility. False advertising. The star rating system here is a complete joke.

    The hotel met our needs. Beds were comfortable. I did notice some hair in the shower, not a lot, but it did make me wonder if the cleaning crew overlooked it.
