    Has a picture of a laundry room , has NO laundry room with washing machines or dryers , Which makes no sense with having a pool . Rooms are clean but outdated . Also tvs are not smart tvs , so no YouTube for small kids . Exercise room has 4 machines TOTAL , two of which where out of order. Breakfast was a huge line ,& not much variety , everyone waited forever to make waffles (which is a main breakfast)

    The room we had stinked like a mop bucket water , the floor was soaked and wet and when asked about it was told the room just was cleaned but over night when we woke up the floor was completely SOAKED. The hallways smell like feet I will never spend my money with comfort inn suites any location ! I’ll stick with Hilton !

    Hotel was not clean, needed lots of repairs, it smelled like wet carpet/ mildew. We were told the pool opened at 10 then changed to 11 then noon, we had afternoon plans so we didn’t get to swim. Front desk never answered the phone always had to walk down to try to talk to someone. Staff often lounging on couch playing on phones, were rude and unhelpful.

    The room smelled SO BADDD the hallway to it smelled like soggy rotten carpet and when we entered our room it reeked of cat pee and mangoes?? It just smelled so awful and there was mold in the showers, weird stains on the sheets, the shower curtain lets all the water on the floor, and for some reason the carpets were extremely damp and smelled so awful. The staff were nice but I don’t think I’d ever stay here again, the breakfast was pretty okay, I just wish it didn’t smell so so bad.

    The first night we stayed, there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the hallway. We were on the 3rd floor. We mentioned it to the front desk person as we left for a bit. She said she would look into it. Upon our return, she stated she went to check, knocked on doors and she didn't notice any smell. It was obvious she couldn't have checked because there was still an odor, although it was less, when we returned to our room. Fortunately the next day the odor seemed to be mostly gone. We didn't address it any further as we checked out after the second night.

    The lobby was dusty, the elevator was dirty, and there was a strong odor throughout the hotel, especially on the second floor. I reserved two rooms for one night, and neither room was acceptably clean. One had a strong odor, and the other had multiple cleanliness issues. Staff did provide a replacement room when I reported the problem, which I appreciated. While the price was reasonable, the overall cleanliness and condition of the property were disappointing. Had we not been exhausted from traveling, we would have stayed elsewhere. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at this property.

There were hairs in the shower from previous guests. The receptionists never once looked up at us from their phones, the female was lounging on the sofa on the phone in the common area. The pool was disgustingly cloudy, too many people for such a small indoor pool. It smelled nasty. 6 Grown ups playing tag not letting the other guests enjoy it. One couple had a whole Buchanan bottle on the table in the pool area. Last but not least the next morning we found out there were at least 3 cars that had been broken into during the night.

    The stuff was very helpful, breakfast was ok (Not the best and not much), parking was not to bad, the 1st room the gave us (pull out couch had mold), so they gave us different room. The 2nd room (pull out couch had mold as well), so they moved us to another room and that pull out couch was clean and clear of mold. Over all I'd give this place 7.5 out of 10. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

    It wasn't what I expected the reviews did not match the hotel. Hallways smell. Mirror closet door one was broken and they would not stay close. Also toilet had to hold handle and down holding until everything went done. Breakfast was not at all what I read in reviews. It's an older hotel that needs some work. Will not stay again

    The pull out couch mattress was in awful condition, all the padding was coming out of the center of it, huge creases in the mattress that made it so it wouldn't lay flat, no mattress cover, and it looked filthy. So that was unfortunate, because we were counting on that as a bed for one of our kids. They should replace them, or not advertise them - as they were not really an acceptable sleep surface. Overall good stay, we would stay again.

    The area was ok. There were some homeless hanging out in front digging in the trash. Was greeted nicely by front desk. The elevator is small and looks like it needs upgrades. The room I got smelled moldy or something. The refrigerator was making a weird noise that kind of interrupted my sleep. The bath tub had rust stains. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was ok. If I was spending my time at the hotel I would have definitely been upset but I just used it to sleep there as I was visiting family in the hospital. I would not go back there again though.

    I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. I checked in at 5 p.m., but my husband arrived at 2 a.m. The front desk wouldn’t let him in, even though I had booked the room for two people. Despite him having the key, the receptionist said he couldn’t enter because of some visitor policy. I had to wake up and go downstairs to bring him in. I don’t understand why this happened, especially since I paid for two guests from the beginning. I expected much better service.

    Reservamos una habitación con sofá cama incluida, cuando llegamos no tenía sábanas y estaba super sucio, un señor supongo que era el encargado del hotel me faltó el respeto llamadome mentirosa por decir que iba a esperar a mi esposo con mis hijas en el elevador, en verdad me sentí ofendida y por último quisimos bajar a la piscina porque mis niñas querían divertirse un poco y el mismo señor dijo que hasta las 2 iba a estar disponible cuando el letrero decía que habrían a las 10am cuando salimos del lugar eran las 11:45am y habían personas en la piscina cual el había dicho que estaría abierto hasta las 2pm, en verdad muy mal y por mi cuenta jamás volveré a ese lugar.

    Room was a very nice size. Toilet upon arrival was dirty. The staff makes you return dirty towels if you request more than the 2 that are in your room. I was kept up all night for both nights I stayed. The noise level from the room upstairs sounded like there was a huge parade was going on. Complaining about the noise to the staff did absolutely nothing. This stay was super disappointing due to cleanliness and noise. Will not recommend.

    None of the pictures matched what the hotel looks like. The gym had broken machines the pool was strong with a odor of chlorine, but was clean majority of the chairs were ok condition. The breakfast was ok wasn't great.. excellent parking lot.Well lit so that was good. They didn't switch our sheets every day But did bring clean towels.     The front desk person needs to be more pleasant. She looked annoyed as we arrived and I had to be the one to greet her. Additionally, I called a few days later to check on my refund status and a gentleman answered and tried to mansplain to me how banks don't work on the weekends. The hotel room was fine, nothing special. Although checkout was at 11am, we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 9am. There was a side entrance to the hotel that was closer to our room when we returned to the hotel in the evening, however it did not have a door handle to be able to get in.

    The hotel in the lobby smells fine but as you go on the floors it smells like mildew. The sheets had cigarette burns on them. The manager is not nice whatsoever and has no customer service. The tub had black mold. This hotel is renovated by any means, the reviews were very misleading. Everything was outdated. There were homeless people constantly walking around the hotel. I was so ready to leave that hotel.

    The rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The price was fair for the size room we stayed in. We will be staying again next time we are in town.

    Breakfast, was horrible. Requested new coffee due to it being do diluted it was disgusting, the girl responsible was texting ignored even we asked. Requested the front desk for new pot, went to check with her but nothing happened they didnt even tried placing new coffee in the filter. Requested cheese with the bread, none... Left and i asked them to dry the room, they said sorry and that was it.

    The hotel is very old everything the elevator was scratched, the carper, the room doors as soon you get out from the elevator small a curry inside the room as well. Terrible I can say this is may worst experience. The breakfast the same terrible the staff unfriendly you could see that they were fed up already with averting and every one. The front desk staff were friendly but I won’t ever stayed in this hotel ever; the hotel is falling apart

    We also complained and requested maintenance to spray some lubricant on the hinges of our bathroom door since they were far too squeaky and loud, which we felt was reasonable. Another thing he claimed he'd take care of, yet never did (managers son that was on his cell phone most of the time). On yet another occasion, I complained about some people smoking dope by one of the doors on the side of the building. Even though he admitted it was illegal under Texas law, he did nothing except look at them. No excuse for this, especially at what's supposed to be a better place. Biggest complaint we have is the serious lack of chlorine in the pool. Spoke with a woman on duty about it, yet nothing was done about that except she was in her phone most of the time. It was very cloudy especially on the second of our two day stay. This could easily be considered a health risk since chlorine kills bacteria and it was shortly before a weekend when more people would be there. HELLO!! QUIT BEING SUCH CHEAP SKATES!!! Also, there were several moldy spots above our shower.

    i stayed very limited amount in the 3 days I booked. Staff was so busy looking on their cell phones, they didn't even attempt to offer customer service. The dining area had leftover dirty mattresses and multiply old mini fridges in it. Staff didn't even attempt to keep the area clean - on the third day, I went out to breakfast, because I didn't want to eat in their dining area. They overcharged me $54, I had prepaid through Expedia. And when I brought it up when leaving, I was told they had refunded $50 and I had a $4 credit. Why would I ever want to use a credit for such a poorly run hotel? Oh, yes, third day the fire alarm went off at 4:30 a.m. When I asked what was going on, I was told that someone must have smoked in a room. Not, we apologize for the inconvenience. This staff has no idea what customer service is.

    Very nice hotel,great location ( right next to an ihop), very friendly staff! The breakfast bar was okay our eggs and sausage ended up being cold but there’s a microwave in the area that can be used just may have a small wait time depending on how many guest are in the cafe area but over all had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

    This place has not been upkeped appropriately. But there was mold in the bathrooms on the ceiling and the curtains to the window had mold and other stains on them. The staff was not very attentive to the needs of the client's staying. They're seem to be no concern over the the rowdiness and it's uncontrolled occupants. But this would not be a location I would encourage nor would.I stay at again.

    I got to the property and I got my room so me and my kids went up to the room and the room was dirty and beds where all messed up and towels thrown in piles. Like the room was missed during cleaning. So we went back down to tell the staff and she was sooo super nice and understanding so she gave us another room and when we went in it smelled like smoke sooo bad. I went back down but there was no extra rooms so I went to the store to buy room spray and it did not help at all. Me and my kids left the building all day until it was time to sleep and I woke up so many times do to the smell. The staff was super friendly and nice but the rooms where terrible

    The room smell in our room was horrible. We had to move rooms. We book a king. The front desk told us we had to down grade to a 2 bed queens room. When we first checked in he asked what floor we wanted to be on. We told him the highest floor. He then told us no that we had to stay on the first floor.. We wanted to check out so bad and get a different hotel but the front desk said that we wouldn’t get a refund. So we had no choice but to stay there! The breakfast was so plain and nasty. All the front desk agents from morning to night were rude and not very friendly. I know when you check in a hotel they are to greet you, tell you where the elevators are if needed, the pool, the gym and what time breakfast starts and end. We didn’t get any of that. I had to ask where everything was. I asked the night front desk agent where a good place to have dinner he said he didn’t know. I will never stay here again!

    The staff was not very welcoming upon check-in. They required a $50 deposit which will not be refunded back and they never answer their phone so can’t even contact them about it. The location was in a getto area which wasn’t a big deal. The hotel was a bit old and the hallways kinda smelled moldy. That same smell was in the room that I stayed in. Also when I used the bathroom sink, I think the moldy smell was also coming from the drain. The overall environment just didn’t feel clean. I guess if you want something cheap just for an overnight stay, it’s an option, but they scam you your security deposit which I think is a regular occurrence based on their reviews. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

    Guy staying at the hotel was being indecent in his car and exposed himself to kids, then later went to the pool area and sat down next to our kids. Get the sicko off the property. Called police who came out, told him to put his pants back on and drove off. Did nothing to protect our kids.

    Front desk guy wasn't very nice. Minimal eye contact. I told the cleaning staff about the roach in the room and asked for floor to be cleaned. Not done. Door was broken, needing force to open and close. Asked maintenance guy if he could fix otitis. He said he would, but didn't. Pool really cold. Jacuzzi with mold in corners, noticed after found it to not be very hot.

    Front desk person at arrival didn’t really make an effort to greet or get out of his chair. Minimal interaction and pointed at the screen to sign and pay the fee for what we are guessing incidental deposit. Room was ok, definitely not worth $275, bathtub had cracks all over the floor, incomplete patching on walls, and you could hear people coming in and out of rooms. Parking was a bit tight.

    You should be aware that they’ll collect a $4 fee for, well, I’m not sure and then a $50 deposit. There were crackers smashed into the couch and the pull out bed mattress was ripped open and I had to go back to the front desk to request linen after discussing the need for a pull out bed.

    Rooms look updated, comfy bed. However, the bathroom tub was disgusting. On our pull out couch mattress, there were rust stains and rust all over the metal. You could tell they made repairs the cheapest way possible. The hallways had a very musty/moldy smell to them. Breakfast was ok, had eggs and sausage, but were cold both days we ate there. The pool was small and the flooring was very slippery. My kids and even myself slipped just walking.

    Horrible experience rude staff I made my reservation and when I got there they were letting me in that because it wasn’t the time my reservation was scheduled for I was driving from 12 hours my kids and I were so tired I had to wait like an hour plus they tried charging me 50 dollars more plus I left a $50 deposit and plus this fee I left that same day and this receptionist super rude didn’t want to give me my deposit back then he yelled at me cause I was asking for my deposit first time and last time going there horrible staff plus the room we got was dirty the towels were also dirty

    This place was dirty, the staff were unwelcoming, the room AC was noisy, the breakfast was limited, there was a $4 local fee, they wouldn’t say for what! They also charged my card $50 deposit. They said it would be returned. It’s been five days and the charge is still on my card!! You will do better finding another hotel even if it’s a bit more expensive.

    The outside looked ok. When we checked in the front desk guy was so rude he wouldn’t even let me talk or ask questions. Whatever questions I had he cut me off right away. The bathtub was disgusting, the carpet in the room was so nasty it felt gross. The towels looked dirty & the curtains didn’t close all the way I had to use a hair clip to ensure no one would be looking in the room as we slept. If we were on a top floor that might have been ok but we were on the 1st floor

    The property had internet issues and no working business center. The breakfast very limited and needs to be improved with more options. No breakfast could be carried to the rooms. The phones in the rooms did not work so we could not call another room or the front desk. The hotel was ok.

    Check in was awful. The clerk at the front was so rude. If my kids weren’t so exhausted from the road we would have left before we finished checking in. The room had a weird smell and the bed was rock hard.

    My stay at the comfort Inn suites was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very attentive to my needs and expedited all the information so I didn’t have to wait at all hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve had.

    The first room they gave me was smelling of urine all throughout with stains all over the sheets and pillow cases. The second room they gave was tolerable however still Not cleaned well and rust everywhere. The breakfast was just sausage and eggs that were warmed up in the microwave in front of us.

    I prepaid for a suite with two queen beds, traveling with my family, and our stay was horrible. The pull-out sofa bed was broken, and despite showing Danny at the front desk photos and explaining the issue, I was promised a follow-up that never came. No offer for a room change was made. Breakfast was a mess, with long lines for the waffle iron and no restrooms available downstairs. My husband had to sleep on the broken sofa, and when I requested a roll-away bed, it arrived at 10 p.m., too late to be useful. The laundry room was on the 3rd floor, and with only one washer and dryer, I had to leave the hotel to get change. The towels provided were stained, and there were roaches in the room. The furniture was damaged, and there were unruly guests causing disturbances. The surrounding area had homeless individuals, which made me feel unsafe. Despite being close to attractions, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall poor management made my stay unbearable. If you're considering this hotel, I recommend looking elsewhere. It was not worth the price.

    They dont give you deposit bk , as your eating breakfast they are fast to take the food , my kids came down 2 minutes before.They had to pick up the food and they would not serve my kids.They told my kids they were too late.They have no manners for children's in this hotel.They make you pay 2 depos.It and I don't give it back.We do not smoke.We did not leave the room a mess.But they said the room smell like smoke. Don't understand how a mother was smoking.A room with her kids that the mother does not smoke at all.. It's so dysfunctional in that why it's so cheap.Don't waste your money

    I asked for another room and was not granted another room I am working on getting my money back because I was not pleased . We had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom , we asked for more hand towels only received bath towels we had to make our own hand towels . Limited breakfast . Only one elevator . We had the nastiest room . This is my first time ever doing a bad a review on a hotel so I am not being dramatic . But if you are use to a clean home please do not stay here this hotel was horrible and I am currently trying to get my money back because I asked for another room .

    It was overall average hotel. The rooms are nice size. The bathroom spacious but the toilet water continuously ran and the bath tub was old so it looked dirty and there hair on the shower walls. The housekeeping makes your bed with out put fresh sheets. I spilled something on the sheet so I know it didn’t get changed. They also charges deposit for each room

    Was convenient for a last minute stay. Only issue was room had a very strong scent of perfume? Not sure if it was maybe a cleaning product that was used, it wasn’t terrible but did catch me off guard for a hotel.

    Rooms: Both rooms were dirty. One had what appeared to be dog poop by the night stand, the other room had garbage on the sides of the bed. House cleaning every morning was persistent to check rooms and even walked in one of the afternoons while we were changing to go swimming (after already informing them we were good and did not need anything). People would randomly enter. Pool: It was disgusting! Do not be fooled by pics. The pool would open randomly between 2 and 4 due to “cleaning” but on multiple days there were things floating in the pool (ie. a used tampon) after having been “cleaned.” The hot tub was luke warm at best.

    I didn't like that the housekeeping staff knocked at 8:30 am. I was still in my gown when I answered and the guy insisted that they come in even though 3 of my family members were asleep. The lady proceeded to put her door stop in the door even though I said no and that we needed nothing. I was so uncomfortable and felt it was an invasion!

    Reason I rate four stars was cause I needed to use the restroom because the one in my room was in use. I went down and asked him and said it was broke, but the guy the cleaner was very rude his what do you want? I was I need to use the restroom and he was like don’t you have one in your room? I was like yes, but it wasn’t used the way. He walked towards me in a combed way. Make me feel very uncomfortable and challenge. There’s no way to treat guests.
