We loved the location of this place, also the price was good for what we got. The Breakfast was ok just a little bland and a lot of sugar.

Put me in a room across the hall from an all night party making it impossible to sleep. Spotlights outside shown around edge of curtains making it like daytime in the room.

Staff was sweet and helpful. Loved the room set up. Only complaint I have was when I was in bed a damn roach landed on my phone while laying in bed in 207 and I threw my phone so fast it cracked the edge of my iPhone and couldn’t sleep all night thinking another roach would land on me.

We checked in and there was a deposit that you had to put down for their snack area. Didn’t know anything about it. I paid it right a way, but when I checked out, I have to wait 3-5 days to get it back. The pool was dirty, it needed to be skimmed out and brushed.

The stay had a few drawbacks. The AC unit was quite loud, and the elevator felt rough and somewhat unreliable. However, the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to everything nearby.

It is such a nice location! Everything we wanted to do was within 5-25 minutes away. The kids enjoyed the pool as well when there. The breakfast (given it is continental) was actually still pretty good and filling. The set up for breakfast was nice as well with many assortments of sauces, salsas, and toppings for eggs, oatmeal, and yogurt. The room was up to par as well and front desk/housekeeping staff were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and almost decided to stay one extra day based on the niceness of the hotel alone. Would stay here again!

They cancelled my booking without a phone call or anything. So at 8:30 pm I had to go find another hotel. The only thing they offered me was they would call another of their hotels in the area to see if they had a room available. I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia to get my money back. Guess we’ll see how that goes.

The carpet was extremely filthy, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. My daughter’s socks were brown and dirty after being barefoot for a short amount of time. Additionally, the hand towels by the sink had what appeared to be beard trimmings on them, which raised serious concerns about whether the towels had been properly replaced or sanitized between guests. Also, the shower drain was clogged and would not drain properly, I had to stand in my own dirty shower while showering. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again, and I strongly encourage management to address these issues immediately to ensure future guests are not subjected to the same conditions.

The room was spotless! Had no smell! The restroom was also spotless and personally I feel like that really tells you that they really do take maintenance serious.

I can only speak for the room that I was given, but my room did not match what was advertised on the website at all, not even close. From the broken cabinetry to the stains on the sofa to the old, dated overall look of my room… Do better.

The room wasn’t as clean as I was hoping. The shower head had some water deposits that looked like mold. It would have been better if it wasn’t carpeted. It was decent for the price and parking was free. It is located near a bus stop so it makes it easy to get around using public transportation. There are also some fast food and other restaurants within walking distance. It is also walking distance from a target. The free breakfast is as not very good though. But at least they had yogurt and some fruit options. The staff was kind and courteous.

The room was spacious and cozy! But the restroom was extremely small and needed some upgrades. The television was oddly positioned to where you were not able to view from the couch or eating area. Other than that the room was very clean and cozy!

Para hacer el check in no puedes hacerlo ni 5 minutos antes yo fui si podía hacer el check in un poco antes porque venía de un viaje largo me dijeron que hablara como a las 2:30 y me dijeron que no se podía que eran polizas del hotel entonces porque me dijeron que hablara a pero para el check out íbamos sacando nuestras cosas a las 10 de la mañana y ya estaban preguntado que cuarto era nosotros dijimos que todavía no nos íbamos a mi esposo le preguntaron tres veces eran como las 10:45 y le fueron a tocar a mi esposo y le abrieron el cuarto y todavía no era hora del check out muy mal que te estén apurando si el check out era hasta las 12 y a las 10 ya estaban molestando

Staff were amazing but the Tim was not. Sinks kept backing up. No pressure to the water in the shower. And I had no washcloths and called multiple times. Didn’t get them so I had to teach them down. One of the elevators was broke so it took awhile to get up or downstairs. Poor upkeep.

The room was great for the price. We were in the king suite. However, the room smelled a bit musty, some of the USB ports in the lamps did not work, and the bathroom sink was open to the bedroom, so there was no way for someone to use the sink without the light shining directly into and on the bed. Continental breakfast was okay. Some items were good, others not so much (the biscuit on the biscuit and sausage was rock hard). Limited gluten free options.

Staff was super sweet, and a nice clean cold room. Water pressure was super good and not crummy like you typically get in a hotel. Breakfast definitely could’ve been better but we’ll definitely stay again!

The room was clean when I got there. Housekeeping also did a great job while I was away during the day. Despite the major roads around, the room was very quiet. Overall it was a great experience.

Stayed 5 days, had problems for 4 to include a cricket one day and a roach the next. On the last day the staff failed to clean the room. Was told that the manager would give me a call when he got in and 2 days later still no call.

The hotel's location allows you to easily access different routes and destinations. Its varied breakfast is a delight.

The person at the front desk (Alicia?) was very helpful since I do have a Marriott Bonvoy account - actually more than one. She made sure I got credit and gave me the number to call to merge the two accounts. Very helpful and friendly.

This was the first and last time my family and I stayed at that hotel.

I planned a trip with my kids to visit Six Flags Fiesta Texas and the hotels location was perfect. I would book them again on my next visit.

The stay was so comfortable for a family of 5 with kids under the ages of 6 years old. We were conveniently put in a room on the first floor! The room was clean, breakfast was top tier, and the staff were pleasant. We will stay here again in the future.

wifi didn't work at all and it was a huge inconvenience as I was not able to work off my laptop. I was informed at check in I would be able to change room to a double vs king and that didnt happen as well. The morning I tried to use it, I discovered the printer had two sheets on paper in it and the front desk worker could not locate any other paper. I went to the next-door Target and bought a ream of paper myself so that I could print what I had to. It is incredibly frustrating that a 3-star hotel either does not have paper for their business center printer, or the worker did not feel like looking beyond a cursory glance under his desk. The rest of the hotel was aggressively ok. The elevators were incredible warm, for some reason.

Room was a good size with separate sitting area/kitchenette. Clean looking and smelling. We had issues with the internet connecting and the bathroom was small and we wished the fan in the bathroom was separate from the light as it was very loud when it wasn't needed. Didn't get the chance to use the pool but looked well maintained and other people were enjoying it.

Our stay at the hotel was great and calm! The only inconvenience I had was there is only one Laundry room and there are many people in the hotel who use it, but overall I would recommend for others to stay here at this hotel.

We needed a hotel last minute and chose Springhill. The breakfast was really good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were great. However the ac in our room would not go any lower than 72. So while the beds we’re comfortable, the room was hot.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN … and nice and quiet. Perfect for a quick trip to SA … the only blemish is that there was no kitchen washing materials available in the kitchenette suite. How are we to was our dishes with nothing on hand to do it. I did ask downstairs and they had availabile a dishwasher pod for $3 (!!) but no dawn or dishwashing liquid. If you are offering a kitchenette, you should have the accoutrements that go along with it. Like for example a bathroom shower scenario.

Loved it!

We checked in on Friday and were greeted right away. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very nice. The only issue we had is the Internet was not working Friday and Saturday. They stayed technicians were onsite attempting to fix is the issue but never got fixed the time we were there. They staff did give us an alternate WiFi to use but that one didn't work either. Other than WiFi our stay was great and will definitely be back.

The door to the toilet/shower area swings inches from the toilet so you have to maneuver a bit to close the door behind you. The curtains let in light at the bottom and there was a small item left there from the previous guest. Overall a very nice stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The windows in the room are dirty and the view outside the window is very bad. There is inexplicable noise at night... The bed is also very small, there is no two Queen size beds

Difficult to get temperature to be stable, hallways too dark and the elevator was bouncy - only one was working - I noticed it was tested in September - suggest it be reinspected asap

Room was nice, clean, and spacious, but the bathroom was on the smaller side. Over all is was comfortable. Love the location easy to jump on the freeway.

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is the best I have seen for comparable (3 star) hotels. The staff is nice. They clean the rooms daily. It is next to a bunch of stores including Target and CVS. There is a good Mexican restaurant very close called Maria Bonita. It was a good experience! I would stay here again.

Our toilet flooded and I called front desk and the gentleman took me towels and said I had to clean the mess and he couldn’t send someone to fix it because this happen around 10ish and there was no one else that could do it. I told him I needed to change rooms then and then “claimed” they were full at capacity. So I told him I wanted my money back to I could find another hotel, and a few minutes later he called me back saying I had to go down stairs for the new room key to a different room

The trash under the sink in the kitchenette was not emptied after the last guest. The room is spacious and the shower is great. The bed was hard and the shower door was too close to the toiket. The property is right off of 410 and you can hear traffic if you are in an even numbered room. Other than that this was a great property.
