The front desk was mostly helpful and turned down the beds extra when our little one had an accident. It was an upgrade from the previous place that we tried to stay too. Pretty sure there was sex work going on in the couple of rooms next to us, and other guests had loud music playing at weird times. As far as the sex work, I understand needing to make a living...but maybe don't put a family right next to those rooms?

The rooms were very clean. The pool and the hot tub was great for the most part the stay was nice l.. There was no good cable channels at all are the channels wasn’t available there was nothing really to watch breakfast, pillows were to soft, waking up do early to get breakfast. Need to have more choices to choose from, it was ok..the pillows were to soft need new ones..

During my most recent stay, I found a live cockroach in my child’s snack container in the room and immediately reported it to management. The incident was acknowledged by the property, but what was most disappointing was how it was handled afterward. I was initially told I would receive a 50% adjustment, but the follow-up written communication changed this to a 15% discount toward a future stay instead. Expedia later confirmed that the property acknowledged the incident but declined a refund. This was especially disappointing because I would have considered staying here again if the situation had been handled differently. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning, particularly when it comes to keeping food in the room for my children. The location is convenient, but this experience significantly changed my trust in the property.

Property was fine, there were cops at the motel 6 next door when we pulled up. Front desk worker was quick, we didn’t talk much. Booked a king bed, got two full beds. The room condition was less than average-dirty, stains on appliances, shower basin brown, toilet clamps broken off. Appliances like microwave, lights, outlets, fridge worked. The pillows are so uncomfortable, I would recommend you bring your own. If you want a quick one night stay it’s fine but if you’re staying for longer I feel like there are other places to stay that are better quality.

The room had a terrible odor. Not to mention the bathroom was moldy and just dirty. The property is itself was not well maintained at all. I knew when I pulled up I should go find another place to stay but decided to give it a try. I wish I had stayed elsewhere for sure.

Hotel was absolutely terrible. The rooms were downright disgusting I rented 4 rooms for a family vacation. Neither room was clean enough for a pet let alone a human. The first room they gave me were full of cobwebs and I killed two spiders. I immediately contacted the office and she switched me rooms which all they had left was a smoking room. It was a disaster as well. The staff there attempted to help, which was a young very scared young lady but that was a disaster. Also, I was told I can speak to the manager first thing the next morning then the next morning management was not available ended up getting a refund for the rest of the nights and found a more livable hotel. The area is not suited for families loud music people outside doing drugs if I could give it zero stars, I would have!!! I would not recommend this place

I have to say the room was very clean. Staff was helpful, not rude or unapproachable. Linens and towels were available at the room. However, the breakfast is a bare minimum. So if you are looking for a typical breakfast to be included, this is not the place. Other than that, it is a great place for an overnight with everything nearby.

One of the factors in choosing this hotel was the breakfast. Breakfast consists on 6 activa yogurt and 4 slices of white bread. Not even jelly to put on bread. They also made up the beds but didn't change the sheets.

On a positive note…. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet night. Probably won’t stay there again due to the smell, stained towels and lack of friendly service.

The hotel is advertised to provide breakfast, but it actually does not. Every morning you walk in and find people asking the same questions in the front office… can’t the hotel not take care of it?

The key never open the door, I walk back to the lobby no one was there, the door vas locked I have to wait more than 20 minutes to someone come, finally someone came in he just gave me other room, the shower was terrible, absolutely needs a renovation, room was so stinky(smoke)

Mold on the bathroom cealing, i also couldnt sleep because i had a crackhead knocking on my door twice once at 2am and again at 4am asking for a lighter. I saw a couple dead roaches. You get what you pay for good for a 1 night stay without the kiddos

The room was too dusty i have very sensitive skin and my whole body was very irritated. I guess it may have been vacant for a while because the whole bed was very dusty. Its all white sheets so very visible to see the ceiling has dust dangling as the ac blows. The breakfast offered is very disappointing. Only coffee, juice and bread.

Our only real problem was at check in. Rep at desk unwelcoming. After a long trip a hello would be nice, or how was you trip.. Anything. He said nothing so I put my Id on the counter. And he started typing. The room was clean but was a non smoking room and had cigarette burns on the blanket. We were told check out is at 11 and had the maid knocking at 10:25 asking if we needed service. It has a great location of you need food or anything from Walmart. It was a quiet room to sleep in and the AC worked great.

The staff's behavior was rude. In the name of breakfast, they only provided bread and coffee. They are also charging for small things.

It’s a great place to stay if you’re just sleeping there. I knew I wasn’t going to be there much and just needed a place to sleep so this worked out. The room was very clean. My only area of concern was the “free breakfast”. The only options were coffee, toast, and yogurt. Luckily, there was an ihop and bill miller next door but I was thinking there would be waffles like I’ve had at other Days Inn. I just wouldn’t advertise this as having free breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal.

It was a pretty decent place but there is no reason to charge you extra for checking in before check in time.Apparently they had the room available.?There just greedy!

Within the room there was dried sauce on the walls that doesn’t get clean, flat pillows (be sure to stack all 3 to get comfortable) And forget about the refund on the deposit you won’t be getting that for some reason. Even as I did keeping the room spotless and unbroken..

What they called Breakfast is a joke. Homeless wandering around asking for money. Pool lookled liked it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Tv had no menu to see what channels were available without going through blank channels and no flier telling what channels were what. Bathtub had stains. We will never be returning to this hotel.

I had to switch rooms and had to pay extra because i can not go upstairs. There was a cancelation of another room and it was a big problem trying to get my money back. Not the best experience

Where do i start. To begin with the door was difficult to unlock. As soon as you walked in i smelled horrible. Like cleaning supplies with cigarette smoke. There was blood stains on the bed covers and on the bathroom door. There was no hot water. I have added pictures. I want a full refund please.

The tub/shower had some blackish “stuff” in it and there was a water roach in there too.

this ad has a false advertisement of free crib available which was the only reason I booked the place. but as per the management they neither have any crib and nor ever seen there at least for last 6 months. since, i travelled with infant kid and family. without the crib it was nightmare we cannot even sleep and kid got fussy because of that. Other than the attitude of the guy working there in night shift nothing i can say was even close to average forget about keeping more expectations.

THE HOT TUB WAS BROKEN, I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO USE IT. I WAS VERY UPSET CHILDREN WAS IN IT. NOBODY WAS ABLE TO USE AFTER THEM.

The only plus thing to mention was the room, clean. However, no coffee maker in the room. Advertising stated free breakfast, however only offering toast, yogurt (2 in fridge?!), apple & orange juice. Coffee was horrible too. Told front desk about lack of yogurt, but he didn't refill. Also told me they would be increasing options for food items in a week or so?!?

Like a blast to the past. Great swimming pool other than a light that needs to be fixed and Hot Tub Jets don't work but it was hot. Awesome location right next to IHOP and a Walmart.

I normally don't like to post negative reviews however I woke up itching in the middle of the night to discover my bed had FLEAS. I wish I was kidding, it made for a very troubled night's sleep. The water didn't really come out of the showerhead, several outlets didn't work and the advertised "free breakfast" was toast and old coffee. I won't be back. I should've gotten a refund.

We use to stay here all the time but this time was bad the room felt dirty the shower curtain was disgusting holes in sheets graffiti on the mirror and phone it really seems to be deteriorating

Location is great, next to the freeway. It's an older building, but rooms are clean. Rooms in the back by the Wal Mart are noisy, some ladies that apparently are walking back there do some shouting each night. Obviously, not hotel's fault but worth mentioning. Good price for what you get.

Saw 3 small roaches in the bathroom.

Although the website states "breakfast," all that was offered was coffee and white bread and a toaster. There was a sign where yogurt would be, but that lil' fridge was empty. The room had a yucky odor when the AC kicked on. Gave me a headache. Had to turn off the AC so it didn't kick on much so I could get through the night. Cancelled my second night's stay even though it cost me a full night's rate as their "penalty fee". Not a fun, beneficial experience, to say the least.

The only thing I would point put is that the breakfast included is not really more than toast and coffee, at least it was the 2 days I stayed. The great thing is that IHOP is just there.

I believe it was in room 118. But I showered at the gym because there wasn’t a button to move the water from the faucet to the shower head.

The pool/hot tub area was also locked so we couldn't even use the hot tub. Housekeeping did a great job. They even set my sons stuffed animals up against the pillows and laid out my wifes throw blanket nicely. The area isn't the best, and it's not the worse. It shared a parking lot with another motel. There were always people with shopping carts sleeping in the other motels parking lot, the gas station across the street and the Walmart behind the hotel. The BBQ place next door had a police or security guard working by the front door. Some things to take into consideration. Maintenance blew the leaves/trash from the parking lot everyday so they try to keep parking clean. While it was overall clean and comfortable, we would not stay at this location again.

My low review is mostly for the price I paid, thinking I was getting a little bit higher end budget hotel. I could have had the same experience at the $79 a night place across the street. For the price I paid I could have stayed at an indoor hotel with decent breakfast. The cable worked only now and then, and they advertised breakfast but it was just completely rock hard frozen yogurts and some white bread you could toast. They also need to improve the checkin process, as only one person can be checked in at a time despite three people behind the counter. I was at the front desk twice and each time it was very backed up. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the rooms were clean :)

We had a dirty room blood stain in towels no hot water to shower while looking for room we saw people sleeping in car

Property was in poor condition. Online pictures are lies. The pool was “open” however no one was allowed to use it and no reason was provided. Also per online when making the reservation breakfast was to be included however breakfast consisted of white bread and yogurt! Staff were rude when I informed them that someone was banging on guests doors late at night and was screaming all night and then was finally told the next morning that the inappropriate guest was finally asked to leave the property. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was dirty with other tenants trash still in the room. The bedding was nice and comfortable.

I arrived at midnight tired. The guy at the reception took 40 minutes to check me in. When he gave me the room key, I opened the door and found a lady with 2 children in the room. I went back to the reception desk and the guy took them to the reception desk with me. He gave me another room and it smelled bad, cigarettes, marijuana. It was a bad night. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.

The pool was locked and no hours posted but when I finally went to the pool is locked up so couldn’t swim. Homeless people seating and walking around there. I didn’t see any security or staff to check on anything, so felt a bit unsafe and uncomfortable. There was no house keeping if we needed anything. Smh

Best spot in my opinion that's got decent rooms

It’s a good place to stay for a few days. Only inconvenience is the cash deposit needed to complete your reservation. They have the option to use card but it is returned to you 3-5 business days. Which I did one time and learned to not use a card for deposit. Always use cash! They do not in fact return deposit to card as said. I had to call three different days to ask them for the refund. The beds and bedding are comfortable though.

$50 cash deposit required on check-in. Non-smoking room was reserved; smoking room was provided - with, of course, the obligatory holes burned into the bedspread, bad smell, etc. Cockroach in refrigerator. Tub had no stopper, so shower only. Bulbs missing in lamps.

The biggest negative was that i was booked into a smoking room without me knowing it. I had to pay extra for the change in room. No way im putting my family in a smoking room. What if they had no rooms available? I hope hotels.com is more transparent with the conditions the rooms are being reserved.

The property was pretty clean the pool was good but my wife was there for our 27th anniversary and when I was looking on the internet about the hotel it had a hot breakfast but we get there and it was only toast and coffee that isn't good so I won't be telling anyone to try that hotel other then don't believe what you see on the advertisement we won't be back

I couldn't help but wonder why I was being penalized for not being a smoker. Shouldn't the non-smoking option be the default choice? This unexpected charge left me feeling frustrated and somewhat punished for a simple mistake. It seemed unfair that I had to pay more just because I preferred a smoke-free environment. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not show much willingness to accommodate my request or provide any satisfactory explanation for the extra charge. They seemed indifferent and lacked a customer service-oriented approach. It felt as though they were not interested in going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Adding to my disappointment, I noticed homeless individuals lingering near the hotel's entrance. This was certainly not a sight I expected to encounter during my stay. It made me question the safety and security measures in place at the hotel. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The additional charge for a non-smoking room, coupled with the staff's lack of effort.

Totally dissatisfied with my stay! Comforter had burn holes, shower was dirty, 1st night I was unable to secure a “do not disturb sign” but on the second day I did. However, when I came back that following night, I found that someone, possibly housekeeping, had ignored the sign, entered the room, fixed the bed, moved my personal belongings around, turned the lights out and left the “do not disturb” sign in the room and not on my door as I had left it. This was a major problem. It violated my trust & sense of security. I could not get ahold of front desk that night to get an explanation. I checked out the next morning but the manager was unavailable. Sonia at the front desk was great through everything and very helpful as much as she could be. But I will not be staying here in the future and I advise that others follow suit! This speaks volumes being that I’m from San Antonio.

Really nice room and it was a smoking room which made it convenient just to stay in and relax. The bed was big and comfortable and the room was very clean.

The room itself seems was dirty pillows felt like some chucks of rocks in a bag and bathroom needed a real clean. Shower walls were Dirty and had finger marks if people checking the dirt. Lighting wasn’t good. Complained about bathroom light flickering but nothing was done to correct

Toast, bad coffee and yogurt are not breakfast especialy for kids. Booked the hotel for breakfast and the nice pool in the picture. Not the pool on sight. Fake pictures. 2 towels for 4 ppl. Nothing good about the place pretty dirty outside too. Beer can all over out side my room door. You need to remove this from the sight.

I have stayed at many Days Inn hotels and I was so shocked and upset to find stains on the very thin comforter, stains on the actual two pillows on a King size bed (instead of four pillows) and a hole (possibly from a cigarette) on the very thin blanket. Stains in the bathtub from the rubber mat removed…..Just horrible, horrible, horrible. The worst part is, I had my young daughter with me. Never again will I stay at a Days Inn hotel. I’ll spend the extra money to stay at a more decent one.

Advertising was misrepresented. This hotel was the same as Motel 6. As a single person I did not like the idea of doors on the outside as a safety measure. I stayed because the lady at the front desk stated she couldn’t refund my money. There was not an iron in the room and I called down for one. Never received it nor a callback stating there was not one available.

The hotel was clean on the outside. Inside the room I was disappointed that the walls and trim needed repainting as it was chipped up and splotched in a number of areas. Overall though, a good place to stay for the night.

Checkin was a disaster. Computers were down and so they could not check me in. An hour I waited before they found a work around.

I guess since it was owned by Wyndamm that the breakfast would at least a contential. Not just coffee and Yogart. After I saw that I felt like a booked a room at Motel 6.

My stay was for three nights. The room wasn't the cleanest. But at least the toilet and tub were clean. I asked the housekeeper for 2 extra towels. They did not leave any. I also called the front desk and asked for an extra blanket. I was flat out told no. I thought that was rude.

For those that dontknow the area they might question the area. The hotel is reasonably priced and although there are some homeless people in the area it's a quiet hotel. Water pressure is not that great but there is plenty of hot water.
