We had to check in very late. Night audit stayed at desk till we arrived. Very nice and helpful. The room was wonderful and Breakfast was hot! Kitchen staff very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Overall a Great Experience!!

Got in late and was so tired just wanted a shower and go to bed. It was 62 degrees in the room and it was so cold. The toilet was running all night making this high pitched squealing sound. Kept me up most of the evening but was too tired to mention it and find another room. Just here for one night. Wanted to show the video of the toilet and the noise to front desk as I was leaving this morning but there was nobody in sight. This hotel was conveniently located near the venue I was doing an event in so this is why I chose it.

Great place to stay, comfortable and pretty close to everything in the south side and downtown.

The tile shower in my room was in poor repair. Cracked tile that had a very large caulk joint to keep it from leaking. Poor caulking around the base of shower. The looks of the shower made you not enjoy it. Loose tiles in the floor when you walked. Carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed very well.

Everyone was very kind and friendly. The room was clean and the bed are comfy. Breakfast was great! There was something different each day to choose from, while keeping the usual foods avaliable. The location is perfect for those traveling with stores and restaurants right around the corner.

Over 20 vehicles broken into!! Hotel “security” refused to talk to the cops. The area is dangerous. The front desk said the hotel helps the cops but that was not the case and the hotel manager wouldn’t answer the phone. Absolutely don’t stay here or anywhere around.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was horrible. We had to go eat elsewhere. We were expecting a good breakfast…this was our first stay there & will be the last.

We left our “still enjoying the room” tag on our door one of the days and the cleaning staff doesn’t go through those doors ( totally our fault) but when I walked to the lobby for extra towels and extra pillows my wife wanted, the staff went out of they’re way to get us what we needed. Super kind and we had a great stay

This hotel was great. We had an issue with our tv not working when we got there and they went out of their way to fix it same day. Every hotel employee we met was kind and always accessible. The hotel itself was very clean and the breakfast was great. The food and variety of foods was great. All the tables were cleaned as soon as people left. Everything was restocked when low and the lady in charge was consistently checking things. Will definitely stay there again.

Well I booked the room for 3 people which is a king bed n sofa bed . So why the sofa bed doesn’t have any bed sheets or pillows for it ? The other pillows were so uncomfortable. No xtra blanket or pillows were available in the room. Not comfortable at all.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this Hampton Inn. The exterior of the property was dirty and poorly maintained, which set the tone right away. Inside wasn’t much better — the walls had visible stains, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The elevator smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely off-putting, and the AC controller unit in my room wasn’t working properly. For a hotel brand that typically promises comfort and quality, this experience fell far short. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this,

When we walked in the rooms where very hot, the hallways where not air conditioned, I’m guessing when they clean the rooms all the cold air comes out thru the door into the hallway, our room finally got comfortably cold later in the middle of the night, the following morning the temp was perfect, The suction vent in the bathroom doesn’t work, so the bathroom fills up with hot air and none of the steam from the bathroom gets sucked out, Mini fridge and nine kitchen sink is nice, especially when you have a 1 year old to take care of, Breakfast was pretty good, well taken cared of and filled when needed, very clean, the staff constantly kept it clean and tended to guests

The staff was friendly the courtesy breakfast was good , the room was clean - the walls to rooms are paper thin and our neighbor woke us 7am talking on the phone and using the hair dryer BUT it just allowed us to get a early start - bathroom seemed a bit dingy but no complaints as it was clean

This hotel was located in a great location with lots of amenities around it. Everyone who worked there were all very nice and friendly people!!

They had a great breakfast and coffee/tea was avaliable all day. The staff was great, but housekeeping would knock on our door at 9:39-10am and we would tell them to come back, but they never would come back. The bedspread was white and filthy as if it wasn't washed in a months and the sheets had blood stains on them.

Location is convenient, reasonably priced. Blinds in my room are electronic and I reprted them not working 3 weeks ago, ended up in the same room again and still not fixed

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel dates thru Expedia. I reached out to Expedia for help with my mess up and they gracious corrected my dates. I was so relieved and deeply grateful with their willingness to help me get my issue resolved.

The staff was really nice and kind. The hotel wasn’t that clean. The room looked a bit old and the air conditioner kept making weird noises all night long. It wasn’t that bad, but it was a little bit too pricey considering the conditions of the hotel.

This hotel was rereferred to me by a co-worker who makes as many field sites as I do. I am very skeptical about places I stay because sometimes people go by just the name but that does not mean they are the best. This was different, they met all aspects of a stay at a hotel by Hampton. Clean room great lighted area and located by all sorts of restaurants and stores.

I had booked this hotel and then had delayed flights. I contacted the hotel to let them know I would be late, but still needed the room. Flights were delayed 2 more times and each time I notified the hotel. I told them I was fine with being charged for the night even though I wasn’t there but needed the room and was told it was no problem. When I arrived in the morning, I went to check in and the manager said they put me as a ‘no show’ and gave up my room and had no more rooms. The employee I spoke with was standing there and confirmed I called in, the manager said I was a no show and they had no more rooms so I would have to go elsewhere. Disappointed in this hotel/ manager is an understatement.

This was my second time to stay here in a year & it is a nice place, just needs some routine upkeep. The shower was coming away from the wall in the corners & could use some caulking. Floors were humid & tile sticky when I forgot to slip my flip flops on. Overall, decent but needs some TLC for the price point...

The staff was ready to welcome us as we reserved last minute for a family funeral. Everything was good breakfast and parking only the room had a humid smell to it. Other than that it was great.

When my husband laid in bed the entire mattress fell through the bed frame and onto the floor. We had to lift the mattress off of floor and situated it back into the frame to so it was level so we could sleep. The bathroom floor was sticky, grime around the toilet, and the baseboards and frame around the shower were falling apart. It was an ADA room, beware. The front desk staff was very nice, though. We were displaced from our originally booked room because the hotel was “overbooked” despite booking in advance. The room shell needed repair, maintenance and a deep clean. And when the concern was communicated to the manager that the ADA room had a faulty bed - it should have been taken seriously. It wasn’t.

This was one of the worst stays in San Antonio. During the night/early morning my vehicle was vandalized. I didn’t know about the police being called and my vehicle being fingerprinted until I checked out. My truck was parked in a lit area of the hotel. I’m disappointed how hotel staff handled this incident.

Not only will I not ever stay at this property again, I will not stay at the chain ever again. I had to check out a day early. Sabrina refused to issue a refund on my unused reservation because I made the reservation through this site

Nice clean rooms. The property was very well maintained outside with several doggie spots for Fido. Lobby and breakfast area nicely decorated. Standard breakfast food but also omelets. Only downside was one of the two elevators was out of order and the other elevator was working off and on. Not the end of the world to use the stairs but it was a pain to hump all our gear down the stairs when the elevator decided to quit working again at checkout time.

Room was comfortable. We requested extra pillows but there was only one available. Unfortunately, there were noisy neighbors who opted to argue in the hallway. This was not a reflection of the hotel, but definitely hindered a quiet nights sleep. This location was convenient for our trip to SA and the dining options were great!

This carpet in the hallway had dirt on it and it never got vacuumed in 5 days that we were there. There was a horrible odor when we arrived. Also, I called for towels and they told me to come get them instead of bringing them up. We had to call on the 2 nd day to get the staff to come take our garbage.

It was a very short stay. We were greeted with friendly service at check in. The entry way, hallways and our room were well cleaned.

It was our first time traveling with our 2 pups and they welcomed us and our dogs. No problems with check in / out. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a pleasent stay. Staff was tentative, and pleasent. Facility appeared to be rencently renovated. Rooms were adequate, but a little more care is needed as the room was claen on the surface, but obvious need to clean a bit better. It met our needs. Pool was clean, but small and the furnature didnt allow for sun bathing or relaxing poolside.

The location and hotel are nice and quiet. Only issue we had at time of our visit was that the elevator stopped working at check out. There were some many people waiting for the elevator and one of our guests had a wheelchair to we had no other choice to wait for the one elevator to get to our floor.

Very nice hotel. Compared to other Hampton Inn’s I’ve stayed at, this one is showing some wear. However, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are quite small, especially for 3-4 people.
