Morgan at the front desk was so helpful getting us checked-in. She understood how tired my family and I were from traveling 14 hours and we just needed sleep. She got us checked in and suggested we grab breakfast and then a nap. So thoughtful and polite!

Great place to stay! Recommend the stay

The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We expected the hotel to be nearer to the downtown, but the location was quiet with several restaurants nearby. We found parking garages downtown with easy access and flat fees for day parking. The hotel amenities were good. All around, we were pleased with our stay there. We had some complications with the thermostat, but an engineer came up and explained how to make it work for us.

It was a good stay after all but having to change rooms next day cause they didn't have the suit I requested the day I arrived was a pain since we had wait until suit was ready and got us behind our plans. Other than that everything was perfect.. appreciate the service...

Overall, I would consider staying here again. The thing that bothered me most is that the beds were a little bit hard on my back. I have fibromyalgia though so that could have been an issue. I had previously stayed in a Hilton branch the prior weekend and the beds were so comfortable so I was looking forward to this visit but wasn’t able to get the super comfortable sleep, but I was hoping to.

Would have liked having a hot tub at this location especially after spending the day at the Natural Bridge Caverns. Hospitality cocktails need to have more options than wine and beer. Should include a least a small selection of classic cocktails such as Old Fashioned or Martini.

Best experience. The staff were tremendously helpful and supportive. We received tremendous help from Venessa and Samantha for kids and family. Breakfast is good. But one thing to mention - only pork items - no chicken/ turkey in 2 days. Overall great 😃

I have been an Embassy Suites guest for many years and have stayed many times all over the U.S. and I keep getting disappointed. For the amount of money that was asked for a nightly stay, it should have been a nicer stay for the type of property advertised. The manager's reception didn't allow for margarita's. There were no type of snacks put out. It was so cold in the lobby we had to go outside to try to keep warm. The lounge furniture outside was too dirty and dusty to even sit on. Then I woke up to ants all on the counter and crawling up the wall. The hand soap smelled awful. The carpet was frayed as well.

A strange man was taking pictures of my children and I while in the pool. We reported the man to front receptionist. We requested an extra blanket upon arrival, never received it.

My FORD F350 was stolen in broad daylight 02/22/26 directly in front of the front entrance at 5:00pm and the hotel staff could have cared less and said they didn’t have any cameras. But when the police arrived - they said they DID have cameras but they only turn on at 8pm. NEVER once did they ever voice any concern that my $150,000 truck was stolen OR even acknowledge the theft. But did not hesitate on sending my bill and customer service survey within 1.5 hours after we checked out. I wouldn’t suggest or recommend this hotel with a score of ZERO. Yes they have signs posted that they are not responsible or liable for anything outside but clearly this is the norm for them. We have stayed there multiple times thru the years but HILTON will never receive our business again based on their lack of ACKNOWLEDGMENT of the THEFT that clearly the hotel staff seem to be a part of. Pathetic that theft is what they find acceptable.

The room was spotless. Hot water that never got cold even though it was super cold outside. The most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in!!!

We had 2 rooms- one had a sliding door between bedroom and bathroom that didn’t close properly. Although it was fixed the next day, it’s disappointing that the issue wasn’t brought to maintenance before our arrival by either previous guests and/or housekeeping. Overall a good stay

Fantastic hotel!! Beautiful lobby, wonderful and clean room. Staff very friendly. We thought it was newly built because it was in such pristine condition but the front desk person told us it is 8 years old!! Had a small problem with our TV and a maintenance man was at our door within 5 minutes to fix it. Beds and pillows outstanding and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, well organized. Couldn’t have been happier with this hotel. Thank you to everyone who obviously does their job correctly!!

Our stay was very very pleasant. The check in lady was a bit rude but everyone else made up for it. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We met family from other places here and we all felt welcomed. I will definitely come back.

The rooms were nice, clean and roomy. The pool area was very nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. It was very tasty too. I wish you could take a cooler to pool or snacks which is not allowed. They have a snack area that sell snacks so I understand. They also have free afternoon snacks and drinks free at a certain time. Overall it was excellent and definitely go back.

Very nice property. The fountain in the lobby was very relaxing to sit by. Excellent breakfast buffet! The manager's reception items are modest but appreciated. Great size room and both AC and USB outlets are plentiful.

The staff was amazing! The front desk sweet lady Joyce was so kind and helpful. The cooks were wonderful and friendly. My waitress, Ely, was very friendly and personable, with a beautiful smile and service to customers. Ms. Mary was very helpful and having her present was like having a family member on staff. The rooms were well-cleaned and all of the amenities made it more like a resort stay! The only thing that i will say is there was an unusual smell in the room (not because the room wasnt clean because it was immaculate) and the ppl above our room were quite noisy. This alone would not be enough to detour me from coming back because you won't find better staff! I will be back!

The entire staff was amazing. This was the best hotel experience i have had in my 51 yrs.It was also my Birthday 🎂 weekend. I spent it with my Daughter. The Hotel and staff made it that much better. I look forward to booking there again on my next stay.

Everyone exhibited exceptional courtesy, and the atmosphere was delightful. The musical entertainment was outstanding, the accommodations were extremely comfortable, and the poolside view was impressive.

What an amazing property! The outstanding customer service by Joyce and Grace made for an enjoyable experience all around. Our room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, cleaned and restocked daily upon requests. Breakfast, made to order buffet was very good with alot of options. We also ate dinner in the restaurant, it was also very good, with fresh, hot food! We would definitely stay here again! Also, an added bonus was many restaurant options nearby and close drive to downtown.

The hotel was simple and modern and clean. The receptionists were cold and unwelcoming, when I asked whether our room was by an elevator the receptionist made a face like I bothered her for asking that simple question. I made my reservations on the hotels.com app it and said it was for a king sized bed suite however when we finally arrived to the room which was at the very end of the hotel level floor, it was a room with two full sized beds. I called to the front receptionist to confirm if maybe they gave us the wrong room but she said it was reserved as two bedroom suite, but yet on my receipt it stated for a kind size bedroom. Again the receptionist lady gave me rude attitude and told me that it wasn’t her problem and for me to call the 3 party app that I used to make the reservation with. It was on a Saturday afternoon after 6pm, so how am I supposed to call an app customer service line to speak with someone just to verify if I was in the wrong in the situation or did they get it wrong. It left my trip in a bitter and uncomfortable situation where I had to just deal with it cause we had an event to attend that evening. Overall i won’t be booking at this hotel again. Horribly rude hospitality vibes is not okay.

Upon my arrival, the front desk staff was friendly. I reminded them about the requested accommodations to not be in a room near families as it's my birthday weekend away from kids. When I went up to my room, I noticed hair in the shower, dog hair in the sink and a stain on the sheets. There was also dust on the furniture that bothered my allergies, but it wasn't my main concern. I went downstairs and let them know and also showed pictures, and they said housekeeping came up. When the housekeeper came up, she had a dry towel in her hand. She literally just wiped the areas with a dry towel in the bathroom, no cleaning spray or anything (I have pictures of the room). Then when she looked at the bed, she took a picture and left to get another sheet. When she got back, she proceeded to take everything off the bed. I sat on a chair outside of the room to be able to watch and I saw that when she took everything, the comforter dragged on the floor from the bedroom to the couch. I asked if she can change the comforter because it was touching the floor, and she looked at me as if I was crazy. She replaced the sheet and then picked up the somewhat balled up comforter and bedding and left the room. She can back 5 minutes later with a comforter and balled up bedding, 9/10 the same one and proceeded to make my bed. The person at the front desk told me he would have the manager call me, so I'm awaiting the call back. The room wasn't particularly cheap to have to go through that...
