It was my first time booking this hotel and it was nice in my opinion. Very quiet, very clean, and staff gave good costumer service. Would definitely book here again

We enjoy staying here more so on the days when we catch Ofelia the cook working. She is an asset to this place! Her hospitality in the mornings while having breakfast is awesome. Very friendly lady, always making conversation plus making sure there is plenty of everything. She greets us & other guest with a smile plus answers question as to where to visit some local places of interest in SAN ANTONIO. Thank you

Be careful, this property is known for burglary of vehicles. Multiple cars were broken into and staff could care less because it happens all the time.

It was very nice place to stay.

The treadmill was missing key to work and the hot tub was completely cold, no heat at all. This was disappointing because that’s the reason we chose this hotel over others nearby. The room was okay, but appeared to be just wiped down, not cleaned well. The breakfast was nice and staff very friendly.

Staff was nice. The walls are so thin I could hear person talking and snoring in the next room. Something in the room was rattling like something was in the fridge and kept waking me. The ac didn’t work well and the beds were really hard. The carpet looked worn and dirty.

Staff was super friendly! Room was CLEAN! Beds so comfy, I’m a light sleeper and in hotels usually get up several times a night, not here. Woke up to the alarm. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and would recommend to family and friends. There are multiple restaurants and shops in the area.

Room was obviously dated, but clean. Two queen beds stuffed into the room, so there was no chair for relaxing to watch tv. (Chose this one, as a king room wasn't available.) So if one person sits on the desk chair, the other must sit on the bed. Not ideal. Beds were comfy enough, pillows were the best. Both the woman at the desk at check in was the best - very helpful. And the woman stocking the breakfast was also the best, very friendly and helpful.

All the furniture is old, it smells. I would pay a maximum of $50 per day. Breakfast is terrible!

Clean Rooms! Great Breakfast Bar! Very Luxurious Hotel! We will be staying here on every visit to San Antonio! There was much more to enjoy at this hotel, but we couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy it all. But We WILL be back!

The room was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower and old French fries in the chair at the desk.

Smaller hotel which I liked. Very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful.

This hotel was rated far too highly. The furniture was worn out and peeling, and the TV barely worked. Worst of all, there was a huge roach in the bathroom, which was extremely unsettling. The overall experience felt more like staying in a budget motel rather than the higher-end hotel that was advertised. Very disappointing.

Breakfast changed…food wasn’t as good as before. The bacon was horrible…we ended up going elsewhere to eat breakfast unfortunately. Otherwise our stay was great!

Great room comfortable beds except for the sofa bed. The mattress was super thin, needs to be replaced . You could feel the bars on your back was not comfortable at all. That was the only complaint. Everything else was great. Breakfast was great except the machine that made pancakes, they came out paper thin. Over all a great stay!

Very disappointed in my stay and likely won't stay here again. There was a barking dog that woke me up multiple times the night I stayed.

It frustrating that we couldn’t check in early due to rooms not ready. We there in San Antonio for the day and wanted to leave our pet in the room while we went out in town. Our day was wasted in waiting to check in.

I got a room with the pull out couch and it was broken. The room smelled bad. The pillows were flat. There was no staff in the breakfast area to keep everything stocked and clean. The trash was overflowing abs the creamer was gone.

I liked because is nice.but I dont like it because I pay a fee for my pet and then they told me if somebody complain because of my pet I need to take my dog out of the hotel .Can u imaging thats the reason I have my dog with me cause I can leave him alone and then they told me that why they said that before I booking?

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and mattress was so hard. Breakfast ran out way too early, I asked for bread was told they didn’t have any, then other staff go and give some to another customer. At 9am, knock at door if we were ready to check out. Never will be staying here!

The room smelled strongly of chlorine, and the floor was slippery. The carpet was very dirty. In the dining area everything with upholstery was dirty and/or stained. You couldn't sit down with confidence.

DO NOT GO! THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND DO NOT APOLOGIZE FOR ANYTHING. Checked in at 5:20pm only to leave right at midnight as there were bed bugs in our room, they told me they couldn’t check me out till 2am and when i called that morning at 8:30am asking if they checked me out and about a refund the lady told me YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOUR REFUND DUE TO YOUR CHECK OUT TIME AT 2AM. Which is absolutely ridiculous when the night person said they do their audits at 2am. Do not go here stay far away from this place.

My husband and I went for our anniversary to San Antonio. The staff was very kind and friendly. Maria helped us and gave advice where to visit during our stay. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was attentive to what we needed. We did like the breakfast but food was not hot.

The Staff was super friendly! We did not have time for breakfast so the made us grab and go breakfast bags. The location was near shopping and restaurants and just outside the congestion of the city, but only a 9 min drive. The room could use some TLC the sink had a crack, the wall baseboard by the restroom had what appeared to be rust. The chair cover was worn.

Had handicapped accessible room although didn't need it. Shower was difficult to use as spray part kept falling.

Tony at the desk was awesome. We had a slight problem with room AC not working ( stuff happens!) he immediately got us moved and was super congenial despite a few customers not being so. Nice area to walk dogs Will stay here again next time in town. WM and Sam’s club right next door.

Floor was so dirty our feet turned black in the room, things were broken everywhere in the room and subpar breakfast. Our key cards stopped working twice and we couldn’t get into our rooms. Overall 5/10

Staff was very friendly and professional, Hotel was loud and not easy to get a good nights sleep! The hallways were full of people at night. Hotel is just about time for a facelift. Would have been nice if the hotel enforced a quiet time at any point!

The fitness room lacked attention. the TV was not working, the paper towel holder was empty and the hand sanitizer dispenser was not working. Staff was alerted but the next day nothing was corrected

The hotel was a nice place to stay. it did need some extra cleaning. The carpets were stained. Also, the weekend we visited the hallways were hot due to AC issues. The elevator was not working and I am pre-op for knee replacement and was given a room on the third floor because no others were available. Also, the room we were given had a faulty AC. It would not shut off and constantly ran at 66 degrees even when we turned it off.

This hotel, by far, had the best staff I've ever experienced. Everyone, from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Other hotels need to train their staff based on how this hotel's staff operates. The only knock i have is that the pool, while clean, had cups and paper in it from the previous night and when the housekeeper was out there, she didn't skim those things out of the pool. I did it when we got in, because it wasn't a big deal, but it was just something i thought should have been done.

No ac on 3rd floor hallway for 10 days. Shower drain clogged 1st day. A/C in room went out on 2nd day. Carpet in room very dirty, same in hallways. Noise level was unacceptable at night. Asked for a discount for all the inconveniences and management didn't respond. Overall 2 star ⭐⭐ rating.

The AC is out on the 3rd floor hallway but the room has AC. The 3 staff members at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful offering me the luggage cart, making me feel safe, and friendly. The only one that was rude was the one that snipped at my elderly mom about them running out of a pastry. She was a Caucasian woman about 5'4 busy, a little heavy set. We brought it to management's attention.

If you ask me I wold pick the same hotel is I go back to San Antonio the service, the room, the staff I like everything about it they get 5 stars on everything from me and my family. Thank you so much.
