Great helpful all around great place to stay.

The room was really big , TV on the wall, the girl who check us in was nice , table an chair Bed didn't look clean , bed to soft , owner was rude said he wasn't taking any more booking from us for no reason it's crazy . I guess because booking gave my mama discount, microwave button nearly work only 1 and 2 an start work , refrigerator leak water an it don't get cold my food spoiler while there , they had a ants problem red ant . I felt discriminated because you rejected me without cost. Bedding was not clean , towels was stand up they need to used bleach .

I like room was big . TV was on the wall, had wifi, an table with chairs to set at if u wanna write The owner was very rude . Said that he can't no longer accept a booking from us. We pay our money fair but I think it's because of the booking was giving me discount, in he felt he was getting less money, plus the bed is really soft as if they need a big update, bedding was dirty you see sexual fluid on the top blanket, an the building has a ant bed , they bite me in the bed an at the table . They also try to cheat you out of money saying their a fee for the pet when it free. Their was no toilet paper, very poor housekeeping. I felt discrimination because he rejected any money from me.. an the microwave didn't work only number work is 1 or 2 an start , and the refrigerator leaking water

This is a grreeat clean place to stay TH ATMOSPHERE IT SELF IS GREAT AND SAFE.

There were bed bugs. My husband was bit all over his body. We are still struggling with him having pain and itchiness all over the body.

Everything was just great. Employees, staff also house keeping!

We went as a group and reserved 3 King rooms, one of which was needing a pet friendly place. The room and area were clean. However, I didn't appreciate that we reserved 3 rooms and arrived at 3 pm (check in time) and were told they had to change our rooms from a Single King to doubles and the price would remain the same. I notified them that we did need at least 1 room on the 1st floor to assist our handicap friend. I would prefer to have had what I reserved. Also, there was no shampoo or enough towels in our room and my husband had to go down and request them. Our room should have been ready with adequate necessities in the room.

1st room they placed us in a/c was not working. They gave us another room. Only had 2 towels, I had to go to Walmart to purchase some. The microwave was filthy dirty. The blankets and the pillows were dirty as well. The front desk attendant was not very friendly. Her over all appearance was very unprofessional.

Showed up cashier sad he didn't have any rooms available at the time that I should look elsewhere he said he would cancel my reservation. And the next day I still get charged for the room. I ended up getting a room next door at the super eight. But still got charged for the motel 6 room. Spoke to the manager and he said nothing he could do. That I shouldn't have taken the word of his cashier I should have canceled it myself. Poor customer service and no trust in staff

We booked a 2 bed 1 night stay, when we arrived the room was not ready once getting into the room I noticed the stains on the pillows which I asked for new ones, there was a towel on top of the microwave that had dirt and water all over it. There was only 1 useable towel. The toilet had not been cleaned whatsoever, it had hair and other stains in and around it. There was excessive water at the entrance of the room not sure where it was coming from. The beds were tucked but sheets were not changed at all. We did not get into the sheets, thankfully we brought our own blankets. The pictures are false advertisement as they are not newly renovated they give you the landlord special. There was also a lot of tiny roaches in the room, especially in the shower which has no working ventilation.

I arrived at the hotel at 6 AM and that was my Check-in time. And they said I could not Check-in until 12 or 1 o'clock. The keys for the door did not a lot. I had to constantly go to the office and ask them and they act like they didn't want to Lyft a finger to help me. The hotel had cockroaches. None of the outlets work to charge my phone. It's overall bad customer service. I would really like to be reimbursed for my stay. Or at least the three times they charged me

It was just in a rough part of San Antonio and I never got refuned the fee by the hotel

Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I were given a room that had not been properly cleaned, there was poop stains on the sheets as we pulled the covers back. We asked for a different room and it was somewhat decent. We ended up staying 2 nights for a concert nearby and our card got locked and wouldn’t let us back into the room at 10pm. It took me banging on the windows nonstop for over an hour to finally wake up the employee to help us get back into our room. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, unless you need a place to stay for a few hours. I would highly recommend that you take your sheets and pillows.

Was not able to accommodate a downstairs room. Bathroom was not clean, there was dried urine on the toilet.

I love this motel 6 compared to others ive stayed at this is always a go to for me.

TV did not work! Was told cable was out around the facility. I talked to a resident the next morning and they said their cable and tv worked great in their room. So why did you move me to another room!

Great price and place

It was disgusting and smelled horrible. We saw 4 roaches and ants. The tub was backed up. And men kept knocking on my door asking. I think prostitution happens there or something weird. We didn’t like it nor felt safe.

The staff was one of the sweetest, most accommodating people I have ever met - An ABSOLUTE DOLL!! I don’t remember her name but she was a delight. The room, on the other hand was a disgusting, stained-sheets, DNA Petri Dish. NEVER AGAIN. Drug dealers and prostitutes everywhere. Didn’t sleep a wink worrying about being robbed/ripped off

Always a great affordable place to stay when I’m in town for a convention.

Very phenomenal customer service. Pool was super clean. Cleaning staff ALWAYS super nice and accommodating. Room was huge and great. Smoke detector was broken but other than that great. Had microwave and mini fridge. Price was perfect for SA.

Reception was empty, has to wait for tattooed women to open door w/ her child to check us in, coach roaches in room, shower dirty, no iron in rooms, and lots of homeless in area who use swimming pool as their shower & personal hygene Spa, YUCK! captures homeless ready to bathe in pool, room doors unlocked anyone could go inside. there was dead roaches when we walked in, and the sheets had stains. Throughout the stay, we kept having to kill baby roaches.

The room was no properly clean. One of the pillows had blood stains! Mentioned it to the front office staff.

I stay here 2-3 times a year cause of the convenience and of the proximity of my events I attend and the cost is a huge plus. This weekend has been by far the cleanest I have ever seen this establishment so kudos to the mgmt and staff. The only complaint I have from my stay was the linen (towels) had stains on them.

The floors were not very clean. Keep your sandels on. The pool was great! Kids really enjoyed it.

Close to river walk

I’m not too familiar with the area but would have booked another spot. Customer service was good. I always exam my room prior to getting situated and there were smoke burns on my sheets. Sheets had rust like stains and dirt on bed. A roach was spotted and killed.

This is a no frills hotel. It’s clean, well taken care of, and the staff is super friendly and patient. We stayed there to be near the San Antonio Rodeo BBQ Cookoff for the weekend. It was exactly what we needed: clean and comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. And that’s what we got. Although it’s located what would typically be labeled as a “sketchy area”, it’s actually very quiet and safe. We will be staying here again next year for the cook off again.

Roach infested

The bath tub had roaches in it . The tv remote was not working correctly ! The a/c took a long time to cool the room ! No refrigerator , or microwave .

Cheap and clean

This place was not okay. The guy in the office would snatch everything out my hand! I asked for a refund for the 2nd day due to me not staying and I was told he can give me full amount back. I will never be going back to this place. I don’t recommend anyone going here! Also, out side is a lot of people smoking and playing loud music all night.

We arrived, check in was smooth and effortless. Lady at the desk was great and wonderful. We get to our room and there is a machine purifying the air. The smell in the air of the room was so strong it made you cough and burned your throat. Housekeeping came and removed the machine. Temperature in the room was so cold, thermostat on ac said 58. Tv did not work, half of the lights would not come on, toilet would not fill with water, 2 wall outlets in the whole room, mini fridge did not work and was moldy, ceiling in the bathroom was moldy and falling in. After almost 30 mins sitting in a dark room we were coughing, eyes were watering and throats were on fire and had a raging headache. The smell was worse than before. We left for a couple hours (went shopping for new clothes cause we smelled so bad) while the sweet front desk lady worked her magic at relocating us to a new room. After arriving back to facility we get our new room and soon as we walk in the smell of cigarettes and weed were so strong it was overwhelming. Turn on the lights and roaches went scattering. Floor was filthy and beds were messy like someone had been laying in them. This tv only received 6 channels and the only speaking channels were History and a lifetime. Roaches were in the beds. Every night when I arrived back at my room I had to have the front desk reactivate my key card (annoying btw) I’ve stayed at this facility 3 times now and it gets worse everytime. This will be the last time im afraid.

I feel bad for the lady that attended me in Recepcion. She was nice and professional, but the room wasn’t in good conditions. The bed was awful, my back hurts so bad.

My reservation was canceled as I was driving up. Was told that my card on file was charged.

Our blankets had cigarette burn! Key didn’t work when we got there! No iron, microwave or fridge! No shampoo or conditioner. I would expect a little more cleaner environment and a simple try would be great!

We were there in a medical appointment and were trying to safe as much as possible . When I showed him how much I had reserved for he said he could not change it and that the price he gave me was the price for that day. Aside from that when we went in the room the floor was wet and he said “well you wanted to check in so the room was just mopped “ the floor never dried up. It was sticky and it smelled like pee. The pillows looked like they had not changed pillowcases so I had to put the pillow inside the shirt I was wearing that day. I will never stay there again.

Bad things- The floor, the windows, the tub and the mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The shower leaked all over the floor and the towels I grabbed off the rack were dirty from the last occupants. Thankfully we carry our own. Big disappointment would not recommend.

No hair dryer, doors don’t work properly - had to check in to 3 different rooms! I booked a king size bed and ended up in a room with 2 full size beds…just ridiculous!

Nice place to stay

Room was NOT the old Motel 6, stinky rooms. This room was clean, good apearance and clean. Only negative was a noisy guest leaving at 4:30 am making noise and very loud truck.

There was toilet paper stuck in my peep hole, soda spilled on the night stand, towels were messy and dirty, floor hadn’t been swept, no shampoo, looked like someone had been laying on the bed, covers were not straight or pressed. Had an ant spray to the room. Shower head leaked and sprayed everywhere. No usb ports to charge electronics.

The beds was pretty hard even my kids couldn't sleep. There was pee on the walls and something else on the door. During the night there was some kind of domestic disturbance. I thought they would have handled it ASAP but it went on for a while. Someone went out to ask if there was a problem. It woke everyone up. Yes, rowdy or domestic disturbances from other clients are the clients fault, but how the hotel handles it is whats important.

Normally I don’t comment but I have to warn others that the bathtub was extremely slippery. Management please fix the problem before someone falls and gets seriously hurt. Can’t recommend this hotel because of the extremely bathtub issue only.

The doors were locked upon arrival so we had to wait for someone to show up for checkin. Once the girl showed up she was very nice and professional. The room itself was clean. There were no amenities. No clock, no hair dryer, no iron, only 1 wash rag, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel all of which were clean but tattered and frayed. The area around the hotel was less than stellar but it was mostly quiet. Upon checkout the following morning arrived at the front to find the doors locked again. Left the key in our room and left. Called back to notify clerk that we had left.

No toiletries and although we paid for 4 guests, only 3 towels provided and when I requested one, they said none were available until the next morning when housekeeping came around. What? I needed it for that evening’s shower.

The only thing that i liked was the staff they were real friendly, but that was about it. I didn't like the rooms at all, no fridge, no microwave, the tub will get clogged when you showered. I was a little disappointed, its the first motel 6 i disliked.

Not a great location.

It wasn't terrible. But it has literally nothing in the room except a couple towels and a bar of soap. TV. That's it. so if you want to make a cup of coffee or heat up a meal in a microwave...forget it.

Overall it was a good experience… I thought I was booking a room near six flags but it was a 20 min drive of course that’s my fault for not double checking and booking in a hurry. But our experience was good and I would book there again
