I enjoyed the room. It was quiet and we were able to sleep comfortably. I was initially given room #311 but I quickly determined the TV in the room was not working properly. I did not like the first room I had the TV did not work. I addressed the situation after I determined the TV was our of order to the front desk clerk. She seemed very confused and offered me 100 points to resolve my situation. She was nice but that was not going to help my situation. After A while I plead with her to please consider moving me. She finally decided to move me to the highest floor the 4th floor. Because I have knee issues I had aske for a lower floor but was not accommodated. I went to 411and confirmed the TV in the room worked. We had to move all our belongings to that room, but we were happy to watch TV. Another issue elevator #1 was not working all throughout the time we were there.

This was my second time staying at this property and the first time was great. This time it was not so great. I had to get a room switch because the first room they put me in was not cleaned by house keeping at all. When I went to the desk, the man working initially said that the only other room they had, they had also received a complain about it being dirty and that they no other rooms! ultimately, he was able to put me in a room because they said someone had booked at the wrong hotel and that I was lucky (I did not feel lucky). upon checkout, I was also told they would reduce my stay by $25 but I informed them that I had used a third-party (the booking.com app) so she said she would have to follow up with them and now they’re saying there’s nothing they can do and that I was compensated with the new room. The part that sucks about this is I never asked for a reduction, but the fact that it was offered and taken back is crazy. I paid over $170 for this stay and left very disappointed.

None of the 3 EV chargers were working. This was an advertised amenity that I was counting on. Ended up driving 5 miles away to find a charger for my car.

My husband got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, which was already stressful. Then, the sliding restroom door suddenly fell down—thank God my toddler wasn’t hit, because it was really scary. Thankfully, one of the employees saw what happened and helped. I also appreciate that we weren’t charged after everything that occurred

The sink food disposal smelled bad and looked horrible inside. Some Parts of the hotel look a little tacky, just simple maintenance that needs to be done

Staff was great, but room/hotel needs a bit of TLC. Room shower floor had white coat of paint or something and cracked and dirt stained; mobile eating table leg bent; light bulb was out on a lamp in room; and pool was extremely cold felt like 50-60 degrees.

There was 1 elevator working, making a wait going up to our room and down. Check in was past our 3pm time. For many customers. The television was not a smart T.V, for our kids, having youtube or another app for free kid shows. (We had to buy a roku stick to place into television, to get kid shows). Staff were nice, place was clean. The pool was ICE COLD, we couldn't swim because of that. Breakfast was alright rated C (as far as hotel breakfast goes), but the way they have the breakfast situated, a long line forms.

Arrived friday March 13 with my two queen room smelling of weed complained but was told they can charge neighbors of smoking fee. Last day power went out and stayed out for five hours. Itch black no back up generator. Was out early morning didn’t look back

Hotel was very nice, room was spacious and location was not far from attractions. It was very noisy with kids crying, running in hallway and making a lot of noise at 7am or 10pm. We could hear everything through our wall even above us with ppl dropping items.

I had a bad experience during my stay. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was already clogged. I called to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to move us to another room. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was very inconvenient and we had to keep going downstairs to use the restroom. A working bathroom is a basic necessity, and I expected better service.

Facility was very nice but stay was not that nice . The restroom door was horrible! Could not lock it and it kept sliding open . Then had dogs on our floor howling all hours of the night plus especially in the Am at 4 am in the morning till we checked out . Worse sleep ive had in awile .

I was overcharged without my consent I was told my pet fee was $75.00 and they charged me $152.00 then ended up running my card again for $88.50 it was a mess!! Especially with my bank!! Then when trying to address the issue that customer service rep is very unprofessional no customer service skills at all!! Our blinds were broken in the front room bathtub didn’t have a stopper for the water pieces of tile were broken just horrible experience at this location! Never will rent here again

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The only down side was we had requested an accessible room because my husband has trouble getting around. We were disappointed that the toilet was so short. But we managed.

The television was difficult to access and the water pressure was a little low at times but overall I enjoyed my stay.

I had been on the road all day and wanted a hot shower. The shower was lukewarm to cold. The toilet seat was completely broken off of the toilet, just laying in place. The breakfast had no eggs, only bread, muffins, and waffles. I'm type II diabetic and don't eat flour products so I went without breakfast. I won't be back.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is pretty convenient. The beds are comfortable. The shower wasn’t installed properly, so it would move underneath your feet when you were in it which was hard for me to handle. You could hear people outside in the halls and in the rooms next to you. The breakfast food had okay options, but the food quality wasn’t good.

The room felt new, clean and homey. No bad smells, which a lot of hotels have. Room was very spacious and kitchenette was very convienant. Did hear neighbors door as they kept coming and going all night. The breakfast didnt look good at all. Just got some coffee (very good) and went to IHOP. We will stay here again as it was a nice room and the beds were comfy.

The front desk stuff doesn’t care about the guests’ comfort. We were given a room on the ground floor close to the breakfast area and event center. I requested a quiet room because l have babies that sleep early. They said they were full and therefore couldn’t give us another room, which we understood. But in the evening, there was an event for kids/teens and the kids were screaming/yelling and cheering very very loudly. I called the front desk to do something about it. They said they couldn’t do anything until 10 pm. It was very inconsiderate and uncaring of them. No hotel guest should suffer the very loud noise of an event. It wasn’t like some other guests being loud. It was a lot of people yelling at the same time. Either they shouldn’t rent rooms so close to an event room and breakfast room or make sure their guests on the ground floor too have some peace. Until then, we were enjoying our stay but this experience ruined it all. I, as a guest, myself had to go and talk to the event organizers who were actually very understanding.

This day was less than pleasant. The elevators were consistently out of working order, we had a parent who had to walk down the stairs after just having knee surgery because the elevators were stuck. I myself got stuck in an elevator. In the last side of our STAY, the elevators were stuck as well, so the same parent had to take the stairs once again. Honestly, I was pissed. Not to mention the four dollar drinks that we bought that were flat. They were consistently out of food items during breakfast. And need I say more, truthfully I’ll never stay here again. Oh, and I can’t forget the breakers that kept turning off in our room every couple hours. We kept having to turn the breakers back on ourselves to have lights.

The elevators were a continual problem resulting in having to use the stairway several times. Only one out of two were operating when they worked.

Very clean Spacious room! Breakfast was good:) We were disappointed with the outdoor pool which was beyond chlorinated and still quite murky. We did not go in the pool :/ Other items were bothersome .. an elevator was out, internet went down, ice machine out of service. Fortunately we were visiting family and were quite busy outside of the hotel. It is a great location. It just needs a money injection. I’m thinking that Hilton needs to upgrade the lobby furniture which were in tatters and the rug throughout. We noticed stains:/ You have a great team at this location … help them be more of an asset to Hilton!

I booked a king size bed and I got two queens

Have stayed at this location several times though this trip was disappointing. Pool was not available for use the majority of my stay while weather was in the 90's. 1 available elevator the entire time added to the frustration along with an unusual alarm buzzing through one of the evenings.

The service was great, our room was pretty nice, our fur baby was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Our only cons were that the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows offered no support.

The breakfast here is good. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good . Access to the elevators was easy access to swimming pool was easy bedroom nice clean AC works perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Internet access was very easy to get to enjoyed our weekend trip staying in home to suites by Hilton San Antonio North Stone Oak, Texas always enjoy staying at home to suites. Their kitchen at area is very well stocked everything easy to get to.

Our stay was so chill ! Check-in was great we arrived 20 minutes before 3pm check in time and they let us do so. Our room was spacious( kind bed, with shower) it had a living room area, and kitchen area just no stove, and restroom has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that smells really nice incase you forget yours. Tv was good just not a smart TV so recommend bring a Xbox or PlayStation stuff so you can connect it to the YV and watch YouTube or Netflix. Bed was good, no bed bugs or roches. Our window view was good was able to park in an area where we can see our vehicle through the window. The pool was so nice, plus they cleaned the pool before we went in so a major plus! Coffee and tea all day. Lastly, breakfast was probably the best have had compared to other hotels, you can build your own breakfast sandwich and obviously waffles. The service was so good, and if you’re shy to ask questions or for towels/ necessities you can just text them and they bring it to your room. Plus there is a Starbucks right next to the hotel, a HEB right across from it (10min walk) and a Buffalo Wild Wings next to the hotel! Overall great stay! Will be staying here in the future !

Besides the fact that you could hear the surrounding noise from other rooms it was good. Staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean. Also, pet friendly so if you don't want to hear dogs ɓarking late at night or early morning would not advise.

Terrible experience, I travel for work all over the country, I have stayed here before, so I rebooked... 30 minutes prior to me arriving, I get a call from the front desk, saying they are cancelling my reservation, there is a flood in the room they put me in, and are full and have no rooms available to put me in. No help with a credit, no help with getting me booked elswhere and no assistance with a resolution.....Sorry, too bad was the sense I got...I have great status with this hotel chain, I am loyal and professional...I had to rebook elsewhere and fortunately the other local places had availability...I never post bad reviews, but wanted to make others aware of how the situation was handeled.

The hotel was nice but my stay was horrible I was on third floor and whomever was on top of us didn’t go to bed they kids must have jumped, hopped, leaped, wrestled all evening up til like 2 in morning. I contacted front desk just to be told well we have kids and the manager wasn’t in. Because I was there to see friends I pushed through but it was like staying in New York and construction behind done outside. No sleep for us at all I literally recorded the noice smh

Honestly, this is a great choice for families with children! The hotel room was spacious and well set-up. Nice and tidy. The kitchenware came in handy. The restroom/shower was nice and clean. The water took some time to heat up, but it was okay. The pool was the best part for my kids. The depth is just right to hang out and float. It wasn’t too well cleaned of leaves and bugs though. Had there been a net laying around, we would’ve cleaned it ourselves. Lastly our only disappointment, the front concierges seemed to not exist… It took some time to check in. The employees could be seen walking in the back. Housekeeping had to find the concierge. It also took time to check out and drop off the hotel keys. We did leave a tip for the housekeepers, too. They did an amazing job with the room cleanliness & set up.

We stayed 3 nights and they didn't refresh the room after the 2nd night. Not a big deal for us but might be for others. The microwave didn't work and they didn't fix after we reported it. Also the spare blanket for the sofa bed was dirty and again, not addressed after we requested a new one. It was the holidays so they were probably short-staffed. However, the breakfast was excellent!

Great Amenities however they did not have the room available that we reserved online. we booked a suite, and the only room available was two queen room. We paid for a suite, i don’t even think they credited me the difference. our room still had take out food in the microwave from the guests before, so it makes me wonder how much they actually clean in between stays. the drain of our shower still had hair in it. the laundry machine is still coin operated, however the front desk was accommodating and could exchange bills for quarters. just make sure you bring cash if you plan on doing any laundry. we requested late checkout, and spoke to the front desk. i still had a gentleman come and knock on the door with his clipboard telling me i needed to let the front desk know i was checking out later or i would be charged. overall it wasn’t a terrible stay, however they seem a bit disorganized, and not sure about the cleaning standards.

I reserved 2 rooms for 12-23/12-28. In these days that I stayed here I had no housekeeping for these 2 rooms. The fridge didn't work, and the beds were hard and full of hair. The shower threw little drops of water so I could not wash my hair. I wish I would 've looked into more reviews. Would not recommend.

The hotel was okay but the front desk staff could’ve been more accommodating to my early arrival. Also, the room that was issued to me had a broken bathroom door. There are restaurants nearby and it’s a rather short drive to the airport but I’m not a fan of 1604 and it’s traffic / congestions.

Big problem with lots of animals around and people walking around all night in room above. Hard to sleep. Food manager was excellent!

The complementary breakfast though was basic with far less options than many other properties and definately a disappointment at this price point.

Service was great. Facility was clean. Beds were not comfortable. Tenants above us were very noise.

Nice and clean room for our family of 4. The couch area gave us bonus room. The front staff were friendly and helpful during or 3-night stay. The breakfast was stocked and had a few more food options than other hotels. Starbucks is also right across the street. Nice pool and gym. Overall a really good stay.

the circuit breaks kept tripping in the room, so the refrigerator, stove and garage disposal was not working. the point of a home suites was to have these things. my food all got spoiled and melted because while i was out the frig would kick off. Temp kept going up in room too. When reported they knew about these issues... To top it off someone's car got broken into while we were staying there too

The elevator going up from the Lobby wasn’t working during all our stay, someone from the hotel had to call the elevator down, but sometimes we had to use the stairs.

This is now our favorite hotel chain to stay at. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good- lots of options.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They were always cheerful to accommodate us. The rooms were clean roomy and comfortable. My daughter and mom went to visit my son and stayed 5 nights. We love our beds and pillows at home, usually when we travel sleeping is ok, we slept great every night.

Horrible experience! They broke into a car one night and we thought it was our car since the broken glass was next to ours. It was an inconvenience that I had to use the restroom in the lobby due to our toilet in the room being clogged.

Shopping and stores were in close proximity, a little tricky in how to drive in from the hwy but in a great location. Rooms have small kitchen with ability to use a hot plate provided by the hotel which makes long stays convenient. Grocery stores are in close proximity to hotel.

Room was large enough for my 3 children, my husband and I. Breakfast was great- staff was friendly, Parking was good and the location was perfect. Cons: Carpets were dirty and stained. The bathroom has no fan and a barn door that doesn’t lock. Besides that- all was well and we didn’t have any issues.

This was my first experience with a Hilton Home2 property. Staff were all friendly and professional. Really great rooms and the breakfast was great. Many options to choose from, with a self serve buffet. 24 hour coffee in the lobby and close to many attractions and business centers.
