To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the rooms was extremely disappointing. There was a noticeable stain on the loveseat, hair left in the shower around the soap and conditioner dispensers, and even fecal stains on the toilet upon arrival. These are serious housekeeping issues that should never be overlooked before checking guests into a room. What makes this even more frustrating is that I also had family members and clients staying at the hotel during this time, so this experience reflected poorly on a place I recommended to others. Since we had multiple rooms booked, the inconvenience affected more than just myself. A lack of hot water for most of the stay combined with the unacceptable cleanliness conditions made this a very disappointing experience overall. We expected much better communication, urgency, and customer service regarding these issues. Given everything that occurred, I believe some form of compensation or partial refund is absolutely warranted. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both maintenance response times and housekeeping standards moving forward.

Worst Fairfield ever! Go to the Fairfield at medical center. Diana was very very kind but beg to the the cleaning of the room is not good.

Nothing Horrible, staff and management does not care if you had a bad stay or good stay. Marriott comp. doesn't care either. Multiple things wrong with property including 7-8 cars broken into along with others attempted and damaged windows. Staff knew about problem abd did nothing or warn anyone. They protected thier cars by parking under the awning to keep an eye on them. Ran out of coffee, waffle batter butter, cream cheese, milk, enlish muffins, reg bagels and much more. When asked tge breakfast person, response to us " I'm sorry we ran out". Pool was closed on spring break weekend. Staff was not at front desk or answer phone for long periods of time. Bed were horrible, everyone in our party had back pain from sleeping there, on top of that we did not get the rooms we reserved. Which I know aren't guaranteed but im not sure the even tried. I gave every opportunity to make it right and was treated like an inconvenience. Called Marriott corp, twice, second time was put on hold for 35 min to talk to a manager because the only nice person I talked to said she wanted to elevate it to a manager and was having a hard time getting one on the phone. That manager was uncaring, rude, and lying to us. As we were talking to her she put us on hold mid sentence for another 20 min the hung up on us

The staff was excellent and I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff. That being said, I checked out a day early after waking up to bites on my arms and evidence of bedbugs in the room.

We booked this place because it had an indoor pool, a workout room, and breakfast. Well, when we arrived, the front desk informed us that the pool was not really available due to the heating system..the water was freezing! We could barely keep our feet in the water before our feet went numb. The workout room was ok, only two of the three treadmills worked, and they had sticky gooey stuff on them. The first morning breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, the second morning the place was packed and they ran out of some of the food items. The only plus I give this hotel is the staff, they were very helpful and attentive, anytime we would ask for something they would help you right away. The room was average, it had a funny smell, but the bed was comfy. This place was good for a quick trip, but I don’t think we’ll stay here again.

The bathroom doors have rust and its a bit outdated Staff is outstanding Made a reservation for 3 adults in a king size room but no pull out It was resolved in 10min This is our 3rd stay in the property

Breakfast was not bad but i think the lady at the night desk during check in may have been pulling my leg when i asked how the Breakfast was she said its ok but on the weekends the Mexican lady makes beans and tortillas didnt see none of.that during the weekend. I domt know if she was beimg serious or just just saying that because i was Hispanic but other then that the room was clean. Wish the pool had the heater working

We have stayed at this location multiple times over the last year and the hot tub has never worked. If you’re not going to get it repaired it should be removed as an amenity. Also the breakfast had no cohesiveness. Refried beans and eggs but not meat or tortillas to make a burrito or breakfast out of. Only one coffee pod in the room and they would not give more than one more at a time.

This property is in desperate need of a remodeling. Carpet in hallways had holes. The elevator floor has broken boards. Exercise equipment was off.

The check in desk only found my reservation for one of the 2 rooms I booked. When that finally got straightened out and I got to my room, the room was missing amenities. No ice bucket, no conditioner in the shower, for starters. Then when I went to my truck in the morning, my window had been broken out and my belongings either taken or rifled thru. Not a good experience.

I reported to the front desk clerk on the morning of Nov 1 that one of my nightstand lights was missing a light bulb. The clerk, who was a black fellow maybe in his 50s told me they were out of them and "could not get more" at this time. WRONG ANSWER. I trust you would agree. btw, there is a WalMart directly across the highway from this Fairfield. They sell light bulbs. After my third night, still no light bulb. THIS IS THE USA, not a third world country......what's wrong with you folks????

The staff was incredible! Art and his entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Every single time. Will stay there again and highly recommend. Pool and hot tub were being worked on along with washer/ dryer though that was no fault of the staff. I still went swimming without the heater and it was just fine

It was ok, just ok. Check-in staff was nice. Room was acceptable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is in need of updates. Biggest complaint, heard this from other guests also, is that the shower curtain was not large enough and water covered the bathroom floor. This was a major safety hazard and extremely annoying. I will not chose this hotel in the future.

I chose this hotel for the indoor pool, but it was disappointing since it was freezing cold water. My daughters got in for a minute and couldn’t stand the cold temps. I asked the front desk and the gentleman I charge said the thermostat was broken. Also, my room was sooo cold.

The staff member, Elyssia was absolutely amazing. She provided exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. The area outside of the hotel is not safe as a vehicle was broken into during our stay and we were informed by the staff that not only do vehicles are broken into, but they have been stolen in the past. If this is a common problem, you would think that the general manager would do something to resolve this to ensure the safety of their guests and their belongings.

The staff was amazing the Reception/Check-In and Cooks were incredibly welcoming, courteous and informative. The rooms were slightly lacking in cleanliness but nothing overly horrible and Housekeeping took a while to clean-up. Other than a couple of small hiccups our stay was very enjoyable and i would definitely return.

There was urine on the toilet when we got there. Sounded like the window was open but it wasn’t. Very loud freeway noise. Not sealed around the Ac/heating unit so cold air came in. Slept with the heater on 78. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Had to book for a funeral.

It was a bummer that the pool was closed and we weren't told until after checking in. The elevator floor was in need of a serious vacuum our entire stay. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door after 11:00 for checkout. The Marriott website shows checkout at 12:00 but that wasn't the case. We were missing a shower curtain at checkin but someone brought one. I would think they wouldn't turn the room ready without one but that was just a minor inconvenience. Also, no phone cord in our room at all so we had to lookup the number and call the front desk from our cell to figure out the real checkout time. The staff was all friendly and the breakfast was hot and good. Just ok.

convenient parking close to my room at the end. I had 2 rooms and requested them to be connecting. They were not but that was fine it was across the hall. My room had no towels but I just had to ask for them. my overall opinion is It was clean and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

The hot-tub was broken. The pool was open, however the ceiling was falling in. For breakfast, the milk I poured into my son's cereal was spoiled. The room could have been vacuumed better, found gum wrappers and trash on floor by dresser/bed.

The bathroom was clean and had a good shower with good pressure and heat. I like that the room had a thermostat for A/C controls. It is much easier to control the temperature in the room by choosing a temperature rather than turning a knob and guessing. Continental breakfast was terrific with great options and fresh food.

Our stay was great, the only problem that we had is that when we booked the room it said we were getting a King size bed and a couch. We got the King size bed but there was no couch other than that our stay was great. They have great coffee.

Loved the location of this hotel. Checked in late but quickly and smooth. We were given the room next to the guest laundry, which had the dryers on at midnight, but luckily could hardly hear them once we were inside the room. Knocked off one happy face because only decaf was provided in our room, and the hair dryer had been removed. It was nice though to have the pool inside, even if it’s tiny, sadly I didn’t have time to use it.

It was an overnight trip so sleeping in was pleasant. Everything was clean. Snack area had minimal snacks and didn't get to do breakfast due to miscommunication with the front desk clerk as to when it ended. Overall stay, 4 out of 5 stars.
