    Office management was nice but getting to the room it was dirty. Room wasn’t cleaned at all. I went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room. Floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped. Restroom was dirty shower wasn’t cleaned also. Was just very disappointed

    Upon arriving, we had a good experience with the front office receptionist. That’s about where the good time stops. We got to our room and immediately noticed some stains on the comforter of one bed and what looked like a cigarette burn on the other. The shower floor looked like it had not been cleaned—there was loose dirt and some grass like stuff on the bottom. Toilet and sink looked clean, but when we first entered the bathroom there was a smell. We don’t know if it was from neighbors (we were the only one in our area from what we could tell so probably not neighbors). There were bugs in the room as well. They looked like the little German or baby roaches. TV would not turn on. Service phone looked crusty. AC unit was broken and looked horrible. The beds were okay to sleep on, we just checked all over to make sure no little critters were inside. Room 125. I won’t be going back, that’s for sure.

    Loved that hotel was so close to the Frost Bank Center, but I needed an iron and we had to go to the office to borrow one, instead of each room having one. Then when I did borrow the iron there were a total of 3 plugs accessible to us, 2 on each side of bed on the lamp and one in the RR and from those 3 only 1 worked.

    I checked in a room with 1 king bed, but upon arriving there was no AC working and the feeling was like in SAUNA. I turned on the AC and it was very slow, in about 30 minutes, I reached out to the front desk with an issue and they gave me another room. Another room was the same and the temperature was at least 90F, I called them again and was told that all rooms are like that, all AC units are shot off before customers' arrival, and customers should turn them on. I was waiting for about 3 hours for the room to be cooled ( arriving at around 2 am, I didn't sleep until approximately 5 am). My Suggestion to all, Its better to spend $15-$20 more and stay at La Quinta or any other simmilar 3 star hotel for your short or even long stay, where you will receive good service, clean rooms, and Of course cool rooms upon arrival. For property staff, to keep your business up and running, you should let all AC units work in your rooms upon customers' arrival. I spent around $90 and its just terrible.

    Everything felt dirty, the room, the pool. The room was very small and cramped. Even though there seemed to be few other guests we given a room right next to another guest, we could hear them clearly. I was happy to leave this uncomfortable dirty room. The one good thing was the bbq recommendation. BBQ Life was about 1 mile away and was delicious.

    I make it a habit of checking beds/linens when starting anywhere. We noticed stains on the blanket and sheets and immediately told the front desk and was told they didn't have housekeeping water 4/5 (which I understood) so I asked if they would just give us the clean sheets and we would have them ourselves. The front desk guy asked how long we would be gone we said about 3-4 hrs. He says ok he would take care of it and it would be ready when we got back. We left the stains on top and easy to see. When we can back the bed was remade but the blankets were turned in a different direction as if we weren't going to notice it check. The same blankets and sheets were on the bed! We went back to the front desk and the guy called a lady who was raising her voice and getting an attitude saying hey shift was over and she was just trying to help us. She said she would meet us at the room with the new sheets. We walked back around toward the room and met her and even offered to let her come see the bed and the stains, and she said no she trusted us and gave us the new sheets and blanket. There was also small stains on the walls. We were told we also couldn't get a refund. Disappointing. Definitely won't stay here again out recommend clients here either

    The pictures on the website are outdated. The overall look of this hotels is old and uncared for. The rooms are not clean. The floors were dirty and trash from the stay before. The comforter was stained, the towels were yelllowish,and the sheets too. Most of the plugs did not work. The shower had hairs in it. You could see the dirt by the side of the bed or under the bathroom sink. We bought towels to sleep on and to dry ourselves. We also bought lots of lysol and cleaning sprays for the shower. We were afraid of catching something there. Please save your money and stay somewhere else. We got 2 rooms and 2 nights and we were refused a refund to move. So we stayed. We were charged about $75.00 a night a room and outside they were announcing it for $53.99 a night. This is a rip off. NEVER again are we staying here. DON'T STAY, DIRTY AND HORRIBLE.

    We requested a non smoking room but the room smelled of cigarette. The floors were not properly cleaned. You could see black buildup streaks on the floor and dirt. The room was at a pleasing temperature. The bed was comfy but there were only 2 pillows. There were two of us but we're used to sleeping with 2 pillows each. We were too tired to ask for more. Towels were the same issue. Hated paying 300 for a low quality room just because it was the only place with availability.

    The staff was rude after we did a late check in the manager was berating me for not having a phone number listed for them to call. I booked through a travel agency and gave all my information to them and I did inform the manager of that. I felt like a child being scolded for something out of my control. Then the outlet in the restroom didn’t work, we had to take our dirty towels to the front desk so we could get new ones and we had to repeatedly get our key cards activated. After everything I will not be staying there again or advising anyone to stay there.

    ANTS in the beds, on the walls, in the window unit. We switched rooms three times, and still wasn’t A bit satisfied. Rooms were extremely dirty and smelled like smoke. So we disinfected everything, only for the manager to deny us more towels because we used what we had to clean. EVEN THOUGH WE SHOULD'VE BEEN PUT IN CLEAN ROOMS WHEN WE GOT THERE. The last two rooms had poor ac/heater units, and the rooms were only the size of a regular bathroom... so it should’ve at least kept us cool a little. Refrigerator in my room and in the room my sister had leaked water EVERYWHERE. And they didn’t even get cool or cold. Microwave plug did not work. Things came up missing while we were out enjoying the town. We’ve had many hotels for vacations, but this was the absolute worst.

    Bad experience. Their atm even shows up on your bank as a room reservation, not ATM. We were chased out and told never to come back because we accidentally packed a nasty towel in our bag. Management and housekeeping would not answer phones and waited outside our door till we left. We were only 10 minutes past check out.

    Apon check in the desk clerk didn't want to except my DL because they had just expired a couple days before. I understand that your ID needs to be valid but how can I renew it whenever the country has been shut down due to the virus. So after pleading he finally understood but never had a professional attitude and was very rude. In the room: comforter was stained and cigarette burns all over, had long black hair in the sheets, blood stains on the ceiling and curtains, 3 bullet holes on a wall decoration, ac didn't cool, ac filter looked like it had a quilt stuck to it, roaches, people knocking on your door all night lookin for dope, people slamming doors and yelling all night, cable was a joke but here's the real kicker.     One bed had urine stained sheets, the shower did not look like it was cleaned, burned out bulbs, horribly worn chairs, broken lamps, and drapes not hung properly. Door didn't seal correctly. Daylight, air, and insects could easily enter. Furniture is very dated. Parking is $22 per night.

    Came before my check time and would not let me stay. A Indian women had very poor customer service Etiquette. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. I will be refunded for this.

    This hotel was horrible. The room smelled and was dirty. The shower was not clean and the walls had this yellow tint to them in places and when I accidentally touched the wall it was sticky and disgusting. We will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

    Asked for 2 keys 1 for me 1 for my girl friend didn’t match was old and recycled diss colors and one didn’t work first sign off ghetto fabulous then we had a transient sitting right outside of our door for the whole day get into the room air conditioner does not work pillowcases look like they were from 1950 all dirty and discolored had one towel that was the size of a bathmat completely grossed out didn’t even stay there BAD IDEA all around called for an extra towel just to shower they never even came I had to chase down the maid just to get an extra towel

    The room was not clean - it’s actually smaller than what it appears to be in the pictures - and the check in guy was rude.
