    Park, games, friendly staff Hot tub didn't work, hotel needs to be cleaned correctly and the fish tanks, housekeeping runs behind waited 30 min past 4 for check in. Restrooms are small. The door hits your legs if someone opens it.

    The worst room I’ve ever been to in my life. False advertisement ! Don’t go there you will be disappointed! Park is raggedy and rusty, room is gross and not a lot of space very small, refrigerator was broke, only 5 channels on tv, the person on top of us stomped all day and night. Breakfast was the bottom of the barrel made me sick to my stomach(gross). The game room was not how it’s pictured! Nothing matched the pictures. The kids were very disappointed about this room. We didn’t sleep comfortably at all! I would never book this room again!! Also hot tub was broke and pool wasn’t cleaned.

    It is centrally located. It has HEB plus and lots of food joints close by. The staff is very accommodating and flexible with early check-in and late check-out. The maintenance keep the room clean. I wish there was drinking water fountain at the premises. I found hands of roaches

    Worst experience ever!!! I had booked this because in the pictures they have which shows their amenities and their appeal to families. However, it was a sham. When we got there the pool was dirty. Our room key would not open the pool door. Even after they changed the key twice. Our room door would not close by itself unless we closed it by hand. The worse thing however, was the rank smell the room had. It was unbearable to be there. The only reason I had to stay one night out of the 3 nights I had booked was because it was late and I could not book anything else until morning. They didn’t approve a refund for the 2 nights I didn’t stay. It went up all the way to general manager and they still denied it. Even after I did everything I was told to do to process the refund. Dave yourself from anguish and do not risk staying here.

    I reserved a king room, when we arrived at 7:30 at night we were told that we could only get a double because the kings werent cleaned. The next morning i talked to the manager, Sal, and he upgraded us to a king suite. The breakfast was not very good.

    First and last time staying here. At first sight, room looks clean with working a/c. Breakfast area was clean. Mattress are slightly uncomfortable. Website advertised king sized bed when they only have queen. They have a little park for the toddlers to play / mini golf area for the older ones. Sadly, we had roaches in our room / restroom.

    Great staff! Good breakfast, everyone was able to find something to their liking. Our room did have a bathroom door that swung inward making for a slightly awkward entry and exit, but livable with. The free arcade room and pool was a hit with my grandchild, she didn't get a chance to try out the miniature golf course, but it looked pretty good. The only negatives were rather picky. Ice machine and drinks machine were both out of order on the first floor, but worked fine on the second. The spa worked fine, but was not heated. If that is the worst I could come up with, then by all means would stay here again! 10 minute drive to Seaworld on a Monday morning.

    Most of the amenities were closed-hot tub was broken, pool was disgusting, game room was closed, vending machines empty. Our fridge didn’t work for 2 of our 3 nights, they could only offer us a new room but didn’t have another to sleep 5 people. So we had to throw away tons of food. They finally swapped out the fridge our LAST night. The fish tank in the lobby was filthy and made the lobby smell terrible. The shower design had the shower head pointed straight at the curtain so the bathroom flooded everytime we showered.

    I booked King bed, the front desk sent me to a 2 beds room at 318, which was not cleaned, bed was not made, garbage was not cleaned. I showed my reservation to the front desk that I booked a king bed room, she said she received from Expedia 2 beds room. I asked her show me the record, she said she had changed it to be king size, no way to show me. She also said the cleaning lady was very good, and she had reported the room unclean to her manager. I do not understand how she could send us to the uncleaned room. Then she sent us to room 119, where smell mold. If they change hotel name as None Quality Hotel, will be more accurate. Probably will never stay any Quality Inn the rest of my hotel staying.

    I had previously stayed at this hotel and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This stay was horrible. We had already paid and checked in when the clerk called our room and said they needed my card. She wanted to keep my card stating it was policy. When we refused she wanted to take a picture. Card was already in system and she was demanding we give her the card. When we refused we were told to leave. Everything seemed shady to me.

    The day manager threatened to strike my son by holding up his hands in fists. He also threatened to call the police on myself and my son. I hope to get at least an apology for this inconvenience and for the trauma caused to my 6 grandchildren, who witnessed all of this.

    The staff was great. They never came to clean the room. We ordered pizza for room 222 and woke up around 3am to get a slice of pizza and there was a roach in the pizza box. I took pictures and threw away $100 worth of pizza. Very disappointed.

    I’ve stayed here before and it was clean and comfortable. I gave it another chance and this time it was horrible the room was dirty and the floors were sticky. It was extremely loud with people slamming doors all night and the staff member that checked us in was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time and didn’t really engage with us.

    My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 days so we could visit family in Helotes. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like a smoking parlor and someone previously had been smoking in our "non smoking" room in 223. The room was spacious but not entirely cleaned (spots on sofa, blood on pillow, dirty tile floor and mirror). The staff was helpful and the playground area was great when granddaughter came to visit us.

    Upon checking in we noticed rhomeless people out and about on the property, a bit unsafe. Once we got inside the room, I did a walk through to make sure things were working or not. Bathroom had broken tile, toilet seat not secure, ceiling patch up, sofa mattress stained.

    We weren’t sure what to expect but this was a far cry from what we knew of Choice hotels. The bathroom door didn’t lock, there was mold in the shower, the hot tub was an ice cold tub and the breakfast was nothing to write home about. For breakfast they only offered Sunny D to drink and ran out quickly. The sausage was undercooked and there was no condiments whatsoever. They ran out of syrup well before breakfast hours ended for the waffles and didn’t restock. There was gravy for biscuits and sausage, and no jam or cream cheese for bagels or toast. It also was 25 minutes away from Sea World where it advertised being close to Sea World. Also the elevator broke down but there was no sign and we sat waiting for a good five minutes before the desk attendant rudely stated it was broken and to use the stairs. The only redeeming quality in this Quality Inn was there was it was a decently sized room and there was quite a bit of storage space.

    Stayed one night, that was enough. Found a roach in the room and the coffee pot had dirty water in it, and lots of dust. It’s pretty outdated, beds were too soft and the place smell like bleach, and mildew. The breakfast was limited, the eggs stunk, seemed like it was only the yolk. Drinks were warm and the coffee was way too strong. I wouldn’t recommend this place, I guess you get what you pay for.

    Did not stay i had called a few days before begging for early check in. Offered to pay extra young lady told me it was not normally done but would allow. I showed up after 2pm and the young man would not allow it I asked him to look at reservations he refused. I canceled my reservations and went dwn the road. I haven’t checked my account but if in was charged i will be contacting them. Management you should have my contact information would love to discuss this with you.     Person in the front was very rude, and they do an extra charge. When we finally got in our room there are dead roaches on the ground, the couch has cigarette burns, and the door that can join rooms can’t lock so they put a desk in the middle. Looks like mold every where and it’s very dated. Walls are paper thin, and they are cleaning the trash cans at 6am. The only positive we found was the bed was kinda comfy.

    When booking on Expedia I choose to pay at the property and upon arrival on 10/11/2024 the lady working the front desk simply charged the card I used to hold the reservation. when I told her I did not wish to use that card because it was my business card and not my person she simply said it was already. Once I got to my room I noticed the toilet was not flushing so I went down and told the same girl at the front desk and she said someone will look at it in the morning. So the entire first day if any member of my family had to go to the restroom we had to go down stairs and use the one in the hotel lobby. I had to go to three different floors to get Ice because only 1 ice machine works. The next morning a lady came and put drano in my toilet and it flushed 1 time. My family and I left for six flags for their birthdays. We returned to our room in the afternoon and our toilet was not working again. Once again I went down to the front desk and told the lady it was not working and once again I was told someone will come and look at it in the morning. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one will be here in the morning. For the second night my family and I had to go down stairs use the restroom. The next morning when I was checking out I talked to the manager and told him of the issue and he offered to refund me 1 night. instead he charged me another night and refunded that.

    First of all, I don't think I have ever given a bad review on Expedia, but this place was over the top. We were first given room 117. The bathroom was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel; rusting door jambs, crumbling walls, filthy toilet base, holes in the tub, etc. When we pointed this out to management (I took pictures) they moved us to room 115 which was somewhat better but still not acceptable. Pillows were old and lumpy; sheets and towels were thread-bare. We stayed five nights and the room was cleaned one time. We had to ask for soap and toilet paper three times. One day we decided to go to the pool. It was dirty and the hot tub was broken. Before we found out the hot tub was broken my wife stepped down into it, holding on to the handrail. The weld on the hand rail was broken and it swiveled to the side causing her to loose her balance and fall. Her knee twisted and is now popping and swollen. We are getting it x-rayed tomorrow. This hotel has been our second choice in the area for years. Now it is not an option.

    Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos allí. Mi niño aprovechó el parque y el cuarto de juegos. Las camas están muy cómodas y estaba todo limpio.

    The place look and smelled clean the staff was ok checking in and out and with anything we needed like extra shampoos and even took us pool towels but there were cockroaches in both rooms and at breakfast I do understand that it says what time breakfast ends but if people are already served and eating with their families it was rude to kick them out while enjoying their breakfast I didn’t have a problem with them taking the food at the time specified but they were eating and were asked to leave which was very rude they need to specify that that area in all will be closed off eating or not

    We were very unsatisfied with the cleanliness and appearance of the room. Water was dripping all day and night from the bath tub faucet. Hand sink was clogged up. It had a moldy smell and to top it off, I got bit by bedbugs. This was the most awful experience that I’ve had with Qaulity inn. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

    First, arrived around 9 pm to check in, was told I couldn’t check in because systems were down. No direction as to when they’d be available, no communication as to why or even where to wait. I was met with a blank stare. I ended up taking my family to a restaurant…I ended up calling them to ask if we were good to return to check in around 11. We checked in and got a ground room, walking down the hall we were met with terrible odors. Walked into our room and as we set our stuff down a HUGE cockroach scurried past the bag. We were so tired we didn’t even bother to chase it and took what we needed out of the bags and took the baggage back to our car. The bathtub was disgusting, the beds and floor were soso. When I went to get into bed my foot kicked a prescription bottle that was left behind by previous occupants. I did not stay the second night I had paid for. Terrible experience 👎

    Overall, our stay was satisfactory. The hotel needs general maintenance. The hot tub was not hot. Desk clerk said, "Oh the heater has been broken". The safe in our room did not work. There was a fish aquarium in the lobby and on the third floor that was disgusting. Seemed like animal cruelty to the fish. The putt-putt golf course needs to be weeded. Very large weeds on the gravel walkway. I ended up with a rash on my legs.

    Staff was friendly. Walked in to room and immediately saw a bug. Freaked me out so I checked for bed bugs. There wasnt any. After a long day of driving i just wanted to sleep. At around 6am the smoke detector goes off for about 2 hours then stops. Next day my room was cleaned, but i wasnt given any towels so i had to go to the front desk. That night same thing with the smoke detector, contacted front desk and they gave me a new room. Really bad experience. Not to mention random kids running up and down the halls all night and day. Will look for a different hotel next time.

    Very little hot water in shower. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast food was sub par. Pool needed cleaning. People out at the pool after 10pm. The staff was very accommodating, and polite.

    This property is very kid friendly with lots to do and entertaining for the whole family. It was also very safe and close to lots of places to eat and shop. The only negative was the room smelled of mildew and toilet was very close to door but both things did not ruin our stay.
