I was not informed about a late policy by the booking email confirmation was charged prior to stay and when I arrived, the hotel owner said he put me as a no show and then told me to take it up with the booking company, and I had no choice but to pay for the rooms again he didn’t let me take the rooms until I payed so I payed twice for two nights and the stay was absolutely disgusting I have no other words currently trying to report to booking for the refund.

Room smelled really bad but room is really convenient when booking to stay when going to events at the NOS

Good for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel. The night stand and ice machine were broken but there was a mini fridge and microwave but the room needs renovations.

I like that it was right near the NOS Center so walking there wasn’t bad at all. I also liked that it’s right across the street from target so if I needed something I can just go straight across the street. What I didn’t like about the hotel was that there were towels that were left in my room that were dirty. They did have stains. I did have to ask for new towels. I also didn’t like how in the description they don’t mention that they charge for another vehicle to be parked. All they mention is that there is free parking, but they don’t mention that if you have another vehicle, they do charge for it. I also didn’t like how the manager was blaming my group for things that other people were doing. They asked myself and one other person in my group if we had more than four people, and we kept telling them no and they just kept going and saying we did so they were trying everything they could to keep my deposit which wasn’t okay.

Bed Bugs .... Owner should be ashamed!

We became attacked by bedbugs or something and the establishment tried to move us to a new room. , However same issue at the new one. They didn't want to make this experience any better and only offered half refund from one night stay in a week of misery. It's not my problem they quoted after bending over backwards to give them a chance to make it better. Nope. Very quick to get paid but no real results but nasty photos of bites all over our bodies and not to mention the hours of cleaning out belongings on a very special Valentine's day. Gross!!!!!

This was one of the worst experiences ever in hotel accommodations. Dirty and smelly and completely disgusting everywhere in and around this place. We found bugs in the room, long black hairs all over the towels, door lock broke, ice machine full of cobwebs and inoperable. This place should be leveled. Don’t let any of the “the people are nice and rooms clean comments” entice you. These comments do not hold true. Stay away or be miserable amongst the filth.

It was a great place to stay for the night so that we could walk to an event at National Orange Show event center

It was a trip to my best friends wedding near by were the reception was going to be held literally 5 mins away. Which was very close by. Upon arriving was easy and fast. First got in turn on the AC to find roaches eww. Second was the when using the restroom the light turns off by itself. 3rd was the fact the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall when u pull out the paper. The lamp was missing light bulb . We stayed in 110 dont reccomed it.

The staff was excellent. The front desk man was welcoming and helpful and came to replace our lost key at 2:30 AM with a good attitude. Even the cleaning staff were friendly. The room was exactly what we needed. 10/10 would recommend

Room had a weird smell. Had to leave the air on amd the door cracked open for a while. Otherwise a decent little hotel for a good price. 1 out of 2 rooms had that smell so it wasnt bad.

I did not like when I walked in my room it had a bad smell in it. When I told the desk clerk he only gave me some female body spray. The room was full of roaches

Stop and go place

I think someone was murdered in our room. There was blood spots on wall and a suspicious stain in the carpet.

It was quiet and clean with very noise in the area.

The property was actually filthy and I do not hold motels to high standards at all.. I’m not that lucky. We found a bed bug just before checking out and the landlord didn’t apologize and told us it was our problem and that we “should’be said something sooner” even when we brought the female bed bug to him. Offered no compensation or sympathy at all; was almost mad at us for finding it and said it was not his responsibility. This should be immediately taken off Expedia and no one should stay here despite how affordable it is. We stayed here for a festival and it was not worth the budget and location and convenience at all. Also, the TVs don’t work, the AC doesn’t work and is off, and the ice machine doesn’t work. There was weed left in our drawers as well and socks behind dressers. Totally disgusting in every way. But bed bugs? Take this place off sale it’s a hazard.

You get what you pay for.

The motel appears freshly painted on the outside but the rooms are very outdated and lacking in comfort. It wasn't the cleanest but also not the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at. For the area, it is pretty run of the mill but the rooms sure could use a remodel.

Unclean,rude staff unwilling to give me a downstairs room

Bedding and curtains had burn marks. The toilet was detached from the floor, there was a hole in the floor. The room wasn’t cleaned. The walls were stained. Tub leaked all night. Neighbors threw a rager the entire night and it almost got violent. Roaches inside of a broken frame of a painting. Slept on top of sheets in our sweaters because I wouldnt doubt this place has bed bugs.

Now I understand you get what you pay for, but this was just not right. Overall, the room was clean. It wasn’t perfect but it was clean. The room was really dated. Now that wouldn’t bother me normally but it had an odor to it. The odor was being covered by a deodorizer but it was still there. My final straw was the AC wasn’t working, or not well. After a shower, I realized the room was just as warm as when I entered. I let it run for an hour but my only relief came if I stood directly in front. I tried to switch rooms but no one was available at the reception desk. I kept ringing the buzzer, probably waited just under 5mins before I decided to leave. It was upsetting but, you get what you pay for.

The guy at the office when we checked in was behind glass at 2 pm. So I knew it would be questionable from the beginning. It looked like a halfway house/homeless shelter was being run from this place. They have security listed on the property but even that didn’t make me feel safe. The room was dirty, the fans in the bathroom were black, there was blood on the ceiling and wall next to the sink, a ring around the tub was literally black. I went and bought sheets, bleach, towels, and slippers just to stay here.

This place smelled so horrible that I had a headache immediately and left. While I was checking out 30 minutes after my arrival I asked if I could get a refund back and was told no. I immediately left disappointed and will never be returning to this facility.

The room smelled like cat pee. Told the front desk person. But he said no cat waa in there. Could not sleep because of the smell and my throat was sore by morning. The door waa hard to open ovee the carpet. There also was security guard our front. The tv didnt work the guy had to come ip and reset it. When you check in you talked thru a window. Lobby waa not open.

Location is convenient for the NOS BUT really beat down. All furniture was broken and it was dirty. Good thing it was just a place to sleep, stayed at other hotels near by that are better.

But besides that, everything else was sufficient for a budget motel, and with no deposit unlike some of the more profit-oriented (read: greedy) motels I’ve stayed at this year, you really can’t complain. Beds: comfortable. A/C filters: clean. Room: clean. Staff: accommodating. Stay here and don’t complain, or go to Super 8 and be horrified at the extra $20 for every 15 minutes they charge for you standing in line waiting to tell them you’ll be checking out late. Orange Show Inn for the win ^_^

For extremely high rates, the hotel is extremely unhygienic. It was dirty, moldy and had stains everywhere. The staff/owner was extremely hostile and rude. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The person at the check-in window was pleasant but the motel was very rundown and unsafe. The bed was made but they were stains on the blankets and pillows and mold around the bathtub. The lock on the door was broken as if someone had pushed the door in. I had ordered through Expedia site unseen and once I walked in the room I walked right out and did not come back. I did not stay in the room. I took a picture of the door but can’t seem to post it

The hotel has lot of issue. The tv did not work the telephone has no line and there was no free wifi on the property. Was some people smoking inside and outside of the hotel.

Very dirty. Definitely hasn’t been cleaned properly since the last guest. There were still dirty towels in the bathtub, ring marks in a lair of grease on side table and the tv didn’t work. If you’re worried about Covid, this place isn’t. Waste of $$, heavily considered driving the 4 hour round trip because of all of the above.

It was kind of pricey for tge type of hotel. It was clean but tgere were cigarette burns in the comforter.

Me and my The front desk lady was really rude, i asked to be moved to a different room because of certain circumstances happening outside the room they had given me and i did not feel safe at all and the front desk lady just said to deal with it.

The room was terribly disgusting, hair on the ground from a previous stay, stains on bed covers, counters and surfaces were not even wiped down, mold on the shower curtain and the grab bar was coming out of the wall with exposed screws. It was a close walk to the NOS event center however

The room is not great. The light above the sink didn’t work, and the bathroom door handle was almost off the door. Our door lock was ripped partially off the top of the door frame, and the main bolt even locked us into our rooms at times because of the way you turned it. I slept a through the night, and the mattresses seem fine, they are very firm and the pillows are very soft. Overall it’s a place to stay and I’m thankful for that. I would probably stay again now knowing their policy on visitors and the car limit but it was frustrating to arrive and fine out I needed to pay more.

The price is great the hot tub room was nice but the hottub disnt work the front deak disnt know how to work it we were moved to a nother room with tub cleaner then the first but recieve no apoliges for the inconvince. The breakfest was a twin pack of tiny muffins and cold coffee.

People playing loud music plumbing needs to get fixed to hear upstairs people going to the restroom

I got to check in early but the internet only worked for a few hours. I asked them to reset modem twice and to check on it but it never came back.

Pool wasn’t working and wished parking was bigger

Location was great for us due to the fact we went to escape at the nos center. Service was good the front desk lady was nice her husband wasn’t to friendly. We were only allowed to park one car per room even thow we had two guest per room. The restaurant in the front is great it opens at 10am.

Great place to stay if you are going to NOS , it’s only an 18-20 min walk and saves you from paying $20 to park at the venue !

I was there for one thing, which I was very happy to have gotten. Was not there to inspect the facility. Didn’t see nothing that that caught my eyes.

Saw a dead roach and a roach that was alive and running in the bathroom.

It was really bad the first room smelled bad like dog pee, there was a cockroach, hole in the wall, broken 2nd lock and the blanket was thin like a curtin. We did get a better room that atleast smelled better but still a thin blanket

I didn’t get to check into hotel , but due to not being a 24 hour cancelation I was still charged as if I stayed at the hotel, which I feel is bs! I would not mind paying a partial cancellation fee but to get charged for the full stay is honestly unfair. $165 for a one night stay is outrageous just because hotels like to raise prices due to an event going on nearby!

Roach infested room, and the walls were falling apart from the bottom on top of the molding there was a huge hand print on the headboard the floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed in days

I spend two thirds of my year staying in hotels for work, and Orange Show Inn is the worst customer service I've had. Beyond this issue, as others have said, it's a sketchy place. Prostitution, homeless people digging in the outdoor ice machine.

Room wasing clean.i seen. Roaches in my room the walls was dirty. Then I got accused of having a dog in my room and then she said she was going to watch me and I got accused of sneaking in extra people in my room and my daughter only came there to help me get my husband off the car and help me put them in bed he is paralyzed so I need help. They watch you like a hawk

Windows didn’t seem super secure. The curtain covered a bit, but I feel like adding a set of blinds would help.

The room was cleanish?, however the condition it was in is pretty bad. The door handle to the bathroom broken, stains on the door. The breakfast is far from breakfast. Its an muffin in a package and coffee. The clerk said something about health department telling them breakfast foids brings bugs, so no food. Why then claim that there is breakfast included?

My stay was ok. The toilet seat cover was broken when i arrived I had neighbors that made it impossible to sleep the property manager wasnt much help with the issue. We never received clean towels never had room service stop by even if we called for towels they saidnwe couldn't have any

I got locked out of my room, door key stopped working. Surrounding guest very loud & rude but complained about my visit. First time I've ever been accused of being noisy.

When i got to the property they switched my room i had reserved. I reserved king bed non smoke. They gave me 2 queen smoking. It smelled a lot like cigar. Did not have more rooms to offer us.

This place was very dirty and unkept. I stood at the counter ringing the bell for about 5-8 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Then when I entered the room, it look like it was not remodeled as advertised.

Checking in was a breeze and the staff were pretty friendly and accommodating. The room itself felt dirty and had very low quality linens and towels. Definitely a place for a quick stop to stay, but you get what you pay for.
