    I'm not too picky but honestly I was very disappointed of my stay. All the rooms smelled horrible like smoke, even the non-smoking ones. The floor was dirty. And to top it off there was a major leak from the roof inside the restroom to the point were the restroom was not able to be used. I respectfully approached the staff regarding the issue and they couldn't accommodate my family and I to another room and gave me towels to clean the flood inside the restroom. Honestly the worst hotel experience ever.

    The price for the 3 days was the ONLY good part about this hotel. But was not worth every other bad thing we experienced while we were there The staff were very rude and unwelcoming they were acting the whole time as if we were doing something wrong. Not at all helpful not to mention they are available on the pet friendly selection then when we arrived they said "NO PETS" and that if we try to "sneak" the dog (who is a service dog) into the room we will be discharged at once with no refund. I would never sneak the dog in I had to leave and pay extra at a dog sitting place because my husband was very sick. The entire stay they stood outside of our room trying to see if they would spot my dog who was not anywhere around. The room was extremely tiny and they never offered services,towels,toiletries nothing. Not to mention we called the night before to ask for a early check in the clerk agreed on $20 then when we arrived they changed it to $30 no exceptions. Then we needed a late check out and offerd to use our deposit towards the extra couple hours (due to my husbands scheduled surgery of the afternoon we checked out) that the site said would be $20 ended up being charged $40 on site. They said absolutely not and made us get the room for a whole another night even though we only stayed a couple hours after check out. I would have left much sooner if my husband's health wasn't so bad . Oh and they put us upstairs knowing about his health issues. Horrible horrible ? I dont recommend this place to anyone at anytime while the current staff/owners are there no matter the price!! Totally disappointed and honesty would like a refund or some kind of rebate the whole thing was off putting and scammy BEWARE

    Zero amenities, the beds and bed pads were really dirty, both beds looks like they haven't changed the linen but one of the bed has a really dirty linen, the sheets has an stain, plus the bathroom looks like they didn't cleaned hairs in the tub, only 2 towels no mat for the floor anyway everything was terrible, my bad i couldn't take any pictures of evidence, I totally forgot about it, I was frustrated because I didn't expect it something like that, I went back to the main office to notify the person who is in charge of receiving the customers. He sent me the housekeeping lady to replace the sheets but, I had a child with me and I decided to rent another hotel, I don't going to stay in something like that not even for free. I do work in housekeeping department for more than 21 years, and I have enough experience to know when someone doesn't change the linen, so for any circumstances I will stay in a hotel so dirty like this, plus outside the room the panorama was just nasty, prostitute around there, well I am so glad we found another room in a better place. Of course not refund 😒 so I am totally disappointed that managers don't get involved with their housekeeping job. I Hope one of those days OSHA inspect the place. This is my first time ever i took so long written something negative about any other hotels. I spent the Friday, at huntington beach hotels and I used to visit the same hotel because of the quality of service.

    They took in a lot of cars that paid money to park in the parking lot for the festival down the street where it caused parking issues for us customers who were renting our rooms there not satisfied with that since I had to park my car in unmarked parking space thankfully my car didn’t get towed

    Non-Smoking rooms were smoky. Burns in the sheets and shower curtains. No towels or maid service. Could not get towels at night due to the front desk not having the keys to the laundry room. Mold on our shower already. Terrible water pressure, barely able to wash hands. The door would not fully close. The front desk was no help in booking or adding on rooms prior to visit. When asked for new/more towels (3 guest paid for 1 towel in room) We were told to walk down to the laundry room and exchange them ourselves. The area/other people staying were loud at night. Screaming and yelling. Lots of homeless people are sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Will never stay there again. NO REFUNDS, even if you don't feel comfortable in the room.

    Although the property was remodeled and looks amazing on the pictures online, in reality it is not all that impressive. I was placed in the room that had some rough people before. Door was busted, room was smoked in. Damage on the walls, AC buttons damaged, hard to use.

    The room was spacious and seemed like it had a few upgrades. The walls were pretty dirty and there was no remote for the tv , I also requested more towels when I booked the room but I didn’t get them and there wasn’t a phone in the room to even call down to the front desk.

    Yes once upon Check in the manager was very rude and looked at me like I was a Mexican. Probably because I am Mexican. He ran my card two times said it was declined but he tried to charged me more than he was supposed to do, it was 88.50 he charged me 94 or 50 he tried to get away with it. My card was he had said, yet I was charged 94.50 I sat in the parking lot trying to figure it out he denied charging me I called booking.com they said they see he collected the money the property collected the money but I was refuse to be given a room I had no place to stay so I was out of money and had to sleep in my car and still waiting for an outcome very rude man his name was Andy from India I thought that's his real name. Not to stay there after that experience.

    My stay was quite a nice experience and I really appreciated the fact that the beautiful couple that runs the business has proven to show quite the most wonderful hospitality I have even gotten to see from any of my past stays in all of my past experiences at any hotel that I’ve stayed in the past years, it was quite phenomenal and beautiful to get a chance to meet and actually get to see with my own two eyes.

    The room smells awful, the bathroom had mold and I killed two roach. On Saturday 5/24/25 the parking lot was full with police trying to arrest customers above me. On Sunday 5/25/26 when I returned to my room in the evening I was flooded out by the room above me. The management was not very courteous. I will never go back to that place

    This hotel was ok. We did have a place to sleep in. We only needed the hotel to sleep in for 8 hours after a wedding. Wedding venue was 1 block away which was a plus. The location is in a sketchy area. Only way to get to it is by driving in to the gas station, passing the abounded restaurant. My daughter was walking around with socks in room and after 5 minutes, her white socks were filthy. The towels had weird gray spots on them and not enough bedding

    This place was very easy to book at the last min. We needed a room since we lost our reservation we made months ago elsewhere. The place looked run down when we got there & there were quite a few homeless people around the parking lot area. The 2nd day we ran errands & came back to our key cards not working. Front desk reactivated them (never asked for ID-just asked for room #). When we left again later that night & returned around 2am, our car had been stolen! It was missing from the spot we left it in! & the room was ransacked! No forced entry, the window was locked so someone must have used a key card to enter. The front desk personnel was absolutely USELESS! The manager - Bob - was worse. We called the cops, they took forever to take our report. They have video footage that would have allowed us to see who was responsible but they wouldn’t show us the footage. Wouldn’t refund us or discount our stay. They stole backpacks, wallets, car & house keys, underwear, clothes, etc. I filed a claim with my credit card to refund me all the money spent on that horrible experience since purchases on cc’s are insured. Police told us that place is the worst place to stay at due to all the criminal activity that is rampant. Homeless break into rooms & steal, staff has access to so no one knows except to look at the video footage to know who’s really guilty. Never coming back to this place or anywhere near it. The investigation is ongoing (03.25.23).

    The check in process took a long time. The hotel couldn't find my reservation. Also they charhes my credit card when it was a there and the app usually chagres me and not the hotel itself.     Asking for a $30 cash deposit is ridiculous. Providing a tv remote I have no use for and then have to keep track of is an unnecessary hassle. Construction noises are unavoidable, I suppose, but supremely irritating.

    When I checked in, the room had no electricity at all and the staff told me they cancelled the booking. They seemed really shady so I asked for it in writing that they cancelled the booking and they told me they had no paper to do that even though I had filled out literal paperwork with pen and paper before I received my hotel key. They just said I would receive my refund the next day and Expedia now will not refund me because the hotel has not confirmed that they cancelled the stay. This is absolutely ridiculous, I’ve never had such a poor experience with a hotel or Expedia.

    As soon as i opened the door and turned on the lights i saw several bugs scatter along the walls and the floor. There was roaches in the bathroom and tub. When i pulled back the bed sheets there were bugs under them too. I went back to the lobby and said i couldn't stay in the room and they gave me my money back.

    We actually didn’t stay there after we saw the condition of the room. The service was rude and that was another reason why we left after 5 minutes in the room, after we discovered its condition. I have pictures to support that, so you won’t think that we were just capricious. Never again in such place. They should be investigated.

    The room was dilapidated, cigarette burns in bedspread, filthy room, dresser and furniture were broken down. Curtain was off it’s hooks and had a big gap (opening). Homeless people milling around outside. It was unsafe inside and outside. Only stayed about ten minutes and left after making a reservation somewhere else.

    Not only was the entire room dirty but the sheets were dirty covered with hair and the pillows and blankets had burn holes. When I complained and asked for a new set of sheets and blankets they brought me a new set and these were also dirty and full of burn holes.. There was graffiti on the wall's inside of the room And graffiti on the pictures hanging in the room. The curtains covering the window was held together with safety Pens. By far this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and they still charged me $75 a night.

    2nd night, I requested to change the room to down stairs. They provided great service in the morning. Everything looked much better than last night. It is conviently located right off the freway 215. 10 minutes to Riverside downtown without traffic. Close to many shopping and restaurants. Overall the location is excellent. On first night stay. My bed will make so much noise. When you turn.

    This was horrible experience. The WiFi is terrible, neighbors were too loud I couldn't even sleep. Management needs to take control of their guests...Don't even get me started on the microwave. It was nasty! when I opened the microwave it was covered with roaches. I was out four about 8 hours, when I came back, my room wasn't even cleaned and bedsheets were not even replaced. I don't understand regarding bathroom lights and sink lights. The sink lights won't work unless the bathroom lights are turned on? You actually have rooms for smokers? That's disgusting! Why the hell do you want a $20 cash deposit to check in? It should be done electronically because no one carry cash these days. You don't even have a coffee maker in your rooms. Why aren't the rooms carpeted? shower tub, and sink don't have strainers? What if something falls there? Housekeeping didn't even arrive till later in the afternoon just handing out toiletries. Housekeeping should arrived at around mid morning.

    I did not end up staying at this place. We did not feel safe, went and looked at room and the pictures on the website are very deceiving. It is in NO WAY what the rooms are like. Don't know if they photo shopped. For $20 mor per night we found a really nice place 8 min away in a very clean, well cared for hotel that offered a full breakfast and we felt very safe.

    This place was awful from the moment we arrived. The staff was not very friendly and the room was not live able. The door would barely shut as it looked like the frame had been busted from someone kicking it in. We had to pull on the door for several tried just to get it to lock. The refrigerator had a cockroach in it and the bed sheets had stains. We did not feel safe staying here. We went for a rave in town and after the rave ended, we just drove home as I did not want to sleep in that room.

    Smelled aweful, roaches in Bathroom and refrigerator, prostitutes and drug dealers in the parking lot. After check in I went back downstaors and checled right out, definitely will never go there again.

    First off Knights inn is buried behind 2 businesses. I called for clarification on location and the desk manager told me he didnt have time to give a location. The room was dirty, cigarette ash on the floor and broken everything i do not recommend for families or comfort.

    I do not recommend this hotel at all the pictures make it look nice but they r nasty the blankets were dirty the room smelled like pee the door looked like if u push it it will open .thr was no way i was staying thr whn i left i asked for a refund and since i wlkd in thr he was not gunna give my money bck i would of just asked for half but he was not having it tht was the most disgusting place i ever booked. Just nasty

    The room was dirty inside once I got to check in I had to get the cleaning lady to come clean out the room before going in. The toilet was clogged and no one has used it. The second day our keys didn’t work and had to go ask the front desk why.

    This place was awful ! very dirty , bad smell so strong that it even penetrates in your clothes. Hairs everywhere in tub sink and even in the sheets , mold in the bathroom sink it was horrible I would not recommend this place for nobody definitely will never stay here again.

    Almost everything was broken; even a hole in the box spring, tv remote had tape over the batteries. A/C: controls to lower the temp was completely gone, very loud. There was a constant loud sound as if someone was taking a shower. People around the property spoke loud and woke me up x3. Under the wrinkled sheet there was a pad on the left side of the bed/I didn’t dare to look. I woke up at 04:00 am and just left this horrible place.

    I got a non smoking room which still smelled like smoke, the cover to the AC was gone so I would see the inside of it , there was roaches in the bathroom , it very surface level clean. Old building that needs a lot of updating in all areas

    I had a reservation to this hotel on a Friday and the hotel calls me at 430 pm telling me my card had been decline and I explained to them how I updated my card two weeks before my reservation and they said they didn’t care and if I wasn’t there by 6 pm they would cancel the room. Well I wasn’t gonna make it till 11 pm so they canceled even tho I told them I could give them my new card even tho it has been updated but the guy on the phone wasn’t having it. That’s very annoying I’m coming from out of town and had no hotel for the weekend anymore. Expedia didn’t help at all either. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

    When u ask them not to bother u they dont. I dont like that ppl are hanging out in the parking areas just watching and doing who knows what. Dirty all around the buildings the room have roaches housekeeping isnt cleaning properly due ti me having to scrub the shower tub.

    Very disappointing stay. I was put in Room 103, right next to the office.. Lots of foot traffic and noise all night long. People sitting and talking on the benches in the picture right outside my door. Was wakened at 5AM by the hotel employee talking loudly to a man at the benches. When I turned down the bed at midnight, 3 pillows WITH NO pillow cases. Covered one with a t-shirt to be able to sleep.. There was NO glasses in the room, one small bar of soap and one set of towels for two people. And when we awoke at 8 am found a cockroach walking across the floor. Didn't even shower, left and went home..

    The clerk charged my card before i got there without asking me first. I told them i would be there after the checkin time but either the men or the lady understood me because their english is quite limited. In the 2 calls i made to them the staff was very rude and was extremely difficult to communicate with them. At the end they gave me an ultimatum to be there at 5 pm or my reservation would be cancelled (when it was already 3:30 rush hour and I was in LA. There was no way i would make it... and even if I could, nobody has the right to command me on what to do in such a rude bossy way) i rather to pay more money in another place where I am treated with respect. I will never look into a knights inn again in any location again.

    My stay here was completely horrible,the room was very bad with tagging everywhere,the tv never really worked,i asked them to fix it and they did and worked for a minute then back to how it was and was so upset to tell em. The bathroom was horrible,the tub disgusting,they had duck tape around the pipe by the shower head. The shower curtain was from another hotel. Alot of there light fixtures did not work. Burn marks in the curtains and shower curtain. I mean this room was hellish. I actually looked to see if anything was available around me cause i just wanted to get out of there but there wasn't so i had to make due. If it was possible i would love to get some kind refund for my stay it was that bad

    It took an hour and a half to check in. We tried to call expedia, but of course there was over an hour wait time. The person (owner) did not understand English very well. He did not get the first name right and told us we did not have a reservation. He didn't even try to work with us. He just walked away from the window. (Night window). Couldn't go in because of Covid. Finally another person went into the office, an employee. I tried again to tell him to check again for the reservation and he did. They had it all along. What a waste of time. Then we went into the room. OMG!!! what a disaster. The sink faucet at the base was nothing but mold. The ceiling had that cottage cheese blown in stuff. There was strings of dust hanging from that stuff. The bathtub was horrible. More mold and crud everywhere. Roach home in the bathroom. I understand the price was cheap, but this should be against the law. Health endangerment. WOW. How can you even list this place???

    Three legged table, half the lights didn’t work, no washcloths, no fitted sheets, they used an extra top sheet not even tucked in. Really dirty grounds like trash everywhere and they didn’t pick anything up ever

    The hotel was dirty. The floor in the room were sticky and had dryed blood on the bathroom floor. The walls were dirty, had boot prints, hol3s on the bathroom door. The parking lot was dirty with trash.
