room was clean and spacious, location was excellent, staff were friendly, there was parking right outside, great value. would come back! we didn't have enough blankets so we were a little cold, and the curtains allowed too much light in so it was difficult to sleep past sunrise

The room itself was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean, well-designed, and comfortable, making it a very welcoming space to come back to each day. The walls were just a bit too thin, so a little extra soundproofing or an adjustment to the wall insulation or adjacent door would make the stay perfect.

We chose a first floor room because our bags were heavy, and we are old. There was some noise from the people above clomping around and from street construction nearby, but we really enjoyed our stay. There were several places to eat nearby. We walked up to El Camino Real, but there was a pizza place right across the street. We were very pleased with our choice of lodging.

the building outside does not look like much but the room are equal to a quality motel. no b-fast only coffee. Very helpful staff in every way. Only ten minutes, 2 miles from airport!!

The staff went above and beyond to make pur stay a good one. Rema and Dinesh are awesome.

The place was clean, warm beds at night and they did the cleaning service every night, which was unexpected since most motels do every two nights or every three nights, good value motel. No big red flag comes to mind, the key cards were a little janky when unlocking door room but that’s about it.

The staff was very friendly. There was a convenience store, a deli and Mexican restaurant walking distance.

The motel was clean and very comfortable. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Keep in mind, you are near the SFO airport so there are a number of airplanes taking off and landing. But the convenience of the motel being located near the airport and car rental was great. I would recommend this motel.

Great location for easy and quick access to the airport. Clean hotel room with nice clean bathroom and comfy bed. Aircon/heater very effective. Free parking. Coffee machine and coffee provided in room was good. No soundproofing whatsoever and hotel sits on busy 4 way junction. Can hear neighbours clearly and road/plane noise overhead is like you’re outside.

proximity to airport was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The staff was there late to help you check in! There are not many amenities with this property. The car/taxi to airport was insanely expensive for a five minute drive (~$30). It is essentially an upscale motel.

The place is just 4 minutes by taxi from the airport, hence the noise from the planes, but good ear plugs will help. Easy, cheap and convenient ride to the centre by Bart train, the station is 15 minutes walk from the Inn. Comfortable beds, tasty coffee and helpfull staff. Rema at the reception was very friendly and Dinesh went over the top to make our stay pleasant, such a nice guy, thank you very much for all your help. Would recommend this place to any humble travellers.

The rooms were properly maintaned and clean. It was a very memorable stay. The stairs were not easy to deal with specially when dealing with luggage.

This place was a real treat. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about some of the reviews being so Rosy, but it was spic and span. Span the staff are very friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. It was a super welcome stop after a late arrival at SFO and I will definitely stay there again in the future when coming to town.

Doesn’t have an airport shuttle and doesn’t have breakfast. Clean hotel right on the main road San Bruno. Bus no.142 and no. “EPX” across the street takes you to the Rental Car center - back of the building. From there you take a sky train to the terminals. Total 15 minutes.

Great location near SFO. Very nice front desk personnel. Room was great - very clean and reasonably quiet (but of course you can hear airplanes taking off). One of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a hotel. Microwave and fridge, both of which we used. Hotel in great condition considering its age, and in a nice/safe area. Paid only $80, which is a real bargain anywhere on the peninsula. Fresh coffee in the lobby in the am. Would definitely stay here in the future. Recommend 2nd flood since you can hear people walking in the other rooms. Could use an updated mattress, but not a big issue. Comfy pillows. Easily took Lyft to the airport (about 5 minutes), but you could walk to the rental facility and take the airport link - would probably be a 20 minute walk. All good

Nice staff. very clean and updated. 1 mile from the airport with free parking. Because of the great location to the airport the down side is it can be a little noisy if you’re sensitive to hearing the planes. Other than that is super convenient and very clean. Super nice staff.

I would 100% recommend staying in this property, short stays or longer. What I liked: - Neighborhood is well lit and very safe. I never felt concerned for my safety. - Deluxe King Bed room was very spacious. - It had all that I needed for my stay: Fridge, Microwave, Iron, TV. - Linens and Towels are clean and well-stocked for your stay. - Air-conditioning/Heating worked well. - Clean bathroom - Close proximity to Caltrain and 10-15 mins walk to BART San Bruno stn. - Convenience store is a block away if you need some stuff. - 5 minute walk to a variety restaurants that can cater to your taste. - Front desk staff are accomodating and very hospitable. - Cleaning staff are respectful and helpful. - Noise is not an issue, since the Inn is situated in street of houses. What I don't like: - In my 5 night stay, I never got to find out what I would dislike in this property and the service I received from them. ?

1) the bathroom floors are tiled and extremely slippery when wet. Definitely need floor mats or something because that is a lawsuit waiting to happen. 2) there was no plug for the bathtub so it's forced to take showers even though it was a bath / shower. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT, THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

Convenient to SFO airport. Car rental return is 4 minutes away. Room was spacious and clean. No creepy crawlers anywhere. Great water pressure and drainage. Plenty of hot water. Front desk staff was pleasant. Improvements could be made but overall a clean, affordable, convenient place for an early morning flight. Parking is limited. Air traffic is noticeable being that close to SFO.

They suggested a small walk(10min) to Big Joes for breakfast. Was excellent and they provided a 30” later checkout and had a cab show up for airport. Can say enough about their hospitality!!

The check-in process was quick and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided earplugs, which was helpful as but unfortunately, the planes were very loud going over the room.

Second time that I have stayed here. Clean rooms. My tv never worked during my stay. i don't watch much tv but it would have been nice to have.

One night stay for late airport pickup. Noisy outside but pretty well insulated from noise, especially with ear plugs. Clean, and vomfy beds. Friendly staff. Pet friendly.

Stayed 1 night after getting into SFO very late (after 1am). Free easy parking, 4 minutes from the rental car center. The guy who checked me in was just so genuinely nice and welcoming at such an late hour. Pet friendly room was clean, exactly as described, and on the ground floor. Highly recommend if you need to stay close to SFO with a pet!

you can walk from bart to this hotel in about 10-12 min. Its in a quaint middle income neighborhood. Room had everything I needed. Felt safe there as a single female

This hotel is one mile from the airport. Convenient to the highway. Very comfortable beds, very clean and really nice staff.

I stayed here for one night on my return from a trip to Europe. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the bed was, but most importantly this property is spotlessly clean. There's a lot of great places to eat within a 10 minute walk and it is close to transit as well. This is not a 4 star hotel or anything- it's an affordable, convenient, comfortable option with polite and professional staff.

CONS: like many motels of this ilk, there is a fairly loud heating/cooling system in the room. The blinds did not block out the exterior light well. I needed conditioner as the provided shampoo was drying/pretty low quality - but this was a minor trifle. BRING: your own shampoo/conditioner, eyeshades, earplugs (for A/C unit), pillow (if you are fussy about them like I am). SUMMARY: would stay again, but I’d be better prepared

We stayed for 3 nights. Loved that it's close to the airport. Our room was clean and very nice. Staff were nice. We had some questions regarding where to go and some other stuff and they gave very food recommendations. Highly recommended!

Recently renovated, nicely done. Well maintained property, plenty of off street parking. Very good shower, lots of hot water. AC/heater worked well. Very clean. Excellent furnishings. Close to restaurants and the Cal Train station. Good value.

The towels are not as soft as my towels at home, so i thought mt shower would be rough. Welllll, my body has never felt so alive. My skin felt exfoliated. I have these really soft towels at home, but now imma go get a couple of cheap ones for those days i need to exfoliate. My stay was great

Nicely renovated,with large clean rooms. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Mall and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Free airport transfer is a reasonable 15 minute walk as well.

Pretty decent stay for a last minute solution, due to unforeseen circumstances. Average comfort and cleanliness, appreciated the extra blankets. Beware of unusually high pet fee, that was not mentioned at the check-in. When I later inquired, no valid explanation was provided as to why I wasn't informed of the pet fee when I reserved the room online or when I checked-in in person, but instead was charged to my card after I check-out and left the premises.

Parking spaces are so narrow! and the shower gel pump didn't work. Coffee so so. Otherwise, the hotel is clean.

It was noisy during early morning hours (12-3am). I don't know if it was from another room, or downstairs in the office. Also, a lot of street noise, will have to ask for a room further from the street next time.

This is a perfectly nice hotel, if you want to stay close to the San Francisco airport. It’s not a fancy area but on the other hand the hotel is quite affordable and there are places to eat nearby.

Had a pleasant overnight stay with some friends. Just some things to note - only one parking space is available per room. Any extra cars will need to pay the $25 fee or find neighborhood parking. Also it’s right next to the airport and a busy street so you’ll be hearing cars and planes passing by but I always travel with ear plugs so didn’t bother me too much. Room was clean and I liked that it had a microwave. Beds were comfortable as well.

This is a clean, convenient, budget motel with helpful friendly staff. Close to the airport, easy parking on site and a decent breakfast. This is our second stay.

After reading the reviews, I expected this place to be a gem! However, when the deadbolt lock in my room did not work, a worker was sent that confirmed that was the case. The proprietor then acted annoyed I wanted a different room and repeatedly stated that “no one else ever told us about the lock”, even after the issue had been verified by her worker. I was also lectured by her about how she could not “sell the room” because I pulled back (and replaced) the bedcovering to check for bedbugs before noticing the deadbolt issue (something I do first thing at every hotel in which I stay). I was finally moved to a new room (which had bright fluorescent lights of the external walkway pouring through the slatted windows all night), and there I found a dried blood spot on the floor, though at least it was not in the state of disrepair of the first one (scratched up wood, chunks of the flooring missing, the broken lock). By this point, it was late, and I had a very early flight, so I just got in bed. I do NOT recommend staying here, even if it convenient to the airport. There are plenty of other options.

Great location not far from the airport. We caught the free monorail to the airport long term carpark then walked approximately 1km to the hotel saving a USD25 Uber fare. Only downside was that it was directly under the flight path so quite noisy and very light - some blockout blinds would be good. Surprised by the complementary grab and go breakfast which gave a small selection of cold food & hot drinks. Room was clean, modern & well appointed with a coffee machine and bar fridge.

The motel is near a hub of transportation options: BART, local buses, and Caltrain. Just a short walk away are a variety of options for food. Keep in mind that the closeness to SFO will mean some noise from the planes.

The front desk receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice, but it needed a little upgrade. We wish the shower pressure was better. My boyfriend did leave something in our hotel room after we checked out and the hotel was awesome and told us that the housekeeping put it aside for us. I appreciate the honesty of the hotel.

The location is great to get to the airport. The only downside was the window blinds could not be adjusted and light filled the room all night. But the beds we’re comfortable.

I booked a night here to stay after a late arrival and before an early morning departure. Check in was quick and easy. The room was absolutely spotless--cleaner than most hotels I've stayed in recently. The shower was excellent with good water pressure and thick towels--again, nicer than the flimsy towels I expect and that we got at more expensive places. There was some airplane noise, which is to be expected given how close it is to SFO. The only possible negative was that the lobby smelled strongly of cologne, so if you have smell sensitivities, just be aware.

New refinished rooms were nice. There was one blemish in the bathroom, perhaps a smoker burned the tile?
