The staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. The parking spots were limited and a bit narrow. Breakfast options were limited but still appreciated.

The picture they have listed is not the same property it’s false advertising. The rooms are old and the room they showed me in the picture was fake. The beds, furniture and all the furnishings are old. They had black tape holding the tv and homes were in the curtains and the carpet was stained. The bathroom was not cleaned and the door was cracked. There green stains behind the tv. Nothing in this hotel hell is good, we left the same day that we checked in, 0 stars!! Stay away

I reserved a regular room, and they gave us the room right next to the elevator. Might just as well have us sleep in the elevator with the noise and traffic from it. The room door was barely 1' from the elevator door. Needless to say we changed rooms but they wanted more money.

Other than that, it was a perfect stay

Close to the airport. Decent breakfast. Last shuttle from airport was 11:15pm. They should have another one at 12:15 for the late arrivals. We had to take the air train to the long term parking lot and walk to the hotel from there.

There is free parking and location is easy to find. Easy access in and out. It was clean inside and out. Staff members and kind and helpful. Great customer service. Near CalTrain station. Airplanes flying over. Ear plugs are recommended.

The rooms, staff and an airport shuttle were excellent. Only issue i had was with accessibility to the hotel. There was no easy place to pull over and get dropped off. Then we figured out that we just go through the garage. But I am not sure what they can do.

I stay here whenever I need to be convenient to SFO. Easy trip to get into the City on Caltrain, which is a 10 minute walk. Nice rooms. Quiet. On-time shuttle, with SFO about 10 minutes from the hotel.

Basic bathroom toiletries (soap and shampoo) were missing from the room. The front desk apologised and sent them over promptly, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it did reflect poorly on housekeeping attention to detail. The breakfast area is quite small, and I often had to wait for a table. In addition, several breakfast items would run out well before the scheduled closing time, and staff did not seem proactive about replenishing them

I found the professionalism, support and customer service give to us by Alarna when we checked in was amazing. Alarna went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The accomodation was A1 and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The lady in the morning was a bit short with my husband on the morning we were checking out but overall it was a good stay.

The Atrium Hotel is a cute hotel. So many great amenities such as free breakfast and hourly airport shuttle. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. If I can add an item on a wishlist would be a laundry room. Nothing too big but it would be a great addition. Otherwise, nothing it did not take away from the room or stay. I look forward to booking the next time in in SFO. Thank you Atrium!

I think not sound proof enough? Because we still could hear the other people on the next room talking and its like just on our head board that is so annoying because it was very late already and time to sleep. Also the airplanes sounds was too loud.

This place is wonderful. Everything was perfect. Such a nice location with free parking and airport shuttle. The staff were incredibly helpful. Would stay here again.

Close to the airport, this hotel was good for an overnight stay. Check in and out was easy and the shuttle arrived on time to pick up and get to the airport efficiently (there was no traffic; not sure how it would be in rush hour). Decent breakfast made the stay a good value. Early start (6am) is great for early risers, but it stops at 9 am; it would be nice to keep it open until at least 10 am. Fridge and microwave were nice. I appreciated having multiple trash cans. Also, king suite had 2 luggage racks, which was a very pleasant surprise. Keep breakfast open until at least 10 am. Ending at 9:00 means being awake and dressed by 8:30– no sleeping in!

Super good price and only a 20 minutes drive to beach. Huge rooms, clean, really beautiful large bathroom. Really nice toiletries. Door seperating the two king size beds (awesome for families). . The cons are nit picks. Just being thorough and honest for those who may be a bit more choosey. Airplane sound fyi but you should expect this bc its an airport hotel. I like it personally sounds cool and I like the reverberation. Liked this hotel overall and plan on coming back, but for picky, fussy people consider the cons The sink in the kitchenette did not work properly The cold side would run warm mostly and the hot side came out burning hot When I informed the front desk that this was dangerous for our kids and turned off the hot side to keep anyone from getting burned they just said "thank you for letting us know we'll have someone look at it." They were nice but it was evident they did not care. Remotes/TV did not seem to work right. The TV would randomly pause and unpause on us

Location is very convenient due to the fact that it’s right down the street from our families’s home and close to the high school. Breakfast is always on point and the bedding is always clean and comfortable. Always enjoyable nothing to share that we didn’t like about the atrium hotel. We will definitely plan to stay again when we visit our family in San Bruno

The hotel breakfast started at 6am which was great for early flights. Otherwise the hotel was plain, compared it’s just a bit cheaper than more well-known hotels in the same area, I’d pay for that difference for a more comfortable stay. Still a good option for a budget stay! There’s also a small supermarket just across the street.

The hotel was very close to the highways & SFO. Getting into SF was an easy drive. A transit station was within walking distance and a plaza with a drug store and grocery store was about a mile away. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit and strong coffee were available. The free parking was on site. It was a bit loud, but we were close to the airport.

Very close to SFO. The atrium was really a good idea. Room was excellent. I thought parking was included but we paid an additional $80 for 5 nights while we were away. I thought the shuttle was 24 hr but wasn’t and paid an Uber for 4 am pickup. All of the above was on me and should have checked the adds more thoroughly or called and asked questions where they weren’t mentioned in the literature

We were here one night as a layover for a long flight the next day. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was at 6 AM and we had to leave at 6:15. The front desk told us they usually had it set up by 5:45. That gave us a chance to grab a quick bite before taking the free shuttle to the airport.

We wanted a room close to the airport, and it certainly is. The room was clean and quiet (re: other patrons; airplanes could be heard, of course, but with ear plugs it wasn't a problem). The pillows weren't overstuffed and uncomfortable, which is usually a problem causing me not to sleep well in hotels. The shower water was nice and hot right away. The clerk at the desk when we arrived was fine (not overly friendly but no issues). We didn't use the shuttle. Breakfast was ok, not super. The staff lady attending the breakfast area was helpful with refills when needed. W didn't encounter any other staff, but were only there one night. Could have improved on breakfast. The circular scrambled egg patties were unnatural and unappealing. The pastries were definitely not overly appetizing/fresh.

Customer service the way they handle problems. I booked a few weeks ago for 3 nights. Booking was confirmed when i got to the hotel late at night I was told there is no room. The staff was not helpful at all. Had to find a hotel in the middle of night. This last time I booked and due to my schedule change I tried to call the hotel and booking. Com back to cancel it. I had 30 minutes window. Unfortunately I was not able to get through any of them. I ended up with the night charge. Noone of them was interested to help. I was not able to modify it through the website. I just found it extremely unfair that you are relying someone else to solve your issue yet they can't be reached and I ran out of time.

I had a great stay at the Atrium Hotel near SFO. One of the best things about this hotel is how conveniently located it is to the airport. The free shuttle service made getting to and from the airport quick and easy, which took a lot of the stress out of travel. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice perk and a great way to start the day before heading out. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly during both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when traveling through the area. What I didn’t like was that the room could be a bit noisy due to airplane traffic. Also, when we called to book directly, the staff didn’t seem very interested in helping and suggested booking through a third-party instead.

We didn't use the air conditioner or the airport shuttle. The staff provided very good customer service. Something rarely found these days.

If you're going to do this, NOTIFY the guest in advance AND provide sufficient makeup wipes. This unanticipated charge was extremely off putting and ruined the vibe of my entire stay. I completely understand charging for "stained linens"--if you first notify/educate the guest and also if you first provide sufficient makeup wipes for every single day for every guest. Incredibly disappointing experience.

The breeakfast times are too early to stop by 9am. Most places I stay close by 10am. I had to pay restaurant food because I missed breakfast. I make reservations in places breakfast is offered. I will not reserve in this place again.

The room was beautifully decorated and recently remodeled with very comfortable bedding and furniture . The bathroom was very up to date and had a recent renovation with new tile and a luxury shower. The sink area had new countertop and backlighting mirror giving it the perfect area to get ready. The new mini fridge and microwave made it easy to keep snacks and leftovers. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold items. The location is great and has a free airport shuttle that takes only a few minutes to get to and from the airport. There are also light rail and trains available a short walk from the hotel. This will be my favorite place to stay in San Francisco in future visits. Very good value for the money and a friendly and welcoming staff that makes for a great experience.

Pleasantly surprised. Appears to previously have been a Comfort Inn. Very nice spacious room, great free covered parking and the gal at the front desk very kind and informative. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the walls were thin. I could hear the TV in the room next to me. Still, I’d definitely stay here again.

Other than that the stay was great and quiet overall. The front desk person was excellent as well.

This is a fine choice of you're looking for a hotel near SFO airport with good shuttle service that's much more affordable than the Grand Hyatt in SFO. Rooms are large, clean and updated. The front desk was polite and helpful. It also has a good New York Pizza shop within a minute walking distance. Had a pleasant stay and the shuttle was on time. I would use this again.

Woupd recommend as its a good thing they keep am eye on home and investment.

Online pictures were not consistent with actual site. It felt like being catfished. As a location that was close to the airport and was not overly congested, the hotel did not miss that mark.

Easy check-in. Straight to the point front desk. Breakfast was fresh. Easy parking. But we need a sink and a mirror in the shower room tho. Other than that, I highly recommend this place if you're staying at SFO.

We stayed here for a night. When we found the hotel, I immediately regretted it! The area did not feel safe at all. It was a last minute decision to stay here, and it was pretty late to go anywhere else with the kids. But to our surprise, the hotel was good and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was good. So, if you are in the area it is decent place to stay for the price.

It was what it was, a cheeper hotel about 15-20 minutes outside of San Francisco. No issues and the breakfast was nice, even had some hot foods. I listed 3 starts for neighborhood for noise. We were close to the airport so we heard planes throught our stay but that was it.

Great experience great customer service staff was good. The place was clean and remodeled. The breakfast was good. The parking is easy.

Nice hotel

On top of that there are airplanes flying right over the hotel and sound like a fighter jet. This goes on all throughout the night and shakes the whole room. The only positives were that the room was pretty clean and no issues inside the actual room. The hotel itself is a bit rundown and outdated, but other than that it's alright. Wouldn't stay again though.

The room had enough space for my family. It was nice to have a table with two chairs. It is close to the CalTrain station. The staff was very friendly. They called to check to make sure everything was fine a little after we checked in. It is not in the best neighborhood.

Good location for transport (free shuttle) from the SF airport and 5 min. walk to Caltrain into downtown SF. Downsides were that there were no restaurants in walking distance, and there was some loud airplane noise.

Super convenient location, and the parking was great, which is not always the case in SF. Friendly and helpful staff. We found everything clean, and even had towels replaced for the second night without asking for them.

Stayed there overnight to catch an early flight. Close to the airport and several good options close by. Not a bad place to stay and parking was free.

A fairly new an clean Hotel in an older neighborhood. Considering the vicinity of San Francisco you get a fairly good deal for its star rating. Caltrain is within walking distance and takes you to SF in 20 Minutes for 3.75$

The downside in staying in this hotel is the aircraft noise taking off from the airport. There is no soundproof installation in the roofing and within walls of the building. I have stayed hotels within the proximity of the airport and this is my first time to experience that you can literally feel the noise of the airplane right above your body while you laid on bed. So, my advise is to bring earplugs to at least help reduce the noise but not guarantee to get good night rest. The good point is the cleanliness of the room and building though the full housekeeping of our room was only done once during our 4-night stay.

Confortable and convenient from airport and with many amenities nearby, nice breakfast. we came in at 1am and service was great, bottled water was hard to find at midnight after coming in off a long flight.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, which really made our stay. The property is clean and is across from a small convenient store.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything that I needed. Next time I would definitely stay here if I need to be close to the airport, especially in catching an early flight.

It was a good stay

Breakfast was worthwhile but there’s a ton of airplane noise. But most of all they are simply not a reliable choice for families. We will not return.

Had a great stay here! Receptionist is super nice and helpful. Got tips of where to go visit and how to travel to SF. The free breakfast is also really nice, although the room is a bit tiny.

The staff we encountered were friendly and was able to accomodate us from arriving earlier than the check-in time. The shuttle to and from the airport and the parking at the hotel are convenient and nice features. It is walking distance to places to eat at and was also near a BART station. I thought the planes flying to and from the airport would make it difficult to sleep but it wasn't an issue. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety options. It was ultimately an enjoyable stay and do recommend staying here.

We appreciated how close the property is to the airport. The hotel was clean and having a breakfast was a nice surprise. We didn’t see many dining options nearby but doing door dash was awesome. Parking felt very safe. There was some road noise but we slept great. Would recommend property to a friend.

Nice room

I arrived late and was assigned Room 201, which faced the min street. Between airplanes and cars, I never was able to find any quiet enjoyment. Perhaps this room could be turned into a study or something as it is virtually impossible to get any sleep in this room.

You can walk to the airport. Good for plane buffs. Be an air traffic controller from your room. Very clean, free parking

If not for airport noise which started around 3 AM, I would rate the hotel higher than I did. Earplugs are recommended here! Other than that, it was a good place to stay very close to the airport.

Old and dated, but very clean!

Excellent location for very early flight. They do offer an airport shuttle (shared with other hotels) but I can speak for how well it works because we didn’t use it. We were able to easily park our rental car very close to the entrance, inside, and then it’s about 3 minutes to the rental car facility to return. Service was ok, there was no one at the desk when we arrived to check in but we were about 15 minutes early and by the time we brought our bags in there was someone there to check us in. We found a good Mexican restaurant nearby but I probably wouldn’t spend too much time out at night in the neighborhood. Good for sleeping close to the airport.
