Overall good experience. Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean.

Room immediately downgraded from King to Queen because of inoperable television. Clerk said he would leave notes for management with discount likely because of room issues. No discounts were provided and and the original bill for a King room didn't change. Not recommended. No integrity.

I wish I had checked out as soon as I saw my room. The sink faucet was broken to the point where it would hardly function. There were bugs in the room. Basic cleanliness of walls and floors was very poor. Checked the mattress as I left and significant evidence of bedbugs. Wish I hadn’t stayed there. Went home and sanitized all my belongings.

Personal details where addressed with directness and a caring respect. I enjoyed my stay and will continue to use your services in the future.

The Ritz Inn might not be "ritzy" but it offers outstanding value. I would be happy to stay there again. It gives you everything you need but they seem to keep costs down by minimizing anything you don't actually need. For example, the rooms are not made up automatically each day. Rather, you request a makeup and they deliver it the next round of cleaning Pros: *Very* specious room. Lots of well placed electrical outlets (six double ones and a quadruple next to the bed). Microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of amenities (toothpaste in sachets, disposable toothbrushes, soap, shampoo etc.). Close to stores, not far from airport. Seems like a family business and the staff were very helpful. Cons: Lower water pressure in the shower than I like, but adequate. Not a great neighborhood, but not dangerous in any way.

We were a late night arrival and they are open 24 hours which made convenient for late arrivals. Room is small and not much to it but clean which is what we needed for a nights stay before a cruise. No issues.

It’s a “motel” vs Hotel. No frills but was clean , had what was needed for a room. Coffee maker too. Close to airport. We were stuck with a canceled flight.

Overall, it's good for a one-night stay and cost-effective. Staff is friendly and helpful; they allocated me a room downstairs after seeing my extra bags. The location is a little far from Caltrain and market , but the Bart bus is basically right outside, and it's not very noisy. The room is not completely clean, the washroom is a little scary, the iron stand has stains, and the iron itself is leaking. They might replace it, but the time I used it was kind of late.

My experience is that it is a safe area for tourists and also is easy to get to the public transportation to downtown.

The bus is hard that it is floats to the airport, reasonably priced and comfortable. It was also clean and everything worked the way it should. The only drawback as far as I’m concerned for the amount of noise from the road, and there is a fish wholesaler next-door that had pick up a deliveries of fresh fish and garbage pickup at five in the morning. Made for a brisk and annoying wake up

The room had no window, and yet noise could still be heard outside.

The Maid Service was sporadic and I had to take out the TRASH myself.

The room was clean. The refrigerator and the heat worked well. The mircrowave made a slight noise but worked well.

I had a single room, it was cozy, and seemed to have been recently renovated. The room featured a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave. The bed was comfortable. There are many varied restaurants in the area.

Clean room, clean bathroom. Sheets were so fresh they still had a QUEEN SIZE sticker on them. Very close to a major road, but bring some earplugs or play some white noise and you’ll be fine.

Staffing can’t speak English/ room very smelly/husband n wife not that friendly welcome/ lacking in communication and not very helpful. There were insects in room as arrived. Poor -no cups or plates the fridge not cooled. I won’t ever stay there.

The motel is nothing fancy, but an adequate and cost effective place to stay near the airport. The rooms were nothing special, but were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very very basic motel. The towels were clearly dirty when we unfolded them ,the water barely drained from the sink and there was shaved hair on the sink. And the toilet roll holder fell off the wall. Bed was comfortable and you can't barely hear the street noise at night. Wouldn't stay there ever again.

The managers are very nice people, just ask, and they will take of you with a smile. Nice clean rooms. Area is very quiet with food and other amenities close. Tanafan mall is very close. Good place to just relax.

it was clearly a budget type motel, but love the convenience to the airport, and the room was fine. First time I had ever gone to lodging where they didn’t offer wake up calls.

For a budget inn near the airport you can’t go wrong here. The room was clean. Located in a busy street but didn’t feel too loud in the room. Bed isn’t the most comfortable but early morning flight so wasn’t sleeping well anyways. Would stay here again.

Needs a new matress, woke uo with a backache. Cleaner sheets and towels. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I stay every week for business.

The motel is clean, has free parking, and minutes to the airports. I really like the shower, it has that contemporary look, with large slate tiles all around and bright and clear sliding glass doors. The bathroom floors also had the same large slate tiles. Although the sink was not that big and did not have counterspace, it did have two drawers where you can put toiletries in and other personal items. The room itself was decent, I like the floor because it is not carpeted! The bed was comfortable with just the right firmness, not too hard and not too soft, but I found it a bit high for me. (I am 5'3 and felt like I had to climb up to get on the bed.) The heater/ac unit worked great! And I really like the bright recessed lighting. The location is great because there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, all within walking distance.

I booked this hotel for a few hours while I rest and wait for my flight connection, is 10 minutes away from the SFO and has all that I need for a couple hours.

For the price, very good and clean

This is not an airport stay. Room was much too expensive for location and property condition. Our taxi driver to the property didn’t think it was a safe location. No shuttle. You need to call an Uber ride.

Property is on El Camino Real in San Bruno a very busy street. Room was adequate but by no means fancy. Parking was difficult & limited. Room card key never worked so had to continually go to office to get card key recharged. Key didn’t work 2 nights in a row very annoying,

We stayed one night as part of our trip across country. Did the sunset cruise with Blue and Gold Fleet at pier 39. Highly recommend this.

This place needs some cleaning. As soon as we got in the room I used the bathroom and there's poop in the toilet. Second, the sheets were not properly washed. I guess you get what you paid for. But having a clean toilet and sheets is unacceptable!!!!

they dont honour your request. iam disabled and requested a room on the ground floor. they gave me a room on the upper level. despite requesting in person. they were very blunt. in the room they do not provide enough tea or coffee. no liquid soap. have to ask them

Place was decent. Upon arrival everything seemed neat and nice until we had inspected the bathroom, the bathroom itself was nice but it wasn’t until we noticed strange stains on the walls inside of the bathroom, other than that after our stay we started to notice weird little bumps on our skin, we think it could be a case of bedbugs. Overall nice place just a bad visit, staff were nice though.

I was pleasantly surprised. The Ritz Motel is family operated, they take pride in the property and have done a great job in maintaining it. I would definitely stay again. The bathroom has been renovated, really nice. A/C worked very well, it was a comfortable stay.

The Aria was a bit shady. Room was a bit smelly. bed mattress was as if I am sleeping directly on spring.

Traffic noise is pretty bad to me. Plus I didnt know the window wasn't close since I arrived 3am from my delayed flight. Hot water takes very long to be available.

It didn't look that fancy from the outside, but the room was very nice. New refrigerator, microwave, TV, mattress. Bathroom was nice, plenty of fluffy pillows, and they provided enough soap along with toothbrushes and toothpaste, and extra cream for the in-room coffee maker. I did enjoy my stay. Very comfortable.

Thank you to the staff at this inn. My flight was cancelled and I was able to extend my stay. I had an early check-in and the process was easy. I would definitely come here again if I need to stay close to the airport.

Being right off the road it was noisy until around midnight, but then quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed.

The accomadations were fine. The blowdryer was not functional.

Nice updated room. There’s no dresser drawers and the room is small. Nice size fridge and decent microwave. It’s located right off the main road so it’s a bit noisy. The only issue I had was a foul smell outside my door. I had no clue where the smell was coming from but it lasted for about 4 day. I’m not sure if it was something floating in the air but it smelt like sewage. Front desk was very nice and accommodating.

Other than that I would recommend this property for those with a long layover at SFO or wanted to explore the area around San Francisco metro for a day or two.

Listen to me everything was cool but the f****** the bathroom was terrible the bathroom for anybody with children shower stalls too small for me didn't have a bathtub the bed was worse than sleeping on a pulled out bed from a highway couch or hideaway dead terrible I still have a back pain I want to be reimbursed for that stay I didn't mess up that room

Room floor was pretty dusty and there were dead squished mosquitos on the wall in the restroom. Room was otherwise clean enough from what I could see. I'm fine staying here but I could never get my wife to sign off on sticking around after that.

We were very thirsty when we checked in there was no water in the room, there’s a broken vending machine downstairs it stole our money we didn’t get our drinks, we told receptionist, she couldn’t help she had no clue about it, there’s a percolator with no coffee.

My only problem was a tv set that didn't work. One member of the family got it working again, temporarily; the second person never showed up.

Not fancy at all, but simple, everything clean and WiFi works well. Perfect for a 1 (maybe 2) night stay if staying near the airport. Steady muffled noise from vehicles passing by, because close to a main road, but the traffic noise tapers off by 9pm. At the affordable rate I paid for my room. I’m still happy to have found a place so close to SFO.

This is a motel… but as far as motels go, it’s a pretty good option if you are just laying over at SFO and would rather sleep in a bed vs the airport floor! Easy fast check in and staff was helpful. Don’t expect a hotel experience and you will be perfectly good!
