The hotel is praised for its friendly and accommodating staff, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, some guests found the property difficult to access due to its hilltop location and lack of an elevator. Additionally, a few guests mentioned issues with room size, noise, and parking.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at. It is a fun location with lots to do in walking distance. The hotel is extremely clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room was very small, but it’s not too bad.

I wasn’t aware this hotel didn’t provide parking, very inconvenient. And the valet service was $68 a day! I’ll never stay here again.

Very small but beautiful room. Comfortable bed and well-lit bathroom (one pet-peeve of mine is when I can't do my makeup in the bathroom due to low lighting.) Great view off very small balcony (7th floor - not all floors had balconies). The air could not keep up and it was only May, so we were a little warm going to bed. The street below is very loud (even on a Thursday night), they did have a nose machine which helped a lot!
- 5/5
The staff was very kind and helpful the entire stay & the hotel itself is very clean and new (minimal carpeted floors which I always look for). The only thing I could see being an issue for some travelers is it is in the heart of the Gaslamp district, so it can get a little loud during the weekends until last call. It was perfect for my little sister and I but is definitely something to consider when booking a place in Downtown SD :) That being said the location was fantastic! Close to so many good restaurants and bars & pretty close to the Padres stadium too!

AC Hotels consistently provide good value and the Gaslamp hotel lived up to expectations. The room was quiet and comfortable. Valet parking was efficient. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of PetCo Park and other spots in the Gaslamp District. As with other California cities, the homeless problem in San Diego seems to be getting worse and makes walking around feel unsafe, as vagrancy is tolerated, if not incentivized. It was the only negative part of staying here, and not the hotel's fault -- rather, failed state and local leadership. San Diego's downtown otherwise has a lot of potential. I remember it being much cleaner when I was here years ago.

Great location for a fun quick weekend! No feedback

AC in our room doesnt work right away.

Everything except one thing…… Location on the busiest street in San Diego. Ridiculously noisy if in a room at the front. We asked to be moved after one night and they kindly did. As long as you’re not in a front room, great hotel!

Location! Cleanliness! Staff attitude from front desk to bartender! Ease of checking in and out! Street view from the room! The valet guys seemed too cool for school. I wish the restaurant had a wider menu for dinner.

There was not actually free breakfast. The area was so loud at night. Nice room but the price I paid should have awarded me more than a nice room.

Location, cleanliness, amenities in the room were excellent and replenished every day, along with clean towels and bed being made every morning. The staff were very responsive to my requests. Food at the bar was delicious. It’s a pricey hotel to stay at. Elevator buttons were not always working well with scanning thr room key.

I loved the property and location. I would have liked to see the pool bar open during the day so we could have enjoyed that longer. Other than that, this hotel was amazing (super nice staff) and i would stay there again.

The hotel it's self was nice and in a great location. Easy walk to all main attractions. And in the heart of the night life and restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly and did move us when we complained about the noise, but did not offer much help when we told them our bags had not arrived. Know it was not their fault, but felt they could of offered an amenities kit or showed us where we could of got them from. If you are in a room at the front of the hotel it is very very noisy. If you like that that's fine but there is no way you would get any sleep.

Location was amazing!
- 5/5
The hotel is very well located and it is a perfect balance between price and quality. We will definitely consider it for future stays in SD
- 5/5
Location was just perfect to all the nightlife in the area and the staff was very accommodating. Especially the fact that they allowed me to check in 1.5 hr early. Rooftop has great view of the city. Definitely will be back in the future.

The website made it look like it was a nice spacious hotel with a big patio but it was none of those things. The lighting inside the room was awful the room was very small for what we paid and it was awfully loud the whole time.

Location and staff were great! Facilities are maintained well and the atmosphere is perfect. The room we selected was facing the street and on a Saturday night it can get pretty noisy, but the room had a white noise machine as courtesy and we loved that! We didn't need it since the noise wasn't unbearable but appreciated the availabilty. n/a

Good location in the center of the Gaslamp District. Couple of notes: 1) we specifically booked this hotel because of the rooftop pool and poolside bar but when we got there: a. The pool is only 3 ft deep so other than a dip pool you aren’t going to get laps in and b) th poolside bar is only open on the weekends currently. Additionally 2) the hotel is charging quite a markup of $60 a night parking fee. If you stay here and driving-in and are comfortable walking about 2 blocks Southeast from the hotel there is an Ace parking deck Park It At the Market that charges $21-26 a night. Much more affordable! Staff is very nice and room is clean sleek and modern but note number 3) they have a white noise machine and earplugs in the room for your convenience. Very nice and appreciated but that also tells me it must get loud on the weekends so if you are sensitive to that then may not be the best location (it is next door to a night club).

After reading reviews I was unsure about booking this hotel, my stay was amazing! The staff was very welcoming and provided everything I needed. The hotel is in the heart of gaslamp and every walking accessible to anything in mind. The pool and rooftop bar are both very nice add to relax. Overall a great stay recommended staying here.

Top notch rooms and bar is elegant.
- 2/5
The hotel was overpriced for the size of the room.

I would like to highlight the manager at the reception, who was extremely kind and helpful. Due to a flight cancellation, I arrived very early in the morning, and he arranged a room for me until my assigned room was ready. He later moved me to a better room on a higher floor, which I truly appreciated. However, when he was not present, the reception staff refused to give me the room I had already been promised and stated that the hotel was fully booked. Only after the manager arrived did they suddenly find a room for me, which was confusing and frustrating. Unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant was negatively affected by the server at the restautrant. Even after I clearly stated that I do not speak Spanish, she continued speaking to me in Spanish and mumbling, making communication uncomfortable. She repeatedly asked where I was from and constantly brought me a bill, even though my breakfast was included, crossing out the price by hand with a pen, which I found unprofessional. She frequently asked for tips despite providing poor service, was often absent, and did not replace basic items like milk, coffee etc..Additionally, the coffee was served extremely cold and she did not bother to replace it with a hot one. The location is good; however, after 8 PM it is not recommendable to be outside, as there are many homeless people in the area and the music is extremely loud and it's not possible to sleep.
- 5/5
The experience was amazing, I look forward to visiting again.

Nice hotel great location
- 5/5
Rooms were small but very clean! Host/Hostess were so hospitable and polite. Customer service was amazing! They decorated the room for us for my anniversary! We did have a balcony room and city view. So just a tip, if your’re looking to get some rest, don’t book it. It’s pretty loud on the weekends through the entire night because the room is directly above all the action. But overall, very nice experience! I’m prime location. I will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Perfecto.
- 4/5
Good location in San Diego, walking distance to the bay, so many bars and restaurants around. Clean and modern. Recommend. Dont get valet parking, you will find parking garage close by for $15 per night or if you can get your car by 8am you can park free on the meter around (10p-8am)
- 5/5
Amazing experience! Great staff!

The young lady at the front wss so welcome. I lost a pair of earrings and i call to talk with a manager and yet to get a call back from this place at all i called 3 time maybe it was in a towel on the floor who knows but i think someone should of called me back. I will not stay here no more or will i tell someone to stay here.

Never again!! The AC Hotel by Marriott is an older structure with modern décor. Our room was uncomfortably small. No closet, just a metal bar about 2.5 feet wide to hang clothes. Using the ironing board, there was barely room to stand between the desk, ironing board, and bed. No proper bathroom door; just a sliding frosted glass. Thermostat’s display changed when adjusted but heat and A/C didn’t seem to work until the day we left. TV remote and interface was klutzy. At one time, the TV quit. A service guy came, reset things, and suggested, “Don’t hit the main menu button.” Unfortunately, we got food poisoning elsewhere (not at this hotel) -- we could not leave our hotel room for 2 days & nights. I’ll spare the reader graphic descriptions of nasty stuff exiting both ends of a human body, but that’s when we discovered that the bathroom didn’t have a toilet brush or a vent fan! After 2 days, we were dehydrated. I remembered seeing Gatorade for sale at the reception desk. I called and asked if someone could bring us 2 Gatorades, which were literally within arm’s reach of the receptionist. “No, we don’t have room service at this hotel.” I didn’t ask for a cooked meal. I asked if any hotel employee could grab 2 bottles of Gatorade (next to their body) and place them outside our room’s door. “No, sir, we can’t do that.” I went downstairs, grabbed 2 Gatorades, and ignored the entirely hollow “Have a great day!” uttered as I walked away trying not to puke in the front lobby.

Clean rooms. Great location.

Good hotel, nice and quiet (we had a room in the rear of the hotel). Easy to get transit all over the place from here and at a good price (bus and trains). Great beds and clean hotel.

Everything was amazing !!

Front desk was great, both young ladies did a wonderful job of welcoming us
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay, very clean, staff are very polite and accommodated
- 2/5
It was great! Perfectly located in gaslamp district with walking distance to many restaurants. The room was clean and nice. There was a clicking noise in the door mechanism in our room every 10 to 12 minutes keeping me awake all night long! It was frustrating because we had a funeral to attend to early the next morning. But the staff was very understanding and compensated me for the trouble so that made it better but still did not get any sleep the whole night. I hope they fixed the problem.
- 5/5
GREAT location!!!!!! Staff were very customer friendly. Very walkable to many restaurants & bars!!
- 1/5
Room was very small, view was horrible. Noise and bass all night. Not a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
We really liked the hotel. We really love the pool and lounge area. I do wish the pool hours were longer. I would’ve loved to sit on the rooftop at night to get some outdoor relaxing time. It was ridiculously hot on Sunday and Monday. We did not spend much time up there during the day. The street noise inside of the room was ridiculously loud. And I realize you can’t do anything about that, except the noise canceling sound machine in the earplugs already in the room. That was a great idea. For the most part, it worked the trash truck, however Monday morning at 5 AM was not canceled out by the noise machine. Booo One crazy silly thing about San Diego. I had the hardest time finding black iced tea. Which I found to be kind of crazy.
- 4.5/5
We love the hotel and the room! Services was great and so was the location. One thing we didn’t like is that we left the hotel at 11 am to have brunch and came back and our room hadn’t been service! We called and they say they start cleaning at 8. We did receive extra towels when we asked both days.
- 1/5
The worst part of this hotel is the heating system. We walked in the room and it was at 66 degrees. We turned on the heater and two hours later it was at 67 degrees. The front desk stated the heater takes a while to heat. At 0500 the temp in the room 70 degrees. I couldn’t sleep because it was so cold. We checked out and went to the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay! It’s always amazing!
- 5/5
Nice staff! Clean and aesthetically cool, right in the heart of downtown
- 3/5
The mattress was horrible
- 5/5
Best hotel I’ve stayed in
- 3/5
Staff was very nice. The room was clean and the bathroom modern. We were on the second floor and they give you complimentary ear plugs and sound machine to drown out noise (from the street it’s assumed) but it wasn’t loud during the week. What was loud is the cleaners who were vacuuming right outside our door at 9 and the chairs were being moved around in the upstairs unit all night. Maybe it’s a banquet room or something. Parking is $65 per night - ouch! Would probably not stay again.
- 5/5
Great staff, comfortable, spacious room, very clean and updated.
- 5/5
Loved it!! We will be returning soon
- 3.5/5
Location was excelent Pillows and beds not so comfortable
- 2/5
Proximity to the loud night clubs was a surprise, as they are blasting music until 2am or so every night. The saving grace was a white noise machine, but it didn’t block enough out. Not the hotels fault. The room was clean, and well appointed. Housekeeping was great. Proximity to a variety of restaurants, the trolley system were pluses for us.
- 4/5

I loved the location I love how everything I was going to during my stay was only a couple mins away , I love the streaming source on the television bed was comfy . No complaints the staff gave me a free drink at the bar for my birthday which was really sweet . I didn’t like how expensive the valet was I just used uber this trip but for people visiting it’s a little crazy , and was also sad that you had to pay for breakfast when I booked I thought it was free breakfast , I didn’t get to see the roof top I didn’t know it closed so early so got to miss out what that experience was and the pool was closed my whole stay which is why I booked and the roof top .
- 3/5
The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean. The gym was very nice. The only problem is if you get the city view room, then don't expect to get any sleep until after the night club across the street closes around 2:00am! Super loud. We actually had to switch rooms our last night there so we could get some sleep.
- 5/5
Great price for the location Restroom door was a sliding door
- 5/5
The hotel's location is ideal for those seeking vibrant nightlife and downtown activities, making it convenient for my partner and me to explore the local bar scene without extensive walking. The abundance of nearby dining options is an added benefit. The hotel itself boasts a stylish, modern, and clean aesthetic, complemented by an exceptional staff that warmly greeted us each time we entered or exited the premises. The lobby features a cozy bar, perfect for unwinding, and there is a pleasant area to soak up some sun at the front of the building. While the rooms are somewhat compact, the balcony provided a delightful escape that overshadowed any concerns about size. However, it can be quite noisy, particularly on weekends, so those seeking tranquility should request a room at the back; the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs as a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the television was a generous size, and the refrigerator was useful for our beverages. The bathroom also offered excellent lighting. This hotel may not be suitable for families or those desiring a peaceful retreat, as it caters more to couples and solo travelers looking for an energetic experience in the Gaslamp Quarter. Overall, it was a solid choice for an exciting city stay, and I would certainly choose to return.

Room was extremely clean. Room was ready ahead of check in time. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fitness center and pool area very clean.
- 1/5
Noise next door goes on until 2 am every day!
- 1/5
There was no support at all. My wife and had an emergency and couldn’t make it to San Diego for our stay and no one even bothered to check on us since we didn’t check in or out.
- 5/5
Clean hotel great staff, not the best neighborhood to stay at San Diego with little children
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. Room was quiet even with all the noise outside. The hotel offers white noise machines in your room for your convenience
- 5/5
It’s very walkable at night. Restaurants and bars around the area. 10 min away from Petco park.
- 5/5
We got there and the young lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile. She asked why we were there and I told her my child wanted to stay at a hotel. She made it a point to greet him and make him feel happy to be there. The room was spotless. The beds were not super soft but not too firm either. The next morning we didn't know where to go for breakfast and the valet guy was very nice and recommended a few spots. It was a wonderful experience. We would definitely go back.
- 3/5
The valet parking fee is $65 and I find that to be a little steep. Also, when I checked out on Thursday morning (Thanksgiving) the valet attendant was inside the lobby of the hotel. He didn’t offer to help with luggage or open any doors. He just handed me my keys.
- 5/5
Fabulous! Extremely convenient. Small hotel with minimal walking of long halls. Would choose again especially for price and cleanliness.
- 1/5

- 3/5
The room was clean and the property nice and tidy. The staff were pleasant but not very warm. Pool area was lovely. I wish there was better soundproofing on the street side rooms, even with the white noise machine it was unbearable. For a loud street it really needs some more thought.
- 3/5
The room was extremely humid and had a stickiness to the air
- 5/5
Service was great. Check in was flawless. Room was clean upon entering. Cozy beds and sheets. Great location right in the heart of Gaslamp.
- 5/5

- 5/5
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We booked a room with a balcony and it was cozy and spacious. It was very clean and the bathroom was a perfect size for our two night stay. The staff were so kind and attentive. They greeted us from the moment we arrived and the valet staff were also amazing. My only complaint is that due to us being there on halloween weekend of was definitely very noisy outside and unfortunately the noise was a little tough to sleepy through but that’s not their fault and it’s understandable. We will definitely be staying here again I’ll just bring some melatonin gummies next time.
- 4/5

Its was great!
- 4/5
Very good service
- 5/5
Everything was convenient to walk to . Room is modern. Depending which floor your room is located in the hotel , you can hear the music from the club til 2 AM. The hotel does provide white noise speaker and headphones.
- 4/5
I liked that there were a lot of dining options in walking distance. That also means that it’s crowded and noisy
- 5/5
Clean Rooms
- 5/5
The hotel itself and our room was very nice. Absolutely no complaints… BUT there is a club right next door and across the street that seem to rage on until 2 am. The rooms are dark and there’s a white noise machine in each room and earplugs so they’ve definitely done everything they can to help us get the sleep possible. Just feel it’s good to know
- 5/5
Location very convenient. Not that many food options in the hotel.
- 5/5
I had a little sticker shock at the $400 deposit required at checkin, but I probably didn't read the fine print. Really, the only downside was that the first night, my room smelled pretty strongly like weed, but by the second night it was fine.
- 5/5
The hotel is so nice, the staff super nice, prime location. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location for GASLAMP area! Walkable downtown.

Location location location
- 4/5
The area is crowded at night. And the valet parking for the hotel is 65$, extremely expensive. The hotel is nice, but the area is not.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Just be aware if you stay on the weekends its noisy. Did not bother us, but some people might not like that
- 4/5
But is a clean and nice hotel , be ready to pay valet parking .
- 5/5
Excellent are..very convenient!

Absolutely amazing!!!
- 2/5
The hotel was beautiful. The lobby and bar were great as well. But we were on the 3rd floor and were unable to sleep almost all night. There is a bar next-door or above the hotel and our walls were shaking from the music, and the noise was so loud we could not fall asleep. Went down to the hotel lobby and talked to guest services, but the hotel was booked, but they were able to compass for parking.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay again!

- 5/5
Great location and plenty of restaurants nearby. Room had white noise machine and earplugs available but didn’t have any noise issues. Room was clean.
- 5/5
The breakfast and the staff were really nice especially the two ladies who were waiting on me at breakfast each morning.
- 5/5
This is my favorite hotel in San Diego for value along with pool and gym.

- 4/5
Our room was clean, small, and modern. Our room did have view of a wall, but we only stay one day and we were okay with it. staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel seemed nice overall. It was close many restaurants and to the convention centre.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 3/5
Pool is small and unsafe and not enough staff for luggage. Never going again.

Perfect location , rooftop views are amazing. The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable

It was such a beautiful day yesterday and the pool bar was closed. I booked this hotel for this reason..

My husband and I recently stayed at AC by Marriott for his conference in SD. The location is fantastic as it is in the heart of Gaslamp Quarters and close to everything. I gave it a 3 star because of average service (lackluster welcome at reception and during phone inquiries). The bathroom smelled and at some point the toilet got clogged and when I called the front desk they said they will send someone but just delivered a plunger and left it at the door! For the price they were charging 250-270 a night you would expect better service and the valet charge was outrageous too and you don't have that many options for parking in Gaslamp quarters. I feel like for the cost it could have been a better experience and it wasn't.

Great location - close to everything in Gaslamp area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Great location

Amazing and super clean property. Love that it was in Gaslamp, we were easily able to walk around and explore the city. Will be coming back for sure!

Initially when i booked, i was mislead by the picture and did not know there is no opening windows in the room( on the picture the window is covered by curtains) The pictures don’t show that the room has tinted windows. Late checkout wasn’t provided.

Place was nice and clean, area is loud, but was expecting it
- 4/5
Location was easy to get to with lots of dining options nearby. Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were solid.
- 5/5
Great hotel in the heart of San Diego. Nightlife outside can be loud but our room was quiet and comfortable.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel in the heart of the Gaslamp district.
- 4/5
Great location nice from inside but don’t take a street room because the noise coming from outside is unbearable and stays on up to 2AM+. Not recommended if you need a peace of mind at night. They give you ear plugs and have a machine to reduce the noise in the room. Better choose a room from the other side to have a better sleep unless you are someone that stays up late!

Worst experience of my leaf, restroom had a leak and my room was neve
- 4/5
This property was overall nice, noise is an issue but I booked knowing I was staying downtown so I didn’t mind it. Everything is an extra cost
- 4/5
Not enough help at front desk always busy When calling front desk always busy been 2x I stay there same issue
- 5/5
From the moment we parked at the valet to when we checked out there was nothing but great service. As we walked in we were immediately welcomed and helped. When we finished checking in we were given free drinks. This is a hotel i’d recommend for great service and for couples.

Amazing location
- 4/5
Room was very clean and spacious for two people. I expected noise but it was pretty quiet. Very happy with our stay.
- 3/5
Check in was smooth. Room was clean. Valet plg was very expensive. The room was very basic. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the quilt was not clean. The restaurant food was poor, my dinner arrived at room temperature and slightly cold, small portions and cooked poorly. I wont be coming back. Staff was friendly but the quality was not there.
- 4/5
Great place, close to everything, but horrible, lumpy pillows :)
- 2/5
Tv wasn’t working upon arrival. Notified front desk and all they could do is tell us we have to wait till next day. Shower overflowed into hallway. Sink backed up. Toilet seat was very loose slid all over. Very very loud around hotel

AC Hotel was such a great choice for our night stay! Everything was clean and modern! The rooms were clean and a good size with everything we needed! The staff was also very nice and made sure our needs were met. Since there is no on sight parking, we had to pay $58 for the valet parking. Valet was also great! They were quick with getting our vehicles and very polite. Our stay was great over all.

I had a great experience staying in the Gaslamp district of San Diego. The AC hotel staff were amazing and accommodating. I had to change my room due to AC issues and the staff moved me to a better room with a full balcony. This was my 40th birthday celebration trip. Despite the noise outside my balcony of the festivities on 5th street, I had an amazing memorable experience!

Inside was nice...outside ghettoish
- 5/5
Nice rooms and rooftop pool

I stayed there for two nights. It's value with respect to money. The place is not quite. Always some sound coming during the night.
- 5/5
Great place for all the activities.

Smells of urine, homeless

The most gorgeous hotel! The staff was so kind, gave us the latest hotel checkout I’ve ever had and gave me a few treats to ring in my birthday weekend. The rooms are so nice, the bathroom in the rooms have such great counter space and a HUGE mirror so it makes it easy to get ready with friends. The pool is heated during the winter so we were able to watch the sunset and hang out even though it’s winter. Parking was $60 but they valet it’s worth it because parking can be hard to find in gaslamp. I’ll definitely be back!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, check in was easy, rooms were smaller but clean and updated, amenities were good, location was central… no complaints!
- 5/5
Solid hotel choice
- 3/5
This hotel was a more reasonable price, but we had a room that overlooked the neighboring buildings roof and it was just kinda dismal. The rooms are dark with harsh overhead lighting and aliding bathroom doors (which are awful and provide zero privacy). The roof top bar was closed which wasn’t expressed upon check in. Parking was on the “cheaper” end at $58, but ouch!
- 2/5
Rooms were overpriced for the size of the rooms. We couldn't even open our suitcases. Won't stay at this motel ever again.
- 5/5
Very well-kept and updated hotel. Staff was great, helpful when needed. Location was in the heart of Gaslamp, which can unsafe.
- 4/5
Better parking
- 5/5
Great place to stay, right in the center of downtown.
- 3/5
Room was clean. But only thing was toilet was a bit dirty and that only trash can didn't have a paper bag. Also no parking just valet parking which on the page said parking on site.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable beds
- 5/5
Very pleasant stay, good value, great area, as advertised
- 5/5
Great location, price, and customer service! The property was also very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend!!!
- 2/5
While the hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly, the walls are extremely thin and the surrounding area has a night club that is extremely loud until roughly 3am. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot
- 5/5
Loved it! Quick stay
- 5/5
Great location for dining and entertainment. Easy access to APP services and metro transportation.
- 3/5
The noise factor was terrible! It would have been appreciated if someone had warned about the noise level and perhaps provide earplugs in the room. I specifically asked if i was located near the elevator and was told no. My room was right next to the elevator.
- 5/5
nice location and clean hotel
- 4/5
Property was at the heart of the district which made it very easy to explore on foot
- 2/5
Upon check in I was put into a room where people already were. Toilet seat wasn't properly attached to the toilet. The noise from the clubs on the street was beyond excessive - to the point that it was literally shaking things in the room. I wouldn't recommend this spot to folks who want any kind of rest.
- 5/5
Valet is expensive, $58 and takes for ever to get the car, almost 25 mins!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, clean, elegant. Close to everything.
- 5/5
If you are looking for nightlife this property could not be more amazing! came for my boyfriends birthday to have a nice dinner and get some drinks afterwards at local bars. I'm telling you we walked out these property doors and straight across is two very nice bars and just couple steps to right or left are some of San Diego's most famous spots for nightlife! Mexican restaurant next door was pretty good! but overall room was very nice and cozy. biggest thing for me is the rooms being clean, and these were very very clean! also the gym still smell's brand new and have some really nice new machines! valet is pretty pricey especially for being actual guest at the hotel, but overall would love to come back for summertime to actually use their pool!
- 5/5
It was in the center of everything, good location.
- 4/5
Hotel is in a prime location right in the center of gaslamp. As you walk out of the hotel you’re already in the party zone. Hotel was great. Valet parking only and who knows where they park your car. Night staff was a little hostile, when we approached and realized we forgot our key. Other than that everything was great!
- 4/5
Hotel itself was great. Not sure I would pick that location again.
- 3/5

Loved it, great location and clean hotel

Was amazing. There to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. I asked if they could prepare a goodie bag and they did not disappoint!! Absolutely fabulous
- 5/5
The hotel was nice, clean, modern, comfortable, etc. the male bartender we had was nice and gave recommendations on where to go and eat. All the staff were friendly, nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is I wish the ice maker was bigger and easier to use. Other than that it was a great stay.
