Not worth the price tbh. It just looked old and beat down.

Spacious and clean, small restaurant and bar was perfect for the weekend. The only thing that I would have changed is to ask for a room that didn’t have children above us. Their running around was loud early in the mornings.

Loved the view and it had a sliding glass door. Breakfast. I wish it was self serve instead of ordering. With self serve you can eat as much as you want. With the price of the room, they need to include free parking, free continental breakfast, free wifi. Parking is only free if you opt out of cleaning service.

This hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, would recommend. Only thing that we didn’t like was where the tv was placed. From the bed they had it on the dresser to your right and so the whole time you watched it you had to turn your head to the right. And most hotels it’s in the front of you so you look straight ahead. I would not recommend for people with neck problems.

We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and Starbucks on site as well as a heated pool. They seemed not to have trained staff or enough staff. The cafe worker didn’t know how to make even the drinks on the menu. The salad was wrong lettus and wilted. See the photos. Above the spa the glass dome was broken above our heads so we were nervous that it would break more and fall on us. The pool was definitely not heated and was as cold as ice. My kid swims in cold water but even to cold for her. So the heated pool was not true! The extra charge for a pool view was bs the only way to see the pool was to go to corner of the balcony and lean over. Everything we brushed off until we went to the room and took out the bedding for the pull out. Kid started to fix her bed & asked me to help when I touched them they were wet I thought she dripped water on them somehow but I was so wrong!! Looked in the actual bag and saw urine yellow on the bedding inside of the bag they were stored in. Called the front and told them everything. They sent someone up and he said he’s not surprised at seeing this as he see a lot of crazy things. We kept trying to make the best out of the experience but one thing after another. We rarely get time together and this was so disappointing!! They offered point or some refund but then they gave me the run around even with sending them proof of card used ect.. The hotel is very old and there is no sound- proofing at all. We ended up on the second floor so all we heard was pounding footsteps above us, the people in the rooms next to us, and a small dog that barked for hours our second night. If it wasn’t the last night of our stay I would have moved to a different hotel just to get some sleep. Also, the shower was impossible to turn on. Very old fashioned faucet needs to be replaced. If my husband wasn’t with me I never would have gotten it on!

Got a parking pass. Room was great. There is a microwave available in the Ice Machine area. The pool are was very nice. I did not have breakfast so do jot know about it. I would stay here again. I also appreciated the QR code for cashless tipping!

Staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were stocked with plenty of towels. The balconies are pretty small but nice to have and the view was nice. The area was quiet but you could hear everyone talking in the halls. The spa was lovely and we had it to ourselves. The coffee downstairs at the bistro was delicious, but skip the food. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the pillows are soft feathers. Husband and I agree 8/10. We enjoyed our stay!

The room was Okay. The breakfast we paid for while reserving was poor. The bar was staffed by a guy in jeans, a vest, and a baseball cap, poor look. Food was OK but only 1 cup of coffee allowed.

It’s a normal business travel hotel in a corporate district, but it’s doing a good job. Clean, very friendly staff, food on site. Not bad.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel is in a nice area and has good amenities, however, the rooms are old (popcorn ceiling, dated bathrooms, old carpets) and cleanliness was a bit questionable. They are undergoing renovations though, so I think it’s pretty temporary.

When staying here, be prepared to order in or go out every day, as the bistro was never open when we tried to go to it, some excuse was given that it had to close early or was not open due to a revolving round of excuses. The room was ok, but not enough outlets to make it useful, and the bed felt like it was poured from concrete, but given I was in town for an appointment it did its job but I will be trying other options when I am in the area

Wall paper was peeling and literally hanging off the bathroom walls! I had to re-stick them myself be wife seen it. Then they fewl again day we left. Room had a bad odor and had to leave window open on a hot labor day weekend! Staff were on point and friendly though.

The next night the two-bed was not available and stayed in a king-bed room which was smaller and not as nice but still good.

My stay was horrible. Huge stain on carpet, the cover face of the AC unit came off, and I had no fresh linings , towels. Not to mention my door would lock , to where I had to go to the front desk. I hated it there.!!!!

Her service makes us reconsider returning to this particular location despite its close proximity to the freeway and many places to visit.

Basically a satisfied experience. Not sure if every room is the same, the table is next to the air conditioner, so I often have to turn it off when it is working. Stuffs are nice, got help from a younger front desk lady since my phone was broke and could not call Uber at all. Can't say I like the menu of the bar(restaurant). Maybe getting dinner before coming back will be better.

This hotel was fantastic. The location was out a bit, but easy to get to and peaceful and quiet. The beds are super comfortable. The cafe, the food, and all the workers are fantastic. Especially Marlene and Arlene. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s not right next to any but businesses, but everything was only around 15 minutes away in any direction. We went for soccer and watched a Wave game at SnapDragon stadium, got back to hotel in 15 minutes. Played at Surf Sports Park and only a minus 15 minute drive. Indoor whirlpool for recovery after games was a bonus.

It would have been more perfect if there was free continental breakfast. The othe bonvoy facilities had free breakfast

I was in San Diego for my exam and got there a day earlier to study before exam, however thanks to house keeping I didn’t they were in room Nextdoor telling jokes and laughing for about an hour, even when I asked please bring your voice down.

Arrived at the property a hour after check-in but still had to wait over an hour for a room to become available. Reserved an accessible room with sofa bed, no sofa in room. Shower bench not stable. Maintenance unable to fix. Was not able to use shower bench because of safety reasons per maintenance team. Per the front desk no other accessible room was available to transfer too. On the other hand the Manager compensated for the inconveniences. The hotel provided glass of wine during waiting period for check-in, took off $80 of the room rate for the first night and provided free meals for the two-night stay! Customer Service well done!

Easy, clean and across the street from Karl Strauss. Perfect for a night of business travel. The hot tub is covered which came in clutch when it rained in the evening. Paid parking is annoying but par for the course in any San Diego Hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for two days. First, the staff was very professional, friendly, and always helpful. Each person I dealt with was fantastic. The hotel is nice and appears to have some updating, but could use some more for aesthetics which should include having lamps and clocks that have USB outlets which are very handy and now quite common. Last, charging for parking needs to just be added to the room price from the start. Add on prices reminds me of low cost airlines that nickel and dime customers. Maybe consider the same for a continental breakfast. Just make it part of the purchase and charge acccordingly. Regardless, the hotel is nice and I will use it again.

I was in room 123 and the 110v wall outlets were very loose where my charge block would fall out and there was only 1 USB on the alarm clock that didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone.

The room was nice. There is a covered whirlpool hot tub next to the pool area. Parking and breakfast were included in our Expedia rate. We got to order one item each from the breakfast menu and both items were very good.

The hotel was conveniently located to the UTC shopping center (less than 10 mins away), which is why I stayed at this property. Unfortunately, the mini fridge was broken, as was the closet door and even the desk pen. One of the hand towels in the bathroom was dirty with hair and some other substance. Shower pressure was great and it was quiet at night.

I liked the location. But I didn’t like my room because there is strong smell in the room. Maybe it came from the carpet.

I wouldn't have minded at all if the answer was expressed politely. But the rudeness was beyond the pale and well below the standard I expect from a Marriott, even a basic one like this.

Upon entering the room, everything looked great. When I got into bed, I discovered that the bed mattress was old and depressed on one side. That means the mattress is old and never has been rotated and flipped by the house cleaning staff. I requested another room and I was told that there weren't any available. I was told that they could take off one night's parking charge of $15. I later told them for the two nights. Also the toilet tank flapper must have been old to as the water from the fill valve would start to flow for about 5 seconds and was a little annoying. Finally the second night I opened the sliding door on the balcony to see what's outside. I then closed the door and lock it but it wouldn't. I noticed that the latch and the latch anchor on the frame was not aligned. The catch plate was screwed in tightly but not in the right position. That means it was not locked on the first day I was there. The staff downstairs were great but the management and maintenance were poor for allowing these problems to exist. In the hotel website it describes "Newly Therefore I can't recommend this location to anyone.
