There were no outlets near the nightstand, which made it impossible to use my CPAP machine or charge my phone next to the bed. There was also a lack of pillows, so I was glad we brought our own. The room did not have shampoo, and the shower amenities were lacking as well. If I had been staying more than one night, I would have been much more disappointed. That said, if you’re simply looking for a bed to sleep in for the night, it will get the job done.

Need to power wash stairs and walkways. Busy high traffic roadway by Qualcomm. Property is getting very dirty compared to prior stays. Yellow Stained Popcorn Ceiling. Indian guys throwing garbage and food waste litter next into parking lot.

The beds were uncomfortable due to the stiffness of the mattress but not bad enough that I couldn't sleep lol I would definitely stay again! Great place :)

The room was had dirty carpet, bathroom sink was clogged, even when I checked in and immediately told them to fix it but it wasn't fixed through out my stay. I would not recommend anyone with family to stay here.

Location The bed is hard, floor was dirty, WiFi sucked, the hand sink and shower didn’t have a stopper, towels were so old that it wanted to rip. There were people who seemed to constantly smoke weed and cigarette outside and talk loudly, and that made me uncomfortable and not very safe as a solo female traveller.

Tv was not working I call the stuff can’t do anything

We waited to check in at the front desk for almost 30 minutes. There were people ahead of us and they said they had been there for at least 15 minutes prior to us arriving. We called for someone in the back because we heard them talking and they said to wait a minute, which turned into roughly 10 minutes. When we finally got into the “no smoking” room it smelled like cigarettes, there were burn holes in the carpet, the lamp on the dresser would not turn off, we had to unscrew the light bulb.

1. Breakfast- Too limited. Outside of oats, only sweet muffins were available to rat. That needs to be improved. 2. Need to pay more attention to their smoking policy. At times, entire groups of guys would just be smoking; and are not talking about cigarettes! That marijuana smoking brought down the experience at the property. That needs to be addressed! Overall, I was happy with the value for money. However, improvement number 2 would have to be addressed. Safe to say the following; I will choose Extended Stay again but if I experience that level of smoking again that would be it. Will have to look elsewhere.

Staff was nice but gave us a coffee maker that didn’t. Asked for another the following morning that one didn’t work either. Floor was sticky and some of the towels were stained.

I had read other reviews that said the rooms were shabby but I foulnd mine to be clean, neat, well painted, all in good condition - no mold no roaches as other had noted. nothing- everything was fine.

Breakfast offered: coffee, hot water for instant coffee and/or individual packed oatmeal, muffins, and breakfast bar. Room seemed clean except for the tub where there were rust stains from the faucet area. Linens and towels looked clean and smelled fresh.

Shower Rod falling off the fall. Bathroom fan pulled part way from the ceiling. Bathtub surface about 40% pealed off. Damaged bathroom door, both sides. Table top bad a burned area that was previously poorly repaired. Both stair well lights were burned out. The grounds were very dirty. Room was clean but need major repairs Wire closet shelves pulled from the wall. Good location for my needs, office stall were nice.

Maintenance was non-existent, no hot water in either bathroom sink, one with a broken HW handle (plastic innards!!) and the other never got hot. We reviewed 3 rooms and all 3 had broken bathtubs. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Our stay was due to family having surgery out of state. We needed long term. 1st room refrigerator was not cooling properly and broken recliner, they moved us to another room next to family. There are no kitchen supplies, sink stoppers or appliances unless you ask for them and they don't have some of those items. The 2nd room had a shower curtain rod that was very loose and the shower faucet leaked all day and night. Other than that our stay was fine, it was older and busy. We liked the cost of our stay and negotiated a 3 night refund because family was released early. Would stay there again if we had to.

No, the kitchen was not fully equipped, (there was nothing in it) The floors needed cleaning, there was peeling and chipping paint. The staff person who checked me in was not customer accommodating however the second staff person was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately because of the first associate and the condition of the room accommodations, my review is negative. I see it as a management issue, cleanliness and customer service is and should be the standard expectation. Every room should be checked after cleaning, maintenance should be notified to paint and make repairs a priority as needed. The phone did not work when I needed to call the front desk. The continental breakfast was well below expectations. Just a suggestion, there are vendors that would love to have an opportunity to work and partner with extended stay, that would not only be a cost saving but an opportunity to show appreciation to your patrons. I am a consumer and if I were managing or operating a consumer driven business, I would want to treat those consumers the way I would want to be treated, I would expect the property to be kept up the way I would expect, I would want to be proud of every facet of my property. Would I stay again or suggest anyone stay there, my short answer is, NO.

The Quietness & Seclusion of the Hotel being on a mountain side in a large Business-ish Commercial District Area… +Having a Kitchen is sweet! It not having a Waffle type of Breakfast included like some other hotels. But the Oatmeal was fine.

The fridge was turned off when I arrived. Since it was off, it smelled pretty bad. When the fridge was turned back on, it didn’t smell as bad but it’s still should have been maintained clean. The room was clean the restroom I hoped was cleaner. The staffs were super friendly.

We were in the non smoking room and yet the room smelled like it was smoked in. No shampoo, conditioner. No fitted sheet, blankets, and pillows for the sofa bed. Free breakfast was ok. Luke warm water for the hot chocolate. Staff was friendly but overall i will not comeback here at this place. Trying to save $30 bucks was not worth it compared to sonesta about 2 blocks away.

I was put in an accessible room which is usually fine, but this room was terrible. Tiny sink with no hot water in the bathroom. There were gross black stains on the sink and in the shower/tub with mold on the shower curtain that I did not want to use it. There was nothing available in the cabinets to use for the kitchenette... not even coffee mugs. The grab and go breakfast was just some coffee and oatmeal by the office. I tried to change my room but they were not able to help me. Definitely do Not recommend this hotel.

I was give room 358… I had to scrub the shower because the walls were so dirty and grimy on top of that the shower was scorching hot! No cold water at all! Then I was moved to 357 and there was so much hair in the tub I had to scrub it down again.

There is a road in front of the hotel. At 5AM/6Am when the cars comes from a near by light, the sound walks into the room. Besides this all is fine, is what you pay.

I am not a hotel snob but this is one we won’t be coming back to. We actually had reservations here for next month but cancelled them in favor of another hotel. It was just an abundance of little things: the mattress was rock hard, the towels which I do think were clean still had fibers or hairs in them, the laminate floor was sticky and didn’t appear to have been mopped before us, the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom, ants on the bathroom counter. The final straw was the massive hairball in the shower (gag).

The worst check-in service I have ever experienced. The attendant at the hotel would not allow me to check in as a single guest. After about 30 min of foolishness I was able to check in. The outside of the refrigerator was disgusting which made the entire room unacceptable.

Easy access to freeway

Someone was smoking, for over an hour, while sitting on the stairs. I tried to wash my hair, but no cold water available, only scalding hot water. I washed my hair in the sink.

Room showed a lot of wear and is in need of repair and updating. We saved money by staying here and it worked as a place to shower and sleep.

The room had not been cleaned. There is dog food on the floor, the fridge has dog hair, the toilet seat had human hair on it, the bathtub looks like it was not cleaned, it has soap residue on it. The bathtub is peeling and the floors are coming apart, the carpet has stains, could be from pet poop. Now I’m doubting if the sheets are even clean. I had picked this hotel due to the reviews saying it was clean and safe, now I’m here with my husband and baby, feeling unsafe about our stay. I called front desk and they informed me that there are no more rooms available and they have no maintenance person on the property. I had to clean the toilet and fridge myself, so that I can use the toilet and the refrigerator for my baby’s food. by far the worst experience I’ve had.

The “continental breakfast” were stale muffins and coffee that was set up in the check in office.

The VERY substantial street noise in Room 227, compounded by the loud tromping around of the people upstairs all night and the very loud air conditioner resulted in a sleepless night. Probably the worst hotel stay in my life. I got dressed at 5:30 AM and went outside and waited until the desk clerk arrived to check out. It was a traumatic experience.

I just needed a place to stay on a Saturday night to watch a youth soccer tournament, so it was fine for that. The hotel is right off the 805 freeway which is convenient but there are no restaurants close by. No shampoo, lotion, hair dryer or in room coffee. I feel the room was over priced (total of $319) for no amenities. Also this Extended Stay had no dishes or silverware. The cupboards and drawers were completely bare.

The hotel was just adequate. We made a last minute reservation for a soccer tournament and the location and price were good. The bed wasn’t comfortable. We couldn’t control the temperature in the room and it got hot and stuffy. There was no TV remote, no plates or silverware, and a minimal breakfast (oatmeal and coffee).

Our visit with Extended Stay America was great! My mother in law was in town for a surgery and it was super close to where we needed to be at any given moment. Lots of shopping and dining options near by and easier to get to than some of the other hotels in the area. Property felt safe and was always well lit at night, all staff were kind and helpful, and the room had everything we needed to keep to our creature comforts. Thank you Extended Stay America for a wonderful visit!

It's in a safe area

However the facility was horrible. It was very old and dated. There was no ice machine on the premises. We were in a room with 2 queen beds but.... There was only one bedside table in the room. One bed had no lamps/lights There was no light near the closet area The kitchen cooktop was dirty upon arrival The bathroom sink was stained. There were 3 pillows on the queen bed instead of 4. Bathroom door handle was rusted The telphone in the room did not work. THe clock in the room did not work Bathtub handles were not clean upon arrival. All cabinets (especially in the kitchen area) were dirty, stained and extremely worn & damaged. Not to mention we were given 1 coverless skillet, 1 coverless sauce pan, 1 fork, 1 spoon, 1 knife, 1 plate, and no bowls or cups. What are 2-4 people supposed to do with that.... And to top it off they placed someone next to us that had a dog that barked all day - especially if anyone ever walked near. They should put people with pets in one area separate from those without pets. NOt to mention on the day of check out the mid bothered us several times 9:30, 10:30 and 11:45 asking if we were checking out - rushing us. It was rude. I can not give this place my recommendation.

This is worst hotel I have ever been to. Carpet had multiple stains. Room smelled like a toilet and weed. Tap in bathtub and shower head were very old and not maintained. No toiletries in room. When asked front desk said we need to ask for it. Room was not livable and we had to find another room at 9 PM. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Front office onky has 1 person and not helpful. Room was not cleaned despite multipke call to desk. Toom was so-so in cleansiness. Understaffed.

Also i did not like the fact that you have to ask the front desk for EVERYTHING ! From soap to a coffee maker , to the tv remote. That stuff should already be in the room.

Room service came at an additional cost, which was disappointing. Given the overall price, the experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this place for families traveling with children.

Dead bugs on floor and in sinks. Huge spider crawled out of pillow when I moved it to get into bed. Thankfully I was able to kill it but was antsy all night. Both toilets clogged and the sinks as well. I was glad we were only there for a night. Would never stay here again. It’s worth it the pay the extra $50/60 for a decent room elsewhere.

It’s ok for a one night stay. I didn’t like that we had to request shampoo at the front desk. Towels smelled, carpet had this musky odor.

This property has a BIG BED BUG problem. We got bitten and they were not willing to do much. The front desk clerk informed us the manager was on vacation and he had no way to get hold of any one. He was not able to move us to another room either. Our two rooms was not the exception another customer also complained about the bed bugs while I was at the front desk. On top of this while I was out of the room for about 5 minute, the housekeeping entered our locked room without being asked to do so and stated to strip down things. When I asked what she was doing in our room she responded her manger had informed her that we had checked out and to clean the room I asked her to stop and to leave my room she did not do so. Asked to speak to the manager and was given the same answer, she was on vacation. When I asked the front desk person to speak to the manager who had given these instruction and was told she was on vacation. The toilets were not flushing, I called the front desk, the front desk clerk came and adjusted things, It still did not flush well and was told by the front desk the maintenance person was on vacation and he could not do much. The theme at this property was every one was on vacation and front desk clack had to mange thing all by himself. We called customer service and not much happened. Move out of the property that day for our safety.

They were out of coffee lid. but it was for at least two days at least. They do not have lobby to sit? I have to get hair dryer from the front desk. And the kitchen stuffs are not in the room and I have to get it from the front desk. It is horrible service.

For the price I paid. I was very disappointed. I've stayed here once before and it wasn't like this. The floor was wet like something was leaking when I took my shoes off my socks were soaked. We were visiting family in the area and when we got back to our room which was in the middle of the night, we tried to call housekeeping and our phone was not working so we had to walk out to find someone to help us. Breakfast was not what I expected it was just muffins and oatmeal. Don't think I will be staying here on my next visit.

I'm not sure if they are short-staffed but waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. A line formed. The room had one towel, one soap, no shampoo or conditioner or lotion or anything! I went to front desk for towels and he said they didn't have any clean towel! Another person was also asking for a towel. We walked away that night hoping to get a towel in the morning. Room was hot, getting the air to work took some time. We can hear the cars from the busy street. Get ready the next morning and the toliet stops flushing! We left, we paid around $200 per night and I will never stay here again. I have never written a bad review and was kind/nice to the staff but they need help and supplies.

No 24 hr. Parking lot security, grab and go bkfst consisted ONLY of instant oatmeal, room had a foul odor i think coming from wall ac unit.

Overall great checkin was so quick and easy room was clean and big enough 2 beds 2 chairs big fridge sink and stove to cook the bathroom was a good size as well everything was on point

Room 358 outside door handle was loose. Had dirty towels. Walls looked dirty. Area was a little ghetto with sketchy people who probably lived there.

No ice machine and the “breakfast” was a disappointment, to say the least. Please stock rooms with soap and shampoo.

The door really stuck, no USB ports, the floor was filthy, holes in the sheets, not enough pillows, no paper towels in the kitchen. Have stayed at Extended Stay in Burbank and it was good - no problems so thought this would be the same.

Check in staff (Cristian) was awesome and super friendly! The room was sold as a single which I didn't realize was for a handicapped individual...if I had known or realized I would have taken a different room. Also, the bathroom floor and shower area were pretty beat up. There were chunks of paint missing in the shower area and peeling as well (probably from accommodating wheelchairs, which is totally understandable. But the remainder of the bathroom floor was uncomfortably marked with deep stains and harsh scuffs, which made the whole floor seem dirty. I also pulled back the covers and found several random long pieces of hair in the sheets. I get it, this is a popular location with heavy usage, and it was just a one-night stay. But if I had to stay for any length of time I would have definitely either asked for a different room or found other accommodations. One more shout out to front desk check ....TEAM CRISTIAN ALL DAY EVERY DAY !

Every thing was great.

Although breakfast is included, I was advised by the front desk clerk, the following morning, that 'there was no food'. I was not offered anything to compensate me for the above circumstances. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I will not stay at this property again and I will caution friends and family, of the above.

The floors were dirty and didnt seem they wiped more than weeks.

The staff are not experienced. check in process was big mass. They even run out shampoo. The room didn’t have extra sheets for sofa bed

I was bummed to find out that Sunday morning Breakfast runs from 6:30-9:30 most the hotels we have stayed at on weekends are 7:00-10:00am. On weekends and 6-9 on weekdays

First of all the propery advertises Includes Breakfast and they did not have any thing to eat. Only coffee on Sunday morning and I had to drive out of the property for few miles to find breakfast on a sunday morning also the rooms are outdated and no shampoo and smell smoke cigarette. I will never stay in here.
