The property is great for families, they have a very nice pool and the premises are very well kept. They have vending machines in case you need a drink and there are many restaurants within walking distance. We loved it.
- 2/5
Very noisy. Vending machines didn’t work. Staff wasn’t helpful
- 3/5
The front desk staff was great and friendly. The only downside was that the rooms need better cleaning. My 1st floor room had spider webs, there was no housekeeping on 2nd night, the 3rd night they made up the bed but did not provide towels. There were some kids knocking on people’s door and running away. That was my experience on this location.

Title: Overpriced, Poorly Maintained, and Misleading Photos I paid $450 for two nights for my granddaughter’s UCSD graduation and was highly disappointed. The property is nowhere near as bright or clean as the glorified photos online. My first room had a broken, loud AC and a strong laundry soap odor. While checking in, I witnessed staff laughing at another guest's complaint. Because I was on a tight schedule, they moved me to a second room. The AC worked there, but it completely lacked the microwave, iron, and blow dryer the first room had. The desk unhelpfully said they "doubted" they had extras. The facilities are terrible. The elevator gets stuck on the 2nd floor because the doors won't close fully without being forced shut. The ice machines were broken and filthy. Parking is $20 but the spaces are dangerously narrow, and the lot between Buildings A & B was completely packed while Building D sat empty. To top it off, my granddaughter's graduation was at 8 AM Sunday. At 6 AM, I requested a late checkout to avoid rushing. I was rudely told that late checkout was only until 11:30 AM, and any minute past that would incur a $57 fee for the first hour, going up to a half-day charge after that. In 50 years of travel, I have never experienced such inflexible, greedy policies. Overpriced and stressful.
- 3/5
Bad side , parking is mandatory $20 a day! How is that? They will get a $100 deposit and then when i checked out the next day , they informed me that they subtract the parking fee, even if i dont park on their vicinity! Poor information, why? They put me in building D and they did not inform me that there’s a going through on the vicinity instead they want you to drive way outside. Monochrome voice of the staffs , how can you stay in a cold approach? One note, retrain the staffs , informed and make some directions as to where to go , the parking must have an options and not mandatory
- 3/5
Okay stay; felt safe and the bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
NO WIFI
- 2/5
I was honestly shocked that there were roaches in our room. We only stayed for one night. Also the ice machine near our room was out of order. The pool was nice and the staff was helpful when their affiliate did not send my booking in time. It took a few hours so we had to wait in the lobby until rectified.
- 1/5
We arrived later in the night to check in. Upon arriving to my hotel room, i had opened the bathroom door and i immediately saw a huge roach crawling around.
- 3/5
Towels in the hallway catching leaking ac. Ice machine not working. Elevator telephone broken. Overall unkempt on the outside. Inside clean.
- 4/5
It was nice enough for the price. Close to reataurants. Parking was tight.
- 2/5
Clean room. Saggy mattress . Only one small chair for two adults
- 3/5
Bathroom floor looked very stained and dirty. If someone wanted to kick the door to the rooms in they could
- 2/5
The bed was fine. It was ok. But the main reason for staying there is that that when I toggled the Expedia website, my only request was for an early pickup to the Airport. Upon arriving, they said they couldn’t do it, even though there was a shuttle parked up front. But they said they could get a taxi in the morning no problem. Morning came. The guy couldn’t do it. Fortunately another guest let us drive back to the rent a car place at the airport.
- 1/5
Very Bad Coustomer service front desk. When I check in the guy was so rude .The room was 130 A .I took pictures of two cockroach. They were running around in the room.We will never going back again this Wyndham hotel in San Diego.Very Bad .
- 3/5
wasn't the best location for a hotel hard to get to room with traffic. the air condition put off a weird scent.
- 2/5
I did not enjoy this hotel. Went cheap and close to stuff bc wasn’t going to be in my room much. No internet, heating/air went out, no hooks for towels, back gate doesn’t work, no late check outs later than 1 hour after, shuttle broken, no vending machines work.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Average hotel I didn't find anything not my liking.
- 3/5
Everything I booked a king size bed and was given 2 queens and there was no body wash
- 4/5
I liked the pool and the hot tub the rooms were also super nice and clean which was fantastic it was super quiet and way better then the hotel we stayed at the night before Honestly we got given a keycard for another room and that room had someone in it so glad we caught that before any awkwardness happened I hate the parking lot it was hard to get my car out most times and we booked a king size bed room and were given 2 queens however when we decided to come back later that day for another night and under a new reservation I was able to have the king some of the elevators didn’t work which I mean isn’t a a problem if you don’t mind a little walk but if you have nerve issues or broken bones or anything like that the stairs are not ideal

- 5/5
Nothing:) We truly appreciated the cleanliness! The location was right on point! Phil’s BBQ was so amazing! The price for what u get is very acomadating:) Will definitely come back😊
- 3/5
The staff was great; however, the beds could be the worst ones that me and my family have ever slept on in a hotel.
- 2/5
This hotel needs to be discounted its just a step up from a motel. The property is spread out the side where we stayed was very run down and had homeless campers right outside. The lobby light fixtures are falling apart. The room was not the best, air conditioner smelled, toilet was dirty, dead roach in the light fixtures and spiders everywhere. There was atleast an inch gap around the door so light shines through and bugs can get in. Ice machine was broken but good thing there's a gas station across the street.
- 4/5
Always pleasantly clean Staff a bit noisy early mornings
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was very helpful, parking was easy and accessible!
- 5/5
Clean room will be staying again
- 3/5
There was roaches. Asked for house keeping to come back later and when I called the front desk, they said housekeeping is not available after 5 pm we had to wait til the next day.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
Location suited our stay Tight parking, loud environment
- 2.5/5
Bed was comfy and seemed clean The male staff on the first night of arrival was not pleasant. He was not welcoming in any way and just unbending. Wanted all costs upfront on one card. Fine. But just seemed angry. My original room was pretty awful. Beds were nice but couldn’t breathe the smell of damp was so bad. It seemed damp maybe? The aircon unit outside was dripping and there were towels left on the floor to soak it up. The only window of the room faced a brick wall opposite an elevator. I woke up wheezing next morning. But luckily I asked to move rooms. Second one was much brighter but then the remote control didn’t work, coffee maker broke and leaked and the worst part is after spending 700 for 4 days they would not give a fresh bottle of cheap water each day for the broken coffee maker. They told me “you get one at the start of your stay and that’s it”. Can you imagine a hotel staff member telling you that after having to change rooms, broken tv controller and a coffee maker that just leaked everywhere?
- 2/5
Fair stay, not very happy for the price I paid.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
The room was pretty basic. It had your basic amenities. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Air Conditioner worked well. Parking was available though I don't know that it was worth $20/day. I think if you're a guest, it should already be included to make up for basic-ness of the room. Mini-fridge was pretty shallow. Bathroom light made this really annoying buzzing noise. Toilet needs to be reinstalled/reinforced - kept hitting the wall everytime someone got up from it. Again... just basic. Perks were Panera was right next door and Phil's BBQ was across the street. And on a clear night you could see the Sea World drone show. Oh and in terms of convenience, it was in a pretty central location with plenty of fast food, markets and shopping close by. Would I stay here again? Maybe not but it served its purpose at the time.
- 0.5/5
Close by airport The room smelled very very strongly of cigarette smoke
- 5/5
Clean room very easy check in
- 5/5
Clean, ac worked perfectly and hot water wasn’t a problem! When we got to our parking lot the key card to the gate didn’t work but they were able to help us right away! Overall, good experience.
- 4/5
Good and clean $20 Parking fee should not be charged.
- 4/5
Staff was super nice but the elevator was broken and also the access to the stairs was not working all the time ,the was an older gentelman who helped me and was very helpful and friendly and if it wasn’t for him the stay would have been a disaster counting on condition of the hotel
- 3.5/5
Good
- 3/5
Elevator in building C was broken had to climb three flights of stairs with luggage. My initial room smells like mildew and did not have a microwave. I asked to be relocated which they did initial Lady to help me out and not give me a parking ticket and every night I was paranoid that I would get towed away. Second Lady that helped relocate me was a sweetheart and tried to make everything better hope her night got better ❤️
- 2.5/5
Location Black mold in bathroom

Lamp broken, plants dead in hallway near elevator, shuttle van broken down, bugs on floor, outdoor area sad, every thing dead and fountain dry. Would never go there again. Tried to call to check out, no answer. Staff multi tasking while talking to me on phone for check from airport - then hung up. Worst hotel on my trip.
- 3/5
Employees are very friendly & helpful.
- 2/5
Room was clean. Everything else was pretty broken down. And they were apparently out of body wash in the entire place. When I asked the front desk staff they gave me shampoo and told me it’s basically the same thing. For about $200 a night, I expect a bit more.
- 3/5
The doors in our room was not sealed properly and allowed the air to flow out.
- 5/5
Helpful professional staff. Clean and comfortable. Not enough lighting.

Mold all over the bathroom and smelled like mold and they said we cant do anything … so sad
- 5/5
Love staying here, the property is looking a bit outdated
- 3/5
was an ok facility
- 2/5
This is an old motel being refurbished. Towels don’t appear to be washed thoroughly they’re white, but with a tinge of gray. Where are the towels are washed it is filthy the rooms smell like smoke. Everything was fresh and new. As far as accessories of the room. It’s going to take a little bit more to achieve companies. Standards price is fair and close to a lot of things to be in the area if you don’t mind those little things
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Everything was awesome
- 5/5
Courteous staff , clean rooms , upper levels little noisy at night but manageable, would stay again
- 2/5
Dated, very tight parking spaces, elevator was out of service, the coffee machine did not work.
- 1/5
This place was terrible. The room was very hot and muggy, we had to have the door open. It needs lots of work. The paint was coming off the wall and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. Never again!
- 4/5
Everything was clean and decent only thing that sucks what the elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our items through the stairs. Overall it was good
- 2/5
Saturday night and no desirable snacks available in lobby. Clerk told us to go down the street to the gas station and convenience store. Not the greatest neighborhood to be walking in past dark. Air-conditioning smelled like baby powder. Must have had a dryer sheet or something stuck in it for that purpose. UGH. Room refrigerator motor was loud and ran all night. We stay at Wyndham resorts when we travel with our dog and have been very happy with the accommodations and amenities provided. This hotel is definitely a step below that. No frills. No breakfast. Only shower amenities provided. Would not recommend.
- 4/5
Everything was great. Hand sink did back up.
- 5/5
Frank at the front desk is very kind and helpful!
- 4/5
The front desk gentleman, Frank, who checked me in, was fabulous. Gave me all the information I needed, down to the last detail. The area has many shops and restaurants.
- 1/5
Staff had an attitude for no reason, especially Frank and a lady. the room was missing towels and blankets when we went in, luckily we brought our own blankets. cleaners never came into the room to clean, left at night because of how terrible the experience was.
- 5/5
Muy limpio, personal amable y muy céntrico tiene de todos cercas. Solo el parking siento q faltan más espacios
- 3/5
property needs alot of maintenance cuatomer service was great
- 3/5
Good
- 2/5
Room does not look the same as the photos. Wall was peeling off and did not seem like a sanitized location.
- 5/5
Parking was good. Some front desk staff were pleasant and some not so much. But I imagine they have really difficult jobs with the business of this location.
- 2/5
The hotel was decent, but it was never mentioned that I would be getting charged for parking on the property. What kind of bs is that? I should’ve said I had no car and came walking. Charged me 20 bucks for each car out of my deposit.
- 3/5
Clean room, sketchy neighborhood, air conditioning was kind of weak and outdated. Beds were fine and we only stayed one night. The worker at check in was a delight but the morning crew needed an attitude adjustment. Parking was tight.
- 3/5
Wasn’t what I expected
- 4/5
room was clean but smelled musty. parking is NOT included. elevator made terrifying noises every time it gets to the first floor. staff was not super friendly and while I was checking in the man at the front desk was more interested in watching 90 day fiancé than getting me taken care of.
- 1/5
She had to take a taxi. Not good.
- 4/5
Nice stay, clean room
- 4/5
Nice staff. Stayed 4 days and housekeeping didn’t come. Were provided toilet paper and towels when asked. Panera Bread nearby was an asset, good coffee and 10% discount. Felt safe at this hotel. Rooms were very clean upon arrival. Parking was convenient.
- 2/5
which was super inconvenient as my mom is in a wheelchair chair we had to go damn near on the other side of the building to use another elevator. I would never book here again
- 1/5
There was a cockroach in our room
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
For being a busy area it was easy to get in and out. Panera and BBQ is a plus to have
- 5/5
We had a great stay here! Beds were comfy, location is near the swap meet which was nice. Only issues were that when we checked in, I guess they overbooked certain rooms. So everyone who had an upgraded King room was given a standard double bed. The shower would clog and the ice machine didn’t work. The TV and the in room phone also did not work at all, and when we tried to call the office using our personal phones, the line was disconnected. Also, the power kept going out!
- 3/5
The property only had one working ice machine for the entire place. They're were gnats all over the place. Trash and clutter left all over the walkways.
- 5/5
Evething was great staff was very nice
- 5/5
I liked the extras that the hotel allowed
- 1/5
I was charged a deposit twice. I asked the staff they told me not to worry that it would be taken care of while I’ve checked out went to eat breakfast. My card was ran an additional $105.91. I had to come back to the hotel deal with the same staff. They let me know that they don’t have a manager on the weekends. I’m from Arizona so this is very difficult for me because now I have to catch my flight and go back. I called customer service. They said there’s nothing they can really do besides for make a complaint but at this point, my card is being ran by this hotel and there’s nothing I can do about it and there’s nobody to talk to customer service. Let me know that somebody would reach out to me in a week so as of right now, I am out of $205.91. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at first sight. It looks like a great place to stay but once you get inside the room, don’t make coffee because roaches will come out of the coffee maker. There was dead roaches inside of the hairdryer bag. I wasn’t gonna bring that up, but since they want to charge my card, I think that the public should know.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
The property was OK. But there was an issue with my confirmation. Originally, they said they could not find the reservation. Luckly, I had the confirmation number, but it took them a while to find it and check me in. They said it had something to do with being booked via a third party (Expedia I suppose). Not sure where the problem is (Expedia, the hotel, or some place else), but Luckly they had a room. It is something that needs to be fixed.
- 1/5
sheets not clean, got stuck in the elevator twice….
- 4/5
Wish they didn't charge for parking.
- 5/5
Walking distance to where we needed to go. Food locations walking distance. The staff very helpful and kind throughout our stay.
- 3/5
The pictures make the property and rooms look much nicer than reality. The bed and pillows were terrible. The ac was missing the grill to aim the air. The elevator was down so we got to carry everything up the stairs. Paying 20.00 a night to park when you are paying so much for a room is crazy . I would suggest looking elsewhere
- 5/5
Air conditioning worked great
- 5/5
I had a great time, it was comfortable. Only issue I had was that the room felt super humid and smelled like mold. Other than that it was good.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
Tones of issues. Room was in very poor condition. Cracks and issues with the shower and sink, big broken holes and cracks in the AC unit. Bed quality was like sleeping on the ground with a thin sheet. Room felt like they tried to make a prison cell look nice but failed. Areas outside of room had trash all over and was super run down. They even tried to put us in a room that we never booked and they still ended up not putting us in a room we booked. Staff was just nasty to us and didn’t care about any of the concerns we had. What they advertised was far from what you really got or saw. Never ever would recommend anyone here and highly suggest black listing them. Price also did not match how bad it was. We ended up moving hotels after only being in the room for an hour.
- 4/5
Clean room and helpful staff
- 2/5
Additionally, the in-room information indicates that housekeeping services include turn-down service, fresh towels, and trash removal. During our stay, these services were not provided unless specifically requested. I also reached out to the property manager to share these concerns; however, the response felt dismissive and lacked empathy or acknowledgment of the issues raised. Rather than addressing the concerns directly, the explanation provided focused on justifications for the discrepancies. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be reviewed and addressed to ensure future guests receive accurate information and a consistent level of service.
- 2/5
I don’t like how they don’t offer breakfast.
- 4/5
Nice place , good location
- 1/5
Terrible.
- 3/5
Clean room, kind of seemed like a shady area. Hotel was OK. Large room, very bland. Staff were great.
- 4/5
None of ice machines worked. Housekeeping was pushy on checkout. Knocked on door 3 times before checkout time even came. Otherwise a decent place to stay within walking distance to pechanga
- 3/5
Room wasn’t super clean. Dead cockroach outside the bathroom, sticky spot on the bedside table, plastic mat for the bottom of the shower had hair on it.
- 5/5
Very reasonably priced; room was very clean; staff friendly and pleasant. If opportunity arises, will definitely book again.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, the room looked clean. The one thing I would say to travelers is that the word “hotel” to me implied that the room doors faced inside an indoor hallway, and the doors of the rooms actually faced the outside. For $20 you can park your car in the hotel lot, and the staff said that there were security guards. Panera restaurant is co-located, which is convenient.
- 5/5
Friendly
- 4/5
Its okay
- 5/5
Lovely room and clean
- 5/5
Staff was very Professional Room was Spacious
- 3/5
Front desk staff very short and unhappy to help with extra's requests. It was fine for a quick stay, but definitely NOT up to Wyndham standards.
- 3/5
Comfortable property if you’re looking for a short stay. The location is very convenient 15 mins away from just about everything. The only issue I had was that the air unit had a burning scent coming from it so we didn’t turn it on. Overall, it’ll get the job done. Rooms had adequate space which was good.
- 4/5
the overall stay was great! clean room and helpful staff- everything is so close to us which made the stay better. my only real critique was the odd spacing in the room. we had a big gap between the bed and the bathroom and there was no table or anything to fill the space. additionally, I wish there was curtains or something to let natural light in but the "curtains" that are there just cover the whole window- so you're either fully exposed or just working with darkness and lamp lighting. other than that awkward layout, everything was 5/5!
- 3/5
There isn't a bathroom by the pool. You hear sirens all night. One of the nights the hot tub was green.
- 4/5
Very nice room for the price. Pretty clean. Microwave & fridge bug plus. Very spacious. Would go back.
- 4/5
Floors needed mopped
- 3/5
The room I selected wasn't available. I was not charged for parking and offered a 50% discount but yet to receive waiting on hotels.com. The phones in the room didn't work. Had to go to front desk anytime for any assistance and that was a hike. Tried calling hotels from my cell never any answer. Location was great for another needs, plenty stores and restaurants in the area
- 1/5
Overall, not a good experience. Very loud room because of all the street noise. They dont even offer free wifi. Avoid this place
- 5/5
It was great
- 1/5
Front desk lady gave me the wrong room number
- 5/5
clean and comfortable
- 3/5
The air conditioning worked as expected. Had to wait in line as only two staff were available at check-in on a Thursday evening. Had to pay for parking, and the property was difficult to get in and out of. The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was modern and clean. The large-screen TV was not compatible with our Netflix subscription. Did not notice sounds from other guests.
- 2/5
The room was simple yet appeared clean. Unfortunately, a fly was buzzing around and disrupted the overall comfort. Unfortunately, the stay was further disrupted by excessive noise—guests were running above us, and loud conversations outside our room at 6 a.m. made it difficult to sleep. Addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience.
- 2/5
The refrigerator didn't work and we were an hour late to meet family trying to get a new one because I needed a working refrigerator to keep my insulin cold. The TV also didn't work and all of the channels were scrambled. The technician had no idea what he was doing or what was wrong. We fixed The loose connection ourselves. It then failed again when we got back to the hotel, discovering it was a glitch with their service and you can't use the guide. I explained to the lovely young lady at the front desk the medical issues I sometimes have in the morning and she gave us an extra hour to check out which was appreciated, but then at 8:30 a.m. We received a call from what we assume was the front desk startling us awake after a long night after a funeral with family, with no one on the other line When I got up to answer. Maybe it was a mistaken wake-up call? And we really needed to get more sleep with our long drive home that day. That was upsetting. The bathroom lighting is absolutely unacceptable!! It was like a dark nightclub. I could not do my makeup at all!! My husband couldn't even style his hair with so little lighting. The Only windows are right up front by the front door and the staff / maid service kept startling us pressing their faces against the glass to peer in and see if we were still there while we were dressing etc. despite the do not disturb sign. And despite having a fridge and microwave they have no dishware! They told us to go to Panera next door!
- 3/5
This stay was very disappointing. The walls were extremely thin. We were on the third floor and could hear people in the parking lot shouting. Also, they text me and said "text us here with any questions" but they did not respond to four messages that I sent. I tried using the phone in the room to call the front desk but the phone did not work. The room and bathroom doors were dirty and smudged. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Toilet paper is thin. One of the locks on the door was unscrewed and was useless. The bed was also uncomfortable. The TV only had three news channels and we were unable to watch a streaming service. If you plan on walking a lot, I wouldn't recommend this place as it is on a very busy street. There is a Panera right on the property and if you use their discount code you can get 10% off your order. You can do early check in for an extra $50 but you can also drop off your bags in a locked room for free. Check out was easy. Overall, not a great spot but it did the job.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and the area was nice. The staff at the check in was also great
- 4/5
Room was clean. The air conditioning worked. Parking felt safe. There were restaurants near by. Nice staff.
- 1/5
Look at pictures of the surrounding area before you book. First room they gave us had water all on the floor and stunk like cigarette smoke. Be careful with Expedia and this hotel, they steal people’s money. They do not help and just give people the run around when you reach out. No help at all and would not recommend using either!
- 2/5
Staff was great. Only opportunity is the property and value for my money. Room had old furniture and has a smell. Location of hotel is not at all helpful. Our room was towards the back of hotel we had to move car location for safety to prevent any breakin. I will not be staying here ever.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, my room was infested by roaches. I had to check out earlier than planned. When reported staff did tried to accommodate me but the experience was not up to standard Hospitality.
- 3/5
The room that we were given for me and my daughter, it had bees. My daughter is allergic to bees. We killed three and there was a bunch in the window. I notified the manager right away. She sent a maintenance guy. She did told me she was gonna refund me my stay with them, but it says right now she’s avoiding me and when I return my calls back.
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Great location for sea world
- 3/5
Convenient if you are seeing a concert at Pechanga Arena. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Homeless in the parking lot. Rude staff. Booked a king bed and was given 2 queens. Parking is an additional $20. The sink is in the main bedroom so if you are getting ready to leave the lights need to be on. The elevator service had expired 2 years ago.
- 4/5
Thomas in check in was.not accurate in his information
- 3/5
I would not recommend the hotel. I asked for a rollout bed and was advised i couldnt get one due to some rule. The rooms smelled, the tubs had peeling porcelain, in the first room: the phone did not work, one light would not come on. In the second room: on our check out morning there was a roach in the bathroom.
- 4/5
The room was clean. No Airport shuttle.
- 3/5
Close to everything. Parking, check-in and check-out were easy. The pool was small, my son liked it. The room was large, but gross. The floors are not carpeted and dirt easily showed up on the bottom of our socks after walking around. There were black footprints on the wall by the bed. The bathtub paint was chipped. The room smelled strongly of bleach, which is the only proof any cleaning has ever occurred. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, nor were the towels replaced. Staff are friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great overall stay. Would stay again.

The hotel is very poorly maintained, the manager was not cooperative when we tried to cancel one night of our three night stay due to airline delays and we had to listen to the noisy neighbor above us stomp around on the hard floors. Would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff.
- 1/5
Rude staff member at check in and check out. Dirty room. Cracks in walls and door. Did not feel safe.
- 3/5
No conditioner Wate pressure very bad
- 5/5
This place was pretty good. We had left a terrible hotel and stayed here instead. It shares a parking lot with Panera. The best are comfy, it isn’t too noisy. I do wish they had better blind in the front. You can see who walks near your door. I don’t think they can see it though.
- 2/5
The website says they have breakfast available onsite, implying some sort of breakfast lounge, what it actually means is they have a panera nextdoor with a 10% off code. Additionally, their late night desk agent (I think Frank was his name) was very rude and generally unhelpful. Our cards stopped working 3 times despite being kept far away from electronics, and Frank would always imply it was our fault. Finally, if you have a rental, they charge an extra $20 PER NIGHT to get a parking pass with no warning on their site.
- 1/5
absolutely horrible hotel the security guard opened my room at 1200AM and stated he did not know anyone was in there, hotel staff was disrespectful and did not offer any apologies to the incident. Hotel staff stated no management was on duty. Most disrespectful hotel experience I have ever had
- 5/5

- 3/5
This was by far the most challenging stay of my recent vacations. Some of the staff was rude. Rooms were ok, bed was comfortable, and access to restaurants were convenient.
- 5/5
air condition was ok - bar ok - staff nice - building not so nice - elevator not working, ice machine not working
- 1/5
DON’T BOOK HERE. With the $20 parking fee you have to pay at check in, could upgrade yourself to the HILTON! Thomas was very rude and argumentative. No breakfast included EITHER. Then why post breakfast and parking included ?
- 5/5
Quick and fast check in. Thank you
- 5/5
Front desk nice rooms clean
- 5/5
We stayed one night due to a delayed flight. The place was clean & tidy, the pool was fantastic. Staff was amazing. Great for a short budget friendly stay.
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel
- 3/5
It felt like I was staying at a residential area. no Breakfast or lotion provided.
- 5/5
great place
- 2/5
I’ve stayed here a lot but this visit was horrible. Bed wasn’t made upon arrival. After I unpacked. They asked me to move rooms. My key didn’t work.
- 4/5
The soda machines and the ice machines were both broken. The lobby is very nice and clean. The outside of the property is nice. The rooms are a little rundown but overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay.
- 1/5
I never received my security deposit back
- 4/5
Good customer service hotel room was perfect
- 4/5
Didn’t have that in our room
- 3/5
The room itself is clean, spacious, and relatively modern. Wifi worked well once I finally was able to connect. Unfortunately, the in-room coffee maker only offered decaf. Biggest complaint was the $20 per night fee to park, which is apparently new and wasn't disclosed in the original online booking. This was my second time in two months staying here, and despite the decent room and good location, I don't think I'll be back a third time.
- 3/5
check in - meaning just to get keys since i already checked in mobile- took almost an hr! The room is clean with really soft beds that killed my back. There are no chairs or tables in room. The walls had dark marks and walls are paper thin. Woke up to someone walking heavily above our floor along with everything going on in the parking area right outside the door. Someone actually opened our door - said sorry and closed the door- luckily we had the lock in place - can’t tell if it was staff or some stranger. That was definitely scary! It was ok for a night, i don’t think i could have handled a few nights here.
- 3/5
The room was clean and had everything you could need. The property is confusing and laid out strangely. Building D has gated parking, so that's a plus. There is no shuttle despite what the listing says, so that's a disappointment.
- 3/5
It was an okay stay. From the pictures of our room when booked, it showed a kitchenette. When we arrived, no kitchenette. I don’t like false advertising. The room was okay. We had little gnats and bugs in the room and that was not okay. Elevators not working. It was very noisy around the complex. We heard screaming from someone and yelling from the clean up staff throughout the property. Checking in was good. Check out efficient. It was an expensive stay for the quality of hotel. Very crowded probably due to a lot of people on vacation.
- 3/5
I specifically asked for a quiet room and got room 201 by busy sports arena boulevard. This necessitated a room change, 30 minutes of my valuable time, desk unattended ,very annoying. Keep in mind there are no safes in rooms. No bkfst either, but Ralph's just across the street, microwave in room is fine. Lots of nearby restaurants, Including a Panera in front parking lot
- 4/5
Very convenient and close to everything. The rooms were a good size and clean.
- 1/5
came in and the first room we got smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. We then asked management if we could switch rooms in which they accused us of smoking (I have asthma) and they were unsure if there were any other rooms available. After I pressured them, we switched rooms. Photos are extremely misleading. Do not stay here. Not worth the price tag, might as well have stayed at a motel.
- 5/5
The room needed a few things fixed, but it did not affect my stay
- 4/5
Stuff was very noisy, they don't care what time is it. They where yelling 7 am in the morning
- 5/5
Clean room n quiet place
- 3/5
It was questionable at times the stair access smelled of urine. I’m pretty sure there was somebody living in there. The bushes out side of the stairwell smelled of urine. By the way you could only go down the stairs and not back up the door had no handles. So you are forced to take the elevator which also smells of urine. Our room was all the way at the end by the stairs. Seems to be housing for a few families isn’t a big issue. But a couple of nights it got a bit crazy on the weekend ladies of the night on both sides of our room. No breakfast. Staff at desk are somewhat friendly. None of the other employees speak English. To say the least they had clean sheets. It was not a three or four day hotel it’s a I got to have somewhere to stay for a night. I could be wrong but that was my experience.
- 4/5
Staff was amazing the room was clean and very comfortable its really loud being on a main street and its not the best area but it was whatbi needed for a short overnight but again checking in was easy amd thr morning gentlemen when i checked out at 4am was really nice and accommodating.

Nice friendly service
- 1/5
Staff support lacking at front desk. Dront desk phone ringwr was switched off purposely
- 1/5
Just abu
- 3/5
The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room suficed for what we needed for 1 night, but would not want to stay for an extended amount of time unless i had to.
- 3/5
Bad communication through front desk host
- 3/5
Got in the elevator and got stuck between floors. Was resilved in about 5 mins
- 1/5
Yes
- 5/5
The room was very clean. It smelled good. Everything wasn’t working in order overall a good place for the price.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff were very helpful and welcoming would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
did not room of choosing, booked on expedia, and room did not feel clean, no power for 2 hiurs
- 3/5
The room was fine for the stay. On the last day we found a found near the bathroom which put a damper on the trip.
- 1/5
The website said there was an airport shuttle. There was not. I booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle, so we could pick up our rental car the next morning. Also, our keys would not work. Security said the door needed to be reprogrammed. The only solution they offered was for us to stop by the front desk and ask to be let into our room every time we left and came back.
- 2/5
My door didn’t fully close, check in was rough. The beds were uncomfortable. Because the door didn’t fully close people were putting flyers under the door and I could hear everything happening outside like cars, phone calls, people, trains etc. there were people yelling at each other at 1am that they were going to beat each other and it was just a bad experience.
- 1/5
Terrible experince
- 2/5
After driving 2 hours we go to check in at 9pm and the internet was down. We waited for almost an hour in the lobby and then 2 parties came in and they were able to check in right away. We got in line and were upset because the staff member should have checked us in before them since we were the ones waiting for almost an hour and while we were waiting he would update us it would be “5 more minutes” and clearly that was not the case. I also had booked a king bed and when we got to the room it was 2 double beds. We were too tired to say anything and didn’t want to switch out at that point on a rainy day.
- 5/5
Was an awesome distance from Sea World
- 1/5
Didnt stay here, the room was booked accidentally for the wrong dates and expedia would not refund me when I told them the dates were wrong
- 5/5
Room was clean and functional
- 3/5
The room was ok, check in time was 30 minutes since there was only one employee assisting.
- 1/5
Terrible electricity went out yesterday evening didn’t go back until this morning. Got denied a refund.
- 2/5
Zero den mom
- 5/5
all the staff were so nice!!!clean room and so comfy beds
- 3/5
Yes
- 2/5
The power went out, there was no hot water, check in took us 45 min, and parking sucks if you come later. It’s worth it you don’t care about where you stay and just wanna stay local, they have a nice Panera cafe but overall if you can book someplace else. Not worth $200.
- 1/5
After checking in the power went out, no a/c and the room got hot , tv was freezing all the time and resetting, staff couldn’t do anything. Since we are local, we left.
- 5/5
The room was upgraded and clean. 5 minutes from Ocean Beach, Downtown. Very good price.
- 1/5
Service not good
- 4/5
Clean, up to date, friendly staff
- 3/5
The hotel was surrounded with many amenities of things to do and see. Staff was concise and informative. Grounds were some antiquated and had gotten stuck in nonoperational elevator for some time. Luckily had a cell phone to be able to FIND a number to front desk. After being put on hold by automation several times saying no one was available at this time. I had a real voice. Even then not so comforting because of trying to identify which elevator we were in and what was the problem. Luckily the door was pried open by myself and my wife. No help from desk or maintenance. Never said anything else till checkout and the desk people chuckled that we were stuck and semi apologized. Never saw an out of service note on the elevator at all. The stairwell which is to be secured was open at all times of entering and exiting.
- 4/5
Good location for airport use. Helpful staff.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff
- 5/5
the staff are helpful especially the housekeeping
- 3/5
The staff was kind but there were a ton of mistakes…we were told our room was c145 but that didn’t exist on the map so we went back to the front desk and got better directions, found our room and the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk again and then we were finally able to get into our room…the staff was apologetic but it was a lengthy process.
- 3/5
Ratchet. Dirty hotel.
- 3/5
Had to use emergency phone The place is run down
- 4/5
Great location- near places to eat, stores, easy to enter/exit property. Easy check in process, staff is friendly. The only down to this property I had was that I could fully hear our next door neighbor talking on the phone- which it was either my neighbor was talking super loud or the walls were super thin. Which it wasn’t a deal breaker I would stay here again 👍
- 1/5
Broken elevator. Dirty room. Broken lock in door. Insane experience
- 3/5
If you’re just looking for a comfy affordable spot to rest your head, this is your place. The room smelled like mold upon arrival. it was cleaned well, but needed a fresh paint job. There was rust on the bottom of the bathroom door and some of the door frame was rusted out. Elevators didn’t work. Overall the location was a 10/10 for being near beach and attractions - and you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
The room lacked amenities and the floor was dirty and the room had a smell to it.
- 5/5
Good location friendly staff
- 3/5
Room never clean and too much noise from outside
- 4/5
Good location. Room was clean and roomy.
- 4/5
Lot of rooms, decent facilities but less maintained. Expensive for the kind it is maybe because of the location. We had to change the room due to hot water heater failure
- 1/5
Online pictures were a bit deceiving. We checked in to the room which was doable but a little beat up. We found a dead roach in the restroom and a dead bug in the tub. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel after 30 mins.
- 1/5
The room we got was on the back building of the property that looks like a cheap motel, the elevator was next to the room so the room will vibrate every time the elevator was in use and the mattress was so old that you could hear and feel the mattress springs, horrible experience.
- 5/5
My stay was awesome room is how it’s shown on the pictures. Very clean and smock free. The staff was amazing they even helped me print out a document I needed. Will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
Spotless, quiet, convenient location.
- 2/5
Staff was great, but from pictures I was thinking this would be nicer. Bed was truly uncomfortable with pillows, its 4 days later and my neck still hurts.
- 1/5
The room felt neglated, the area was terrible there was homeless people walking around the property. The electricity went out a couple of times and the shower was clogged. Trash was everywhere on the property. Almost felt like we had to keep checking on the car to make sure it was there.
- 3/5
All three ice machines in building C don’t works. Some in others also don’t work. I spent 20 minutes looking for ice
- 3/5
My room was not refreshed even I told them twice. Location was great. It close to SeaWorld and restaurants. I think the hotel room was recently renovated. It was nice and clean but the elevator was old, slow, and not functioning well. We chose to use stairs to the third floor instead of elevator.
- 5/5
The place is nice, I didn’t know about that place needed to pay for the parking. It’s very hard to look for the room.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
Just random things honestly. The ac half of it was damaged. The bathtub didn’t have a plug, the tub its self was messed up to where water would sit in the middle and not drain. WiFi was terrible even with buying the upgraded version
- 5/5
Sencillo pero limpio y confortable, muy buena atención
- 3/5
U
- 4/5
Room was nice
- 4/5
However, I was disappointed by the daily parking rate of $45. This felt misleading, as the room pricing is advertised as affordable, yet parking information is not clearly disclosed and is difficult to find, even in the fine print. More transparency around parking fees would greatly improve the overall experience.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
The location was great, very close to SeaWorld and freeways. The staff was not friendly or helpful, they were dismissive and cold. The room was disappointing. It was dirty with dead bugs in the bathroom and greasy marks on surfaces in the room. The bathroom fan made a terrible noise when the light was on. I do not recommend tbis hotel.
- 5/5
Great staff, and clean and comfortable room.
- 1/5
Elevator was down. Paid 80 dollars for parking .
- 1/5
No hot water, which was not mentioned at check in. When I finally inquired about it, they were not very accommodating and there were no comparable rooms with hot water. They gave me free parking, which is unacceptable considering we couldn’t shower for two days.
- 5/5
Get location to the airport, safe, great staff, & overall wonderful stay
- 4/5
Clean and quiet despite being on the first floor and across the vending machine. Appreciated the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap amenities. Everything worked properly and was an easy in/out process.
- 2/5
House cleaning staff was wonderful! Front desk staff not so much. One person staffing front desk most of the time and unab and not much help when my room smelled of ether/nail polish and filled up with smoke. Fire alarms blaring and "Paul" from front desk giving me a bs story about how this happens when the ac is not used for periods of time! I'd been in that room 5 nights. On the other hand, if hotel is 1/5 used why place customers where the elevator is out of order and there were no plans to get it fixed?
- 3/5
Not the worst, but I won't be coming back.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff very pleasant
- 5/5
Excelente servició excelentes las gabitaciones
- 5/5
Clean, discount for panera, great staff
- 2/5
The windows are to thin we heard all the noise outside
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Safe location.
- 4/5
I should NOT have had to pay over and above room cost for a parking place. That is not right and should automatically come with the room cost. There was plenty of space. I paid for two rooms even
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
room was nice and clean
- 5/5
Lovely coffee, and the office lounge was a pleasant place to read while waiting for the others to wake up. Really spacious room and bath and great TV channels. It was perfect having a fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker because we shopped for food and ate out a lot. Nice walking-distance selection of food in all directions!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Front desk and staff were very nice and welcoming.
- 1/5
Roaches in room eating my food
- 5/5
Really nice and quiet
- 5/5
Great!
- 4/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
A very nice warm and clean stay a bit of a plantation vibe with some of the troubled workers. Other than that, I would highly recommend it it’s a wonderful day
- 1/5
When I was checking in I had gave the front lady my last name and she said okay let me check in the back. 10 mins go by, mean while the whole time she was in the back I can hear them making fun of my last name, the entire time. She never came out to give me an update and the other guy that was helping in the front (very nice) said, “oh she just left you up here” as he proceeded to go back and get an update while they were still talking about my last name. I came in this hotel happy to stay with my family and hopes for a good experience and was very upset. The lady came back and was lucky I already had paid or I would have canceled my reservation. As a guest here, you want to be treated with respect and feel welcome and this was the complete opposite. I have never in my years of staying in hotels have experienced staff members make fun of my last name not alone make fun of someone at all. On top of that, the phones are not working and the elevator inspection is expired.
- 4/5
Great for our short stay
- 5/5
Nice stay. Quiet and clean.
- 1/5
It was a dump… 2 star hotel, old, dirty and terrible bed. Also we had a drunk lady knocking at our door at 4:00am. She so wasted she was knocking from door to door. Photos are photoshopped; hotel is terrible.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 2/5
Once switched the next day my room key would not work. Hotel was clean but staff could certainly do better!
- 1/5
Had an unexpected medical emergency. Offered to provide a Dr note and they wouldn’t allow for cancelation since it was less than 24 hours before the reservation.
- 4/5
Yes, everything was nice. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, bathroom was clean. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with is you can here all the conversation of the room next to ours.
- 4/5
Room was clean and as advertised. Check in and out were smooth.
- 1/5
I booked the wrong day, called and was told I would get a refund so I booked another day just for the two days later them to tell me they can’t give me a refund because the date passed?? Why even tell me I could then?!
- 1/5
Yo me tuve que salir de el cuarto en cuanto lo agarré, y pedí reembolso y no me lo dieron! No se los recomiendo para nada
- 5/5
Clean rooms and friendly staff.
- 5/5
I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was great right from when I checked in. The room was clean and spacious & the staff were pleasant. The location was very convenient for my needs and right on an easy bus route. They had 24 hr security and I felt safe. Yes there are a few homeless in the neighbourhood but there were none on the property. The Panera Bread restaurant on site was excellent. Very welcoming staff with good food and pleasant atmosphere. You get 10% off at it as a hotel guest.
- 3/5
Why have a customer pre-register if it is going to be an average check-in?
- 5/5
The neighborhood was a bit off, but the hotel was great. Very clean, friendly staff and good security.
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
Unclean property.
- 3/5
Check in people are not cordial. Rooms are ok, you can hear your neighbor. And $20 parking per day.
- 5/5
The stay was great. I wish the front desk agent was little more friendly or personable. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Other than that clean and close to everything.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was nice.
- 1/5
The place didn’t have the room I have reserved and gave us cheaper room with no refund.
- 2/5
Their $20 per night charge for parking was a deceptive, hidden charge. Everyone comes in a car. They should not charge extra for parking it.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 4/5
Close to Pechanga!
- 1/5
Very rude people at front desk!
- 2/5
The shower didn’t work so my wife and I were unable to take a shower and wash our hair. We arrived late and my wife had already fallen asleep when I tried the shower. I told the front desk person that I’d like some sort of refund. He was unable to provide a refund. So, we went without a shower, or a refund. He did offer to switch rooms. But, at that point, my wife had already fallen asleep. Otherwise, the room was appropriate for the price. The front desk employee was courteous
- 3/5
Room I booked on Hotels.com was not a room the hotel offers. Called to make sure everything was set for the trip that was a hassle and after 2 days was assured everything was set and still had the same issue that the room I booked wasn't something they offer felt that I over paid for a room I didn't get. You pay a$100 deposit and it's $20 a night for parking that is deducted from the $100 deposit. Also the food places around the hotel had bad reviews and made people sick. Overhead another guest say that the ice machine smelled bad. Phil's BBQ was really really good worth trying
- 3/5
There was a large spider in the trash bin so I had to kill it. Then there was a small cockroach that I also killed. We didn't see any other bugs. The tub has a bit of rush near the drain. It's close to the airport so you will hear the planes; especially after 6 am. Overall, average place but we wouldn't go back because of the bugs.
- 1/5
The low rating is about the surprise $20 per day parking fee at check-in. I feel this fee should be more obvious, remind people when booking with Expedia or any other sites, and not have to search it in the fine details. This is quite apparent when the check-in counter at the lobby has multiple signs about a separate $20 parking fee. Come on Wyndham Hotels! You guys are better than this. Do you really want to jeopardize client satisfaction for this parking fee. How often does a traveler in SoCal NOT have a car to park? Just include it in your room pricing and let us decide and compare with other hotel pricing. Let's not be sneaky about it.
- 4/5
Great stay! Room was clean and staff were friendly.
- 5/5
The staff was very kind.
- 3/5
Hotel should not try and make you pay for parking. The parking fee was not shown on the Hotles.com web page, so I asked that the fee be waived.
- 3/5
Employees very friendly even the ones at Panera.
- 2/5
There were soft spots in the floor, the website advertised free parking and free breakfast, but neither are available. It is $20 a night to park and you get 10% off at Panera for the breakfast. There were bugs in the bathtub and the room just felt dirty. Pieces of the baseboards were missing, and the a/c unit had pieces missing. The pictures were definitely misleading.
- 2/5
Cheap hotel but worse than I expected. I was ground level and had a lot of beetle type insects in my room, but not bedbugs thankfully. Lots of noise from neighboring rooms and parking lot right outside the windows. Not a great neighborhood to stay - lots of strip malls, highways and didn’t feel super safe to walk around.
- 3/5
Room was fine. Clean and properly stocked each day while I was out. Bed was terrible. Big indent in the middle, had to sleep on the couch every night. Price was reasonable and location was ideal.
- 4/5
Staff was very accommodating for a last minute booking.
- 1/5
There were bugs everywhere. We switched rooms and there were still bugs in the other room. Staff was unable to issue refund so will have to wait multiple business days to do so. Will never stay here again.
- 4/5
Staff was really friendly, the parling lot was cramped and the vegetation was overgrown making parking even harder. The people drunk making a scene in the parking lot was a big down side.
- 3/5
It’s a reasonable place to stay if you just need a short visit and plan to spend most of your time elsewhere, but I’d recommend being cautious about the area and not relying on the Wi-Fi for anything important.
- 5/5
Property has a lot of stuff near by and is a cool place to stay.
- 2/5
The rooms look nothing like the photograph. There is absolutely nothing charming about this hotel.
- 3/5
The elevators need to be upgraded and they should have continental breakfast or snacks in the lobby
- 5/5
great experience in your hotel. we will come back
- 5/5
The staff were friendly. The room was clean but there were some issues in the room. Shower head was not completely sealed. There there spots on the ceiling in the bathroom and the some baseboards were messed up.
- 5/5
Close to the airport anf price.
- 3/5
To much sorrounding noise
- 3/5
Staff - maybe try to ensure there is direction provided to the different buildings. Its not very easy to identify how to get to the different locations.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
Other than that.. tons of places to eat nearby, only a 6 min drive to SeaWorld and tons of shops in the area if you need anything within walking distance. The room was clean and everything was provided as advertised.
- 4/5
Good place to sleep on the bus line to nearby attractions.
- 1/5
No breakfast, reserved a deluxe room and got a regular room, they refused to reimburse the difference, fight broke out in the parking lot, area is sketchy, front desk lady rude
- 5/5
Super friendly staff and hotel was clean
- 5/5
Checkin was fast and easy. He was very polite. Went to my room and the room was very clean. The cleaner was also very polite. The only thing I have to say is that the elevator needs to be fixed it sounds scarey. Other then that and the $20.00 parking this is one.of.the best hotel we.stayed at.
- 4/5
Fix the vending machines, for them to take cash too, money is money. Improve the quality of the evaluator, have breakfast at the hotel
- 2/5
Just pretty run down and parking spots are so tight and you have to pay extra for parking
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
It was a unique stay.
- 3/5
I truly appreciated the reliable, excellent daily room service over my three-day stay. The in-room coffee maker and refrigerator were also welcome conveniences. Cons: Major issues with essential amenities and environment. The pool was padlocked early, despite posted "open" hours, leading to disappointment. My room's sliding windows were permanently locked, preventing any fresh air circulation. Furthermore, the lobby had a persistent, nauseating odor. Finally, the old, rickety elevators felt highly unreliable and concerning.
- 4/5
In range of a lot of food choices and very close to Sea World which made transportation very easy.
- 4/5
Clean and good service. But I reserved a king bed and got a room with 2 queen beds
- 4/5
The beds were comfy, it wasn’t noisy. It was a good stay
- 5/5
Great location. Very central. Did not love how you can hear everything outside your room
- 3/5
The facility is a bit outdated and some updates need to be made to the rooms and elevators. Our room was clean enough however there were many spiders and small flies we had to deal with.
- 4/5
Clean nice smelling room.
- 1/5
Overall terrible stay. No access to basic amenities. Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures of the lobby. That is very nice but the rooms are gross! Muggy! Bugs!!! Terrible service!
- 3/5
br is gross and elevator was broken and outside of hotel looked dirty but the cleaners did good job making the bed
- 5/5
Staff at front desk was very professional and friendly. Room had plenty of space for our family.
- 5/5
Traveled with my family and it was great! 2 night short stay but staff was great, rooms clean and comfortable, and close to so many places! Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean spacious rooms
- 3/5
We checked into this room on Labor Day weekend, which I realize is a busy weekend think we are giving the last room that was available even though we had booked prior to the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. The stairwell to get to the third floor was not well lit good thing I was not handicapped. We did have a baby with us so we had to carry the baby up and down the stairs, which is very inconvenient. The TV had limited stations. We are on the straight side and it was extremely noisy. I called the front desk to see if they were going to empty the trash since we did have a baby and had diapers and they said only if you call and I said well I am calling and I would like some fresh towel Is that OK? She said only if you call she seemed quite annoyed with my questions nothing to brag about this room or hotel just a place to sleep no-frills

Clean room, good customer service. Our second morning my shower wouldn't warm up but the previous day was no problem. Panera on site for easy meals and we enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi as well.
- 3/5
The restaurant didn't have a continental breakfast. The Hotel charged us a daily rate of $20 - yet i didn't see it when i selected the property in Expedia.

Definitely should mention that there's a $20 night fee for parking. Not happy finding out hidden fees
- 5/5
No issues, just the AC had a really bad noise, and I was not able to get a good sleep, Other than that, all good
- 5/5
Clean room and safe area
- 4/5
Room was decent for the price
- 5/5
We stayed here for a concert across the street at Pachanga Arena. Very short walk and like that it was convenient to a lot of dining options. Also room was clean and came with a min fridge and microwave. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great service

The room was nicely cleaned

It was really clean and the staff was so nice
- 4/5
Wish there were more entertainment options for kids

It was so weird that they didn’t have housekeeper unless you asked for it. Never had this kind of experience and they never mentioned it when we checked IN.

Lots of space to move around since we were mostly confined to our room watching a golf tournament on the TV. Everything was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were both excellent!! We had a wonderful stay.

I believe the property purposely could not find my reservation in order to charge me twice. The person practically called me a liar when I showed my booking. He said that it wasn’t booked and that my itinerary number was not a confirmation. When I showed that my bank statement matched the room amount, he went in the back and an invisible person found my reservation and they had to manually input it in. This took about 45 minutes. They wasted my time and insulted me. How many other tired travelers do this to, to get a higher price for the room. If you don’t want to discount your room don’t put it on the booking like apps.
- 2/5
Rude staff, we came out of town, didn't have any breakfast either like advertised.
- 5/5
the hotel was very clean and the front desk was very friendly
- 4/5
It is good
- 5/5
Really good place to stay
- 3/5
Room vs price. It’s ok based on that
- 3/5
Extremely unprofessional to see a maid cleaning rooms and bringing her back pack in with her to the rooms.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The room was great. Only complaints were the hot water wasn’t hot. Ever! And I don’t like paying for parking at a hotel I’m paying to stay at.
- 1/5
I it was a horrible experience we found and in cockroaches and it was very dirty. We were in a very unsafe area and they send us to the back of the hotel with very limited access to communication.
- 3/5
I enjoyed my stay , I didn’t like how parking was $20 per night and my car was still out in the open no protection; I feel as if it should be included. Besides everyone was super friendly and the room was clean
- 1/5
Im writing this review because i came across to alot of missing items. once my room got serviced and no one asked if i needed a room service they just came in and my stuff where missing. Im missing a perfume, Stanley water cup, Eyelash curler, and a hair straightener and im honestly very upset about it and i just wanna have a word with who ever is connected to this hotel.

One day we were gone all day and came back at 5 and our room had not been made up yet. The property was clean but it was old and you could tell by around the door frame at the bottom it was all rusty on metal. I am sure this could have been fixed. On a positive, great bed and pillows, loved the dove shampoo and conditioner. The elevator needs fixing in building A it works but is so clunky it sounds like it is going to stop at any minute.
- 5/5
close to sea world
- 2/5
Everything was good except they could not find my reservation number. My number did not start w the numbers they indicated and it was very hard for them to find my reservation. I had to speak to 3 different people.
- 4/5
A lot of transient people in the parking lot and the walls are paper thin, staff was great and the room was clean!
- 3/5
Conveniently located older property. Lobby is kept nicely but beds need changing. Cleanliness was also lacking with baseboards in need of dusting in both rooms. We were moved to a new room once we complained about roach infestation. On site staff was wonderful. Owners need to invest because they are getting a fairly high room rate relative to cost. I paid the same to stay at the sold out Sheraton
- 4/5
It was at a convenient location and accessible. There are multiple food options near by. However, when we went they charged for parking per night which was not specified when we made the reservation. That should be specified.
- 3/5
During our stay, we had to visit the front desk twice because our room keys kept deactivating and would not let us in. The property is also very noisy—you can hear people dragging their luggage on the walkways above. What I found particularly frustrating was that staff came pounding on our door 40 minutes before checkout to ask if we were leaving on time. Checkout is at 11 a.m., and I don’t see why guests should be disturbed beforehand. Lastly, parking is $20 per night, which feels steep considering the overall experience. Overall, while the rooms were clean, the service, noise, and unnecessary disturbances made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
- 2/5
There were soaking wet towels on the ground out side of the rooms with leaking air conditioners. Dirty floors, inside and outside grounds, something dirty on our bedding, I should have taken pictures. Found 2 cockroaches in our room. Refrigerator drip pan was cracked which wet our food. Ice machines were hard to get to or didn't work at all.
- 5/5
Nice place .... convenient to airport and marines recruiting base.
- 1/5
The street noise level is high but while I was sleeping about 3 am an unstoppable beeping woke me up. It came from the microwave inside the room. I had to call the front desk and they sent security!!! to unplug the microwave . Since 3 am I couldn’t sleep and I got headache

Front desk are not helpful, and they will require to pay 100$ when you check inn, took 15days to work on returns and you have to be the one called and settle, but they tell you juat wait seven days! Need profficional Front desk to accommodate guests! Place is Okay but service is bad
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
I really enjoyed how nice of a location the hotel was in, being nearby different places to eat and in general having nice walkability to get around. The room was really nice, way bigger than I thought it was gonna be. The staff was super nice and helpful! Would stay here again
- 3/5
Air conditioning cut out in the middle of the night and room got warm

Short & simple, stopped at front desk requested housekeeping for the day not done, no towels til next day, wife handicap room on second floor elevators broken, during my stay I called and explained I gad a video conference and wanted to connect my laptop to tv and requested the main tv remote to ditch over to hdmi they said no frustrated I walked to front desk and after going back n forth 29 m later they finally decided to give me one wow what a way to spend my wife birthday
- 3/5
Elevators were out of order…my husband who is disabled had to walk up the stairs CARRYING luggage up to the 3rd floor
- 1/5
Hotel was pretty dirty and uncomfortable. More like a motel. I couldnt let my family stay there so we left as soon as we got into the room. Will be requesting a refund.
- 2/5
Room was clean and beds were comfortable but that is where the good stops. Shower pressure was non existant, property surrounded by homeless living in their hedges, pool filthy, hot tub filthy and not even warm. Asked about the gym and the lady at front desk said it caught fire so no gym. I tried to ask about the hotel making any accommodations with other gyms or hotels so i could go workout but the lady was rude and said well it caught fire so no. Also prior to arriving i contacted the reservations department and asked about the parking fee to which the reservation agent for wyndham said they could probably wave it since i was staying 5 nights. I spoke with the manager at the front desk and she basically laughed at me saying you are staying 5 nights and we have people staying months and we dont wave it unless you are on active deployment
- 5/5
Great property, but it was busy. Lots of people there traveling with families, which is great, but a bit noisy. Overall, great area and hotel, but not many late dining options available due to being in a mostly commercial area.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay and very closed to seaword
- 3/5
Rooms were clean, but smelt like mold every night. Needs to be repainted. Not safe at night, too many homeless & shady people out. One night heard sounds like explosions & sirens. Plus, they charge $20 per night for parking. Never paid for parking unless I was staying at a high-end hotel, this is just an old looking hotel.

I was good ! I didn't like paying $20 a nite for the car to be parked. That should come with the nightly rate.

It was a good hotel, there was not any breakfast but Panera shares the parking lot. It was clean and well maintained, the sliding door on the bathroom stuck. The hotel itself is nice. It was close to sea world the beaches and the bay.
- 1/5
Worst hotel. No working elevators for my handicapped father. He had to climb 4 flight of stairs to reach the 3rd floor. False advertising. I had to lug the luggage solo since there was no one to help. The staff were lazy and rude. When I asked to leave the, they refused to refund my prepaid purchase on Expedia for the 2nd night. What a rip off. Biggest regret!! Don't stay here.
- 4/5
Is good for one or two days
- 1/5
The area isn’t the best. You have planes flying right over the hotel. The front desk, depending on who you get, is terrible. The cleaning staff don’t speak any English. The room wasn’t terrible but definitely wasn’t cleaned well. Won’t stay here again.
- 1/5
The front desk man who welcomed us was extremely lazy and very unhelpful. When we asked if the hotel offer rides to the airport, he said that they stopped doing months ago. However, outside the hotel we saw the hotel shuttle, lol. Then when we asked for the bathroom, the guy immediately said that it was out of service. I said, let’s wait until we get to the airport. He felt mercy and took the bathroom key out. I can tell the guy doesn’t like to help at all. So, why is he in customer service?

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been clean and comfortable.

Great service, clean rooms. Location is great, 10 min drive to the beach, lots of areas to eat that are walkable. Phil’s BBQ is across the street. My favorite is Los panchitos for fish tacos.
- 4/5
The parking was crowded and disliked the $20 charge for parking
- 3/5
You could have at least told me that it was twenty dollars for parking.
- 3/5
Easy to get around. Hotel wasn’t the greatest.
- 2/5
Order the king size room was unavailable and was not a company with any kind of gratuities or compensation
- 4/5
Good place for a family of 3 for 2 or 3 days..
- 3/5
Location was close to the colleges but otherwise the property itself needs updating. The elevators didn’t work and the parking spaces were extremely narrow. The lampshade was made of paper and leaning over. Just not used to staying in a place like this.
- 1/5
They were bugs in the room there was a smell in the room no AC Central AC not recommending at all.

We left early because we couldn’t breathe

Property managaer was very helpful

The main problem was the rooms didn’t have any ventilation. The window only opened a small crack. It was pretty humid when we were there, and we did a few beach trips, so after taking showers and hanging our wet clothes in the bathroom, the whole room started to smell like mildew. If it wasn’t so humid, or you aren’t going to the beach, maybe that wouldn’t be a problem but 5 days of that was rough. We had to keep our door wide open to try to air out the room, and we had a ground floor room, so the whole parking lot could see inside our room whenever we did. The parking is $20/night and some nights the lot was packed. We found parking every night but a little far from our room at times. The area is not the most visually appealing but it has everything you need and is close to nice areas so I was mostly satisfied there. It’s a decent little motel, nothing fancy but it did feel clean when we got there and we loved the staff. If they fixed the ventilation problem, i would rate higher.
- 5/5
Nice property for a family friendly budget stay, not the cutest on the outside but perfect and spacious on the inside of the rooms. People complaining are just boujee and expecting to much from a budget friendly hotel. Breakfast is not included and parking is $20 a night which is fine by me.

Good

Filthy floors, leaking AC in room, housekeeping services were terrible as they didn’t change sheets.

This review is based on accommodating my reservation booked through hotels.com. I arrived late because I went to dinner with my co-workers after our Saturday seminar. Around 8pm, the front desk informed me that hotels.com had double booked me and that they were completely booked and no rooms were available. I’ve been using hotels.com for years and never once has this ever happened at a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, due to last minute issues, this was first time booking at a 2 star. 4-5 star hotels wouldn’t give your room away and blame it on a third party.

Our above neighbor was so noisy and some type of crime took place
- 5/5
The neighboring guests were stomping and slamming doors
- 1/5
Worse experience of my life , I likely will never use Expedia again
- 1/5
Old apartment building turned into motel. Very noisy, not well kept. No airport shuttle. No restaurant. Trash in hallways.
- 5/5
The hotel was a hidden gem It had nice amenities and was located where we needed to be
- 3/5
The staff was nice and the room was clean. The building is old and needs a lot of renovation. I thought I was gonna get stuck in the elevator. There’s a lot of homeless in the area. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby at least.
