Valet parking is an unbelievable $100 per night, but within 100 feet is secured parking at half the price. Be sure to ask the valet!

The check-in time is 3pm, but they couldn’t get the room ready until almost 4 pm. Breakfast offers very expensive orange juice: $15 per cup, but they didn’t make it very clear in the menu, and sent me the wrong bill initially (i. e. Charged me for 4 persons while we only have 3 people). Overnight parking is very expansive, $100 per night, again they didn’t make it clear at the beginning. I asked for a connected two rooms on higher floors. They couldn’t find the two connected rooms, in the end gave me lower floor rooms. But they refuse to refund me as I paid through Expedia. I feel I stayed in a 5 star hotel but received 1-2 star service. Very disappointed with four season this time.

The smiling and helpful staff stood out, as well as the sports facility with the Olympic size pool. Great sleep after a long flight and thanks for letting me check in early. Love "my" Four Seasons.

The location is awesome, the staff are very attentive and helpful, and the food is great too! We would definitely stay at the Four Seasons again.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Very clean and great amenities. 4 Seasons has always been first class all the way. No matter what city I am in. But this location was perfect.

The concierge was wonderful. Doorman always polite. Overpriced most definitely. I paid over $1000 per night for a $200 room at best. I paid extra for a room with a veiw and that was a joke.

Hotel is nice, but a little dated. The service is good, but difficult to get cars in and out of the hotel. The hotel entrance is down an alley.

Great hotel but hard to get in and out of. Small and congested entry to parking and entrance makes it hard to find and time consuming to use. Then you have the whole lobby on the 4th floor thing so every entry/exit is a 2 elevator deal.

The property is nice and clean. Things I don't like about this hotel is their shower water pressure isn't strong enough in their shower room, but the shower head by the tub is too strong that water easily splash out. With this price range, even toothbrush and toothpaste need to be asked for them which is not convenient to customers at all.

Check -in and welcoming attitude from front desk staff and attitude toward my dog. Very welcoming! After I checked out I had a fast bite at the bar. It was an off hour nevertheless the service was horrible. The one bar tender tried ignoring everyone he kept putting down & picking back up same two tabs not to interact with guests. He ruined a nice stay as he acted like I was bothering him ordering a drink & a burger.

Would stay here again. Bar tender went out of his way to recreate a cocktail I described. Good vibes. Great breakfast. For such a city as San Fran, it does its best to espouse the 4 seasons values

WC is without water Shattaf, ( most of the countries are now using this), not sure how they clean them self after using the toilet.

Checkin was wonderful. Checkout less so.

Staff they were all superb. I asked for a quiet room and was told I had it . All of the daylight hours I was subjected to amplified noise and screeching from somewhere outside , no chance for an afternoon nap .

Room was very spacious and modern. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Only issue was the pool did not allow anybody younger than 15. My son is 13 so did not get to enjoy swimming. The pool is run independently from 4 seasons so its certainly not the hotel's fault but it would have been nice to know that prior. I must say that the hotel was very apologetic about it and tried to make ameneds which I appreciated so.much.

Everything was great, I mean, it’s the Four seasons! The only part that wasn’t so great was finding out that the pool wasn’t available for kids under 15. It makes sense as it’s part of Equinox, but I didnt see this in the details about the property when booking.

The Four Seasons Hotel is located in a safe and walkable area near Union Square. There are lots of great restaurants such as Tiramisu and Honey Honey cafe. They offer access to Equanox for their hotel gym and it’s amazing. The hotel rooms are clean and bedding is so comfortable for a great night sleep. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is worth the price for service, safety and walking distance to all your needs.

Good location downtown. Buses and BART stations nearby. Guest access to Equinox gym was a nice surprise. Very friendly staff!

Four Seasons is just a great experience all around - 5 star hotel quality, modern rooms and luxuries, great service, etc. The SF Four Seasons is well-located on Market St. where you can access everything. It also has a premium Equinox Gym (also has a lap pool and basketball court) in the building which is free of charge to use. A very upscale place to stay in San Francisco

the hotel is worthy of it rating. However, like most hotels the room thermostat is not always controlled by the guest. The room was warmer than i liked. The parking of the car was somewhat confusing to figure out, even if you valet.
