Room was comfortable and staff super friendly, no coffee first morning on already limited breakfast bar...found a hair (not ours) in a kitchen drawer and an already used bar of soap on top ledge in shower ..so cleaning not perfect..but overall was fairly clean with fresh bedding, etc. Also, room on ground floor and people above us were VERY loud...stomping/banging around...but not the hotel's fault there ..we have stayed here a few times and have always found it comfortable and convenient. Be sure to ask for ammenities at front desk...not even paper towels in kitchen, but you can get everything you need if you just ask! I like that it has a full kitchen too with full size fridge and a stove. (Not all units have an oven so be sure to ask if you need that). All have microwaves though.

The staff was great. There was a one hour wait for our room but that’s only because they were short staffed. Besides that, it was fine.

The manager and staff were nice. Good location close to a Kaiser hospital. Access to chain store and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Big room. Complementary coffee in the lobby only using generic coffee, no selections. Two types of muffins and breakfast bars.

Horrible experience. Dirty and dingy. Horrible smell in the room and the halls. so many things broken and not functioning in the room including towel racks and the blow dryer. Fridge was dirty and sticky. Internet was so horrible and spotty - I was there for business and it took 90 min to complete a simple task online because of the wifi AND there was no phone service as well. Bed was horrible and uncomfortable. Towels were so thin and small. Claims the reservation came with breakfast - this just including the worst coffee ever made and granola bars. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed at motels that were better than this.

There were no amenities, I asked for more towels they didn’t have any. They didn’t have ice, they didn’t have plates or utensils. The breakfast was mediocre. The pool was closed.

The only downside was no ice machines and the breakfast wasn’t even really a breakfast. It was just coffee and random granola bars.

The staff was very helpful, thoughtful, and patient with us. When we had an issue, we were immediately moved to another room without any hassle. I would like a cover for the sinks.

Definitely recommend 100% front desk very kind and polite the room was very cleaned the room smell was a bit off but nothing 99c fabreeze couldn't fix.. the fact thats theres a stove Definitely worth it when traveling with kids 😅 the pool at the time was unavailable soo could experience that but other than that great location definitely things to shop around

Blow dryer was broken, staff said onsite washer/dryers weren’t working. Breakfast was a single packaged muffin, nutrigrain bar or chewy bar with coffee or hot chocolate.

This hotel is quite filthy. It seems like they barely do any housekeeping at all. Our bathroom was full of hairs and pee stains, and when I went downstairs to pick up some bedding at the front desk - since there wasn't any for the sofabed in the room - I met another guest who had seen a roach in her room. Wow! Revolting, but not surprising. Only if you are truly desperate should you stay here. It's really quite foul; management should be ashamed, but I'm guessing they really don't give a damn.

Piles of trash at the front entrance (especially at night). Just an overall unclean feeling to the place. Was working the whole time I was there so really didn't hang out at hotel. Also breakfast was not too good- Oatmeal, protein bars and prewrapped muffins, not very good coffee. Bring your own if you're going.

My main concern was cleanliness. The carpets were so dirty that I really didNot 12 walk on them. The outside was adequate. The staff were pleasant but it was difficult to find staff members.

Front desk attendant Haydee is a rock star, she is attentive, welcoming and so helpful providing service with a warm smile making us feel welcome and at home.

The front desk was not available or seemed agitated when we arrived at 830pm. No lobby bathroom available after a 3 hour drive, had to wait to be checked into room to use a restroom with a family. No one answered the phone at the front desk when we called several times asking for bedding for the couch/bed. No continental breakfast available- only muffins and warm coffee creamer.

The elevator in the South building was slow and saw that the inspection certificate expired in October 2024. When booking the hotel, it promoted breakfast included. When breakfast time came, they only had coffee, tea, and packaged mini muffins. Nothing else.

Otherwise, was a really nice stay.

The faucet in the bathroom was shut off. There was no elbow pipe under the sink. It appeared that there was plumbing work that incomplete which meant that I could not use the sink at all.

The room was a bit outdated and could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. The small kitchen had food stains left in the cabinets, and there was some sticky residue on the wall/floor when I checked in. The nightstands were very dusty, and the curtains were quite dirty and stained. On the positive side, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the property itself was quiet in a nice area. This was a last-minute booking for me, and aside from the cleaning issues, it was a decent stay overall.

But the “breakfast!” My god, it couldn’t have been cheaper quality. Not even cold breakfast cereal, nor a slice of bread and a toaster, nor a piece of fruit. Yes, they did provide coffee (K-cups), a tasteless muffin, and energy bars. It’s a stupid way to save a little money as it makes a cheap impression just when we leave. I have never, ever received from an accommodation that advertised “breakfast included”as little as what was available to us this morning. If you add a breakfast query to your list of ratings, it gets one star (terrible!) from us.

Needed a place for a few

I will never stay at this hotel again. Our “ non-smoking” room smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. The room seemed clean, but because it was so smelly, dingy and old, I was grossed out. There was no drain stopper in the bathtub and the sink faucet was grimy with hard water, stains. The only saving grace was the laminate floors. I blame myself because what should I expect for the price? Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

I imagine the positive reviews of this place are bots. The hallway reeked of urine progressively worse each day, the room was tiny- don’t believe that it could be for four people, it could only fit two. The water wasn’t hot, the breakfast was nonexistent, and the stove didn’t work. The towels were already dirty. Never have I felt more like I was in a prison cell than this hotel room. I was so glad we got sprung today!

This was my first time staying here, and I had a very bad experience. I couldn't sleep because I could hear conversations from the next room right up to my bed. The wall between the two rooms wasn't soundproof. I could clearly hear snoring. In the next room, children played until after 11 p.m., and I could hear adults talking until 2:30 a.m.

My stay here was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff ( Dawn at the front desk & later by Heide who came) They were too busy talking amongst themselves, arguing, and having conversations about which room to give me, understandably, but communicating with the guest should be a priority. To make matters worse, they were making a fuss about the fact that more people were arriving for check-in, but they had no rooms available for them either. This left me feeling like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest. The vibe felt off from the start, and it became clear that this wasn’t a traditional hotel—the place seemed more like a temporary residence, with several people actually living there long-term. Upon check-in (I arrived around 4:15- didn’t get a room until close to 5pm) I was told there was no room available, which was frustrating. The elevator was also broken, and it didn’t help that there was no sign indicating it wasn’t working. When I finally got to my room, I was disappointed. The place looked sketchy—paint chips everywhere, hair on the floor, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The room I initially booked wasn’t available, but they upgraded me to a “deluxe suite.” But i did not care for it. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe here, so I ended up checking out early and didn’t stay the night. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable or comfortable stay.

I did not like the property because in the web it said breakfast was included , and when we went there there was no coffee , I went to the lobby to ask for coffee and there was no coffee. On the website it should said there is no breakfast only coffee and granola bars.

There were no towels and sampo

Unfortunately this was not a good stay for me and my family. First off we had reserved a king size bed, at check in we were told they did not have any available despite that’s what we had a confirmed reservation for. When we requested to cancel the reservation due to lack of room availability all of a sudden they were able to “move things around…” and found a room available. That should have been our red flag! When we entered the room it smelled bad and was so dirty! Hair in the tub, clumps of dust on the carpet, clearly it hadn’t been vacuumed for some time. If we weren’t in a rush to make it on time to a family wedding, we would have requested a refund! I had to go out and buy Lysol and cleaning wipes to spray the room and clean the surfaces despite that our allergies were terrible. Luckily we only needed to stay for one night, we could not get out of there fast enough!

Friendly and helpful staff

When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly front desk clerk who stated that we gone one of the last rooms available because they were fully booked. We then checked in to our room that looked clean, at first. It looked like someone was in the room before us. There was a dirty rag on the sink, the bathroom garbage was almost full and there was toilet paper floating in the toilet. I sympathized with the staff since it was mentioned to us that they were fully booked and just flushed the toilet. Later on we used the bathroom and the toilet flushed correctly once and then would bot flush. I went to the front and let the clerk know and she said she would get me a plunger. The plunger did not help and said she would write it down in a book and notify maintenance that cane in the next day at 8am.When it came time to use the sofa bed we had to go to the front desk to get a blanket and sheets for it. When we pulled open the sofa bed it was stained in different areas in different colors. Our daughter had to sleep the bed with us. No one from maintenance came to check. The next morning we went to go to the lobby to get “breakfast”. No one was at the front desk and another man was waiting for water for the coffee pot. Their “breakfast” was just strawberry cereal bars and oatmeal. No other drink options or fruit or anything at all. The manager was not in when we were there. I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars if I could

On Thursday, I reported a sparking microwave, which posed a clear safety hazard. I was told maintenance would address it that day, but no one ever showed up, and there was no follow-up or courtesy call. My mother-in-law stayed in the room specifically to ensure the issue was handled, which disrupted her plans — and still, the appliance was never fixed. The front desk later admitted that maintenance was out sick and no replacement microwave was available. They said it wouldn’t be fixed until Monday — after our checkout. As if that weren’t enough, I also discovered a cockroach in the room, raising serious hygiene concerns, especially since the room includes a kitchen. And not once did they clean our room and I stayed a week. These issues — a lack of timely response, unaddressed safety hazards, and unsanitary conditions — are a violation of the advertised amenities and basic guest expectations. For the rate paid, this is not acceptable.

Had a foul smell in the hallway

It smelled terrible. Shower was dirty. No trash cans in room. Beds were horrible and loud. A lot of sketchy things going on around the hotel. It smelled like Marijuana, felt like contact high walking through the halls. Quality of stay was low. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Will not stay again.

The staff are courteous and helpful, the pool is a bonus in this summer heat, breakfast could improve but I guess time will tell if an upgraded breakfast is on the works!

Later that evening, after going out to eat, I encountered a large cockroach on the stairs—both disgusting and unsettling. When I went to my car to grab something, I also saw a rat outside the rear entrance of the hotel. The pool looked dirty and uninviting, and there were numerous signs everywhere indicating that coffee service was temporarily unavailable, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. The room was average—nothing special. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn’t consider returning in the future.

The heat pump is 18 inches from the bed and while it was reasonably quiet, it still woke me up coming on and so I had to turn it off during the night. This facility appears to be fairly old, as the refrigerator was functional, but old and also was somewhat noisy when cooling. 2 of the 3 screens in the windows were missing, so this was a safety concern. However, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. So 4 stars for value. 5 stars if the heat pump wasn't right next to the bed. Nice large room with good layout, overlooking the pool. Very quiet regarding outside noise. I love extended stay hotels and I understand that they are expensive to maintain and that all of them are struggling due to economy issues. So I support this hotel in spite of my lackluster review.

Elevator not working. For over 24 hours and I was on the 3 floor it was unpleasant!

Staff was very nice.Location was convenient. The shower stall head bracet was broken. There was no place to put the head except on floor.

They canceled on us as they called and said that they were over booked!

Upon check-in there were no towels at all as well as no sheets for the fold-out couch. The mattress on the fold-out couch was extremely thin, dipped in the middle and each spring could be felt. The “breakfast” was very basic consisting of only granola bars and oatmeal. The coffee bar only had sweetened, flavored creamers, no plain creamers.

Most of the amenities listed are “upon request” - even a coffee maker in the room. No sheets for the sofa bed, but kiddo (10 yo) was the one sleeping there so it was fine. I asked for extra pillows and a blanket and the front desk clerk admitted they “weren’t great” but it was the best he had. He was right. All the pillows came in two varieties — flat or lumpy AF. This property used to be one I strongly recommended when I lived in the area 8 years ago. It’s declined quite a bit since then.

Hard working staff

It was clean and the staff was really nice. My only complaint was I had to ask for kitchen supplies, i.e. plates silverware, pans, toaster, coffee pot. It was weird…… I had to ask at the front desk for it and carry it all to our room. That was the main reason we chose that hotel was so we could cook our own meals. They should just keep each suite stocked. And there was no dish soap.

I booked a room with 2 beds, checked in and got to the room to find a bed and a pull out double bed couch with no bedding. Called the front desk, they said they’ed move us to another room. (We were on a road trip- it was late we were tired.) Got to the next room - same thing no bedding on the pull out couch. Was then told you have to ask for it at the front desk. 30 minutes after arriving was finally able to try to get some sleep! Very bare minimum accommodations - have never stayed somewhere you have to ask for bedding at the front desk! Would not recommend staying here!

Received a call in the evening on the day of reservations to notify that room that I originally book would not be available. Too short of a notice to make arrangements elsewhere.

$100 deposit went through and showed up in my bank statement rather than a temporary hold. I’m trying to get my money back.
