However, there were a few areas that could be improved for better comfort: The Bed: Compared to the generous size of the room, the bed felt a bit too small, making the sleeping experience less comfortable than expected. The Bathroom: The open-style walk-in shower is extremely small. During a shower, a large amount of water easily splashes out onto the bathroom floor, making it very slippery and creating a potential slip hazard. The Breakfast: The complimentary buffet breakfast area is quite cramped and the food selection is limited. Due to the limited space and crowding during peak hours, it actually led to some arguments among guests, making the dining environment rather chaotic.

$150 dollar security deposit is ridiculous for not being a luxury hotel and in the middle of no where,aside they charge a $20 parking fee which is the first time i hear about that,definitely recommend staying somewhere else where there is amenities near by

I loved the comfort of the rooms, and the beds, and the modern style. The pool is very small and there is not hot tub. The walls between different rooms are not well insulated, so it’s easy to hear noise from nearby rooms.

They charge for parking a night, which was not disclosed prior to booking the hotel.

Kitchenette did not have dish soap or cleaning clothes. Breakfast posted hours for the weekend was 7am - 10am. We came as 9:30am and there were very limited options because pretty much everything had been cleaned out.

It was beautiful property. Very maintained. The check in staff was very rude during check in and several times after during our stay .

The location was perfect for travel to and from other cities that we visited. We have absolutely no complaints and will be returning soon.

Room was large and I loved the kitchen and seperate sitting room. Everything was super clean and organized. The gym was very clean and the pool was warm. Im picky but I thought the sheets were itchy.

Good location as long as you are not placed in a room above, or next to, the location that has all of the machines/equipment. Usually good, but the one time I was placed in such a room it sounded like I was sleeping in the middle divider of a busy highway.

Everything at this property was great and met my expectations. I would suggest that it would be better to come up with better breakfast choices - was pretty much having same menu for my 5 day stay.

Was never told any details about the breakfast so missed out on it, parking is $15 a night, and room deposit is $150, also the bathroom light was flipping out, wouldn’t stay on while taking a shower, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed and there was no shampoo my full bottle was empty. The room was big, the kitchen was a good size overall it was a good stay.

Clean room, great bed, a kitchen, a big refrigerator, and a great breakfast. That said, I expected parking to be included, not charged separately. That was bad! They didn't have any reason to charge $15 a night for parking! I consider this a hidden cost. It should have been disclosed clearly at the time of reservation.

The room size was perfect, better than we expected. The staff was friendly. The breakfast could more variety, such as yogurt, biscuits and gravy. But overall the food was cooked just right.

The room was pretty dirty still. The glasses were all dirty and there were fake eyelashes left on a light. Real gross. Carpet was pretty dirty too. One of the remotes didnt work. And the tenants up stairs aounded like they were moving furniture all day and night long.

I really liked there was a kitchen in the suites, I just wish the kitchen was a little more kitchen equipment if there is a kitchen. Such as having small essentials such as oil and a cutting board and pan. Otherwise the room was really spacious and amazing and very clean.

Stayed with our 4 month year old and it was great. Hotel had a crib for our baby and the room had a small kitchen area to sanitize and wash babies bottles and things. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great.

Asked for 2 queen beds and was only given a 1 bed king room. Had multiple guests and no where to sleep. Very disappointed when asked staffed downstairs they were no help and had to stay in the same room.

This was a beautiful clean hotel. No complaints other than the employee working who was checking people in. He was slow, and trying to be funny. When he got to me he didn’t even go over anything, just asked me to tap my card.

Loved our stay at Homewood Suites. Super clean, super comfy—slept so good after a 7-hour drive. Check-in was quick and easy, which was a lifesaver. Really appreciated the EV chargers on site too. Staff was nice, breakfast was good, and check-out was a breeze. I’d totally stay here again next time I’m in town. Thanks for the awesome stay!

However the front desk reception was not overly friendly or welcoming upon arrival. Main reason for staying at this location was the kitchenette which served the purpose although there were no cleaning materials within the room to clean up with, additionally ants located in the kitchen both mornings.

Always love coming here. Also love waking up to their hot breakfast buffet!

Every thing is good.

About four or five hotel staff came to inspect the room and confirmed the problem. After some time, they informed us that they couldn’t move us to another suite because nothing was available. On top of that, the suite was dirty — it was not cleaned properly. They mentioned that we could get a refund, but said we would need to handle it ourselves because the booking was made through a third-party website.!

Very clean suites. We got the one with a kitchenette in it. There was a dishwasher and a dish set for four. Beds were clean and very comfortable, it was cool to have a seperate bedroom for the beds and a couch and tv living room type of setup.

Convenient for business in the area. Suite was a good size, practical kitchen. My room was facing the highway but road noise was mostly blocked.

I also thought it was "nickle and diming" to charge $15 for outside, uncovered parking. There were PLENTY of spaces and no reason to charge other than to squeeze the customer a little more.

The rooms were such a great value. It had all of the amenities of a full kitchen. We stayed in the suite for the price. A regular room would be in another hotel. Super clean and in a great location. Just a 5-minute drive to a large shopping center. The breakfast that was included with the broom was excellent. The staff here top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here too many times to be put in a room next to a party. Only to be asked if I wanted the room right above the party, to finally being put in a room underneath the exhaust fan under the roof. By this time, I was way too tired to go talk to this guy.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, but they are having construction and did not have any notice on the site, they didn’t tell us when we checked in, and there was no evidence of remodels. Instead we were woken up at 6 am on a Saturday with banging and clanging. We thought it was neighbors , until we got stopped in the elevator the floor below us to people taking out carpet and all sorts of things. The front desk was very rude when we asked them about it.

Had a good visit. They helped me by providing an extra room since the room I booked with 2 queen beds was unavailable.

The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on in my life.

The two bedroom suite had a nice layout and had all the comforts of home, except I couldn't get rented YouTube movies to play on the entertainment system.

Using the app made it super convenient to not only check in, but hand pick your room. Could control lights and temperature directly from the app too. And unlock your room so you don’t have to worry about carrying around a key card. We didn’t get to use the kitchen, but it was nice and clean as well.

It was a very nice and very clean place. Love having the separate room and sofa bed for our son. My only complaint is after paying such a higher price is that they charged extra for parking and vending machines were very over priced. 7 dollars for a soda is a little much.

The breakfast on the other hand was not as good as I expected. Stale breads, sour coffee and the overall taste was bland.

My family and I really enjoyed the customer service from staff and the General Manager. We also enjoyed how clean the hotel was. It is elegant as well simple but once again very clean. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast !! I would’ve liked if it had a jacuzzi but besides that everything went well and we will definitely come back. I called for room service in the morning, to have sheets changes and new sets of towels brought to the room. We returned to the room in the evening and nothing had been done. I called the housekeeping line and was told the housekeepers are gone for the day. The receptionist, did finally find someone to come to our room and he changed the bed and brought us clean towels. I don't think doing these things were part of his job description. His name was FRANCIS. I give him 5 stars. He is great.
