we reserve for nonsmoking room but the room had a strong cigarettes smell.

The bathroom tub had old dirt and lime. Definitely didn't step foot in there. The bathroom window had no screen on it and looked old. But what really killed the stay was as I was getting ready for bed, I saw a huge roach on the wall next to the toilet!

Half refund wasn’t posted for rm 219 having cockroahes even one crawled up on bed while sleeping. We had to leave at 3am siting in car till 7 am for manager. Place is run down. Shower curtain was filthy was replaced. Bathtub badly stained mold on bathroom walls!

location was okay. Found a few bedbug shells, slept against my judgement and woke up three hours later itching like crazy and with a cluster of red bites. I've had to nuke everything I brought to the room and also my entire apartment to be sure, also hired an exterminator to come by and treat just in case. Avoid.

Good cheap motel. AC unit doesnt really work and a bit outdated. Bed is comfy solid choice.

Strong odor inside the room...switched to another room, same issue. No amenities in the room. Difficult finding the office in the dark.

Thin walls . But must important mold in bathroom and roaches..slept with lights on to scare off roaches

My stay was very restful but earlier in the beginning I heard to much noise outside with children.It seemed like some kind of neighborhood complex. I suffered some physical abuse and disrespect in San Francisco before I came here and I'm missing my Bluetooth and one of my blankets.So when I got here I needed it to be peaceful and quiet.

They try. They really do. It's very clean and they went out of their way to choose a quiet room for us. But you can't expect to get much in California for $100 anymore. There's a homeless encampment just over their high wall on the next street (but they did keep them off their property somehow). The place could be nicer if they would invest more in it. The microwave oven should have been replaced and their handyman didn't know how to fix the toilet, which needed a new flush valve.

The room was small but doable my wife fell going into the room the employees were Jonny on the spot to help me help her get up on her feet.

It was nicely kept and the staff are very nice, compassionate and professional.

I’ve been with this hotel for about10 years I’m blessed to have available rooms for a low price. I just learned how to use my phone to make my reservations. I’m very pleased with rodeway inn, maybe I will try other locations to!

There was a gas leak in the room. We told the desk and he was unconcerned. We all woke up with headaches because of the strong gas smell.

There was a stove in the room and a big fridge, pretty cool

I primarily chose this location specifically due to them marketing that there's on site laundry machines available but when I arrived the receptionist informed me that there's a laundromat a few blocks away.

Roaches roaches everywhere. The beds have not been moved and cleaned thoroughly underneath the frame of the mattress. There was hair in the bath tub and shower burn holes in the linnens black stains on the so called fresh towels, the fridge was loud as hell sounding like it was gonna blow up or short out at any given moment, toilet was loose and would tip forward every time we sat down to use the bathroom, the hot water was very short lived, idk if the front desk or another guest was messing with our rooms phone cuz every couple hours it would ring really loud and last for 1 maybe 2 rings if we didnt pick up but nobody would say anuthing if we did pick up. The owner simply said he didnt make the calls snf/⁵

I Put on the heater on when I walked into the room to get warm but then we started Smalling a bad small like a some died or underneath us or room like a died animal

The noise level was loud. On the last day of stay we noticed there were roaches and the manager didn't do anything about it until we made a huge fuss about it. He also charged my credit $555.62 for a deposit when it was supposed to be $50. The manager was very rude with services.

Check in guy was really nice and respectful. I wasn't happy with the room towels was dirty had bugs on them bed had stains on the sheets. I slept on top of the bedding

I was highly disappointed, room wasnt very clean , sheets had a few staines and i decided not to stay but for a few minutes because i saw a cockroach so i just couldn't do it and sleep a night there , i didnt asked for a refund because they clearly have a sign " NO REFUND" to my understanding no place you pay to lay your head to rest be filthy and with termites or crawling insects

Thank you for great customer service. There was a lot of environmental noise from railroad train near by the hotel. Loud whistle horn from train late at night that affected sleep.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Definitely a two star...loud partying outside at night, neighborhood sketchy, room and bathroom very small, light on outside window all night. But ok value for the price and bed was comfortable. Probably won't stay here again.

This trip was just for business and was perfect for that, it was clean and nice staff, good surrounding area

Lost reservation had to stay in a Kitchenette @twice the original rate. No local or network TV service complained twice unresolved. Would not stay here again.
