Amazingor room was clean and the bed was so comfortable

Location near the location where the meeting was held. so no waste of time traveling. One of the expensive hotel in Santa Clara, but the experience did not match the price tag. Hotel lack of basic room amenities, did not provide simple essential like a toothbrush, toothpaste or body lotion. For a premium hotel, neglecting these basic personal care items is unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast ($26) was mediocre at best, offering a very limited and uninspired selection. You can find much better value and hospitality elsewhere for this price.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the breakfast charge. We ordered à la carte and only got one plate each, but ended up being charged much more than expected. I would just recommend that the hotel be more clear when explaining breakfast pricing and charges to guests beforehand. Other than that, we had a great stay and would absolutely come back.

We had to pay $23 per night for parking which we didn’t know about in advance. The bathroom in the room was….. interesting. The toilet was technically in its own room however it had a stall-type door that was open at the top and bottom. Sorry, but I want complete privacy for any toilet business. The shower was great though, we loved the rain head shower. The bed was very comfortable. Location was quiet. Had a large bar in the common/check in area downstairs which was honestly the reason we booked this place….. and the bar wasn’t even open on a Saturday night.

It was a very nice, upscale corporate hotel. Obviously catering to Silicon Valley startups. Amenities were perfect and breakfast buffet and meal was a really nice plus. No complaints but one note, for the rooms themselves I wish there was an overhead light to light up the room in the evening. There were only lamps on headboard and on desk.

I was pleased the parking was only 22 bucks! We went to the Morgan Wallen concert and enjoyed that the lobby was themed and the bar had snacks/ drinks before and after the show! It was amazing to be able to purchase late night snacks as well after the show! Great idea!!! The breakfast was ok! I was hoping for better pastries, fruit etc. it would’ve been perfect if I had my kids with me. There wasn’t a lot to pick from when we made it downstairs.

This felt like a luxurious getaway for the few days I’m here for a conference. This is the second Marriott I have ever stayed in (other one is in DC) I will choose Marriott for all my trips from now on.

Published mealtimes were incorrect. Ice machines do not dispense cubes, crushed not appropriate for drinks. TV controls too complicated. Need Better lighting in bathroom for makeup application. Desk chair needs wheels. Room needs a more comfortable chair for lounging.

Wonderful experience at AC hotel, clean elegant and comfortable

The hotel is modern with a spacious lobby area which is also used for breakfast. The staff were always eager to to meet our needs and went out of their way to assist us. The room layout is a little unusual with no separate bathroom just an area off the bedroom studio-style. The room we had was not really conducive to relaxing in the evening.

Wish the room had more end tables. Only those sleeping next to the middle desk have a place for their things like phone or water. I also would have preferred a desk chair with rollers.

AC is an amazing hotel. It’s close to great restaurants, close the the freeway and the amenities are great.

I love staying here. We always stay here whenever we need to stay overnight in the area! We have returned at least over 6 times. Friendly service, nice bath products, and yummy breakfast!

Modern updated hotel with phenomenal staff!

The toilet "stall" with a frosted glass door that doesn't latch or reach the floor, or reach the ceiling, pretty much guarantees you'll have plenty to discuss with your partner later. The shower, also with as stall, was plenty big. Our room didn't have a separate bathroom but I noticed some rooms did when passing by the cleaning crew. Hope you're luckier than us.

We went to Levi Stadium for Metallica. It was amazing since the moment We walked in.

The property was very clean ad well ran! The attendants were beyond kind and helpful! While I was allowed to bring our dog as it is a pet friendly facility, the outside accommodations were lacking. Around the entire facility is wood chips, no grassy areas unless I walked down the street to another building. We made do, but something to think about. The only other suggestion is having a freezer in the fridge units and a microwave in the rooms.

Very relaxing hotel to stay in, the lounging areas are very clean to sit and relax to get some work done and the room was very spacious and clean with great friendly staff. Definitely staying here again when I’m around

Expedia and God forbid, your AI absolutely sucks. You really introduced the software in pre-alpha shape. It freezes, it doesn't understand what you're trying to ask it. Just any way you it shape it. It's an all-around bad it's.

We were here for a soccer tournament. Very accommodating for hanging out with everyone in lobby. Has a nice bar. Small pool but perfect. It was heated. Room was very nice/ I always complain about hotel pillows and these were flat too, but it was ok. Great hotel highly recommend

The room was clean, and I especially love that there is hard flooring vs. carpet. It made the stay extra comfortable. It's a quiet location. Staff was incredibly helpful. They helped us with a phone charger and loaned us wine glasses before we got to the room and discovered two stemless glasses in the mini fridge. We also had a warm and lovely interaction with a housekeeper when we left for check out. She was incredibly sweet. Room temperature was easy to control. The room had GREAT lighting. Not too bright, keeping the room comfortably lit. The shower was very clean and spacious. I appreciated the all-around glass and square shape. I didn't feel as enclosed as I usually feel in hotel showers. The shower gel provided was decent quality, too. The entire property has great aesthetics, especially the interior. Parking was easy and close to the hotel. We had a view on the side that overlooks the freeway. The majority of the view was mountain scape and blue skies though. And there was no noise from the freeway. I do wish the pillows were a bit more comfy. However, being hotel pillows, they were just fine for one night. Even though the lighting was exceptional throughout the room, I do think the vanity light on the mirror in the bathroom could be a bit brighter or just a bit more lighting in the bathroom would be nice. If I had to do makeup, I would prefer more light. I did love the shower. However, it was a little odd that the sink mirror is directly across from the shower, which is all glass. I didn't mind, but I could see this being uncomfortable for some people. The towels were clean and fluffy. However, they did leave a bit of fuzz left over on the skin after drying. Was slightly annoying to deal with, but it was not terrible. The toilet is very modern compared to standard hotel toilets. It's wider than most. I didn't mind but my boyfriend did find it a bit uncomfortable. I think it just took some getting used to.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment my partner and I walked in, we noticed how clean and fresh everything smelled. The atmosphere was private and peaceful, with very few people around, making it feel like our own little getaway. The bathroom was modern and well maintained, and the view was a nice bonus. The gym, while not huge, had everything needed for a solid workout. Overall, the hotel was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel itself looked very good. Very well decorated and appealing. The room was nice as well at first. However, when I woke up and got ready to shower, I noticed what looked like a rodent dropping in front of the shower. It looked like a coffee bean but I hadn’t had any coffee in the room. I also noticed some crumbs underneath the bed which I am positive were not mine. Nice hotel but I’m sure there was something in that room.

This property does not have free parking, this may be an area thing because when I stay on the central coast the parking is free. However, if you choose to not pay the $21 dollar fee, you can probably park on the street. If you travel light this might be the way to go. It's a quiet neighborhood or at least was this weekend even for a home-team football game. The hotel was clean and very modern yet still very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is our favorite hotel when we attend a 49ers game. The AC is modern, clean, comfortable, and within walking distance from Levy’s stadium. Electric chargers are available with no additional fee. Breakfast is too expensive, but other than that, it is perfect.

This was my second time staying at this hotel for multiple nights. Overall stay was very nice. Room was clean and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised to have a very mini fridge in the room. Beds were comfy and warm. Parking was easy and hotel centrally located to 101 and central expressway. Only odd thing was the surrounding properties, they had what looked like abandoned buildings and a rusty steal beam yard. Would recommend hotel and definitely stay again.

It's been a pleasant experience at the Hotel (Lakeside), the staff was very nice and helpful. When the toilet was blocked, also the shower too, they came right away to fix it.

This hotel was beautiful and clean… felt very safe here! Very much welcome after the previous hotel we were at! I’d happily stay here again!

We had booked the king suite for our stay. I called around 2 just to see if early check in was available since our check in was at 3. I was told that the person that was in the room before me was an ambassador and had a guaranteed 4 pm check out time. This was not great to hear as we had drove pretty far to get here. I would not have booked this room/hotel if I knew that ahead of time. We arrived at the hotel to speak with someone about the situation and we were put into another room while we waited for our room to be ready which I appreciated. Once we got into our room we looked around and found a bunch of hair in the shower and sink in the bathroom, the floor out in the sitting area by the couch was VERY sticky. The shower in our room did not look clean and wasn’t very nice like the pictures show it to be. I was not impressed with the room overall and probably would not stay here again.

The bed linens were not fresh smelling. We needed to ask for clean pillow covers and they still smelled unclean..

Its a very nice hotel very clean, close to Levi stadium. We stayed for the game. Only downfall is there is no restaurant on site. Breakfast if you want is buffet style and u will need to come down and get it. Priced good not bad. They have a full bar and bartenders are very nice and talkative. Rooms are clean and modern. Just very small no microwave but they do have a small fridge. I would stay here again but maybe for 1 night i like the breakfast in bed and restaurant onsite.

Love this hotel! The rooms were carpet free, clean, modern and spacious. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide great service. The shampoo/conditioner provided in the bathroom were great quality and large quantities. It is a little far from Levi Stadium (about 40 min walk). That was the only drawback for us because we were there for a 49ers game.

i've stayed at quite a few different hotels in the past year (mostly east coast) and this one by for is one of the cleanest. Friendly staff and overall nice experience.

The area was really quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful in helping me with any concerns that I had. Quick response to us asking for more blankets and towels!

Room was not as expected and there is a charge for everything! We’ve moved rooms already and the tub is broken. Nice looking but overall not expected.

This hotel has been my favorite stay so far! I loved our room. It has a very modern vibe and warm lighting that gives it such a cozy feel. The layout is perfect for a single guest or a couple who is very comfortable with each other. (Keep this in my mind as you wouldn’t find as much privacy with someone you are not that comfortable with) . Overall I personally have no complaints. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely book here again for a future stay!

I stayed hear with my husband for the 49er vs giants game and we had an amazing time! Walking distance to the stadium, very safe, amazing friendly staff, and very clean overall. I have nothing bad to say what so ever!

The property was very modern. The bathroom was interesting. There is no separation between the bathroom facilities and the bedroom, so you should be very comfortable with your partner.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was perfect! We were attending a concert at Levi stadium which (without traffic is a 5 min drive) which was so convenient! Everything about the hotel was very clean and beautiful. Staff were friendly and nice,easy checkin and check out process!

I didn’t feel like I was in Santa Clara. It was so nice and peaceful and very high end. The only thing missing was room service - would have loved an in-room dining option.
