The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, there are several complaints about hidden charges, particularly for parking, and issues with the breakfast service.

A beautiful hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

This is hotel is a hidden gem. The front desk young man was very professional and super friendly. The rooms are excellent- clean, quiet and extremely nice and modern.
- 5/5
I love the room set up, location is easy to get to. I enjoy this hotel
- 5/5
Room is clean
- 5/5
The room we had was 2 double beds and a separate living room. Room was very spacious for a family of 5. The lobby was nice and clean, quiet, and smelled great. The pool area was clean and quiet. A great stay. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect from an easy check in process to the Bar staff. Really enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to stay at this gorgeous property again!
- 5/5
TV didn’t work so well in bedroom but it worked in the lounge area of the hotel room. I loved how friendly the staff was and how spacious and homey the room was. Would definitely stay here again.

Having just come from an unrelated hotel property in SF that was 100% mismarketed through deceiving marketing photos, this property was exactly what it claims to be and well maintained. We had an accessibility room and it was thoughtfully laid out while also being aesthetically pleasing and comfortable in size. Very pleased.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, staff was friendly and very helpful. Was pet friendly.

If you are driving plan to pay for parking. Other properties from this same group offers breakfast, but this one does not. Properly was nice and clean

Beautiful hotel, rooms are great!

We reserved pool views, and they gave us any room. And he didn't even apologize.

- 3/5
Parking fee 20/night was expensive and it was not told to us when we checked in. The window was shaking every morning somehow.
- 1/5
What is most concerning is that when I reported the issue, there was no real concern, support, or assistance from the hotel staff. My health issue was essentially ignored, and I did not receive any guidance or follow-up. As a guest, I expected basic care and responsibility regarding hygiene and safety. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that guest well-being is not a priority here.
- 1/5
Rude staff, not assigned booked room, shouting and criticizing
- 4/5
We had a suite but no microwave it was an inconvenience since we spent 3 days there and had to travel downstairs to use the microwave. Also the jacuzzi was dirty and jets didn’t work. Other than that the beds were comfortable and room was clean and comfy for our family of 5. Sofa bed was a bonus and easy to set up at night.
- 4/5
Really nice staff, the hot tub jets didn’t work, and the it was murky and yellow color water. There were no pool towels available.
- 4/5
The room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom was a bit small. I wasn’t happy about having to pay an additional $20 to park and it wasn’t even valet parking either. I wasn’t aware there was a fee until I got my bill when I checked out. I’ve already paid for the room $200 plus then I have to pay $20 to park my car myself. That was ridiculous.

- 5/5
Loved the suite but being in a room near the elevators was a little bit off putting since I could hear it all night.
- 5/5
The outdoor pool was really lovely.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect minus the pool being closed for maintenance. Would recommend and stay again!

Stayed with my family for a short trip. We checked in pretty late but our stay was great. Clean, quiet, and accommodating. It was a little difficult finding parking.
- 1/5
The room was extremely noisy due to the nearby highway, making it difficult to sleep during my stay. On top of that, there were bugs in the room, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, not a pleasant stay.
- 2/5
clean room and hotel, lacks amenities, poor food options and some of the staff incredibly rude whilst others were amazing
- 4/5

- 1/5
The female staff was rude apon check in. She had an attitude from the very beginning and I was trying to ask her questions and she kept cutting me off.
- 5/5
Awesome stay
- 2/5
Make sure you look at why amenities come with the hotel and be ready to pay $20 for parking as well as breakfast. Skipped out on breakfast because it didn’t come with our stay, was annoyed that parking had to be paid for and wasn’t mentioned in the listing, overall have had better experiences at other locations.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
All good. Will stay there again

Oddly, pay $20/ day to park in an open parking lot seemingly in the middle of nowhere.

Comfy bed, great space and big room. They also have a restaurant on premises so you don’t have to go out to eat. Hotel was a little noisy but it is close to freeway and a busy hotel. Would come back and stay again
- 5/5
Clean room! Great restaurant!
- 5/5
The bar was amazing they even made a spicy margarita for me. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The hot tub was closed so that was the only downside
- 5/5
We loved our room. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
I absolutely love the room! I went to the hot tube I was a bit concern that the hand railing was out of the hole so it was unsafe to use the handrail. Other than that it was great.
- 1/5
When we entered our room, we immediately found multiple bugs throughout the space. This alone was unacceptable. On top of that, we could clearly hear our neighbors, despite the hotel advertising the rooms as soundproof. Due to these issues, we made the decision to check out within an hour of checking in and booked another hotel. The condition of the room, particularly the presence of bugs, was simply not something we were willing to tolerate. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. When I spoke with the general manager showed no accountability, offered no apology, and handled the situation in a highly unprofessional manner. His response, “as long as they weren’t bed bugs," was dismissive and completely unacceptable. We requested a refund for at least the night we did not stay, (our reservation was for two nights) but the hotel refused to provide any form of compensation. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service from both the front desk and management, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
While the stay was ok. I has to leave early and after I checked out I realized I had left a clothes bag in my room. I contacted the onsite guest services. Spoke with "Danielle" very nice and accomadating. She contacted house keeping and they were able to locate.

- 5/5
Room was a pleasure to stay in.. also the staff fr the front desk, servers in restaurant, all the hardworking housekeeping staff that every single worker we encountered said good morning
- 1/5
Check in staff gave us the wrong room twice and then lied about it, shower doors were broken and shower head is built for dwarfs, and you can hear the highway noise from your room at all hours of the night.
- 5/5
Clean room and love the Bar, great customer service
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly, room size nice, but aside from a hair in the bed sheets and hair on some towels there were also ants in the sink and shower areas on the walls, floors, counters, shower etc. Had to kill about 20 ants every night. I did not switch rooms because I had disinfected everything, also had our own sheets etc. when we arrived so didn’t want to do that again. I didn’t see them when I cleaned but a couple showed up that first night and more the next two nights even though I disposed of all garbage outside of the room.
- 5/5
Clean room, Friendly staff. I’ll stay here again
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, our parking fee was waived, and the staff were very helpful. The room did not have a microwave. There is a communal microwave on the first floor, but it was lightly dirty. Would stay again.

The room was big and very comfortable. Couch was comfortable for watching TV. Restaurant/bar was great.
- 5/5
The bar had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Bartenders were great. The room had nice, modern furnishings and the show was clean and stylish.
- 3/5
Everything was great, Except Saturday night around midnight. We heard banging/ pulling on the door and like if someone was trying to open the door. when we looked out our peep hole someone was standing right in front of our door. We did call downstairs and the front desk did come check it out it took about 10 mins for the situation to be done. However, I did feel bad for the front desk worker because it felt a little unsafe for her to have to handle a drunk male and females. think a security or male worker should be there to assist in those situations.
- 5/5
Great room pleasant staff and good food.
- 1/5
20 parking lol really....Stay else where, is room decent but parking $20 is a joke. No spots available, had to wait to get one not attached to hotel prepare to walk in the rain, no luggage cart for unload. Fortunately, no break in overnight. No security,to prevent. Wont be staying again.
- 3/5
Room amd staff were great but was not told hot tub wasn’t working so went out to and stepped in and it was freezing cold. Went down to get breakfast and it was only a buffet not given a menu and charged $25 person for an orange juice scoop of eggs and scoop of hashbrowns
- 5/5
Staff was good at their job, room layout was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel, location and access was great, everything was fresh and clean.
- 3/5
The sheets were blood stained and the towelette in the bathroom appeared to be dirty with makeup and the counters looked to be dirty but otherwise the shower was amazing!!!
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay I would definitely stay here again really nice rooms. Nice restaurant great atmosphere.
- 2/5
There was confusion about checking in and how we were supposed to pay for the rooms. Even though I had set up the room reservations through hotels.com, the front desk didn’t allow me to pay for our guests that we had set the reservations for. It was quite embarrassing to make them pay for the room when it was supposed to be our responsibility to pay for it.
- 1/5
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My car along with three other vehicles was broken into inside the hotel’s parking lot. This is a parking lot that guests are charged to use, yet it is not secured at all. There are no security cameras, no visible security, and no safety measures in place. What makes this worse is that the hotel manager, Erick Binauhan, was completely unresponsive. We waited over 4.5 hours for him to show up, and when he finally did, he was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The manager repeatedly said that it was “not their problem” and even admitted that break ins happen there often, yet the hotel continues to charge guests for parking without providing basic security or warning customers. Charging guests for parking while failing to make it safe and then refusing responsibility when something happens is unacceptable. This reflects very poor management and lack of concern for guest safety. I would strongly not recommend parking here or staying at this hotel. Guests deserve transparency, security, and respectful treatment none of which were provided.

Great room! Staff was friendly. Surprised that the hotel seemed lightly occupied.
- 4/5
Our stay right before Christmas holiday 2025 was OK. The feel of the hotel grounds/facility was good, but 3 points made our stay less than ideal: 1) The 2 double-bed situation was not great, since the beds are just a little bigger than full size beds. Thus, the beds were too small for 2 teenagers to share comfortably 2) The layout of the bedroom and bathroom was very awkward, so it's easy to disturb (light or noise) people sleeping inside the bedroom 3) The front desk seemed less than knowledgeable when it came to which rooms can connect with each other. Initially I booked one room for my family, but once I saw the small size of the beds (point # 1), I called front desk to ensure that they had connecting rooms available (the hotel was only about 10-15% occupied that night). Once she told me yes, I went online and booked a second room. However, when I approached the front desk (about 5 minutes after getting the affirmation from her) to get re-assigned to our new connecting rooms, she said she would have to see if she had one available. I mentioned to her that she had just told me that it was, just a few minutes prior, to which she had no good response. After about 20 minutes, finally she found a set of rooms that connect. It was really strange why she would tell me yes, when she really wasn't sure? The experience certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

We only booked this hotel because I narrowed my search specifically for hotels with hot tubs. My kids and I (12/14) went up a day early to enjoy hot tub/relax. Upon arrival got in our swimsuits and went to the beautiful pool to find the hot tub freezing cold. I asked the front desk if they’d heat it at some point they said it’s too cold for the hot tub. (High of 60’s low of 50’s. I have never heard of it being too cold for a hot tub! The Have them in the snow, you want it cold. We were all so bummed. It was too late to change hotels. We went to the room and found no Netflix/ Disney plus or even input option for my son to use his PlayStation. There only offer Google casting which didne Plus and Netflix didn’t work with, we could only Google cast YouTube. Such a waste of money on an extra night. The beds were too small for my daughter and I to fit. Pull out was uncomfortable. Shower tub were so small it was hard to navigate. Beds were not comfortable but the black out shades were amazing. My husband got a separate room our second night so we could all fit in beds. After that and $20/night parking/car. We were out $700 plus bucks with no activities to do. From now on I’ll have to call hotels that claim hot tubs and make sure they’ll actually be hot. So annoying. The place was really pretty but I’d rather they put the money into heating the hot tub, streaming services, and comfy beds over nice decor.

- 1/5
I stayed for 12 nights. The staff were grossly negligent and inattentive. No smiles and greetings. There were no replenish of my body wash gel and shampoo throughout the stay. I called the staff in the middle of the shower as the shower gel were empty and they told me to wait, as i am not the only guest in the hotel at 10pm for room service. I explained to the staff that i have activated housekeeping everyday and the shower equipments were not refreshed, surely they have to attend on priority. It was escalated to the hotel manager who was on her way home. As a result, she was very rude to me as i was interrupting her journey back home. Overall, this is a terrible place to stay and i would not recommended for any reasons.

We were there for one night for a football game nearby at Levi’s stadium. Upon arrival check in was quick and easy. We loved the layout of our room and how clean and modern looking everything was. Great stay, my only issue was the bathroom door. The door was warped and didn’t close all the way and then the doors took up too much space so my husband and I kept running into the door when leaving the bathroom. Other than that, everyone was very kind and the place was clean. Loved the beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staffs, and great amenities
- 5/5
I walked in to an immaculate lobby with a huge beautiful Christmas tree. There is a large restaurant, a sky-high “library” (props) with a table and chairs for co-working, and the receptionist was very friendly. My room was large and clean. Excellent bathroom with a wand shower head.
- 5/5
Room was very spacious and was in a good location

Yes the room was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly

Rooms very clean ! Quiet hallways! Friendly staff!
- 1/5
My truck was broken into right in front a camera. The water in the room came out white not clear both in the sink and shower so we didn’t shower. The tv kept losing connection and then when it did work would be a lot of static and make popping sounds. When my wife went by the tv it shocked her.

- 1/5
Front desk is absolutely terrible! Have no idea how to run the front desk . No manager to talk, not willing to assist. EXTREMELY RUDE TWO FEMALE.
- 5/5
Nice place. They stuck us right next to the highway being a hotels.com guest, when the hotel was pretty empty, that was the only bummer
- 5/5
The hot tub was perfect! My girls loved it
- 5/5
Day 2 housekeeping replaced the towels and made the bed but did not take the dirty towels or the trash. Unexpected.
- 2/5
Road Noise spoiled the stay. While the lobby was impressive and room spacious and clean; the hotel was built without sound (window) proofing adjacent to busy Highway 101. Realizing this at check in, we requested a quiet room. The receptionist said she could accommodate this and assigned us room 719. We didn’t realize the extent of the unceasing roar of traffic until we were in bed. It sounded like locomotives speeding by. At checkout, another receptionist apologetically explained this was one of the quieter rooms. If you are expecting to relax by their lovely outdoor pool and patio, think again. The traffic roar can be heard here. Also be aware of the $30 per person morning buffet charge. While the wait staff was courteous and helpful, the food quality matched a free La Quinta breakfast, with no option for a la carte ordering. In addition, add $20 per day for self parking. Breakfast and parking can be overlooked, but not a good nights sleep. Hotels have access to soundproofing materials…but Hyatt chose not to use them. If you can sleep with the sound of roaring traffic, I would recommend it. If you need some sleep, I would look elsewhere.

The staff was wonderful! Everyone was super nice and friendly. Oh and there’s a little handout that’s included with your room key that notes things like the WiFi password and hours for room service and breakfast. In the lobby there’s a sandwich board that shows the hours for breakfast. When you go to breakfast you are greeted by a friendly staff member but no where and no one mentions that the basic self service breakfast is NOT included with the room. So I got a nice surprise of $136.00 charge to my room for 4 people eating breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes with 2 cups of orange juice. In case anyone is wondering no there wasn’t a cook you couldn’t order anything and it was VERY basic offerings. What you would expect for FREE from a $300/night hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Centric. Our room was clean and comfortable. We really liked that all our activities were within reach, about 10 minutes in all directions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue that stood out was we could hear the freeway noise despite the trees but that won't deter us from staying here again. We'll just go up higher with a pool view.

The hotel was a pleasant and welcoming place. The moment we opened the doors, we were greeted by a fresh, clean scent. The room was spacious and clean, even the next morning, without us having to ask our room was cleaned. We will definitely be returning and staying again. The only staff member who wasn’t as friendly as the rest was the hotel staff was the female server at the restaurant in the morning.

We booked the Hyatt to catch a Niner game but we came early and booked 3 nights to take the kids to the boardwalk and San Fran. When we arrived, Eric at check in set us up with a stadium view. The hotel itself is beautiful and in good shape, the pool area and restaurant/bar is really nice. The food at the restaurant was good and fairly priced. Our room was nice, a little tight with 4 of us but we knew that and it was great having a separate bedroom for us parents. The sofa pull out was big enough for both kids and one is 6ft tall. The bed was comfortable. The shower was decent. Parking was easy. The elevator was a little squirrly but fine. One elevator was down while there but it was never too crowded. Check out was easy and my bill was as expected, no hidden fees. We walked back from the game and it was not bad. The vibe in hotel is more upscale and relaxed. It was a great stay! We will be back.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff were amazing. We will be staying here again when we visit for the 49ers game. Heads up, you have to pay for parking daily, which I think is unnecessary. $20 a day seems crazy when you're already paying for your room. Overall, great hotel.

We went up for a graduation and one thing that was unacceptable was that the above floor toilet leaked down into our bathroom at 0300 am in the morning to wake us up and when we notified maintenance they fixed it stating it was a leaking toilet! We went to check out and the staff never mentioned it until we brought it up and then stated , “ That happens with that room “ The staff didn’t apology or compensate us in any way and based on that customer service we will not return to this hotel.

This is a nice place but there was a rave or something going on above us all night . We heard loud music and people screaming in a muffled way . Kinda secluded so we won’t stay there again. The place is very nice , staff was nice but not our vibe .

The room was nice but not clean. There was no shower gel, there were food crumbs by the sofa, eye lashes on the window sill, when I opened the sofa bed, there were pieces of old food. We had come from great america & then the pool, my kids and I needed a shower, there was no hot water that night, woke up and still no hot water. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work. The hotel and room were beautiful but again, dirty room, and we were unable to shower which defeats the purpose. When I left they said they would waive my $20 parking fee for the inconvenience. $20 does not make up for not being able to use the shower of a room that I am pay $200 for. &why are you even charging for parking at this point?
- 5/5
This was my first time staying at this Hyatt. I usually stay at the Hyatt Regency. But the Rgency started charging &40 just to park. This is my new favorite Hyatt in this area.
- 4/5
Overall great rooms and experience the only downfall we had was there was no running hot water the night of our stay it wasn’t fixed until the next day.
- 2/5
The hotel rooms, while nicely renovated, had a lingering smell of smoke. The beds and pillows were stiff, and the pool area

Freeway noisy, and Ac noisy is there. I couldn't sleep at all.

- 4/5
Good condition of hotel, nice location, but close to the highway and it’s quite noise at night!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff!
- 3/5
Suite need to be stocked with trash bags, it needs a microwave especially considering a suite, and bathroom doors are wierd and loud when opened also need a lock.
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay if you are taking in a 49ers game or the Great America amusement park. Rooms are immaculate and so spacious. Bathroom doors were extremely noisy when closing but other than that, exceptional overall.
- 4/5
Stayed here for a 49ers game, was easy to get around with Uber but we did walk back from the game and it wasn’t too bad. One of the receptionist didn’t seem to want to help, while the other was very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Great room on 6th floor!
- 4/5
The only downside was the layout. The largest suite is perfect if you’re traveling with friends since it has three queen beds total. But as a couple traveling with kids, it was a little awkward. The setup has two queen beds in one bedroom and a flimsy foam pull-out in the living room. It technically sleeps six, but there’s really no way to close a door and sneak in any grown-up time once the kids are down. Parents, just a heads-up, you’ll be getting sleep here, but not any kind of fun.

Spacious rooms!

Negative: Billing was all wrong. Told me I had a balance but they could not say what it was for and attitude. Got a final bill emailed that charged me $100 for a "Pet fee" and I do not have a pet.

Real close to Levi’s stadium . Very convenient

The customer service was poor. After arriving after a long drive my husband and I went to the bar for a cocktail and dinner. The bar was filthy from other customers sitting there before us. The bar tender was walking around looking for his keys that he lost, and did not serve us since he was preoccupied looking for his keys. We left and went to Fleming’s for dinner. Then, in the morning we went down to have breakfast. The waiter continued walking past us. We had to ask for our menus. As we waited over 15 minutes watching the waiter tend to other customers the came after us, we left and had breakfast elsewhere. When we returned from breakfast I shared my experience with the manager. For the cost of the hotel I expected the best customer service. We will not return to this property.

Ended up with a room that was poorly planned. Way too much furniture .... hard to navigate around the furniture.
- 5/5
Nice and clean. Very quiet. 30 minutes walking distance to the Levi stadium
- 1/5
The room smelled like mildew, it was way overpriced for what it was
- 5/5
We booked this hotel because it was close to an activity we had planned. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool and going to the hot tub but the hot tub was closed and the door to the pool seemed to be broken. The receptionist tried to help us but couldn’t figure it out herself, she had to call maintenance which took a while to get there cutting into our pool time. Overall we were satisfied with the help we received but disappointed to not be able to get into the hot tub because it was dirty.
- 5/5
For the time I was there, everything was great! No complaints 😊

Clean safe and quiet property!

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable

This was a horrible experience. There was a big event in town, I had secured my room four months before this event. When I showed up that day, the front desk informed me that they had given my room away because my card had been declined and they had tried to get a hold of me several times. This was not the case. I had not a single missed call from them. And the card they said they ran was not mine. Long story short is they knew they could get triple what I paid so they sold my room out from under me and then the three people at the front desk gaslit me and trying to say that I was the problem. I will never stay at a Hyatt again and I’m very wary about using third-party apps.

HORRIBLE customer service, very unprofessional, very rude, highly do not recommend unless you want them to mess up your reservation/room

Staff super friendly very nice and quite
- 5/5
I like the amenities, how clean the hotel was, and room service.
- 4/5
Need new towels. Bath sheets weren’t big enough to put around a normal body and bath mat was tattered. Fridge was completely. Defrosted and leaking.
- 4/5
Didn’t end up getting till check in until AFTER 4 pm while check in is supposed to be 4 & was an hour and a half late to a concert we spent $1,700 for. Obviously the staff needs some additional training.
- 5/5
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the location is perfect.
- 5/5
Excellent experience
- 5/5
Close to the airport.
- 4/5
It was overall a great stay. Our shower had hair on the walls and the bathroom counter had water spots that had not been properly wiped down. Upon checking I asked if there were restaurants in walking distance and was told a 5 minute walk max. I do believe that’s not true as it was more of a 5 minute uber ride. Also, the bar was not properly staffed. The bartenders were visibly stressed out due to the volume of business and lack of help. We were in town for an event and the hotel was super close to our venue which was very convenient.
- 5/5
I really like the easy parking and food.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Great stay. Just a bit noisy. I assume it was because of airport
- 5/5
I like the room very much
- 3/5
The hotel is modern and nicely updated, and the property was very clean. However, we were disappointed to find the pool cold and the hot tub out of order upon our arrival. There was also a sock left in our room from a previous guest. When setting up the sofa bed for our kids, we discovered that a comforter and a second pillow were missing. The beds themselves were not very comfortable, and the TV channels were a bit glitchy. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Very clean, bed was hard, freeway was very loud. Food from restaurant was good, pool was clean.
- 4/5
Proximity to restaurants and shopping was good. I didn't like the freeway noise
- 5/5
I love how professional the staff were. The only downside for me was there was a door in my room which may connect to the other room. Ofc, it has a locked and all but other than that all was good. Enjoy the stay very much.
- 5/5
The rooms were very spacious, clean and great location! I am a hotel snob and this is a hotel I would definitely recommend and stay at again and again
- 1/5
Despite being part of the group, the hotel made no effort to accommodate us. To make matters worse, I organized a team gathering and asked in advance if we could order pizza and eat outside by the pool. I was told it was okay as long as the food went to our rooms first and then back down—so we followed that instruction. But on the day of the gathering, after I had already bought the pizzas, staff told us we couldn’t eat them in the lobby or by the pool. The conflicting information was extremely frustrating, especially when trying to coordinate something for multiple families and kids. Overall, the lack of flexibility, poor communication, and refusal to extend basic courtesies made this a disappointing stay. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to other teams or families.

Disappointed the hot tub was not working but those things happen.

Best I have experienced in a while

Nice clean place. They charged $8 on my credit card after the stay. Still can't figure that out.
