It's a typical budget experience. It's an older property showing the usual wear and tear with dated light fixtures, low end accessories, and a peeling tub, but everything worked and bed and bedding were clean.

Safe clean room. Lots of families with children could be seen. My kids made friends at the pool. Went for the World Cup at Levi Stadium. Perfect location for ride share service to take you to game. Seen lots of people walking from hotel to nearby restaurants, Walmart, and Levi Stadium. If you are looking for luxury this isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for your family to be safe and get a good nights sleep, then you have found your next stay.

Nice old school hotel. Not fancy, but it is clean, comfortable, has necessary amenities (ice, breakfast, pool and hot tub) and has nice grounds that are quiet.

Wouldn't be recommended lack accountability and communication. I was allowed to check in early with the understanding that my I will still be able to check out at my original date but general manager decided to change my my reservation and made it seem like I was only there hourly rate which Ramada does not do hourly rates they escorted my family out including a disabled child on a hot sunny day without any prior notice. I was told that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay additional money when I had already paid for my stay would not recommend this place

When we first got there the police were on scene and blocking the exit so no one could leave. As we went into our first room there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and it looked like blood stains on the carpet. We called the front desk and the asked us to come up to the office and get tp. When we went up there to get the tp we told them about the stains on the carpet and they offered to move us which we accepted. Room #2 had more stains on the carpet that looked like blood and 2 officers and their vehicles right outside our door. So we went back to the front office and showed them the stains on that carpet and they offered to switch our room again. While waiting for the next room a fire truck and ambulance pulled in and left shortly afterwards. Room #3 was better no stains on the carpet but safe was locked and we couldn’t access it. Called the front desk and they said that maintenance was the only one who could open it and they would be by between 8:00 - 8:00 the next day. Useless to us at the time but nothing we could do. Left the hotel at 10 the next morning and returned at 10 that night only to find that they did not enter our room to fix the safe or for housekeeping either. The didn’t empty trashes, make the bed, or anything and we did not have the do not disturb sign out since we expected the safe to be fixed while we were out. Upon checking out they gave us a $50 credit. Needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel. I do not recommend it.

Nice pool area for relaxing and sun bathing. About the only good quality this hotel has. Stayed two weeks only to have my room cleaned three times. Had to call several times to ask if house keeping was coming. Breakfast hall is very dissatisfying. For such a big hotel, they offer very little for breakfast.

The bed was clean, breakfast was good. But the ice machine was broken (which I needed to keep my food cold) so I had to go buy ice. There were stains on the carpet in the room as well as some sort of cereal / food particles on the ground under the desk right when I got in the room.

Clean room, a microwave or toaster oven would be nice. It had neither one.

There is plenty of parking and the area is well-lit. Breakfast was good, and we really liked the automatic pancake maker—you don't have to pour your own batter and make a mess! It uses a bag of mix and makes the cutest 'ruffled' pancakes. The only small issue we had was that the room numbers were too small and not lit up. Since we arrived late at night, we had some trouble locating our room because of this. But all in all, it's a great location and was a very nice stay.

The Price is good , furniture in the room looks nice and the outdoor green areas , spaces are very good, but many things in the rooms are very old and need improvements and better maintenance: the bathroom, the carpet, the AC, and the mattresses are very worn out...

For two days, I repeatedly requested that the linens in my room be changed, but my requests were ignored. The dirty linens remained in the room until I eventually took them myself and dropped them off at the front desk. The room also had a bug problem. When I reported it to the front desk, it appeared that the staff were already aware of the issue, yet nothing was done to address it. Staying in a room with bugs is unsanitary and unacceptable. The most serious incident occurred at approximately 6:00 a.m. when hotel staff opened my room door without knocking, announcing themselves, or obtaining permission to enter. I was asleep and was abruptly awakened by someone entering my room. This created a dangerous situation and was a major violation of my privacy and sense of security as a guest. Between the ignored housekeeping requests, the bug infestation, the lack of responsiveness from staff, and the unauthorized entry into my room, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Management needs to address these issues immediately to protect the safety, privacy, and well-being of future guests.

King bed was rock hard. Breakfast was nearly inedible, sausage appeared undercooked and cold as well. Lobby is really nice and pool was perfect, but rest of rooms and hotel itself seems dated. Ice machines were broken. But for the price, I’m not upset about the stay.

Great location if you have business trip to Ericsson, Google, NVIDIA, Apple, etc. where all the locations were easily accessible. Complementary breakfast was basic, but had all the essentials. There was also outdoor swimming pool available. But no time to check the water temperature and etc. due to busy schedule.

Second time staying here, because we love the beds the most. Quiet place, nice staff, very helpful and accommodating. Clean and comfortable. Will be staying here more in the future. Breakfast is ok. I wish it had waffles but satisfied with what they do have.

This hotel is more like a motel. The online pics are misleading. The room was tiny, dirty, and the lights didn't work! I refused to stay there with my kids and had to find other accommodations.

Because first room TV did not work. I requester to replace the room. They did. Then power off, all night long I was with out internet. I was working, during working power off, when I asked they said 2-3 hrs power will restored, but it did not. Morning I check out, but no one there to tell my complain. I paid room with breakfast. At the end no breakfast, I was not able to work plus my phone also turned off which is my family was wonder. Please refund my money.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel & my stay was comfortable. My room was clean when i arrived & there was a hot breakfast every morning. The only complaint i have is when i tried to get clean towels from the maid after the first night she said they couldn't exchange my towels till the second night. I did call front desk they informed me i could exchange at front desk.

The coffee maker in the room didn’t work, and when I asked the front desk if they had a replacement, they didn’t have another one available, which was disappointing. The surrounding area is something to be aware of as well. There were a few homeless individuals staying close to the hotel property, which may make some guests uncomfortable. Breakfast was another letdown. The eggs were watery and lacked flavor, and the sausage patties were very hard and dried out. Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations and the property could benefit from some updates and better upkeep.

It was a fun morning with people that had been to the winning 49er’s game the day before…lots of happy people…good goodies!!! Our friends were having fun with the pancake making machine!!!!

Convinced that the beds are not queen, but doubles… had an unruly guest very loud and disruptive for at least an hour in the middle of the night. We called reception who said the police had been called but it was a very slow response or resolve. Pounding on doors, cursing, yelling. The staff just said stay in your room and keep your door locked. DUH.

The front desk staff was unfriendly in responding to our inquiries. The water tube in our bathroom was out of service. The water kept running all night making so much noises. The food for breakfast was too humble.

Room was dirty with stains on the carpet and mold/ dirt in the corners, someone was yelling for a few hours outside my room and no staff did anything, when I left my room (facing the parking lot) there were two men parked outside waiting for me to come out and asked if "I was available" which made me feel so unsafe as a solo female traveller. I immediately checked out, the manager said he'd refund me for the 3/4 nights I wouldn't be staying there, but I have yet to receive a refund. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

tv remote is disgusting, cable barely worked, shower is low water pressure and getting hot water was a precision experiment. Check out was not smooth, asked for a late 1pm checkout, got confirmation of it, as my wife is packing up and loading car at noon, they auto locked/expired our keys, locking my wife out, and my 6 month baby in the room... Awful experience

Bathroom was dirty, hair left behind everywhere, and the shower head was janky and coming off the wall. Free parking was convenient and plenty of room, complimentary breakfast was basic and a very small room but it did the trick. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The service was utterly poor and unprofessional. The staff ignored guests completely, staring blankly without any courtesy. The male front desk attendant was particularly rude—when a guest greeted them with 'Hello,' they just ignored it. This blatant disrespect tarnished the hotel's reputation. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this abysmal service and won't stay here again, let alone recommend it to friends.

Unfortunately, there were many bugs and/or roaches on the cabinets, walls, and even found one on the bed. When mentioned to staff, the person originally checking us out, apologized but did not offer a discount. I then asked about a discount and another staff member was helpful and gave information on how we can potentially receive one through Expedia. Overall, I am disappointed as we felt uncomfortable to continue sleeping and even sitting on the bed, therefore we cut our trip short.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but neither the mini fridge nor the TV worked. The fridge seemed to be off, and the TV was not hooked up to cable, and showed an error message. I would have tried to get both fixed but it was late and we were too tired to deal with repairmen or room change.

Conveniently located with quick and easy access to freeway and expressway. Surprisingly quiet next to freeway. Small but well equipped fitness center. Breakfast is good and a variety of items. Close to restaurants and within walking distance of California's Great America, and Levi Stadium. Good value and reasonably priced.

The property is conveniently located right off the hwy. The rooms are seperate from the lobby where breakfast is located. I found this a bit inconvenient. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to park close to my room, which was convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

I reserved two rooms for my family and me. My room had the air conditioning operating excessively, resembling a large compressor, and there were ants in the bathroom. In the other room, where my daughter stayed, there were also ants in the bathroom and on the bed, which necessitated a room change due to the infestation. I will not be staying there again.

Shower head broken, maintenance repaired next day. They wanted me to change rooms the evening I arrived, which is hard as 96 old Mom has difficulty. No handicap rooms with shower only. Only tub with shower. No microwave in room.

I would have given a higher rating, but how would you feel if after 4 days the room has not been cleaned once, I asked after 2 nights for fresh towels, after 3 nights to clean the room, the answer was we let housekeeping know and nothing happened.

The front desk clerk at check-in was gruff and not welcoming at all. The curtains in the room didn't cover the window well at all, so the morning sun lit up the room as if the curtains were open. It's not fun to try to stay asleep with sunlight striking you in the face. Why is there no bar to hang a hand towel near the sink? If one guest is in the bathroom while another is at the sink, the person at the sink can't get to their towel to dry their hands. It's a dumb set-up. After my first 3 nights, I was undisturbed by housekeeping. The morning of my departure, a housekeeper twice knocked on the door loudly. I ignored it, as I was getting ready, packing, etc. Then, *while* I was getting dressed, the housekeeper knocked again, and then OPENED THE DOOR! I was near the door, luckily, and I pushed it shut. This was all well before my check-out time. Totally unacceptable. I'll be back in the area next year, but doubt very much I'll consider staying at this hotel.

I loved staying here and will again in the future. The grounds scenery was beautiful and well taken care of. I was speechless daily as I ate my breakfast. The hot tub is amazing after driving 12 hours to relax and soak in. Plenty of restaurants close by to choose from and shopping for any needs forgotten at home. Staff was super friendly and willing to make the stay enjoyable, which it was. The dining in the breakfast room was easily enjoyed with other friendly guests. I absolutely loved my trip here. Walk the grounds and soak it in and take lots of photos!

The hotel is huge. They offer free continental breakfast (pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes & sausage, pastries, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereals, coffee, tea & milk). The dining area is rather small but there is outside and lobby area seating available. They have a pool. There’s a shopping center a few blocks away which is walking distance if you want to walk. Overall it was a good stay.

When I checked in I could immediately see this was a dated property and when I got to my room there were everywhere. When I went to the front desk that was manned by young kids I was told that there is no one to fix the issue. Then went to take a shower and the knob to change the water from the top to bottom was broken making it difficult to take a shower at all.

There were blood splatters on our carpet, ants in the bathroom, and a cockroach carcase on or wall as well as tape. Also, the carpet closest to the bathroom was wet for no reason, even the day after. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for a super cheap place to rest your head.

Multiple things. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere, including our room and at the pool. There are only 2 chaise lounges in the pool area. We requested more shower towels 3 times and never got them. When we checked in, we were told that breakfast was 7-10. Went down for breakfast at 930 and was told breakfast was until 9. We stayed at this hotel partially because it inckuded breakfast.

We stayed in room 206. The hotel is dated - which isn't an issue. The lobby and property grounds are nice. However, we found that the air conditioner worked intermittently. This posed an issue for our comfort in the hotel room. Likewise, the room was antiquated, specifically the bathroom. The water pressure was very low. Hopefully these can get rectified for future guests.

35+ mins to check in, I was downgraded because my original room wasn’t ready for another 30 mins. I got there right at 3. Finally got my room and room was not cleaned and still had other guests belongings. Got my new room and the new room wasn’t much better.

I had a great stay here whole attending a concert at Levi's stadium. We were able to walk to and from the venue and it took no longer than 30 minutes each way. There was a 711 not far away so that was convenient and also located right off the freeway so it was easy to get to. Nice pool area and felt safe. Would stay here again for sure

My daughter and I stayed at this property one night for The Weeknd concert. The check in was smooth, staff was friendly and the room was clean and equipped with what we needed for a comfortable nights sleep. I assumed this property was walking distance to and from the Levi’s stadium but it is not. It’s quite the stretch with heavy traffic so be prepared by purchasing a parking pass for your event in advance rather than paying a fortune the day of, like I did.

Everything was super nice, the outside is beautiful in the area, super close to the Levi stadium that we walked from here. Overall a great stay , small complain you can hear when someone in another room showers or flushes the toilet like the water pipes a semi loud but not enough to keep you up.

The staff was wonderful. The only complaints I would have are the thin walls, we could hear our neighbors regular conversations. Another thing would be that our room was full of ants including the bathroom, on the nightstands and even the bed.

The stay was good… I thought it would be 2 queens but they were 2 full size hard to sleep with My Husband, with lil room… There is no Fan in the bathroom and no microwave… there was a fridge, but how do expect to warm up food… bummer. But other than that it was good.

Unfortunately, our car was vandalized overnight in the parking lot of this establishment (rear window smashed but nothing in it to steal). When the front desk was informed, we received no sympathy just a simple “not our responsibility; contact the police”. While I understand the policy, a simple ‘sorry to hear that’ would go a long way. We had ants IN OUR BED the first night and changed rooms for the rest of the stay. Still ants in the bathroom but at least not in the bed. In the second room, the bathroom light was on the blink and wasn’t fixed after informing the front desk. On the up side, the bed was comfortable, the landscaping was beautiful, breakfast was included and serviceable, and it was within walking distance to Levi’s Stadium.

Property is very close to Mineta airport and Levi's Stadium. Otherwise, it is very average. The staff is friendly, and they have a pretty good complimentary breakfast. But the room is not very modern (for example, non-smart TV), and the bathroom is tiny. For some reason, there's no adequate towel rack, and there was a mysterious stain on the carpet.

The hotel was okay. There seems to be no maintenance done on the place. All the pool lounging chairs are ripped but one. And the one that wasn't ripped had bird poop on it all weekend and was never cleaned off. All the other chairs had bird poop on them so you had to clean them before using. The room are quite dated, tub has rust and the tap leaks.

Room reeked of dirty feet upon first entering. We paid an extra $25 so we could check out at 1pm rather than 11am, which was confirmed with the front desk upon checking in. The morning of our checkout, housekeeping came knocking at our door around 11:15am asking if we were leaving already or if we were extending our stay. We reminded them and we paid for a later checkout. The third time that housekeeping came to our door the woman did not knock and just opened our door while I was changing!!! Total invasion of privacy and zero organization on their part! I informed the front desk of this indecent and rather than apologizing the woman told me "we informed housekeeping about your later checkout." Then why did they open my door before 1pm while I was still in there?

The room is big and clean and the complimentary breakfast.

We stay for a Buisness trip we are out whole day but the Room is clean and peaceful we love the pool because it’s big and open until 10pm.Walk out the room and it’s nature.

The room they gave me was dirty and smelled bad. They did not have another room so I canceled my reservation. They did approve cancellation

Loved the pool and open area setting.

Rooms very dated and tv barely works. Placed in a room with not even a bed skirt around the box springs. No room service until the day I left.

No free wifi!!

For the price, this is a great hotel, the grounds are very nice. Basic rooms but for price, nice place.

Property was fine during the time we stayed.
