My sister, mother, and I want to give a huge shout out to Barry who was working the front desk when we came in for a late check-in. We came on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at about 9pm. Our check-in was seamless and Barry went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with a ground floor room that was facing the Garden Area. He understood the need for many women who prefer a second or third floor room as a safety precaution and offered to upgrade us. That alone made this experience wonderful. I am not sure how we got on the subject but we had mentioned to him that we were exhausted and had a very tiring day. Our other sister is at the Stanford medical center fighting for her life and we all traveled quite a distance to come to see her. He was kind, making the check-in process quick and easy. He hit all his marks, explaining the pool area, the restaurant hours, and all the amenities the hotel had to offer. He smiled often and sympathized with these weary travelers. He asked if we needed assistance bringing in our luggage and we declined. Later in the late evening my sister went looking for a vending machine and he was kind enough to give her another complimentary water so she could take her pills. He told her to go get some rest in a gentle tone and she felt he was there to take care of his customers 100%. We were very impressed with his incredibly friendly and efficient positive attitude towards us and appreciated his kindness.

The rooms that are on the outside of hotel, no elevators and a little complicated to find one in hotel. Also the bathroom fan is loud and annoying, it wouldn’t shut off

The rooms had nice beds and were very clean. The hotel has a nice lobby with a starbucks coffee bar and regular bar. There are 2 wings with no elevator. I was taking my dad, my aunt and uncle (ages 85, 79, and 91) to a family reunion and had requested 2 first floor rooms close to each other and had received a response confirming we would be granted 2 first floor rooms. When we arrived they only had 1 first floor room and one the second floor with NO ELEVATOR!! A staff member offered to take our luggage but then disappeared. My aunt struggled climbing the stairs. Thankfully we were only staying 1 night. The best the hotel could offer me was a free parking pass. We visit the area often to see family and will not book this hotel again. Nice facilities but they did not honor my very important request.

I loved the breakfast options in the cafe in the lobby. The food is made fresh and is delicious!

It was about a 35min walk back from Levi’s Stadium, and about a 7min uber there.

This was a great stay for our extended family to celebrate being together. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly.

5 stars for the bartender Kiet. He was lovely and made great drinks. 0 stars for the rest of the staff we encountered, particularly the management on duty. I do not recommend staying here with kids. They signed themselves up to get bookings for a youth soccer tournament, but they clearly have no desire to actually have children present in their lobby or dining area, even while said children are well-behaved and their parents are dropping size able amounts of money for food and drinks. Free breakfast was awful unless you like rubbery reconstituted eggs. French toast was edible though.

I checked in and there was a roach crawling on my bed and they gave me a new room with a $10 credit. I just think I should have requested a refund.

Staff members were very helpful. My hotel room was clean. I had a very good night sleep. The convenience of having a kitchen that serves breakfast and dinner. I loved it.

Spacious lobby for working/dining. Friendly bar staff. I did get a knock from housekeeping at 8am which seemed a little early. Didn't think I'd need my DND sign out when I was planning to check out at 8:30.

Standard housekeeping was not maintained. Everyday we asked the front desk to do the basics in our room, garbage, bedding, etc. Coffee, water, things that are included were not stocked in our room. Standards were not meant in this case.

Obviously well taken care of..very beautiful inside and room looks wonderful. Super spacious in the hotel and room. Awesome amenities. Fantastic warmed pool. Very spacious, and also convenient location by freeway. This was a fabulous hotel choice and I will definitely stay many times in the future!!! So nice!!!

It was my first visit to the area, and I booked this hotel based on the website photos, which showed a modern-looking tower. However, at check-in, I was told I had a “garden view” room—what they don’t explain is that those rooms are in a separate, motel-like two-story building next to the tower. The room was small, dated, and worst of all, right in front of the parking entrance where people constantly walked by. It was also next to the laundry room used by hotel staff, making it noisy throughout the night. I barely slept. For the first time in a decade of business travel, I asked the next morning to move to a tower room. I was told it was fully booked for the rest of my stay. I wasn’t expecting anything, but no real apology or gesture was offered—just a quick “sorry.” If you book this hotel, double-check whether your room will be in the tower or in one of the “garden view” rooms outside. It makes a big difference.

My room was in the tower - it was huge, well-thought out and well-appointed. It felt more like an apartment. It was extremely quiet and the black-out curtains didn't leave gaps ;) Pillows were excellent quality. The food and coffee options in the lobby were also excellent. I'm going to use the heated pool next time!

The room was nice, front desk was friendly. Confused because I thought they did breakfast in the morning. We were told this during check in. We asked in the morning and they didn’t know what we were talking about hah. Pretty lame.

Clean and comfortable

When I made my reservation I added “continental breakfast” which was an additional charge and when I checked in the man that helped me pointed where the continental breakfast would be in the morning from 7 to 11 am and in the morning when my family and I went for breakfast we were told that they don’t do continental breakfast so we had to purchase what they were serving so I’m not sure what I was charged for.

The stay was great the hotel was awesome nice big bar area and the drinks were excellent. When we first came in the staff was really nice and helpful they made my check in easy. Once we got to the room it was very clean organized and spacious for our stay

The beds and bathroom setup were serviceable, but nothing to write home about. I did not feel that I got good value for my money. There are other much less expensive chains that provide nearly all the same amenities.

Nice clean place with a combination of outward facing motel rooms and an inner tower hotel. We had a motel king room pacing the parking lot, but it was clean and comfortable.

Check was great and common areas great. Room was disappointing. Tv did not work at all and door off bathroom cabinet fell off hinges onto my toe. Air conditioner seemed to be in the bathroom and was super noisy. Bathroom venting looked like it was going to fall down. Room was very clean and actually well-appointed but super dark. We paid a crazy price and it kj dnofbfelt like a motel room.

Very nice place to stay

The hotel staff was very polite, nice, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and it was super comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food exceed it all expectations, it was affordable and tasteful. The location of the hotel is perfect nearby to the airport and a great starting point to many other locations.

Rooms were cute, but AC vent was coming undone from ceiling. Entry door would stick. Shower head was broken. We traveled with a child and needed WiFi to connect baby monitor, unfortunately they don’t have a protected wifi to use so we couldn’t connect. So bring a hotspot if you need to connect a baby monitor. I wish there was an upgrade you could pay for a better wifi. Staff was nice, bed was comfy.

First room had a leak in the shower but they immediately upgraded us to a new room for our inconvenience! The bartender in Lucas’ lounge was AMAZING

I arrived about 8pm for my one night stay for a work conference the next morning. The front desk attendant asked if I’d prefer to stay in a 2-queen room on the first floor because the king room required me to go outside. I took the room on the first floor and it was nice but basically in the parking lot so it was a little weird with people walking by my window while I was getting ready in the morning.

The employees at the lobby were not very helpful with our arrival. One of the card machines was broken and kept saying that the card was declining, so I had to go back out to my car to keep getting new credit cards to use. The lady who was “helping” us through all this had a snarky attitude and did not really seem to know what she was doing. Overall it was a good stay, but just started out a little rocky.

Enjoyed that there was a coffee shop and bar so we were able to enjoy a night cap and not worry about driving.

Incredibly hot, and the noise from the A/C fan would wake us up hourly as it sounded like a door slamming. We requested help but we were told it’s a maintenance issue and they’re not available nor are they on site at this time.

The lobby smells fantastic, fresh and clean with aromatherapy of some sort. The entire hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back.

This was my first stay in a Delta Hotel. The hotel is the nicest, cleanest, and most comfortable hotel I have stayed in. Great job, Marriott!

The worst part was a motion sensor activated bright light in the bathroom. Every time the bathroom was used in the middle of the night, the light activated. The prepaid breakfast was poorly excecuted and took too long for the few people waiting. Pros: Nice and clean hotel, Cons: additional charges for parking and breakfast, plus the super bright light.

Overall, everything was pretty good the AC just didn't seem to get cool enough. Also, the staff at the Starbucks were ok, but just not that friendly.

Early in the evening we had an appetizer, cauliflower bites which were goid, served with stainless silverware. Later that evening we ordered a Caesar salad with barely any dressing that the spices overpowered the taste, and was served with plastic forks. Tables were not cleared till close to closing time. It was an evening of a football game but feel the management could have prepared better.

We did not in hotel part. They assigned us in the small building behind. The location is easy to go where we want.

The staff here is great but the online pictures are of the main part of the hotel which is inside but a large part of the hotel you have walk up from the outside meaning it has a outside door but other than that it was a nice hotel very helpful staff
