Too expensive for what they offer. Ok but not for the price.

The continental breakfast was great and accommodating, front office staff very helpful. I enjoyed my stay, it was nearby many amenities and along a convenient bus route to travel. There were local stores and a park that was great for my family.

I felt very safe. There wasn't a full length mirror and I couldn't figure out how to work the TV so I only watched one channel.

Comfortable, clean room with all necessities. perfect in-room set up of coffee tea/fridge/microwave! lots of green patches of lawn area's for my dogsslightly awkward The phone didn't work--I had to use my cell phone, then the wrong phone number was on the phone! I had to walk over to the office and explain, then wait for a new card.

Nice location This was my 4th booking in 18m with positive remarks. However, this time I experienced a disappointing return: cleaning was under demand and they charged me wrongly the deposit and the twice the stay and after 10 days of back and forth they remit me to my bank to get this fixed. The owner was very nice and stayed working until 1am to give us the room key when our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The location was great. The continental breakfast was good. The room was spacious and had temperature control. Appreciative of the complimentary toiletries, microwave, keurig, and mini fridge. The price was good compared to other hotels in the area. The room was not very clean. The floor did not look swept, and the walls near the floor (under the sink and in vanity area) were visibly dirty. Half of our towels were also dirty with dust. I believe they were clean at one point, but when we unfolded them, they had gray dust lines in the creases. The hanging towel near the sink had yellow stains on it. The couch seemed very dirty, so we were not comfortable sitting on it. The body wash smelled like playdough. This seemed overpriced for a room that was the quality of a motel vs hotel. We asked for room service for one day during our 3 night stay, but because we were still sleeping when they came at 10am, they never came back.

Beds were so comfortable and room was very clean. Continental breakfast had a lot of varieties. The area was very quiet. . We stayed for 6 days due to spouses surgery and his hospital stay. It wasn't far from the hospital. Costco was near for gas and plenty of places to eat and shop. There is no elevator to the second floor. The refrigerator didn’t freeze our ice packs. But kept our food and drinks cold.

The free breakfast was actually a lot better than I was expecting and the room was nice. The only thing that kind of threw me off was the fact that they only gave one room key for two adults staying in the room and the fact that they charge a $200 room deposit hold on your card. I’ve been to resorts in Vegas that don’t even charge that much, seems a bit excessive for a motel. But they did release the charge very quickly after I checked out so that was appreciated.

It was great! Clean rooms. The only down side was the parking spaces were so small. They will ask for $200 deposit. And very pleased that the money was sent back right after we checked out.

Room wasn’t that clean. The check in person was kind and helpful but the woman at the front when we left was rude and dismissed us completely. The phone in our room didnt work. I’ve never stayed at a place like this. I think this is considered a motel. We were last minute and it had availability. It did the job but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Housekeeping is very loud in early AM banging walls cleaning the room next to mine. It was a vacation day for my son and I and had to be waken by house cleaning! Vey unsatisfied

This is a great location! The second time we have stayed here. Super clean the cleaning crew is awesome. Thank you for keeping the rooms in such clean conditions. Clean towels and sheets no stains. We will be booking here every time we’re in the area.

Place didnt have laundry and it was a trouble for a newcomer to the US.

This was a really nice place to stay for the price.

The room reeked of cleaning chemicals, so we had to open the windows and door to air it out. Unfortunately, they gave us the end unit facing the street -- and it was Saturday night so we had cars drag racing up and down the street until 2AM! The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and was sloped so the head end was lower than the foot. Between the bed and the noise, we didn't get much sleep that night. The room was clean and functional, but otherwise the experience was not good at all.

Decent option for location at a reasonable price. Breakfast has many options but only two tables in the small office/dining room area. Ice machine was out of ice and staff told me wait an hour or so. I needed to leave right away and couldn’t wait. How about buying another ice machine?

A bit of a busy and noisy intersection but conveniently located and clean, well appointed room.

It was very close to my son’s home.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Seems to be a pretty nice area. The food is only a 5 minute drive away and lots to choose from. We just got here, so I will have to update my review after breakfast and checkout.

The hotel was beautiful! Lots of space and very clean.

Property looks like it was recently remodeled. Everything looks new, very clean. The young lady working the office was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay near the airport for an early flight like I am.

Decent place. The first room had a water leak, so they gave us another room. The second room didn’t have all the towels but the hotel gave us more towels

Con: Customer service was poor all I know is the Man and the woman who worked on Saturday and Sunday was not friendly, they never spoke to us, they never told us their names, or where the ice machine was. He only said do you have reservations and here is the wifi pw and your room is over therr. For breakfast she never said hello, good morning or nothing, all the eggs had cheese, the cereal had nuts which I didn't know at the time and I do have a nut allergy. The food need labels for those who have a cheese and nut allergy and maybe make some eggs without cheese.

Close to business establishments. Our stay was okay. They had lots of space for parking. Room was clean and spacious. The only downside was the airconditioner was very loud and dusty, it kept us up all night. Thermostat was also not working well. I hope they get to upgrade their AC.

Very noisey and the shower door was broken

last minute reservation. picked wrong Best Western since there was three hotels on same street. check in was easy. limited continental breakfast. what i didn’t like was small and crowded / limited parking area. cracked fiberglass shower floor. hair and mold in shower. then invasion of ants in bathroom area. ripped sheets put on bed.

It was a really nice stay just limited to parking. I couldn’t move from the spot that i found when i first arrived, and there was no street parking. Alot of company trucks parked in double hotel parking as well. Besides that it was great!

Wheelchair accessible was perfect. Room size was perfect. Beds were perfect.

They just need elevators for us who have bad knees. There were no more rooms on 1st floor so we had to haul our luggage and our legs were hurting.

Location is easy to get to, parking a little tight on weekends. All kinds of food short drive to food but jack in box is across the street

This is a good hotel located close to the Airport, close to several good dining options, and convenient to Santa Clara.

We got to the hotel, drove into the parking lot and we were pleasantly surprised, the place looked nice and clean and the girl at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The rooms have been updated and were nice, clean and quiet. We will be staying there next time we go to a game.

Little morning breakfast exceeded my expectations

Clean. Bed was great to really luxurious. The hotel feels like a motel. It was a great value and very inexpensive.

You can see they work hard at the upkeep. There were a few places that needed work, but it was better than some I have seen. They need bigger parking spaces. You can get out of your car with out a wing and a prayer. The guy that checked us in was really nice.

A few maintenance issues but they were resolved. Noisy but overall reasonable value.

Location was great. Went to Great America, 15 minutes drive. Jack in the box is a 3 minute walk from hotel. Simple continental breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly! 4 of us stayed in the room comfortably. The couch converts to full size bed! Would definitely stay again!

They display signs that say smoking is permitted and then charge $200 saying that the room smells like smoke when it was not smoked in.

The rooms were recently renovated. The laminate floors were a plus. Breakfast was surprisingly decent. However, it was very noisy, so it was hard to sleep.

After the desk worker greeted us with a terrible attitude when he surprised us with the highest security deposit I’ve ever seen, we were greeted in our room by an AC that didn’t work and hair in the shower. The couch was stained and at least one pillow was stained.

I was very happy with my stay! I went for a wedding and the location was perfect. The room was clean and very large. All of our needs were met. The place was quiet with no issues. The Continental breakfast had so much variety and we were very pleased. Would stay again if in the area.

What I like was the breakfast selection. The room was average, one of the room didn’t have a shower curtain. The beds are firm, standard pillows, parking is narrow. Not expecting much, almost feel like a motel 6 type of vibe. Lastly, didn’t spend time staying at the hotel, maybe quick affordable stay but probably won’t go back.

Great stay for the price, my upstairs neighbors were super loud ,drinking and been stupid from midnight till around 5:00 am, but I'm not going to blame the hotel for that, they can't control guest manners, other than that clean rooms, big tvs, cable, free breakfast, free parking I'll stay again

The room was larger than we expected. There were some small chips in the flooring. Service when we had a key not working was quick and efficient.

The staff and the snacks. We stayed in a wonderful accessible room for my Mother who was in a wheel chair.

The sleeping room floors need to be wet mopped daily. Floor is a hard surface and collects dust and dirt easily.

It was affordable and convenient for our needs

Stayed here for the concert weekend and when we got to our room we noticed ants on the floor, pulled back the sofa in the room to see ants surrounding crumbs left under the sofa. Attempted to go to front desk and waited for no one to be at front desk and no bell to ring. We finally went back an hour later and got a hold of someone who thankfully moved us to another room for the night until our original rooms ant problem was resolved the next day. There were crumbs in the new room on the floor as well but thankfully no ants. They also offer “ Complimentary full breakfast. Hot Eggs, Breakfast Meat, Sweet Breads, Juices, Hot Cereal, Coffee.” But there were no eggs or meats available only frozen burritos, sweet breads, juices, coffee, and I believe apples. Quiet area and rooms did the job, but I wouldn’t personally stay there again.

We stayed for a visit to Santa Clara University. It was easy to walk to the campus from the hotel. It was clean and well run. The staff were courteous and accommodating when we arrived late and needed extra time to check out in the morning. Lots of breakfast options in the morning.
