My 3-day vacation with just wonderful everything was just great the staff were just wonderful thanks for everything.

Good enough
- 4/5
We had a quick weekend getaway with the family. It was nice. Staff was nice and helpful! Didn’t get to use the pool but checked it out. Wish we had time to swim. Would stay again
- 2.5/5
The beds were comfortable. The room was a nice size. Breakfast was hot and ready. The room was decent. It had an odor to it. Both our room and the room I reserved for my mother-in-law. In our room our TV remote did not work, but we were able to at least turn on something the "old fashioned" way. Both refrigerators rocked...not leveled off in the space it was located in.

Pool water was real cold

Great night there traveling through! A++
- 1/5
Room- the bedding was clean (didn't have a black light- would have run out the room) even though they would not change the sheets, the carpet was hard and crusty in spots, the bathroom tub (they must have cleaned around a dead body) had a body print in the center of tub, with mold around the top of the tub surrounding. Front desk staff - hesitant but pleasant, the man who knocked on my door at 10am to get our towels (while my husband was in the shower) demanded to get the trash- NO, you must come back later. He never did. Breakfast- items were partially secured. Parking was good. Will never go there again. Would not recommend it to friends, family or enemies.
- 4/5
Clean and nice Not much overall nice
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good but the pool needed cleaning and the outside area could be cleaned better
- 3/5
The carpet was a little frayed in the room but the room was vey clean. Our air conditioner didn't work well and it wasnt comfortable. If we hadn't had driven for 17 hours we would have asked for a room change. We would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Nice staff. The property was clean.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was good but would like to have had a bigger selection. Beds didn't get made up.
- 3/5
Yes and yes, the shower pole and brackets were ready to come out of the wall, would have been nice to have a chair or two and small table to eat and set drinks on.
- 5/5
Great

Place was clean and comfortable.Staff was great
- 3.5/5
Too expensive for one night at a Comfort Inn
- 1/5
The location was good. Beds were comfortable Crappy job done on the bathroom remodel, and it had been quickly cleaned between us and the last guests. (Dirty mirror and a soap bar stuck to the shower curtain from the previous users.)
- 2.5/5
Bed was uncomfortable and made noise with every movement
- 3/5
The pool wasn’t available and the elevator had broke dwn
- 0.5/5
We didn’t eat the breakfast Everything! The beds looked like they had reused sheets in them! The pull out sofa had food and trash in it! The bathtub had dirt stains in it! We had to ask for more towels and wash cloths!
- 2/5
The location and indoor pool The staff, cleanliness of the room
- 3/5

Nice property
- 0.5/5
- Price wasn't the same as when I booked on booking.com. - Pull out couch had dirty sheets still on it. - Refrigerator had someone else's leftover food in it
- 1/5
After checking in we were informed the pool was closed and the advertised breakfast would not be available at all during our stay due to some type of convention going on. We then when to the room there was a dirty cleaning rag on the floor and bottle caps on the pull put bed. We tried to reach someone multiple times to talk about compensation for the amenities being closed and the room not being properly cleaned but they will not respond.
- 4/5
The property was clean and updated. The beds were nice, although smaller. I could hear a noise outside our room but nothing crazy. It was a great place to stop on a long road trip and I would stay here again
- 4/5
I got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes and the alarm button never worked on the elevator. I was stuck on the second floor and a customer walking by, heard me yelling and pounding on the door and got me out.it could use a new tub
- 5/5
Everything very quite and clean The bath tub was slippery. Needs a rubber mat for the tub.
- 0.5/5

Around 10:04 AM, while we were still within the official check-out time (11:00 AM), a staff member opened our room door without permission while my 12-year-old daughter was in the shower. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. No one should enter or open a guest's room before check-out without proper confirmation. Additionally, the pool was not clean, which made it unusable and disappointing for our stay. Overall, these issues reflect a lack of attention to both guest safety and basic maintenance standards. I strongly recommend management review their protocols and procedures.
- 4/5
Good one night stay. Breakfast was great and price was right.
- 5/5
Very nice property. Kind staff.
- 3/5
The elevator wasn't working properly and we were stuck on it for 5 minutes. Had to press emergency button.

The whole problem was the night clerk (2/17) who took her time opening the inside door after seeing us drive up, then did not say one word to us (including interducing self) until she asked for what town we live in. We stood infront of the desk for more than 8 minutes (after driving 9 hour: we are both over 70), with out another word from her until I asked if there was a problem. She proceeded to tell us that our payment had been cancelled because we did not check in soon enough (the website states 7AM, it was now 4AM). She became very indignant when I aked why that occurred and to just get the pre-paid reserved room keys so we could lay down, She abruptly stated "I'm tired of this. You know, I'm cancelling your reseervation all together. Go somewhere else." We have NEVER been treated so rudely despite having traveled across the US and overseas. We certainly will never stop at that Comort Suites again and encourage others to boycott it until things change and we recieve a formal apology, especially my husband who is a Veteran. By the Way, we were welcomed at the Country Inn and Suites across the road and even were given a "welcome" gift! So, which hotel would you stay at???
- 1/5
breakfast was not good or full
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel. The front desk male was very nice and helpful. The shower curtain in our bathroom was broken, the ice machine on the 4th was not working.

Nice clean place to stay on a road trip. Staff is super friendly
- 4/5
My room was very clean. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was ok.
- 5/5
Breakfast could've been good
- 1/5
Bedbugs found in the room, when asked to change rooms management wasn't accommodating and suggested I contact Expedia for refund because I didn't book directly through the hotel. Suggested I start new booking to get another room. Will NEVER return to this hotel.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good parking was great and the staff was good . BUT the coffee was terrible and that is what makes a good morning start
- 3/5
Rooms smelled Smokey even though we booked non smoking rooms. Floors in lobby, elevator, etc. were dirty.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, close to I-95 and the breakfast was great!

Thee room wasn’t cleaned properly it was a used beer under the bed my baby picked it up wasn’t to soap or shampoo in the holders was stains in the white sheets I was just very disappointed this time I normally have a good time when we stay but this was by far the worse experience never for me to pay my hard working money
- 3/5
Could have been cleaner but was a good hotel otherwise
- 5/5
I liked that breakfast was included, especially the waffle making machine. They also had complimentary coffee all day and snacks/soft drinks for sale, which was super convenient. The room was big and clean, it had a microwave, mini fridge (although it didn’t keep things that cold, but it worked), and coffee machine. The staff was really nice and the parking was super convenient. The only thing is that the elevator was broken some of the days we were there so we had to use the stairs, which isn’t terrible (there are only 4 floors) but it was inconvenient. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great hotel, perfect for a stopover on the way to bringing our son to college

Rooms were not fully cleaned. Was moved to another room but it still was not great. Staff was nice and accommodating

We needed somewhere to stay during our trip to FL. Our family decided to stay here due to some pretty solid reviews and decent price. I wish I would have never stayed here. The moment I walked into my room there are stains on the walls, sofa bed was stained and dirty, the fridge had the WORST smell like rotten milk and rotten feet. THANKFULLY I brought my own antibacterial wipes to clean this room. My children went to swim in the pool after a 6 hr drive to only go down and see that they are still allowing people in the pool when the roof has fallen in on a portion of the pool and is MOLDED! Extremely dangerous! (We have pictures to prove it) also, we couldn’t even use any of the outlets to charge our phones because they were all broken. I’ve never in my life experienced a service such as this. It was so bad that our family decided we weren’t even going to shower because it was nasty. We were going to wait until we left and check into our condo the next morning. It’s so sad that people traveling have to experience this type of uncomfortably before a vacation. I will never stay here again.

Welcoming staff and comfortable rooms

I was alone with 3 pre-schoolers and 2 elementary school aged children. The laundry and breakfast were convenient and the indoor pool saved our last day as we were rained in. The staff was polite and helpful.

Highly Recommended.

- 3/5
It was quiet. The first thing the toilet would not flush. The handle came completely out. The maintenance fixed it. The second thing-the shower curtain would not close because the rod was upside down and there wasn't anything to catch the curtain. We made do for 5 nights because we didn't want anyone in our room. I told them at the front desk when we were leaving.
- 3/5
We stayed 5 days the bathroom always had towels but the room was never cleaned. The A/C leaked water all over the carpet we reported it was told they would send someone down and never did... But all in all is was ok
- 1/5
Our room was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom, terrible smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast was horrible-stale bread, stale cereal, stale muffins. C
- 4/5
Clean. Located along with several other hotels. Easy acess to area.
- 4/5
Overall the pool was just dirty.. and the room smelt like pee…we told the stuff and they didn’t do anything about when we was there.
- 5/5
The outdoor pool wasn’t perfectly clean, but kids still enjoyed swimming in it. Breakfast was included and very tasty – fresh waffles, omelets, sausages, and fruit. We also really enjoyed exploring downtown Savannah – it felt like a little piece of Europe with its historic buildings and beautiful parks.
- 3/5
Overall my stay waa not terrible. The breakfast was pretty good when you could get it. The hotel was full. There was only one person tending to breakfast and she could not keep up. The juice machine was out of order and they did not offer an alternative. They way the breakfast was set up it did now allow for a good flow the waffle machine should be moved. The space was too small which made it hard when to get around the people waiting for their waffle to cook. All of the tables and chair were in terrible condition. There were never pool.towels available. Their is also only one elevator. I spent alot of time just waiting for the elevator. The room was fine. The beds were comfortable. For the price the room was exactly what I would have expected. They definitely need to do something about the breakfast area.
- 4/5
We were there 30 minutes for a quick nap
- 3/5
The hotel looked really nice and clean. But the bathroom was dirty and 1 comforter had a blood stain on it. None of the maids spoke English. It was very hard telling them what we wanted. The gave us towels everyday but never took the dirty ones and they never cleaned the bathroom. We were there from Friday to Tuesday.
- 5/5
Front desk personnel were very helpful and courteous. The other staff were polite and eager to help!
- 5/5
It was adequate.
- 5/5
Close to highway. Pleasant workers.
- 4/5
Good value for the stay
- 2/5
Although beds and carpet were clean, the couch and other furnishings were covered with white stains. The bathroom vent was unscrewed on one side and was about to fall off. The hallway reeked of weed and there were shady characters hanging around the outside entrance. Breakfast was ok. Would not recommend coming with family.
- 5/5
Everything was very clean the people at the front desk were very nice and breakfast was good
- 3/5
The Mattresses was warn out everything else was ok
- 4/5
Ok

I'm not sure what it was, but I noticed that I had been bitten quite a bit on the day of my departure. I did visit Tybee Island, but I don't recall encountering any bugs there, and to be honest, the linens appeared clean—just noting my experience. My biggest gripe is that the signage needs to be updated. It took me multiple tries to find the entrance. It may have been the 18-wheeler parked near the actual entrance, combined with the blocked-off entry on the left (where the renovated hotel is being worked on), which made it appear as though it was a total dead end. That was stressful after having been on the road for quite some time. Considering that things were booked up and extremely expensive, this was a decent stay. The staff was very pleasant and flexible with checkout.
- 3/5
Comfort Suites honored our online reservation! Late night arrival after a long drive to town and other online reservations at other hotels being cancelled at the last minute! Very busy place. Unfortunately our room had an AC issue that could not be repaired but the staff found us a room. Unfortunately the TV did not work but at least we had a bed to sleep in. Thank you!
- 1/5
Check in was awful. Room was filthy. My kids and I were in the room for all of 4 minutes and we left the place. It was downright terrible.
- 2/5
Rooms were not clean.
- 3/5
Quiet area, a two restaurants close by (one is a 2 minute walk the second is a 5 minute walk).
- 2/5
check in was a disaster. waiting in line for over 30 minutes while one person behind the desk seemed overwhelmed by what needed to be done. other than that, a decent stay
- 4/5
I liked the place. However, the front desk man seemed overworked, there was a big line there and he was also answering phone calls. . The clock in my room was permanently 50 minutes fast, and I could not set the time to correct. In the food area, they should put a small sign saying coffee is in the lobby
- 5/5
Close to everything while traveling through the area
- 5/5
all was great
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Newly renovated and rooms were wonderful.
- 3/5
I thought I had booked adjoining rooms but didn’t but I couldn’t get 2 rooms next to each other so had to settle for 1 6 doors away from another I am not well and was very upset about this
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Good property close to interstate for a one night stay . Lots of dining options and gas stations right there .
- 4/5
The only thing I didn’t like was that the breakfast closed at 9. If you arrive late at night and want to sleep in. You won’t have time to eat breakfast.
- 3/5
The only complaint I have is that the person at the front desk was very rude. He mumbled his words so it was difficult to hear him. Never said please or thank you. Very bad 1st impression.
- 2/5
The front desk was horrible. He would have rather had been aware but at work. Sheets looked dirty. The sealing in the hallway had places that appeared water logged and ready to fall down at any moment.
- 1/5
Our room did not have a safety lock in door and where the fire alarm should have been were just wires hanging from ceiling. Went to front desk and asked about these issues, we were told that the doors no longer have safety locks and we were assured the fire alarm was in working condition.
- 4/5
Could not get the room dark at night because there were no heavy drapes that would slide across the window and occlude the outside lights. A shear pair of curtains was present but didn't block out all the light.
- 2/5
This place definitely needs to be updated or at least cleaned. We only stayed one night and the gentleman at the front desk never smiled once and I always said thank you and was polite. I went down later to get a sheet because I was sleeping on the couch and only 1 sheet and blanket were provided and I wanted one to cover the mattress pad. I asked him for one and he informed me it only comes with one, I asked him if I could have one to cover with because that was covering the mattress pad underneath and he again said that’s all it comes with. Anyplace I’ve been has a fitted sheet or at least one to lay on and one to cover with. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have one but he was adamant about it. The breakfast the next morning wasn’t the best but it was included. As I went to blow dry my hair a roach climbed down the wall. Needless to say, we won’t be back. I also have pictures of mold/mildew, the door that looked like it had been broken into and the condition of the bathroom ceiling
- 2/5
Check in was terrible! I waited 38 minutes before I was even acknowledged and the guy was rude! Then I was given a handicapped room! Went to desk to get a different iron (the one in room was burnt) and once again the same guy was rude as hell! I won’t EVER be back!!!!
- 2/5
Breakfast very bad , bad quality, no flavor I don’t taste? Probably not even prisoners in jail can eat that! Sorry but is my opinion
- 4/5
Good value, comfortable beds, pleasant staff.
- 3/5
Old, dirty furniture and dirty rugs. Rest was clean. Decent breakfast
- 2/5
The room was damp, musty and horrible up-keep. The hotel next door had random folks hanging out around the dumpsters at 11pm next to this hotels parking lot. The staff was very unwelcoming and made it appear as the guests were in the way. The breakfast room was broke and bleh. Not worth the prices. And safety was questionable.
- 1/5
The room was not clean. the bed was awful. the window was open to the lampost light outside. the ground floor was noisy. the room was damp. we did not feel safe nor did we feel welcome. We will never stay at this brand again.
- 5/5
Easy simple. Quiet.
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 3/5
The facility has been given a facelift, partially renovated and painted. Cleaning was the same with obvious areas of light or skipped cleaning. Our room was directly across from several rooms that housed staff, who cooked inside their room with oily and smoky odors down the hall. Someone propped open stairwell doors and the rear exit door to ventilate.

Was a very comfortable and quit stay will be stopping on our way back.
- 5/5
They remodel the hotel, nice, clean and smells good
- 3/5
Looks good outside very dated and worn inside
- 3/5
Staff was very nice. Floor had paint chips from ceiling on the floor even after they cleaned the room. Machineray was blocking the drive way some times.
- 3/5
Ok air conditioner wasn’t good
- 5/5
Overall the stay was amazing. The hotel was so clean. Enjoyed the pool and the patio beside the pool. All restaurants within walking distance was a plus.
- 2/5
Found dead roach in lobby and informed attendant. Shower head had a gap from wall and showed rust.
- 4/5
It was good for the short time I was there.
- 3/5
breakfast is not good too much nose
- 1/5
I’m simply dissatisfied, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the tub had dirt stains in it, there was hair that didn’t belong to me in the shower, the toilet seat was old. The mattresses looked wore down and Rooms need a makeover. It made me feel more cringe then anything
- 1/5
The location of the hotel was a very run down area. Very sketchy people roaming in the streets. Did not feel safe. Room was run down, not the cleanest. Things were broken. Continental breakfast was not good.
- 3/5
It’s quiet and the staff are super nice. The room is a bit dirty and smelled moldy.
- 1/5
The condition of the room was not great. The tiles in the shower were broken, the drain of the shower was not clear and the water pooled at my feet, and there was a dirt ring around the bowl of the toilet. We ended up leaving at 5:00am because there was a strong propane gas smell outside that seeped into our room. It was either in the truck of the construction workers that parked outside that did their own grilling on the sidewalk, or it was some form of gas leak somewhere. We barely got any sleep because of the guests all around us that were loud, partying, cursing and unruly. They kicked and broken the air conditioning unit in the hallway that was right outside of our room. We are a family with young children and felt incredibly unsafe and were compelled to leave early.

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great!
- 5/5
It was very clean with friendly staff.

The evaluator buttons are missing but somehow it passed the inspection. There molds in the bathroom ceiling. Bed makes noises, just sitting on it.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Overall the stay was good.
- 3/5
Okay stay, but the overnight staff could have done better instead of having noisy people up and down the hallways and a half naked woman literally shouting back and forth at 3am.
- 4/5
I did like the property. My family and I were headed to Tybee Island so the ride was about 40 minutes. The breakfast was good.Staff was nice. I would visit again. One thing was the pool was out I don’t feel good due to renovations.
- 5/5
Is was a nice property.
- 2/5
Pool wasn’t operating, breakfast was not good, room was extremely small and cramped, holes in the wall covered in spackle not painted over so major eye sore. Would not stay here again
- 2/5
Breakfast was also disappointing. Sad soupy eggs and the color of the sausage looked as though they were pretend food. The tables chairs in dining room showed heavy signed of wear. We passed on breakfast completely.
- 2/5
The smoke detector was not there. Ac/ unit had buttons, which i will assume because they put new central ac/just did not feel comfortable .should you want pictures letvme know i have them.
- 4/5
Decent place. Breakfast was not good. Really they seemed to be making every effort to ensure that food is not good and you leave unhappy.
- 3/5
Pool not open. Water on floor. Check in took 45 minutes. The clerk was kind but there seemed to be a computer problem. It was not acceptable.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable
- 1/5
Staff was nice but the room was in terrible condition. It was dirty and I heard other hotel guests complaining about finding beg bugs in their rooms. Hotel management needs to do a better job at maintaining this property. I will never stay there again!
- 5/5
It was located close to i95 as well as several restaurants and gas stations.
- 1/5
Dirty dirty! Urine and feces on wall in bathroom. Stains all over carpet. White bedspreads had stains all over. Room smells like mold. Elevators broken. Do NOT stay here or waste your money!
- 1/5
Booked this place for the pool since we have Ben driving 6 hours home and decided to stop. PICTURES ARE SO MISLEADING. After booking I read nothing but bad reviews & constant complaints of the pool not working. Google and hotels app said it has a pool but to make sure it’s actually working and to our disappointment it wasn’t… and from what it sounds like it hardly ever is!! Now I see why it’s non refundable. We ended up having to stay somewhere else which was very irritating. I probably won’t be using the hotels app anymore because even with insurance purchased threw the app it’s a pain of a process to file a claim.
- 1/5
This was the worst property i have ever stayed at, we had been driving all day, got in about 10:00pm got a phone call at 10:02 saying there was a noise complaint we was stomping we literally just walked in the room. She said oh well if i have to call back you can find somewhere else to stay. We have 3 kids, one with a disability so it’s kinda hard to be completely quiet. Then the room was not clean there was stuff in the floor like it hadn’t been vacuumed, it had a weird smell, and the a/c didn’t work. And the pillows was so uncomfortable , i will never stay here again or at any comfort suites !
- 5/5
Rooms beds
- 3/5
Bathroom had hair on the floor as if it had not been cleaned. Shower was stained yellow around it (ever heard of Lysol or Clorox cleaners/products?)
- 1/5
When we checked into our room the room was never cleaned dirty towels and sheets on floor bed not made. Carpet was filthy hallway was littered with waste. Ice machine area was filthy smelly. Garbage can was filled and not emptied

Overnight stay right off main highway
