Beds were super comfy! Just needs some updating! And maybe some water and coffee for guests would be nice.

Room wasn’t cleaned after nearly a week stay

Check it was fast friendly and professional. No tv asked at desk and called to see if it could be fixed told someone will be up twice no one showed. When leaving person at desk was rude

No maintenance available, dirty room
- 4/5
It was good value for money.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous, the rooms were generally clean but you could see the wear from use. So it's not the most up to date. Staff were courteous and helpful. My biggest gripe was all rooms were very poorly lit and pretty dark for my liking as I was working remotely from my room I prefer well lit settings. I requested multiple times for a spare lamp or a desk lamp but none were provided

The expectation I think the owners are capitalizing on the name of of the franchise, but not want to keep up with franchise standards. It’s like expecting a franchise experience but getting motel vibes. Hallways are Always gloomy, wallpapers all scuffed up and ripped up in some areas swimming pool is locked down indefinitely. They promote having a swimming pool on their website, promote breakfast. They do not have none of the above. Spoke to the manager and He says he has his team working on it. There’s no way that this place is keeping up with the franchise name they should be de-franchise and called a motel. That’s how sad it is and it’s unfortunate that every time owners like this take over franchise’s the first thing they do is strip away breakfast and amenities, and then they refused to keep up with the proper maintenance such as a wallpaper, shabby toilet don’t wanna fix fixtures, toilet handle was broken. I mean these are things that they know are not working so they overlook them and say “I have somebody working on it” l. They know what rooms are messed up. Yet they still rent it to you.

The property was clean. There was some mold in our bathroom, the outlet covers were not connected to the wall, the tv had almost no sound. Ok if you just want to get some sleeps, it is very quiet

They had bugs in the sheets - we did not feel comfortable staying after we found this After speaking with the front desk, showing them the photos AND bringing one of the bugs I captured, which appears to be a bed bug they do nothing to help refund the reservation and have ghosted me since the stay

It was super dirty and dusty, The pillows and duvets looked as if they hadn't been washed in 50 years. And when I woke up in the morning, my throat was completely clogged. To be honest, it was a literally terrible room.

Hotel is beginning to show its age, and is becoming warn down.

The location was close to where I was going The bed wasn't good. One side of the mattress is broken
- 1/5
Do not stay here. Room was dirty, smelly, hot, and run down. People just walking around everywhere in the parking lot and hanging out in lobby.
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 2/5
The whole place felt run down, like it was in need of a renovation everywhere except the front entrance. The elevator was very clunky, everywhere felt dark and dingy, and our room has a chemical smell similar to paint thinner. Our room also had mysterious carpet stains, hair all over the shower, debris on the "balcony" ledge, and a very old box spring mattress that needed to be replaced. We also were not prepared for a conjoined room, and let me tell you if you have neighbors with one of those rooms you will hear EVERYTHING. When I called the desk (I was off site) to let them know we were checking out early I couldn't understand the guy I spoke to at all beyond the question of what my room number was so I just hung up. We will not be returning here ever.
- 2/5
However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily. Another point I would like to mention is the check-in and check-out timing. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which feels quite limited for the price being charged. It would be better if the hotel could consider extending these timings to provide more value to guests. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience better. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it much better.
- 4/5
Checking staff was very friendly. Wanted a late check out and they accommodated it at no extra cost. The elevators were slow as hell but at least they worked. Room wasn’t stocked completely. Missing some towels and soap to wash your hands.Overall not too bad for the price.

Coffee pot in room was sticky inside where the water goes in. Had to move it to another outlet to turn it on. No decaf in lobby. Ice machine didn’t work.
- 1/5
Nobody did not say about dinner time is at the night time. What is it?
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 1/5
Worst hotel I’ve been at in 30 years. Good job!
- 3/5
The hotel was ok needs a bit of TLC things looking tired. Ice machine wasn’t working one of the lifts was out of order. The room was tidy could do with up dating. The staff were great did their best to help when asked. There were loads of shops and places to eat near by within walking distance
- 3/5
No one at the front desk when we arrived. Only one elevator working. ALL the ice machines on every floor were out of order. Front desk told us to go to the adjacent restaurant to ask. They did not seem too thrilled. I’ve gone here before and it wasn’t that bad. It seemed more rundown than before. It wasn’t beachfront property to begin with but at least some upkeep would be nice. It seemed light and bright in the lobby but once you went to your room it was a sketchy looking hallway. Reno is certainly needed SOON!
- 4/5
Had a pleasant stay. Thought you provided breakfast.
- 1/5
Very disappointed, hotel needs immediate improvement,
- 3/5
Staff was friendly but the interior (aside from the lobby) definitely needs some updating and fixing up...
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 1/5
Bugs all over our room including all over the bed in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. We left.
- 1/5
Horrible, room heater made extremely loud noise. Bathroom not too clean and room very outdated.
- 1/5
The place was awful. You could hear the elevator motor and cables all day and night, kept us awake most of the night. There were ants in the bathroom. None of the ice machines in the building worked. No sugar for your coffee. But the worst was the noise the elevator made. They were aware of the issue because whe. I went to tell them about it they said oh thats just the elevator. This hotel isnt very clean and definitely need updated. Never again!!
- 1/5
Toilet barely flushed. Unfortunate for anyone who needs to poo and since there’s no bathroom fan everyone can smell your business. Floors sticky/damp and stained so no barefoot walking. No ice in the entire building. Ice machines said to get ice at the front desk so I went up there and they said there was no ice anywhere. Urine smell in room was overwhelming especially given the dampness of the carpet. Was advertised with a balcony as a feature BUT they’re all locked for “safety” so you can’t use it Sheets didn’t look clean so I suspect they weren’t changed. Hairs between the bed and the covers told me we weren’t the first to use this bed. Dirty overall in the entire hotel. Pictures show a breakfast bar but there was none. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Google reviews look fishy given that they’re all people who post one review and never post again. Be warned, you will not like this hotel if you are used to staying places where it’s clean and secure which I feel are just basic amenities. Not enough parking means you’ll be on the roadside much of the time pretty far from the main entrance so be prepared to walk.
- 4/5
Staff courteous and place was clean

Still haven’t got back my deposit and outdated everything was broken and loud noise from elevator everytime someone went to the fourth floor it shook the room
- 2/5

Room was ok.. it had a lot of dust between the bed and side table
- 1/5
The location in room itself is good and that's probably the only good thing I can say to be honest. The check in was a difficult process. It seems the front desk has trouble with English and I messed up my booking with Expedia and arrived a day late then it said. The person of the front desk was unable to check me in and set up to sort it out with expedia. I did as such and waited for over an hour for customer service. I was recommended to make a new reservation and then get a refund on my previous trip booked on expedia. So I did so and then I went up to my room and continue disputing with Expedia for getting a refund. I was unable to get a refund and little did I know downstairs they marked me as a no-show for my original trip after I went upstairs. This is very scammy to me and makes it seem like they just care about money and I will not be staying at the hotel again. Other than that all of their ice machines do not work. If you're interested in the workout room it is ice cold and the heaters do not work. They say there is continental breakfast, but when I asked about that I was told there isn't any ufortunately. I read a review about there being mold and I'm highly allergic to that and it explains me having a headache for the past couple hours. I'll be sacrificing all of the money I spend and going elsewhere because of my allergies. So I wasted a few hundred dollars here just to figure out how I have to leave so I don't have to take a trip to the hospital
- 3/5
Staff is great. The building could use some minor work. My room had a broken chair and stains on thesheets/curtains.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, quiet and friendly service. The price is the best in the area. It's very close to shopping and plenty of great Restaurants near bye. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. See you next time.
- 5/5
Great staff nice rooms
- 4/5
The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, The bed was comfortable, and the crisp, clean white sheets made it even more inviting after a long day. The location was also a big plus—it was just a quick 5-minute walk to the convention center, which made everything so convenient. Overall, I was very impressed with the convenience to restaurants/Schaumburg convention center, comfort, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
- 2/5
The hotel is old and outdated, it needs serious updates. The room seemed clean. The shower, on the other hand, was unacceptable. The shower head had severe calcium buildup on it. The shower knob would only turn about 1/4 turn and there was zero hot water in the shower. The water was ice cold. I mentioned I was checking out early and not coming back to the front desk. They didn't bother to ask why or if there was anything they could do. Avoid this hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was pleasant and made the stay peaceful.
- 3/5
The room was in good condition. The heater and toilet were very loud randomly throughout the night. The curtains also did not block the outside bright lights during the night.
- 1/5
The hotel and the room were both extremely old and dated, and both were quite dirty. There were rips in the wallpaper, holes in the wall, stains on the mirror, the mattress was super uncomfortable, the TV was very old with poor sound, and the air-conditioning unit hardly worked at all. The ice machines were also broken, so we had no way to get ice, and there were no vending machines. We will definitely not be returning.

Hotel shows its age. I'm discovering that many hotels are understaffed these days and this one is no different.
- 5/5
It was quiet and affort
- 2/5
The room did not have all the standard amenities it usually comes with. Staff was not very empathetic about it.
- 4/5
Easy check in
- 2/5
The heat/ac didn't turn on. The room was freezing. Things were dirty and the outlet in the bathroom didnt work. Our bed didn't have a comforter and there were also no blankets.
- 5/5
Yes we had a great stay
- 5/5
Had issues with the key
- 5/5
I had a smelly room with cracked bathroom sink, a low battery smoke detector blipping sound all night long from somewhere but not in my room. After reported next morning and took the front desk personnel into my room in second night I stay to understand what I ran through, still can't get fix next night. What a great stay.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Room could be more clean. Elevator was out of service in the morning. Location is great and it's budget friendly hotel.
- 2/5
The room dirty, didn’t have clean towels, sheets had makeup and blood on them. Easy check in
- 3/5
It was just ok
- 4/5
There were 3 pillows on our king sized bed, they weren't that comfortable, the sheets and bedding looked and felt dusty and gritty. The water in the shower had good pressure and good hot water, The hair dryer was old and dirty. We were not near the elevator yet it sounded like we were constantly at night. The room just had a crappy motel 6 feel to it. They did have coffee in the lobby, but no breakfast. The hotel did feel safe, yet it didn't seem like the pictures at all. I was just expecting to have a better atmosphere than what was advertised. The price was very reasonable, yet I would hope anyone shouldn't ever need to pay over 80.00 a night at this location. I would try it again, but don't have high expectations of staying here.
- 1/5
They charged me $200 because they say I smoke week in the room what a joke I’m military I have proof every month that I don’t consume that..
- 1/5
This hotel needs a serious make over.
- 4/5
1 night stay. $25 fee at check-in refunds afterwards 2-3days. NO BREAKFAST! Room was clean and nice. Does not include useable balcony’s, just for the aesthetic.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
They are not friendly, and we have reserved, and they said it will take 1 to 2 hours to reach the Wyndham Garden Schaumburg for confirmation. We have been waiting and they asked us to cancel and booked with another website
- 3/5
Room was clean, staff was not the best and balcony was iffy. Does what it needs to do, we just used it as a place to sleep
- 5/5
We stay here frequently because we have friends that live nearby and it’s always a comfortable place to stay. The price is reasonable, good location and no charge for parking. Bed is comfortable but bathrooms could use some updating.
- 4/5
Overall great experience, I had issue with the Elevators not working. My card key wasn’t activated and this was frustrating.
- 2/5
Tv was working but no channels were available called front desk and they never came I think they forgot to pay the cable bill.
- 2/5
Property was not clean
- 1/5
The far bigger issue was that there was no hot water at any point during my two-day stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was below standard, as I found a used Q-tip under the bathroom counter and an elastic band left on the nightstand. Overall, the experience did not reflect the level of comfort or maintenance I would expect from a hotel in this category.
- 1/5
place was gross and asked to check in 2 hours early and the clerk asked for $80
- 2/5
Ugh. I hate to give a bad review, but we were without hot water for 2 nights. Sadly we also found a box of condoms in the drawer where typically a bible would be. I have never left a bad review for a place, but man, just have to be honest here
- 2/5
The bathroom was not in the best condition. The toilet seat and cover was super beat up. It had a very bad odor like it haven't been scrubbed or the water system was not good. I would not be retuning back to this location again.
- 1/5
The front desk staff was rude at times. The first night there was no hot water. The next day there was no water at all. I promptly checked out the second day.
- 1/5
They had no hot water during my 3-night stay. I stayed on the 4th floor, where they keep the boiler, and had to tiptoe around a mess as contractors tried and failed to replace it. (the front desk claimed it was '3 companies that tried.' Get a better rolodex, I guess.) On the 3rd night, they finally got a water heater get up at 2am (I could not sleep because the workers were so loud at that hour)--but they forgot to put water in it before turning and leaving it on. This appeared to have set off a fire in the hotel. As the fire alarm went off at 3:30am, and guests stood in the cold driveway for 20 minutes in their underwear and sweats at that ungodly hour while the fire department went up to remedy the issue, the front desk folks just shrugged. Beyond this, the room had broken or malfunctioning fixtures (including a bathtub handle, though I could not bath in the cold water anyhow), the heating/cooling unit, and the television. The decor in public spaces is awful and generally damaged, housekeeping was MIA, the neighborhood is unredeeming, and the desk staff was useless in providing information, updates, and remedies to lack of hot water. I wouldn't even dare to go near the pool. They promised me a refund before I left--but then reneged on it, as I tried and failed to secure it through Expedia.
- 1/5
Two of my three nights, I came back to my room to find there was no running water, and there was no hot water for the majority of my stay. Also on one of those nights, the staff set off the fire alarm at 4 am, and on the night before they were using loud power tools later in the night. I would like to request a refund!
- 2/5
This was not the Wyndham standard we expected. The lamp shades did not match. There was a hole in one of the lamp shades. The tub did not look as clean as it could have been. The television did not work and we were told that the hotel has satellite and it was down because of the rain. It wasn't raining anymore. Neither was it raining when we woke up in the morning but the TV didn't work. The smoke detector battery was low however they did come and fix that. The room was dark without the possibility of the lighting making it any brighter. They only had one trolley for luggage and the customers are expected to bring that back. The floor not clean in the hallways. Someone had spilled flowers but it was not cleaned up in a timely manner. Front desk staff was professional and friendly though.
- 1/5
Staff was pleasant while checking in but they left out an extremely important announcement to make us aware of. NO HOT Water!!! For 5 days! They attempted to cut corners and pay a crew that was not licensed installers and lied to each of the guests here, saying that it'll be on in the morning for each day. Their pathetic offer of 20% off for each of the nights that we have had to deal with this is unacceptable. We haven't even had a single day where the maid service came in to bring fresh towels or restock toilet paper. We had to ask every single time. Be very cautious in booking here unless you're doing nothing more than needing an overpriced bed.
- 1/5
No clean running water or working television for the whole 3 day stay.
- 1/5
When we arrived they told us there was no hot water, they were replacing a water heater. The room was old and not very clean. The refrigerator was very dirty. At 4am the fire alarms went off because of the new water heater overheating. We had to go outside until the fire department said it was safe to return. The entire 2nd floor smelled like weed. A lot of unhappy guests.
- 2/5
It is strange to type this... the entire hotel had no hot water from when I checked in at 5 PM until the next morning when I left at 8 AM. The hot water would blow out air and water and then would stream brownish water that was the same temperature as the cold water. It doesn't even seem possible this could happen at a hotel that has the Wyndham name on it.... surreal experience. According to other guests I heard complaining when I checked in it had been off for over a full day. Unbelievable.
- 3/5
Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. the hot water was out during the whole trip made it hard not being able to shower
- 5/5
The price for the hotel was amazing, great value, and overall I was well pleased with the hotel and the room. Also, the staff both in the evening and morning were 5 stars plus, very friendly and attentive. What was a concern to me was while walking in the hallways the wallpaper appeared worn out and what was not cool was our bathroom door had the paint pealing off of it [I tried to convince my wife and son that it was actually a part of a design on the door].
- 1/5
Bathroom was clean, but toilet bowl had terrible smell… I requested to clean, but nothing happened. The entire hotel is very old… Curtain was torn… made me feel sad
- 5/5
Very good
- 1/5
We booked the hotel due to a number of things promised by the listing on hotels.com: -Cot for our baby -Pool -Restaurant serving breakfast None of these ended up being true. The staff on reception were not very helpful and were not apologetic about the difference between their listing and the reality. They weren't able to authorise any kind of refund and said that they had to wait until the manager was back the following week before they could do anything. We are yet to hear from them. On top of this, the bathroom was dirty, the rails in the lift were coming off and the whole hotel felt like it needed a refurb. At least the parking was free.
- 5/5
The venue was nice, a bit far from the Chicago Marathon start, but it was a good place to rest. Fitness room was nice with cable weights and treadmills as well.
- 3/5
Average, good price and convenient location for the price would stay again
- 2/5
This hotel has been run into the ground. It’s managed like a third world property now. So sad.
- 1/5
The first room I was given had a broken toilet and was dirty. They switched me to a different room and that one was a little better. I left after staying one night. The man at the desk promised me a refund for my second night and that I’d get my security deposit back. I’m not optimistic that they will keep their word on this. The rest of the hotel seemed very dirty. Garbages overflowing everywhere, an odd smell, and toilet paper scraps on the carpet leading to my room. The hotel would be great if they took the time to take care of it.
- 3/5
The basics were fine; comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower and the room was clean. The room and hotel are a little "tired". The window was so fogged from broken seals that you couldn't see anything.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
First off, the hotel is in rough shape. The elevator is / and sounds like a freight elevator, and I have serious reason to believe the sheets weren't changed in our room. Not to mention no washcloths were in the room when we checked in. Yes I could have requested them, but it was one quick overnight stay, so my wife and I used the hand towels as washcloths. At checkout my wife and I had our hands full since we had plenty of luggage for a road trip. As we came down to the front desk to checkout, I kind of had to toss our card keys up on the front desk since I had other things in my right hand. The guy sitting behind the counter kind of did a sneer like "you couldn't hand me the key cards?" Problem was he remained sitting looking at his smartphone as we went to checkout. I've never seen that before. The guy didn't want to even stand on his two feet to check us out. Then I requested a checkout sheet to show we had in fact checked out. The same guy says to me, "did you book through expedia?" I said "yeah." He replied that there was nothing he could do in that case. I said, "bud, I didn't stay at expedia last night, I stayed here, so I'd like a sheet showing we checked out." He continued to resist printing us a sheet until a younger guy came over and printed one out for us. You'd think we were asking for the moon. Good riddance!
- 2/5
Things seem in disrepair. The lobby floor was dirty for two days.
- 2/5
Issues with room. Lack of towels, toilet paper, noisy fan, rug holes. Coffee machine didn't work. Tardy service on sink. Dirty elevator.
- 3/5
It was safe and quiet. But the bed felt like all springs and uncomfortable they needed to be replaced. No breakfast at all was offered. They need to spray some air fresheners in the hallways and on the elevator as it was very stinky out there. The cable was great.
- 1/5
Beg bugs! Staff were super rude! I will not recommend this place to anyone! Safe to say, I will not be coming back here again.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
A reasonable place to stay
- 1/5
The funny fresh staff was exceptionally rude and uncooperative. This is the worst Wyndham I've ever booked.
- 3/5
One of the two elevators was not working. No sign posted at the elevator was out of work. The website does not reflect that they are not offering breakfast due to construction. The toe in the bathroom was clogged. I asked her for an office to send someone to unclog it. No one ever showed up. They were able to change me to another room. I had to repack everything in my room and move up to the floor above me. Every day we were there, there was a strong smell of curry in the hallways.
- 1/5
Staff was not pleasant. Hotel and room are not updated and clean. Beds are hard horrible pillows and bedding. Definitely not up to par with what a Wyndham hotel should be.
- 3/5
Older facilities. Not horrible. Restaurants are good Maggios excellent. Desk was friendly to me.
- 5/5
The lamp on the table was off and we had to look for a way to turn it on. The microwave was also off behind the TV stand and it was very difficult to plug it in. But overall everything was very good.

Friendly staff. Always someone cleaning up inside and out. Room was clean and it was really quiet. I enjoyed walking around the pond in the back. I saw ducks, geese, turtles, bull frogs, really pretty blue dragon flies and even a snake. After a long drive it was nice to just connect with nature and clear my mind. No complaints at all!!

The room was dirty , the Air conditioner did not work , there was cigarettes and a coffee top in the drawer and spilled soda in the fridge , the room was super hot the balcony door was easy accessible from the outside in! The tub was dirty
- 2/5
The hotel needs renovations completed
- 3/5
Easy to get too. Did a online check in but had to do it again when I arrived. Hallway carpet and tile was dirty. Room was pretty nice.
- 3/5
My flight arrived early. I didn’t like that they were not accommodating, or considered my request to check in early. Also only one bar of soap in room
- 5/5
The bed was so comfortable that I slept All day and night
- 4/5
Great location for western Suburbs
- 3/5
Our TV didnt work. Requested maintenance. Was told they would be right up. two days later, still no working TV
- 3/5
The property was definitely in need of a facelift. Overall the staff was inattentive and not very friendly. When I first got there they put me in a room where the toilet was leaking. When I went down to see about another room person at the front desk actually seemed to wear that that might be a problem. If you like the smell of Indian curries and you're good, but the hallway on my floor definitely smelled of Indian curry. Parking was difficult. I really don't see how this location got this rating it had when I looked it up to book it.
- 1/5
The room wasn't clean at all—there was dirt on the window, and we didn't even get fresh towels for the entire three days. The staff just didn’t seem to care at all. Overall, it was just a really frustrating and disappointing experience.
- 1/5
I am going to make a formal complaint about this place. I was there for 3 nights and never even had housekeeping, the staff spoke to me like I meant nothing and they were extremely dismissive of my questions and concerns. The elevator wasn’t working properly. The visit was ok because I slept well but the staff was very rude. I’m contacting BBB
- 3/5
The property was good, but looked all in outdated all over reviews we like that property!
- 1/5
They need major upgrades
- 5/5
Excellent, so good in fact I added an extra night
- 2/5
Definitely loved Chicago and Schaumburg but will find another hotel for our next stay.
- 1/5
Staff was rude and unaccommodating. arguing with customers. Elevators broke down for a full day and hotel offered no compensation. my bathroom did not have any toilet paper and was there for 5 days and didnt get any service. had to ask for everything.
- 3/5
Had to wait til 6 to get in the room because it was being cleaned
- 2/5
Room had mircowave which worked well but no cutlery or plates, TV was very poor standard the speakers were terrible even after tryin to adjust the sound profiles. Shower had gap between the control handle and also a gap at the top where the water comes out did not feel secure or safe (was used with caution) Pressure was good. Bed made creeking noise in one corner (proberly broke and poorly repaired) Mattress was well worn on side nearest to the bathroom with noticable hump in the middle. Toe nails found on the carpet and also the TV console. It's a cheap hotel, and it feels it. I've stayed in Wyndham's in LA and other USA states and they have been much better quality and service. Will not be booking again at Wyndhams hotels.
- 1/5
This was one of the worse hotels i have stayed at. The beds are horrible, not comfortable at all and the website is very misleading. There actually was no breakfast available both the restaurant and pool was closed and this was not on the website when i booked and would have made another choice.
- 2/5
The building is totally run down and extremely poor condition. There is no functional kitchen to offer any kind of food. The swimming pool is permanently closed and covered and not usable. Every single item in the room is dated or broken with a layer of dust on everything. A heavy odor of spices and cooking lingers in the corridors at all times.
- 3/5
Average at best
- 4/5
The staff was nice and I really liked our room but upon going into the washroom we noticed there was pee on the floor by the toilet and toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival.
- 1/5
Horrible service, bad terrible customer service hotel dirty, the lie with the charges and the services they “offer” a complete scam.
- 3/5
This property is a rundown with lack of proper cleaning. We had one night stay and arrived at 630pm and our rooms were not even ready. Additionally, bedsheets are hilton but its an wyndham brand hotel..
- 1/5
Hotel room was infested with lice, bedbugs and, ants. No room service , no working ice machine. They charged the total of $75 deposit for 3 nights stay and promised to reimburse at check out, I stayed for 2 nights and my deposit for 3 nights has not been reimbursed yet. They are dishonest. No restaurant, no breakfast!
- 1/5
Bad service and dirty.
- 1/5
Hotel has spider webs and was dirty, stains on sheets with something leaking from the roof. Weird smell. When I complained, the worker was rude and asked me if I wanted to check out and denied a refund or any solution to the issue. I spoke with someone else who looked at the room and allowed us to call Expedia to get a refund because he could clearly see the room was gross.
- 1/5
This place was horrible they did absolutle
- 3/5
There was a funky smell.
- 5/5
Loved Harry and the other girl starts with a P :). Nice family atmosphere.
- 1/5
It was Not that great had a couple of additional fees I didn’t expect, the hotel smelled liked pure cigarette smoke, and just dirty.I will never stay there again.
- 3/5
The check in was terrible. We have to wait and they were in a dilemma whether the room was ready or not.
- 1/5
The entry doors were broken, one elevator was broken without a sign, and the other only worked half the time. The room was very dated. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The front desk people had no desire help when I told him the coffee was empty.
- 3/5
Very noisy! Loud music, tvs, people talking until 2am. Don’t stay if you want to sleep! Bathroom floor was sticky when I wiped it up it was filthy.
- 3/5
Nice staff, no breakfast, pool closed and covered, only 2 towels, slow drains .. just expected better from the WYN
- 2/5
This hotel is in no way up to the standards of Wyndham. Completely run down except the lobby. Hallways have torn wallpaper, banged up doors and some lights in the elevator don't work. Rooms are clean which is great but outdated. Beds are terrible, not comfortable at all and pillows are lumpy. They don't do room service everyday either. website is very misleading. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night.
- 1/5
A real dump. Bathroom floors sticky and dirty
- 3/5
The hotel is outdated
- 4/5
The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathtub/shower
- 5/5
It had a beautiful pond you could walk around & a beautiful pool
- 3/5
tried calling hotel no answer ....ice machines not working ....didnt clean room stayed 5 nights...and had ants in the room
- 1/5
Terrible experience Never going back
- 3/5
I had no idea that there was no room service for 3 days policy. When I asked for clean towels at the desk at end of day 2, I was told there was a sign on the mirror in the bathroom. One needs glasses to read it. I should have been clearly told this at check-in; I would have simply asked for towels earlier. Also, the sliding door in my room is broken (does not completely close). I did tell them about this at check-out. Thank goodness that the room was on the 4th floor and not accessible from the outside without a ladder.
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice hotel and location.
- 4/5
Overall good place to stay, old building, but staff is good and very welcoming, you will get for what you pay, free parking included, I had good time and close to Chicago
- 5/5
I had a relaxing time at this hotel. Really loved their beautiful Garden. Thanks for the service
- 1/5
Overall disappointing. The AC wasn't working in the lobby and it was incredibly muggy/hot at check-in. Overall, the cleanliness of the lobby/hallways was below expectations. Same for the room. In addition, our room was on the second floor with what appeared to be a balcony but if I would have slid the door open, all the rain water would have flooded into my room. I never slid the door open. Overnight, the room flooded. I didn't notice it until I stepped out of bed and my foot stepped in standing water, and a wet carpet. It was disgusting. I let the front desk know and later spoke with a manager. They were very rude. I would NEVER stay here again.
- 2/5
the beds were not comfortable and in bathroom the fan was very loud and I could not turn it off.
- 3/5
Dirty hotel, difficult service staff.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Clean facility was just a little disappointed in the condition of the room. Wall paper coming off walls, furniture and carpet in rough shape, needed some proper maintenence not just a patch job.
- 2/5
The website says no O’Hare Shuttle. So I paid $42 to get to the hotel. The restaurant was estimated to be opened by the time I arrived. It never did. I had to walk a mile to a restaurant or go to another hotel for breakfast. I was told different things about the shuttle. I was finally able to order an airport shuttle the night before for 11:00am. After asking many times the driver finally arrived at 11:30am. The room was fine. I really only slept there. For $70/night you get what you pay for.

Great stay !

Need to cleaning property
- 5/5
Helped us switch rooms to double twin room with no issues. Always enjoy staying here
- 1/5
Air conditioning not working properly. Toilet flashing slowly. Shower cartoons dirty.
- 3/5
Hotel room was fine. Some staff was friendly. However, the hotel’s website is entirely misleading. Their direct website notes a pool, restaurant, and hot breakfast. Pool was closed. Restaurant permanently closed. Then, we went to the front desk to ask where the breakfast is. The person looked at us as though we had 6 heads between the 2 of us, and said, “we don’t have breakfast?” Oh my bad! Your website only says so?
- 1/5
Too many disadvantages for our satisfaction.
- 1/5
No dining options on the property, other than vending. The rooms were not cleaned properly, so we switched rooms. The new room was no improvement over the first. The whole property needs to be exterminated for small pests, bugs, flies, and crickets etc. This was our second unsatisfactory stay at this property.
- 1/5
Not worth it.
- 1/5
I was alerted at check in that the pool was down for service and the pool was closed. We picked this property because of the pool. The room was dirty, there was hair on the toilet and debris on the floor. We only stayed for 10 minutes before we needed to leave for a commitment and I didn’t have time to change rooms. Very disappointed
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and we could check in late which I liked
- 4/5
Convenient hotel. Security latch for door was broken as well as the socket for one side table lamp (and not something that could have been overlooked by hotel staff). Otherwise, a decent hotel.
- 3/5
Quiet, check in okay. Daily upkeep og amenities in the room and emptying garbage did not happen. Lack of food service/breakfast was inconvient.
- 1/5
They don't even clean the room and it smells weird. I'll never go back.
- 5/5
Easy check in Quiet hotel
- 2/5
Great location, very poorly maintained property. Broken toilet and seat, no hot water in sink & open sink hole, I about to loose my ring in it. Stinky carpet, scratches all over the walls, outlets don’t work.
- 1/5
Bathroom was dusty. Complimentary individual shampoo was half empty. Toilet seat was very old and bad looking. Only 1 face towel was in the room
- 3/5
It was near I 90. Mold on ceiling in shower area. Door to room was difficult to close
- 5/5
I nearly didn't stay due to reviews but I am glad I did. Value for money, this is a great stay. It's not upmarket, but it's quiet, clean and comfortable - perfect for the convention center. Probably one of the best value businesses stays I have had in the US (and there've been a lot).
- 1/5
Wallpaper was torn in the hallway going to the room. Closet doors were off the tracks. Smallest bar of soap I have ever seen. The body wash bottle was left over from the previous guest and was empty. The toilet would not flush unless I covered the reservoir and jiggled the mechanism. There was no TV remote in the room, the replacement did not work, finally someone from the front desk brought another and got the TV working. The hotel needs some TLC. Certainly not worth a four-star rating.
- 4/5
Hotel staff was nice. The place is more modern inside than out, but the renovations are definitely showing wear and tear. Little stuff like lights burnt out in the elevators, scratches down the hallway walls, etc. Our first night we had difficulty sleeping because of the noisy elevator. They promptly relocated us upon request, so props on that. There's no breakfast of any kind offered and the pool was still closed and covered and we stayed in the end of July.
- 3/5
The staff was kind and helpful
