Need upgrade. Staff were not great, no toilet paper in room. Cracked sink and grouting in shower partly black, floor towel had hole in it. Staff were not great. All in all I would not stay there again. Holiday in express used to be first class, this property need an upgrade.

Room smelled funny but everything looked clean. Staff was excellent and Anna was very accommodating. We asked for a later checkout since our flight was late and she allowed us to stay a little longer. Breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable.

Choose someplace else. The pool was covered. Our blackout shade did not go down and they said they would fix but never came. Keurig in the room didn’t work. No hair dryer. The first morning someone came by to collect our dirty towels and never brought any back

staff were lovely, 24hr bean to cup machine absolutely fantastic. Good Value for money especially if you like turkey sausage for breakfast ! Lovely big room with sofa and bed - but could only see TV from the bed Lots of free parking Keurig machine in bedroom on top of the microwave so could not see to use and dangerous to use at a height - only one decaff coffee and no decaff tea. Shuttle bus arrived at reception so enquired about whether this could take me to the mall - no only for airport customers for cancelled flights etc - however this same bus was parked at the rear all day. Why not offer a cost price shuffle on request - BUT ONLY when available - im sure your staff are sat on call. Only bananas EVERY DAY - please change choices - the omelette was anialated and virtually inedible as was the scrambled egg and Im not a great processed meat eater, so bacon once a week or some mushrooms ? . No flavour choice for yoghurt and the pancake machine was working for 1 of out 4 day stay - I appreciate that this can happen but replace with wrapped waffles, pancakes or banana bread as a minimum - I ended buying breakfast from Walmart

To access the property you have to drive through the parking lot of a boarded up hotel and when you enter the building you are slapped in the face with the smell of something reminiscent of a nursing home. The hotel is older but has been remodeled at some point. At first glance the room was acceptable. It wasn’t until later on I was in the bathroom and noticed beard shaving all over the faucet. The shelf in the shower had an outline of a bar of soap. The towels had worn and thin spots you could almost see through, one area almost the size of a salad plate. The desk chair and the chaise lounger I laid a towel and blanket on before I let anyone sit on them because they had questionable stains on them. To top the two night stay off, the morning we left, I looked across the parking lot at my car and there was a dent on the rear end of my vehicle that was about 18 inches long where I had been hit and run.

Housekeeping and front desk were friendly, hot water in shower only worked if cranked all the way, we had a balcony room, but balcony is screwed shut, one of the bath towels we received was dirty, chair in the room was severely stained.

Our room had not been vacuumed or swept and the flooring in the bathroom was coming up. The bed frame moved anytime you rolled over in the night.

Bamboozled by the lobby. Room was shabby. I looked at the place next store that’s newly built with more amenities for my trip next month, and the cost will be nearly the same. I’m starting to feel like ratings are paid for or bots. If it was lower priced, it would have matched and would get a better rating.

We rented 3 rooms. 1 room had no hot water both mornings, so they couldn't shower. Another room had no chair for the desk and we had to work in the lobby. The gym also had no towels or cleaner for sweat.

Showers were filled with hair, bathroom was completely not up to standard. I took pictures of how nasty the shower was. Upon complaining to the front desk staff he told me there was nothing he could do and there was no manager for the next two days. VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. The staff was all helpful. The pool is fine. It's an older building which is partially updated, partially not. Room was a bit stuffy and I had problems with the air conditioner and two other items, most of which the friendly maintenance man was able to fix quickly. Definitely better to order a balcony room. The breakfast is Holiday Inn's standard — nothing special — but each day they shut off and emptied everything exactly at 9:30, without any grace period. Before that, they actually ran out of pancake batter.

I didn’t realize the pool was out door I was speaking about it as checking in and got confirmation that was the only pool. In that same second I asked if I could leave because my guest and I was there ti swim. I was told no. So I had no choice but to go to the room but my mom said that isn’t right. We went back and exampled we was here to swim and I’m sure others are here to rest I have two 2 ROOMS with kids there is no way I’ll b able to keep the noise down due to the fact I couldn’t scream anything on the tv for movies or music (NOT EVEN NETFLIX) Once my mom talked to the worker Juan he laughed and said he could only help me if I haven’t went in the room. AND I WAS IN FRONT OF HIM NOT EVEN WITH MY MOM ASKING CAN I JUST LEAVE. Seems like I was tricked and forced to stay. ALSO MY OTHER ROOM WENT VACANT BECAUSE MY GUEST LEFT BECAUSE OF NO POOL. When I woke up the next morning HOUSE KEEPING WAS ALREADY IN THE ROOM!

We arrived in the evening and pulling up it seemed a little sketch because of the dilapidated building in front and the hotel was in the back. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was huge. You walked in and it was like a living room with couch and tv and then the kitchenette area. Then the beds were through two doors separate, it felt like they put two room together and called it a suite. The mini fridge was warm so we had to crank up the temp. Overall the room was okay- it was outdated and could use some updates. But the beds were clean and comfortable and a tv in the bedroom area as well. There was no hair dryer in the room so I called the front desk (no hotel room phone either) and they did bring a hair dryer. The bathroom was a shower only and no place to set your own toiletries in the shower which was a pain. The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast. The hotel was very close to many shops and fast food. Not far from a mall which was amazing! Overall it wasn’t the worst place I have ever stayed nor the best. For the price it was doable for a short weekend stay.

Had to wait 5-10 minutes for a front desk staff to come and check us in. Room was too warm and HVAC unit had unknown stains on it and I did not want to touch. Bed needs to be replaced, concaved in the middle, very uncomfortable bedding was good, bathroom was good

Check in was super quick. Front desk guy was very pleasant and gave us a room on the top floor without even asking. We prefer top floor room. Elevators we a bit slow going between floors, but clean and updated.

Easy check in, clean, comfortable beds

The rooms blinds were broken and dirty. The bathroom sink was broken, and the room’s supplies were low/gone (body wash, conditioner).

Checked in and they didn’t have the room we reserved (king bed) . Staff said hotel was fully booked and nothing they could do. No apologies-they only offered the phone number we could complain to next week. Tried to cancel and not stay, but we were told we would be charged regardless. Icing in the cake: no T.P. Roll in the room!! Never again!!

The bed was comfortable Our bathroom had a lot of problems. The complimentary shampoo and body wash were empty, there was a mystery liquid on the floor leaking from the toilet, and the sink did not drain properly.

Hotel has recently been remodeled but quality of workmanship was poor. No towel hooks or racks in bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom, ac unit kicked on and off every 10-15 minutes making the room too cold or too hot most problematic was residual did smell and dander from previous guest. Caused an allergic reaction since I’m allergic to dogs. Also not well marked signage from road. The howl sign is in front of a closed down hotel. It did not Cleary identify the holiday inn was behind that hotel. I figured it out of course but just lots of little things like that. This facility is not up to what a newly renovated holiday inn express should be

Breakfast was pretty same everyday eggs sausage . A couple days had potatoes. None of it really hot and often times ran out. Had to ask for more toilet paper during stay. The showers have these metal plates over the drain and as you shower the water hits them and its noisey so noone else in the room can sleep while someone is showering. Location was close to restaurants/shopping. I would try this hotel again based on staff/quietness/cleanliness and location

The property as a whole is very clean and modern, and the staff friendly. The bathroom ceiling had minor water damage and the bathroom sink was dripping, but it was otherwise clean. The property itself, however, is very hard to get to, and you cannot make a left turn westbound on Rt. 62 to get to it—an Uber Eats order was cancelled because the driver couldn’t get there.

The property is out dated, one of the elevators was broken and all the ice machines were not working. The breakfast was OK, the breads, bagels and muffins were hard and not eatable. However the staff was wonderful the hotel was clean and the beds were super comfy. We stayed for the price and location to my moms place.

We were quite pleased with the breakfast, and the automatic pancake maker was cool.

I don't appreciate my bathroom vent not working (for 2 years in a row) in a $140 room.

The Holiday Inn is very nice and the location is very convenient for us. The room was very clean and mostly updated. The breakfast is a nice amenity but the selection was limited and the food was cold. The juice machine was down to one selection. Because we have a dog they put us on the first floor. The rooms have been remodeled but appear well worn especially in the bathroom. There was no microwave, the internet spotty and there were wiring issues. The TV remote was missing. We do like this hotel and the staff is very nice. The building itself is just older and needs some interior work. The individual A/C and heating unit in the room is almost impossible to regulate especially in the winter. The room is either too warm or cool and very stuffy. A good idea would be to bring a portable humidifier. The price of the rooms are reasonable but the local taxes are high. Over all still are first choice for a hotel in the area. Just needs a little more attention to detail. We have stayed in the upper floor rooms which are very updated and plan to see we can negotiate for one of those rooms even with a dog.

Good: Check in and check out staff was courteous. Relatively clean and modern hotel. Close to expressway. Hot breakfast buffet. Bad: two yellow stains on the fitted sheet on our bed. Breakfast eggs and omelettes dried out, cinnamon rolls very limited quantity- was not replenished so we didn’t get any. Housekeeping knocking on my door at 10am making me get out of bed while checkout is at 11.

The service matched the expectations. An older, small property. Conveniently located, clean, and comfy, with the staff to match. Elevator aside (that tended to force ppl to hit the stairs), this small, intimate inn kept myself and every guest I met in a pretty good mood.

An updated property, but seemed a little bare.Extra sleeper in room for child, fridge. Shower and bathroom very nice though small. Breakfast extremely good with excellent staff who kept up with spills, trash, etc and kept the food trays full. Food was actually good, nice hot scrambled eggs, precooked omelets, pancakes and 2 kinds of sausages as well as yogurt, juice and all the other expected items. All in all a good stay.

It was an ok stay for our needs. Staff was friendly. The room was big. The hallway smelled a bit. One of the elevators that was closest to us went out out second (out of 4 days) morning and was never back up working.

Notice a lots of broken things like blinds , cracked wash basin etc . House keeping was terrible they don’t come unless you tell them my toilet was clogged told the front desk and they left the plunger in front of room and I end up doing myself

Front staff employees are truly service orientated, helpful and friendly! I made a complaint about a noisy room and the front staff took care of it. They were also helpful when my husband had a conference call to take at the last minute before checking out. Continental breakfast was good with a variety of choices, both hot and cold items. The room we checked in was for disabled access, which was unusual. No chair, no closet, no hangers, no phone in the room. Even disabled hotel rooms have at least a phone and one chair. We requested a chair to be placed in the room, and they accommodated for us. Work staff is good here.

The ceiling in the shower was falling apart, into the shower. They were unable to move us to another king room. Only one hand towel was in the room. Elevators were dirty and hadn't been inspected since 2019. And the bed and bedding was nothing like other Holiday Inn properties we've stayed at.

Dislikes: room was freezing when we got there, 60 degrees. Couldn’t get the heat to work, actually cool didn’t work either. Went to front desk and couldn’t get waited on as only 1 person was there with about 15 people waiting to check in. Went to shower the following morning and found there was only a 3/4 used shampoo container. Went to the front desk and got it.

We check into the room and we walk into the room and there's no balcony. I specifically reserved a balcony room for my autistic husband who needs the fresh air flow. The man at the front desk was VERY RUDE to my husband and myself when I brought the wrong room situation up to him. I was OVER CHARGED for my room by over $40. The lock on the room door is broken, ice machine didn't work, Wifi didn't work very well, if at all. Elevator is scary, I don't recommend riding in it. I've never heard an elevator make those kinds of sounds. Coffee maker in room was broken. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom sink wasn't very clean but, otherwise, the room was pretty clean.

Google pictures show INDOOR POOL AND JACUZZI the way it was some time ago. I spend few night here in the past and expected the same not just an over priced room by it self rwmove those google pictures asap

We were first put in a room on the first floor and the employee said, "you're not staying alone are you?" because there are guests who stay long term on the first floor. The room had bugs in the sink and mold, so we were switched to another floor which was much better. I gave it a low rating because the employee implied that it was unsafe and the condition of the first room shouldn't have been rented out. Just something to think about for future stays.

The pictures for this one are very misleading. We arrived and had a very dirty room, I was told the nice pictures were from the remodeled rooms on the top floors, and they were all booked up. Pictures attached, but the walls and ceiling were dirty, it felt gross to stay here.

I didn’t like using styrofoam plates, cups and bowls at breakfast. And plastic cutlery. These are not recyclable and it was awful, seeing the garbage piled with these. Since only breakfast is served, it would be easy to invest in a dishwasher and provide reusable dishes.

CS was rude with my daughter and no cleaning service for 6 days. Asked for the complementary body wash and he couldn’t get any from the room saying it was locked. Figured they would send some up the next day but nope!

AC made noise all night. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. I asked for it, they said they would give in the morning, but I was leaving in the morning. I looked for drink such as water or soda. Any vending machines don’t work. Finally someone helped me with water, but it shouldn’t be hard. Even though the place wasn’t good and won’t stay there again, the staff was nice and tried to help me.

There was a gap between the door and the door jam so light came into the room. Not a huge deal but didn’t feel very safe either.

We felt the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our king bed was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast area and staff were accommodating as we stayed beyond the time limit visiting with family. Our son’s room had an issue with the toilet and they were immediately moved to another room. Taking care of guests is important. We are considering using this hotel for many reservations with a wedding in July. The front desk staff were friendly.

I purchased this hotel because we needed something quick and convenient with a pool for the kids. Unfortunately the pool was closed so that was a let down for the kids and they were sad.

Great service from the front desk, however the hotel itself is a bit run down and the wifi is incredibly slow. There was a constant issue of finding stains on every towel I was given, which was really disappointing.

The front codidor area/ reception area was very clean and sparkeling. This is my second stay at this facility and but on Labour.2021 when I came the room was great but this time Ronald the front desk assistant gave me a room on the 1st flooor and carpet and every thing look mundane. We plan on using this faclity again and was hoping to get better rooms . But thanks for accomodating our stay in your facility
